Four triorganotin complexes of the types [(Ph3Sn)(C15H10FN4S)] ( 3 ), [(CH3)3Sn(C15H10FN4S)]n ( 4 ), [(Ph3Sn)(C13H9FN4S2)] ( 5 ), and [(CH3)3Sn(C13H9FN4S2)]n ( 6 ) have been obtained by Schiff base compound 1 (derived from 4‐fluorobenzaldehyde) and compound 2 (derived from thiophene‐2‐carboxadehyde) with triorganotin chloride in the presence of sodium ethoxide. All the complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, and NMR spectroscopies, and X‐ray diffraction analyses, which revealed that complexes 3 and 5 are mononuclear structures, complex 4 and 6 are one‐dimensional zigzag infinite chains via N → Sn and S → Sn bonding interactions. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The title compounds, [Sn(C6H5)2(C5H4S5)] and [Sn(C5H4S5)2], respectively, are of interest because they can be regarded as intermediate in nature between chelates and heterocyclic compounds containing the C3S5 fragment. In contrast with the essentially normal bond lengths and angles within the molecules, the molecular conformations are somewhat unexpected, as are the intermolecular contacts found in the case of the latter compound.  相似文献

The diorganotin(IV) complexes of 5‐[(E)‐2‐aryldiazen‐1‐yl]‐2‐hydroxybenzoic acid are of interest because of their structural diversity in the crystalline state and their interesting biological activity. The structures of dimethylbis{2‐hydroxy‐5‐[(E)‐2‐(4‐methylphenyl)diazen‐1‐yl]benzoato}tin(IV), [Sn(CH3)2(C14H11N2O3)2], and di‐n‐butylbis{2‐hydroxy‐5‐[(E)‐2‐(4‐methylphenyl)diazen‐1‐yl]benzoato}tin(IV) benzene hemisolvate, [Sn(C4H9)2(C14H11N2O3)2]·0.5C6H6, exhibit the usual skew‐trapezoidal bipyramidal coordination geometry observed for related complexes of this class. Each structure has two independent molecules of the SnIV complex in the asymmetric unit. In the dimethyltin structure, intermolecular O—H…O hydrogen bonds and a very weak Sn…O interaction link the independent molecules into dimers. The planar carboxylate ligands lend themselves to π–π stacking interactions and the diversity of supramolecular structural motifs formed by these interactions has been examined in detail for these two structures and four closely related analogues. While there are some recurring basic motifs amongst the observed stacking arrangements, such as dimers and step‐like chains, variations through longitudinal slipping and inversion of the direction of the overlay add complexity. The π–π stacking motifs in the two title complexes are combinations of some of those observed in the other structures and are the most complex of the structures examined.  相似文献

Mercury(II) Chloride and Iodide Complexes of Dithia‐ and Tetrathiacrown Ethers The complexes [(HgCl2)2((ch)230S4O6)] ( 1 ), [HgCl2(mn21S2O5)] ( 2 ), [HgCl2(ch18S2O4)] ( 3 ) and [HgI(meb12S2O2)]2[Hg2I6] ( 4 ) have been synthesized, characterized and their crystal structures were determined. In [(HgCl2)2((ch)230S4O6)] two HgCl2 units are discretely bonded within the ligand cavity of the 30‐membered dichinoxaline‐tetrathia‐30‐crown‐10 ((ch)230S4O6) forming a binuclear complex. HgCl2 forms 1 : 1 “in‐cavity” complexes with the 21‐membered maleonitrile‐dithia‐21‐crown‐7 (mn21S2O5) ligand and the 18‐membered chinoxaline‐dithia‐18‐crown‐6 (ch18S2O4) ligand, respectively. The 12‐membered 4‐methyl‐benzo‐dithia‐12‐crown‐4 (meb12S2O2) ligand gave with two equivalents HgI2 the compound [HgI(meb12S2O2)]2[Hg2I6]. In the cation [HgI(meb12S2O2)]+ meb12S2O2 forms with the cation HgI+ a half‐sandwich complex.  相似文献

