Reduced graphene oxide/sulfur/polyaniline (referred to RGO/S/PANI) composite was self-assembled through in situ synthesis and used to investigate the electrochemical properties of lithium/sulfur cells. The RGO/S/PANI composite possessed 809.3/801.9 mAh g?1 of initial charge/discharge capacities, higher than 588.3/588.2 mAh g?1 for reduced graphene oxide/sulfur (referred to RGO/S) and 681.4/669.9 mAh g?1 for sulfur/polyaniline (referred to S/PANI) at similar conditions. The RGO/S/PANI composite obtained 400 mAh g?1 at 2 C and good reversible capacities of 605.5 and 600.8 mAh g?1 at 100th charge/discharge cycle at 0.1 C, in comparison with low electrochemical performance of RGO/S and S/PANI. The improved properties could be attributed to the collaboration of RGO and PANI. Co-generation of RGO and sulfur acted as seeds for their depositions, stimulated their uniform distributions, and restricted the agglomeration of sulfur particles in situ synthesis. Polyaniline coated RGO/S and stabilized the nanostructure of RGO/S/PANI in repeated charge/discharge cycles. In addition, RGO and PANI provided many electron channels to enhance sulfur conductivity and sufficient void space for sulfur swelling during charge/discharge cycles.  相似文献

The reduced graphene oxide (RGO)/bisphenol A (BPA) composites were prepared by an adsorption‐reduction method. The composites are characterized by X‐ray diffraction (XRD), UV‐vis, thermogravimetric (TG) analysis, field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results confirm that BPA is adsorbed on the basal plane of RGO by π‐π stacking interaction. Furthermore, the electrochemical behaviors were evaluated by cyclic voltammetry, galvanostatic charge/discharge techniques and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The results show that the RGO/BPA nanocomposites exhibit ultrahigh specific capacitance of 466 F·g?1 at a current density of 1 A·g?1, excellent rate capability (more than 81% retention at 10 A·g?1 relative to 1 A·g?1) and superior cycling stability (90% capacitance decay after 4000 cycles). Consequently, the RGO/BPA nanocomposites can be regarded as promising electrode materials for supercapacitor applications.  相似文献

Crosslinked-polyaniline (CPA) nano-pillar arrays adsorbed on the surface of reduced graphene oxide (RGO) sheets were synthesized by in situ solution polymerization through two steps of reduction. The electrochemical analyses demonstrated that the befittingly reduced CPA/RGO composite exhibited high performance as electrode materials for supercapacitors. The CPA/RGO composite showed very high specific capacitance of 1532 F g?1 at a scan rate of 10 mV s?1 or 694 F g?1 at a current density of 2 A g?1 in 1 M H2SO4 electrolyte, as well as great energy density of 61.4 W h kg?1 at a current density of 2 A g?1. The electrode material also had decent power density of 4 kW kg?1 at a current density of 10 A g?1, and good cycling stability of 92.5 % capacitance retained after 500 cycles of cyclic voltammetry at 500 mV s?1. The neat microstructures and super electrochemical properties suggest the potential use of the composites in supercapacitors.  相似文献

Sodium‐ion batteries (SIBs) have attracted much interest as a low‐cost and environmentally benign energy storage system, but more attention is justifiably required to address the major technical issues relating to the anode materials to deliver high reversible capacity, superior rate capability, and stable cyclability. A SnSe/reduced graphene oxide (RGO) nanocomposite has been prepared by a facile ball‐milling method, and its structural, morphological, and electrochemical properties have been characterized and compared with those of the bare SnSe material. Although the redox behavior of SnSe remains nearly unchanged upon the incorporation of RGO, its electrochemical performance is significantly enhanced, as reflected by a high specific capacity of 590 mA h g?1 at 0.050 A g?1, a rate capability of 260 mA h g?1 at 10 A g?1, and long‐term stability over 120 cycles. This improvement may be attributed to the high electronic conductivity of RGO, which also serves as a matrix to buffer changes in volume and maintain the mechanical integrity of the electrode during (de)sodiation processes. In view of its excellent Na+ storage performance, this SnSe/RGO nanocomposite has potential as an anode material for SIBs.  相似文献

