In this article, we study the reverse HSlder type inequality and HSlder inequality in two dimensional case on time scales. We also obtain many integral inequalities by using HSlder inequalities on time scales which give Hardy's inequalities as spacial cases.  相似文献

In this work we establish trace Hardy and trace Hardy–Sobolev–Maz’ya inequalities with best Hardy constants for domains satisfying suitable geometric assumptions such as mean convexity or convexity. We then use them to produce fractional Hardy–Sobolev–Maz’ya inequalities with best Hardy constants for various fractional Laplacians. In the case where the domain is the half space, our results cover the full range of the exponent ${s \in}$ (0, 1) of the fractional Laplacians. In particular, we give a complete answer in the L 2 setting to an open problem raised by Frank and Seiringer (“Sharp fractional Hardy inequalities in half-spaces,” in Around the research of Vladimir Maz’ya. We prove analogues of the Lieb–Thirring and Hardy–Lieb–Thirring inequalities for many-body quantum systems with fractional kinetic operators and homogeneous interaction potentials, where no anti-symmetry on the wave functions is assumed. These many-body inequalities imply interesting one-body interpolation inequalities, and we show that the corresponding one- and many-body inequalities are actually equivalent in certain cases.  相似文献

A new class of general multivalued mixed implicit quasi-variational inequalities in a real Hilbert space was introduced, which includes the known class of generalized mixed implicit quasi-variational inequalities as a special case , introduced and studied by Ding Xie-ping . The auxiliary variational principle technique was applied to solve this class of general multivalued mixed implicit quasi-variational inequalities. Firstly, a new auxiliary variational inequality with a proper convex , lower semicontinuous , binary functional was defined and a suitable functional was chosen so that its unique minimum point is equivalent to the solution of such an auxiliary variational inequality . Secondly , this auxiliary variational inequality was utilized to construct a new iterative algorithm for computing approximate solutions to general multivalued mixed implicit quasi-variational inequalities . The duct flow of Bingham plastic fluids is analysed with the variational inequality-based finite element method. The problem of tracking the yield surface is solvable through the regularization technique which can be easily incorporated into the existing finite element code. The existence theorem of this method was established through the theory of variational inequalities. A small positive constant is added to the second shear rate invariant, resulting in an apparent viscosity of finite magnitude in the unyielding plug zone. This makes the minimization of the non-differential variational integral possible. In order to achieve convergence at small regularization parameter, a zero-order continuation is employed. It is also shown that a fine tessellation of the flow domain is necessary for tracking the yield surfaces unambiguously. Two classes of duct flow, namely axial flows in eccentric annuli and in an L-shaped duct, were investigated. In both cases it was easy to show the presence of the mobile plugs around the duct centres from the axial velocity profiles; however, the stagnant plugs at the narrow side in eccentric annuli with large eccentricity and near the apex of right-angled corners in an L-shaped duct could only be identified from the calculation of the distributions of the second shear rate or shear stress invariant. © 1997 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the linear theory of anisotropic and inhomogeneous Cosserat elastic shells. We establish the inequalities of Korn’s type which hold on Cosserat surfaces. Using these inequalities, we prove the existence of the solution to the variational equations in the elastostatics of Cosserat shells. An auxiliary principle technique to study a class of generalized set-valued strongly nonlinear mixed variational-like inequalities is extended. The existence and uniqueness of the solution of the auxiliary problem for the generalized set-valued strongly nonlinear mixed variational-like inequalities are proved, a novel and innovative three-step iterative algorithm to compute approximate solution is constructed, and the existence of the solution of the generalized set-valued strongly nonlinear mixed variational-like inequality is shown using the auxiliary principle technique. The paper first proves a characteristic property in FC-spaces. By the use of the connectedness of sets, a parametric type of KKM theorem is then established in noncompact FC-spaces by introducing a linear ordered space. As a consequence, some recent results, such as noncompact minimax inequalities, saddle point theorem, and section theorem, are improved.