Four organotin complexes with 2,2′‐bipyridine‐4,4′‐dicarboxylic acid, H2dcbp: (Ph3n)2(dcbp) 1 , [(PhCH2)3n]2(dcbp) ⋅ 2CH3OH 2 , [(Me3Sn)2(dcbp)]n 3 , [(Bu3Sn)2(dcbp)]n 4 have been synthesized. The complexes 1–4 were characterized by elemental, IR, 1H, 13C, 119n NMR, and X‐ray crystallographic analyses. Crystal structures show that complex 1 is a monomer with one ligand coordinated to two triorganotin moieties, and a 1D infinite polymeric chain generates via intermolecular C H⋅⋅⋅N hydrogen bond; complex 2 is also a monomer and forms a 2D network by intermolecular O–H⋅⋅⋅O weak interaction; both of complexes 3 and 4 form 2D network structures where 2,2′‐bipyridine‐4,4′‐dicarboxylate acts as a tetradentate ligand coordinated to trimethyltin and tri‐n‐butyltin ions, respectively. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Diimido, Imido Oxo, Dioxo, and Imido Alkylidene Halfsandwich Compounds via Selective Hydrolysis and α—H Abstraction in Molybdenum(VI) and Tungsten(VI) Organyl Complexes Organometal imides [(η5‐C5R5)M(NR′)2Ph] (M = Mo, W, R = H, Me, R′ = Mes, tBu) 4 — 8 can be prepared by reaction of halfsandwich complexes [(η5‐C5R5)M(NR′)2Cl] with phenyl lithium in good yields. Starting from phenyl complexes 4 — 8 as well as from previously described methyl compounds [(η5‐C5Me5)M(NtBu)2Me] (M = Mo, W), reactions with aqueous HCl lead to imido(oxo) methyl and phenyl complexes [(η5‐C5Me5)M(NtBu)(O)(R)] M = Mo, R = Me ( 9 ), Ph ( 10 ); M = W, R = Ph ( 11 ) and dioxo complexes [(η5‐C5Me5)M(O)2(CH3)] M = Mo ( 12 ), M = W ( 13 ). Hydrolysis of organometal imides with conservation of M‐C σ and π bonds is in fact an attractive synthetic alternative for the synthesis of organometal oxides with respect to known strategies based on the oxidative decarbonylation of low valent alkyl CO and NO complexes. In a similar manner, protolysis of [(η5‐C5H5)W(NtBu)2(CH3)] and [(η5‐C5Me5)Mo(NtBu)2(CH3)] by HCl gas leads to [(η5‐C5H5)W(NtBu)Cl2(CH3)] 14 und [(η5‐C5Me5)Mo(NtBu)Cl2(CH3)] 15 with conservation of the M‐C bonds. The inert character of the relatively non‐polar M‐C σ bonds with respect to protolysis offers a strategy for the synthesis of methyl chloro complexes not accessible by partial methylation of [(η5‐C5R5)M(NR′)Cl3] with MeLi. As pure substances only trimethyl compounds [(η5‐C5R5)M(NtBu)(CH3)3] 16 ‐ 18 , M = Mo, W, R = H, Me, are isolated. Imido(benzylidene) complexes [(η5‐C5Me5)M(NtBu)(CHPh)(CH2Ph)] M = Mo ( 19 ), W ( 20 ) are generated by alkylation of [(η5‐C5Me5)M(NtBu)Cl3] with PhCH2MgCl via α‐H abstraction. Based on nmr data a trend of decreasing donor capability of the ligands [NtBu]2— > [O]2— > [CHR]2— ? 2 [CH3] > 2 [Cl] emerges.  相似文献

Molecules of diphenyl(2‐thioxo‐1,3‐dithiole‐4,5‐dithiolato‐S,S′)plumbane, [Pb(C3S5)(C6H5)2], are linked into sheets via two intermolecular Pb?Sthione interactions of 3.322 (4) and 3.827 (4) Å; the Pb centre has a distorted octahedral geometry. In contrast, molecules of diphenyl(2‐thioxo‐1,3‐dithiole‐4,5‐dithiolato‐S,S′)stannane, [Sn(C3S5)(C6H5)2], are linked into chains via a single intermolecular Sn—Sthione interaction of 2.8174 (9) Å; the Sn centre has a distorted trigonal‐bipyramidal geometry.  相似文献