Vertically aligned conducting polymer nanowire arrays had great potential applications in supercapacitor electrode material and exhibited enhanced electrocatalytic behavior towards the reduction of nitrite. In this paper, a facial template‐free approach to synthesize large arrays of vertically aligned polyaniline (PANI) nanowires on electrochemically pretreated glassy carbon electrodes was reported by using a galvanostatic current method. The as‐prepared large arrays of PANI nanowires had very narrow diameters and were oriented perpendicular to the substrate, which was a benefit to the ion diffusion when being used as the supercapacitor electrode. The highest specific capacitance of PANI nanowire arrays was measured and kept high at a large charge‐discharge current density. Furthermore, it also can detect nitrite with ultrahigh sensitivity of 62.99 µA mM?1 cm?2 and a remarkable fast response time of less 1 s. The results indicated that the vertically aligned PANI nanowires could dramatically enhance the electrochemical performance.  相似文献

Ion diffusion efficiency at the solid–liquid interface is an important factor for energy storage and adsorption from aqueous solution. Although K2Mn4O8 (KMO) exhibits efficient ion diffusion and ion‐exchange capacities, due to its high interlayer space of 0.70 nm, how to enhance its mass transfer performance is still an issue. Herein, novel layered KMO/reduced graphene oxide (RGO) nanocomposites are fabricated through the anchoring of KMO nanoplates on RGO with a mild solution process. The face‐to‐face structure facilitates fast transfer of lithium and lead ions; thus leading to excellent lithium storage and lead ion adsorption. The anchoring of KMO on RGO not only increases electrical conductivity of the layered nanocomposites, but also effectively prevents aggregation of KMO nanoplates. The KMO/RGO nanocomposite with an optimal RGO content exhibits a first cycle charge capacity of 739 mA h g?1, which is much higher than that of KMO (326 mA h g?1). After 100 charge–discharge cycles, it still retains a charge capacity of 664 mA h g?1. For the adsorption of lead ions, the KMO/RGO nanocomposite exhibits a capacity of 341 mg g?1, which is higher than those of KMO (305 mg g?1) and RGO (63 mg g?1) alone.  相似文献

To reduce the charge‐transfer resistance of supercapacitors and achieve faster reversible redox reactions, ternary Ni‐Co‐Fe layered double hydroxide was prepared by using the urea method and then calcined to give NiCoFe oxide (NiCoFeO). To enhance conductivity, a polyaniline (PANI) conductive layer was assembled on the surface of the NiCoFeO particles by in situ oxidative polymerization of aniline monomers. The as‐prepared NiCoFeO/PANI composite was successful employed as a supercapacitor electrode. It was found that the NiCoFeO/PANI composite displayed good cycling stability, with a capacity loss of only 29.54 % after 5000 cycles. Furthermore, the NiCoFeO/PANI composite also exhibited excellent supercapacitor performance, with a high specific capacity of 843 F g?1 at a current density of 2 A g?1, whereas NiCoFeO showed a specific capacity of only 478 F g?1. This result was attributed to the synergistic effect between NiCoFeO and PANI. The facile synthesis strategy and excellent electrochemical performance suggest that NiCoFeO/PANI is a promising economical electrode material for applications in supercapacitors.  相似文献

In order to explore the effect of graphene surface chemistry on electrochemical performance based on polyaniline–graphene hybrid material electrodes, four different polyaniline–graphene nanocomposites were fabricated with graphene oxide, reduced graphene oxide, aminated graphene and sulfonated graphene as carriers, respectively. The nanocomposites feature various structures and morphologies, which could be used to more deeply understand the morphology and structure effects caused by surface chemistry on electrochemical performance. The experimental results reveal that functionalized electronegative graphene was conducive to the vertical and neat growth of polyaniline (PANI) nanorods. The array architecture endowed the PANI–GS nanocomposite with a large ion‐accessible surface area and high‐efficiency electron‐ and ion‐transport pathways. Meanwhile, the introduction of sulfonic acid functional groups accelerated the redox reaction with doping and dedoping of the PANI. Thereby, the PANI–GS nanocomposite exhibited a high specific capacitance of 863.2 F g?1 at a current density of 0.2 A g?1 and the excellent rate capability of 67.4 % (581.6 F g?1 at 5 A g?1), which were much better than the other three nanocomposites produced.  相似文献

A facile, one‐pot method for synthesizing spherical‐like metal sulfide–reduced graphene oxide (RGO) composite powders by spray pyrolysis is reported. The direct sulfidation of ZnO nanocrystals decorated on spherical‐like RGO powders resulted in ZnS–RGO composite powders. ZnS nanocrystals with a size below 20 nm were uniformly dispersed on spherical‐like RGO balls. The discharge capacities of the ZnS–RGO, ZnO–RGO, bare ZnS, and bare ZnO powders at a current density of 1000 mA g?1 after 300 cycles were 628, 476, 230, and 168 mA h g?1, respectively, and the corresponding capacity retentions measured after the first cycles were 93, 70, 40, and 21 %, respectively. The discharge capacity of the ZnS–RGO composite powders at a high current density of 4000 mA g?1 after 700 cycles was 437 mA h g?1. The structural stability of the highly conductive ZnS–RGO composite powders with ultrafine crystals during cycling resulted in excellent electrochemical properties.  相似文献

Metal–organic framework‐derived NiCo2.5S4 microrods wrapped in reduced graphene oxide (NCS@RGO) were synthesized for potassium‐ion storage. Upon coordination with organic potassium salts, NCS@RGO exhibits an ultrahigh initial reversible specific capacity (602 mAh g?1 at 50 mA g?1) and ultralong cycle life (a reversible specific capacity of 495 mAh g?1 at 200 mA g?1 after 1 900 cycles over 314 days). Furthermore, the battery demonstrates a high initial Coulombic efficiency of 78 %, outperforming most sulfides reported previously. Advanced ex situ characterization techniques, including atomic force microscopy, were used for evaluation and the results indicate that the organic potassium salt‐containing electrolyte helps to form thin and robust solid electrolyte interphase layers, which reduce the formation of byproducts during the potassiation–depotassiation process and enhance the mechanical stability of electrodes. The excellent conductivity of the RGO in the composites, and the robust interface between the electrodes and electrolytes, imbue the electrode with useful properties; including, ultrafast potassium‐ion storage with a reversible specific capacity of 402 mAh g?1 even at 2 A g?1.  相似文献

Hierarchically structured tin oxide/reduced graphene oxide (RGO)/carbon composite powders are prepared through a one‐pot spray pyrolysis process. SnO nanoflakes of several hundred nanometers in diameter and a few nanometers in thickness are uniformly distributed over the micrometer‐sized spherical powder particles. The initial discharge and charge capacities of the tin oxide/RGO/carbon composite powders at a current density of 1000 mA g?1 are 1543 and 1060 mA h g?1, respectively. The discharge capacity of the tin oxide/RGO/carbon composite powders after 175 cycles is 844 mA h g?1, and the capacity retention measured from the second cycle is 80 %. The transformation during cycling of SnO nanoflakes, uniformly dispersed in the tin oxide/RGO/carbon composite powder, into ultrafine nanocrystals results in hollow nanovoids that act as buffers for the large volume changes that occur during cycling, thereby improving the cycling and rate performances of the tin oxide/RGO/carbon composite powders.  相似文献