The structure of the previously reported complex bis(μ‐naphthalene‐2‐thiolato‐κ2S:S)bis(tricarbonyliron)(FeFe), [Fe2(C10H7S)2(CO)6], has been characterized by X‐ray diffraction. In the solid state, the dinuclear complex adopts a butterfly‐like shape, with an equatorial–axial spatial orientation of the naphthalene groups covalently coupled to the [S2Fe2(CO)6] unit. The asymmetric unit contains three independent [(μ‐naphthalene‐2‐thiolato)2Fe2(CO)6] molecules. These molecules show intermolecular π–π stacking interactions between the naphthalene rings, which was confirmed by Hirshfield surface analysis. The electronic spectrum of the complex recorded in acetonitrile shows a band centered at 350 nm (ϵ = 4.6 × 103 M−1 cm−1) and tailing into the visible region. This absorption can be attributed to a π→π* electronic transition within the naphthalene moiety and a metal‐based dd transition.  相似文献

Syntheses and Crystal Structures of Copper and Silver Complexes containing Dithiophosphinato and Trithiophosphonato Ligands The reactions of CuI and AgI salts with diphenyldithiophosphinic acid trimethylsilylester in the presence of tertiary phosphines yield the complexes [Cu(μ‐S)SPPh2(PR3)]2 (R = Me 1a , iPr 1b ), [Ag(μ‐S)SPPh2(PnPr3)]2 ( 2 ), [Ag(S2PPh2)(PEt3)]2 ( 3 ), and [Cu8(μ8‐S)(S2PPh2)6] ( 4 ). The cage complex [(PhPS3)2Cu4(PMe3)5] ( 5 ) is obtained by the reaction of phenyltrithiophosphonic acid trimethylester. All compounds were structurally characterised by X‐ray crystallography.  相似文献

Achiral P‐donor pincer‐aryl ruthenium complexes ([RuCl(PCP)(PPh3)]) 4c , d were synthesized via transcyclometalation reactions by mixing equivalent amounts of [1,3‐phenylenebis(methylene)]bis[diisopropylphosphine] ( 2c ) or [1,3‐phenylenebis(methylene)]bis[diphenylphosphine] ( 2d ) and the N‐donor pincer‐aryl complex [RuCl{2,6‐(Me2NCH2)2C6H3}(PPh3)], ( 3 ; Scheme 2). The same synthetic procedure was successfully applied for the preparation of novel chiral P‐donor pincer‐aryl ruthenium complexes [RuCl(P*CP*)(PPh3)] 4a , b by reacting P‐stereogenic pincer‐arenes (S,S)‐[1,3‐phenylenebis(methylene)]bis[(alkyl)(phenyl)phosphines] 2a , b (alkyl=iPr or tBu, P*CHP*) and the complex [RuCl{2,6‐(Me2NCH2)2C6H3}(PPh3)], ( 3 ; Scheme 3). The crystal structures of achiral [RuCl(equation/tex2gif-sup-3.gifPCP)(PPh3)] 4c and of chiral (S,S)‐[RuCl(equation/tex2gif-sup-6.gifPCP)(PPh3)] 4a were determined by X‐ray diffraction (Fig. 3). Achiral [RuCl(PCP)(PPh3)] complexes and chiral [RuCl(P*CP*)(PPh3)] complexes were tested as catalyst in the H‐transfer reduction of acetophenone with propan‐2‐ol. With the chiral complexes, a modest enantioselectivity was obtained.  相似文献