Carbon nanomaterials, especially graphene and carbon nanotubes, are considered to be favorable alternatives to graphite‐based anodes in lithium‐ion batteries, owing to their high specific surface area, electrical conductivity, and excellent mechanical flexibility. However, the limited number of storage sites for lithium ions within the sp2‐carbon hexahedrons leads to the low storage capacity. Thus, rational structure design is essential for the preparation of high‐performance carbon‐based anode materials. Herein, we employed flexible single‐walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) with ultrahigh electrical conductivity as a wrapper for 3D graphene foam (GF) by using a facile dip‐coating process to form a binary network structure. This structure, which offered high electrical conductivity, enlarged the electrode/electrolyte contact area, shortened the electron‐/ion‐transport pathways, and allowed for efficient utilization of the active material, which led to improved electrochemical performance. When used as an anode in lithium‐ion batteries, the SWCNT‐GF electrode delivered a specific capacity of 953 mA h g?1 at a current density of 0.1 A g?1 and a high reversible capacity of 606 mA h g?1 after 1000 cycles, with a capacity retention of 90 % over 1000 cycles at 1 A g?1 and 189 mA h g?1 after 2200 cycles at 5 A g?1.  相似文献

The polyaniline/TiO2/graphene oxide (PANI/TiO2/GO) composite, as a novel supercapacitor material, is synthesized by in situ hydrolyzation of tetrabutyl titanate and polymerization of aniline monomer in the presence of graphene oxide. The morphology, composition and structure of the composites as-obtained are characterized by SEM, TEM, XRD and TGA. The electrochemical property and impedance of the composites are studied by cyclic voltammetry and Nyquist plot, respectively. The results show that the introduction of the GO and TiO2 enhanced the electrode conductivity and stability, and then improved the supercapacitive behavior of PANI/TiO2/GO composite. Significantly, the electrochemical measurement results show that the PANI/TiO2/GO composite has a high specific capacitance (1020 F g−1 at 2 mV s−1, 430 F g−1 at 1 A g−1) and long cycle life (over 1000 times).  相似文献

This work was designed to develop an electrochemical sensor based on molecular imprinted polyaniline membranes onto reduced graphene oxide (RGO) and gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) modified glassy carbon (GC) electrode for dapsone (DDS) determination. The prepared RGO/AuNPs/PANI‐MIPs nanocomposite was characterized by Ultra‐Violet‐Visible (UV‐Vis), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT‐IR) and scanning electronic microscopy (SEM) images. The feature of the imprinted electrode was evaluated by cyclic voltammetry (CV), differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) and impedance spectroscopy (IS). Throughout this study several analytical parameters, such as incubation time, pH value, concentration of monomer/template molecules and electro‐polymerization cycles were investigated. Under the optimized conditions, the experimental results showed best analytical performances for DDS detection with a sensitivity of 0.188 Ω/mol L?1, a linear range from 1.0×10?7 M to 1.0×10?3 M and a detection limit of 6.8×10?7 M. The bioanalytical sensor was applied to the determination of dapsone in real samples with high selectivity and recovery.  相似文献

Graphene nanosheets, polyaniline (PANI), and nanocrystallites of transition metal ferrite {Fe3O4 (Mag), NiFe2O4 (NiF), and CoFe2O4 (CoF)} have been prepared and characterized via XRD, FTIR, SEM, TEM, UV–vis spectroscopy, cyclic voltammetry, galvanostatic charge discharges, and impedance spectroscopy. Electrochemical measurements showed that supercapacitances of hybrid electrodes made of the ternary materials are higher than that of hybrid electrode made of binary or single material. The ternary hybrid CoF/graphene (G)/PANI electrode exhibits a highest specific capacitance reaching 1123 Fg?1, an energy density of 240 Wh kg?1 at 1 A g?1, and a power density of 2680 Wkg?1 at 1 A g?1 and outstanding cycling performance, with 98.2% capacitance retained over 2000 cycles. The extraordinary electrochemical performance of the ternary CoF/G/PANI hybrid can be attributed to the synergistic effects of the individual components. The PANI conducting polymer enhances an electron transport. The Ferrite nanoparticles prevent the restocking of the carbon sheets and provide Faradaic processes to increase the total capacitance.  相似文献

Graphene‐polyaniline/nickel hydroxide ternary hybrid (RGO‐PANI/Ni(OH)2) was synthesized and incorporated into epoxy resin (EP) to improve the fire retardant property. Thermogravimetric analysis results showed that the RGO‐PANI/Ni(OH)2 nanohybrid could catalyze the thermal degradation of epoxy matrix that was essential to trigger the char formation. The char yield of the RGO‐PANI/Ni(OH)2/EP composite was improved compared with that of the samples with graphene and polyaniline only. With 3.0‐wt% RGO‐PANI/Ni(OH)2, significant reduction in peak heat release rate (40%) and peak smoke production rate (36%) was observed in the cone calorimeter tests. Thermogravimetric analysis/infrared spectrometry (TG‐IR) results indicated that the flammable volatiles of the RGO‐PANI/Ni(OH)2/EP composite was reduced compared with those of the EP and RGO‐PANI/EP. The superior flame retardant and smoke suppressant behaviors of the RGO‐PANI/Ni(OH)2 nanohybrid over RGO‐PANI were attributed to the combination of good barrier effect of graphene with catalytic ability of char formation of PANI and metal hydroxide.  相似文献

Multifunctional graphene hydrogels have attracted great attention aimed at practical applications. Herein, the novel and bifunctional composite hydrogel containing reduced graphene‐oxide nanosheets (RGO) and V2O5 nanobelts (RGO/V2O5) is successfully prepared for the first time. Surprisingly, tridimensional (3D) RGO/V2O5 composite hydrogels cannot only be used as high‐performance electromagnetic (EM) wave absorbents; they also exhibit excellent properties suitable for supercapacitor electrodes. The composites exhibit a maximum absorption of up to ?21.5 dB. In particular, a composite hydrogel showed a bandwidth of 6.63 GHz, corresponding to a reflection loss at ?10 dB, which opens the possibility for the use of 3D graphene with other functional nanomaterials as lightweight and high‐performance EM wave absorption materials. Remarkably, the composite hydrogel is capable of delivering a high specific capacitance of about 320 F g?1 at a current density of 1.0 A g?1.  相似文献

Herein we report an easy and efficient approach to prepare lightweight porous polyimide (PI)/reduced graphene oxide (RGO) composite films. First, porous poly (amic acid) (PAA)/graphene oxide (GO) composite films were prepared via non‐solvent induced phase separation (NIPS) process. Afterwards PAA was converted into PI through thermal imidization and simultaneously GO dispersed in PAA matrix was in situ thermally reduced to RGO. The GO undergoing the same thermal treatment process as thermal imidization was characterized with thermogravimetric analysis, Raman spectra, X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy and X‐ray diffraction to demonstrate that GO was in situ reduced during thermal imidization process. The resultant porous PI/RGO composite film (500‐µm thickness), which was prepared from pristine PAA/GO composite with 8 wt% GO, exhibited effective electrical conductivity of 0.015 S m?1 and excellent specific shielding efficiency value of 693 dB cm2 g?1. In addition, the thermal stability of the porous PI/RGO composite films was also dramatically enhanced. Compared with that of porous PI film, the 5% weight loss temperature of the composite film mentioned above was improved from 525°C to 538°C. Moreover, tensile test showed that the composite film mentioned above possessed a tensile strength of 6.97 MPa and Young's modulus of 545 MPa, respectively. We here report a facile method to fabricate a sponge‐supported reduced graphene oxide aerogel (S‐RGOA) using a commercial melamine sponge and graphene oxide (GO). Firstly, GO sheets were self‐assembled within the melamine sponge by the assistance of a chemical cross‐linking agent; and then, freeze‐drying and thermal treatment were adopted to prepare S‐RGOA, in which continuous porous reduced graphene oxide (RGO) network formed between the skeleton. The resulting S‐RGOA exhibited a high electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness (EMI SE) of 20.4‐27.3 dB in 8–12 GHz and the specific EMI SE could reach 1437 dB?cm3g?1. The mechanical test suggests that the lightweight S‐RGOA is compressible and possesses low energy dissipation. Burning and TGA measurements indicate that S‐RGOA is fire‐resistant and has excellent thermal stability. Our work provides an economical and environmentally‐friendly method to fabricate RGO aerogels for using as electromagnetic interference materials.  相似文献