The title cocrystal contains two chiral conformational diastereomers, viz. (1S,2R,RN)‐ and (1S,2R,SN)‐, of [2,4‐di‐tert‐butyl‐6‐{[(1‐oxido‐1‐phenylpropan‐2‐yl)(methyl)amino]methyl}phenolato](methanol)‐cis‐dioxidomolybdenum(VI), [Mo(C25H35NO2)O2(CH3OH)], representing the first example of a structurally characterized molybdenum complex with enantiomerically pure ephedrine derivative ligands. The MoVI cations exhibit differently distorted octahedral coordination environments, with two oxide ligands positioned cis to each other. The remainder of the coordination comprises phenoxide, alkoxide and methanol O atoms, with an amine N atom completing the octahedron. The distinct complexes are linked by strong intermolecular O—H...O hydrogen bonds, resulting in one‐dimensional molecular chains. Furthermore, the phenyl rings are involved in weak T‐shaped/edge‐to‐face π–π interactions with each other.  相似文献

[CpR(OC)Mo(μ‐η2:2‐P2)2FeCpR′] as Educt for Heterobimetallic Dinuclear Clusters with P2 and CnRnP4‐n Ligands (n = 1, 2) The cothermolysis of [CpR(OC)Mo(μ‐η2:2‐P2)2FeCpR′] ( 1 ) and tBuC≡P ( 2 ) as well as PhC≡CPh ( 3 ) affords the heterobimetallic triple‐decker like dinuclear clusters [(Cp'''Mo)(Cp*′Fe)(P3CtBu)(P2)] ( 4 ), Cp''' = C5H2tBu3‐1,2,4, Cp*′ = C5Me4Et, and [(Cp*Mo)(Cp*Fe)(P2C2Ph2)(P2)] ( 5 ) with a bridging tri‐ and diphosphabutadiendiyl ligand. 4 and 5 have been characterized additionally by X‐ray crystallography.  相似文献

Reactions of the oxorhenium(V) complexes [ReOX3(PPh3)2] (X = Cl, Br) with the N‐heterocyclic carbene (NHC) 1,3,4‐triphenyl‐1,2,4‐triazol‐5‐ylidene (LPh) under mild conditions and in the presence of MeOH or water give [ReOX2(Y)(PPh3)(LPh)] complexes (X = Cl, Br; Y = OMe, OH). Attempted reactions of the carbene precursor 5‐methoxy‐1,3,4‐triphenyl‐4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐1,2,4‐triazole ( 1 ) with [ReOCl3(PPh3)2] or [NBu4][ReOCl4] in boiling xylene resulted in protonation of the intermediately formed carbene and decomposition products such as [HLPh][ReOCl4(OPPh3)], [HLPh][ReOCl4(OH2)] or [HLPh][ReO4] were isolated. The neutral [ReOX2(Y)(PPh3)(HLPh)] complexes are purple, airstable solids. The bulky NHC ligands coordinate monodentate and in cis‐position to PPh3. The relatively long Re–C bond lengths of approximate 2.1Å indicate metal‐carbon single bonds.  相似文献

(PPh4)2[Cl2Re(N3S2)(μ‐NSN)(μ‐N≡ReCl3)]2 – a Rhenium(VII) Complex with a Nitrido, a Dinitridosulfato(II), and a Rhena‐3,5‐dithia‐2,4,6‐triazino Function The title compound has been prepared from PPh4[ReVIICl4(NSCl)2] with N(SiMe3)3 in dichloromethane solution to give red‐brown single crystals, which were suitable for a crystal structure determination. As a by‐product PPh4[ReNCl4] is formed. (PPh4)2[Cl2ReVII(N3S2)(μ‐NSN)(μ‐N≡ReVIICl3)]2 ( 1 ): Space group P21/c, Z = 2, lattice dimensions at –80 °C: a = 1280.8(2), b = 1017.5(1), c = 2467.8(3) pm, β = 95.04(1)°, R = 0.049. The complex anion of 1 consists of a planar ReN3S2‐heterocycle which is connected with the second rhenium atom by a μ‐nitrido bridge as well as by a μ‐dinitridosulfato(II) ligand to form a planar Re2(N)(NSN) six‐membered heterocycle. This [Cl2Re(N3S2)(μ‐NSN)(μ‐N≡ReCl3)] unit dimerizes via one of the N‐atoms of the (NSN)4– ligand to give a centrosymmetric Re2N2 four‐membered ring.  相似文献

2, 4‐Dimethylpenta‐1, 3‐diene and 2, 4‐Dimethylpentadienyl Complexes of Rhodium and Iridium The complexes [(η4‐C7H12)RhCl]2 ( 1 ) (C7H12 = 2, 4‐dimethylpenta‐1, 3‐diene) and [(η4‐C7H12)2IrCl] ( 2 ) were obtained by interaction of C7H12 with [(η2‐C2H4)2RhCl]2 and [(η2‐cyclooctene)2IrCl]2, respectively. The reaction of 1 or 2 with CpTl (Cp = η5‐C5H5) yields the compounds [CpM(η4‐C7H12)] ( 3a : M = Rh; 3b : M = Ir). The hydride abstraction at the pentadiene ligand of 3a , b with Ph3CBF4 proceeds differently depending on the solvent. In acetone or THF the “half‐open” metallocenium complexes [CpM(η5‐C7H11)]BF4 ( 4a : M = Rh; 4b : M = Ir) are obtained exclusively. In dichloromethane mixtures are produced which additionally contain the species [(η5‐C7H11)M(η5‐C5H4CPh3)]BF4 ( 5a : M = Rh; 5b : M = Ir) formed by electrophilic substitution at the Cp ring, as well as the η3‐2, 4‐dimethylpentenyl compound [(η3‐C7H13)Rh{η5‐C5H3(CPh3)2}]BF4 ( 6 ). By interaction of 2, 4‐dimethylpentadienyl potassium with 1 or 2 the complexes [(η4‐C7H12)M(η5‐C7H11)] ( 7a : M = Rh; 7b : M = Ir) are generated which show dynamic behaviour in solution; however, attempts to synthesize the “open” metallocenium cations [(η5‐C7H11)2M]+ by hydride abstraction from 7a , b failed. The new compounds were characterized by elemental analysis and spectroscopically, 4b and 5a also by X‐ray structure analysis.  相似文献

The organotin(IV) chlorides RnSnCl4−n (n = 3, R = Ph, PhCH2, n−Bu; and n =2, R = n−Bu, Ph, PhCH2) react with 4,4′‐bipyridine (4′4‐bpy) to give [(Ph3SnCl)2(4,4′‐bpy)1.5(C6H6)0.5] ( 1 ), [(PhCH2)3‐ SnCl]2 (4,4′‐bpy) ( 2 ), [(n−Bu)3SnCl]2(4,4′‐bpy) ( 3 ), [(n−Bu)2SnCl2(4,4′‐bpy)] ( 4 ), [Ph2SnCl2(4,4′‐bpy)] ( 5 ), and [(PhCH2)2SnCl2(4,4′‐bpy)] ( 6 ). The new complexes have been characterized by elemental analyses, IR, 1H, 13C, 119Sn NMR spectroscopy. The structures of ( 1 ), ( 2 ), ( 4 ), and ( 6 ) have been determined by X‐ray crystallography. Crystal structures of ( 1 ) and ( 2 ) show that the coordination number of tin is five. In complex ( 1 ), two different molecules exist: one is a binuclear molecule bridged by 4,4′‐bpy and another is a mononuclear one, only one N of 4,4′‐bpy coordinate to tin. Complex ( 2 ) contains an infinite 1‐D polymeric binuclear chain by weak Sn…Cl intermolecular interactions with neighboring molecules. In the complexes ( 4 ) and ( 6 ), the tin is six‐coordinate, and the 4,4′‐bpy moieties bridge adjacent dialkyltin(IV)dichloride molecules to form a linear chain. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The coordination chemistry of platinum(II) with a series of thiosemicarbazones {R(H)C2=N3‐N2(H)‐C1(=S)‐N1H2, R = 2‐hydroxyphenyl, H2stsc; pyrrole, H2ptsc; phenyl, Hbtsc} is described. Reactions of trans‐PtCl2(PPh3)2 precursor with H2stsc (or H2ptsc) in 1 : 1 molar ratio in the presence of Et3N base yielded complexes, [Pt(η3‐ O, N3, S‐stsc)(PPh3)] ( 1 ) and [Pt(η3‐ N4, N3, S‐ptsc)(PPh3)] ( 2 ), respectively. Further, trans‐PtCl2(PPh3)2 and Hbtsc in 1 : 2 (M : L) molar ratio yielded a different compound, [Pt(η2‐ N3, S‐btsc)(η1‐S‐btsc)(PPh3)] ( 3 ). Complex 1 involved deprotonation of hydrazinic (‐N2H‐) and hydroxyl (‐OH) groups, and stsc2? is coordinating via O, N3, S donor atoms, while complex 2 involved deprotonation of hydrazinic (‐N2H‐) and ‐N4H groups and ptsc2? is probably coordinating via N4, N3, S donor atoms. Reaction of PdCl2(PPh3)2 with Hbtsc‐Me {C6H5(CH3)C2=N3‐N2(H)‐C1(=S)‐N1H2} yielded a cyclometallated complex [Pd(η3‐C, N3, S‐btsc‐Me)(PPh3)] ( 4 ). These complexes have been characterized with the help of analytical data, spectroscopic techniques {IR, NMR (1H, 31P), U.V} and single crystal X‐ray crystallography ( 1 , 3 and 4 ). The effects of substituents at C2 carbon of thiosemicarbazones on their dentacy and cyclometallation are emphasized.  相似文献

The synthesis and characterisation of a series of new Rh and Au complexes bearing 1,2,4‐triazol‐3‐ylidenes with a N‐2,4‐dinitrophenyl (N‐DNP) substituent are described. IR, NMR, single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction and computational analyses of the Rh complexes revealed that the N‐heterocyclic carbenes (NHCs) behaved as strong π acceptors and weak σ donors. In particular, a natural bond orbital (NBO) analysis revealed that the contributions of the Rh→Ccarbene π backbonding interaction energies (ΔEbb) to the bond dissociation energies (BDE) of the Rh? Ccarbene bond for [RhCl(NHC)(cod)] (cod=1,5‐cyclooctadiene) reached up to 63 %. The Au complex exhibited superior catalytic activity in the intermolecular hydroalkoxylation of cyclohexene with 2‐methoxyethanol. The NBO analysis suggested that the high catalytic activity of the AuI complex resulted from the enhanced π acidity of the Au atom.  相似文献

Two series of new dinuclear rare‐earth metal alkyl complexes supported by indolyl ligands in novel μ‐η211 hapticities are synthesized and characterized. Treatment of [RE(CH2SiMe3)3(thf)2] with 1 equivalent of 3‐(tBuN?CH)C8H5NH ( L1 ) in THF gives the dinuclear rare‐earth metal alkyl complexes trans‐[(μη211‐3‐{tBuNCH(CH2SiMe3)}Ind)RE(thf)(CH2SiMe3)]2 (Ind=indolyl, RE=Y, Dy, or Yb) in good yields. In the process, the indole unit of L1 is deprotonated by the metal alkyl species and the imino C?N group is transferred to the amido group by alkyl CH2SiMe3 insertion, affording a new dianionic ligand that bridges two metal alkyl units in μη211 bonding modes, forming the dinuclear rare‐earth metal alkyl complexes. When L1 is reduced to 3‐(tBuNHCH2)C8H5NH ( L2 ), the reaction of [Yb(CH2SiMe3)3(thf)2] with 1 equivalent of L2 in THF, interestingly, generated the trans‐[(μη211‐3‐{tBuNCH2}Ind)Yb(thf)(CH2SiMe3)]2 (major) and cis‐[(μη211‐3‐{tBuNCH2}Ind)Yb(thf)(CH2SiMe3)]2 (minor) complexes. The catalytic activities of these dinuclear rare‐earth metal alkyl complexes for isoprene polymerization were investigated; the yttrium and dysprosium complexes exhibited high catalytic activities and high regio‐ and stereoselectivities for isoprene 1,4‐cis‐polymerization.  相似文献
