One new diacylglycoside named lyciumaside ( 1 ) and a new sesquiterpene lactone named lyciumate ( 2 ) were isolated from Lycium shawii Roem . & Schult . The structures of the two new compounds were elucidated based on 1D‐ (1H‐ and 13C‐NMR and NOE) and 2D‐NMR (COSY, HSQC, and HMBC) spectroscopic techniques, and mass spectrometry (ESI‐MS). Preliminary evaluations demonstrated lyciumaside ( 1 ) possesses strong antioxidant activity with an IC50 = 30 μg/ml (80% inhibition) while it was inactive in α‐glucosidase and urease enzymes assays.  相似文献

A new glycine derivative, podocarpiamide ( 1 ), a new indole alkaloid, 1‐methoxy‐1H‐indol‐3‐ethanol ( 2 ), together with two known compounds, 1‐methoxy‐1H‐indole‐3‐acetic acid ( 3 ) and methyl 1‐methoxy‐1H‐indole‐3‐acetate ( 4 ), were isolated from the fermentation broth of the plant endophytic fungus Pestalotiopsis podocarpi. Their structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analysis including 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR (HSQC, HMBC, and COSY) and MS experiments. Compound 1 has an interesting unusual carbamic acid structure.  相似文献

Two new C‐glucosyl chromones named aloeverasides A ( 1 ) and B ( 2 ) were isolated from the resin of Aloe vera (L.) Burm.f . The structures of the two new natural products were elucidated based on 1D‐ (1H‐ and 13C‐NMR) and 2D‐NMR (COSY, HSQC, and HMBC) spectroscopic techniques and mass spectrometry (ESI‐MS). Aloeverasides A ( 1 ) and B ( 2 ) were evaluated for their anticancer activity, and both induced a 76.4 and 70.5% growth inhibition of the breast cancer cell line (MDA‐MB‐231) at a concentration of 100 μm . Both compounds were also evaluated for their 1,1‐diphenyl‐2‐picryl‐hydrazyl antioxidant, urease enzyme, and α‐glucosidase enzyme inhibition activities. Aloeverasides A ( 1 ) and B ( 2 ) displayed good urease enzyme inhibition activities (62 and 55%, resp.), as well as antioxidant activity in which aloeveraside A ( 1 ) had a value of 60% inhibition, while aloeveraside B ( 2 ) demonstrated a more potent antioxidant activity with 80% inhibition.  相似文献

The synthesis, characterization and cytotoxic properties in vitro of tri‐n‐butyltin 1‐(4‐chlorobenzoyl)‐5‐methoxy‐2‐methyl‐1H‐indole‐3‐acetate ( 1 ), tri‐phenyltin 1‐(4‐chlorobenzoyl)‐5‐methoxy‐2‐methyl‐1H‐indole‐3‐acetate ( 2 ), tetra‐n‐butyltin[bis‐1‐(4‐chlorobenzoyl)‐5‐methoxy‐2‐methyl‐1H‐indole‐3‐acetato]distannoxane ( 3 ) and di‐n‐butyltin bis‐1‐(4‐chlorobenzoyl)‐5‐methoxy‐2‐methyl‐1H‐indole‐3‐acetate ( 4 ) are described. These compounds have been characterized by 1H, 13C and 119Sn NMR spectroscopy in solution and 119Sn NMR in the solid state, infrared spectroscopy, elemental analysis and X‐ray diffraction for compound 1 . The growth inhibition effects of compounds 1–4 against the lung adenocarcinoma cell line SK‐LU‐1 as well as the cervical cancer cell line HeLa were determined. Seventeen flavonoids, five of which are flavone C‐diosides, 1 – 5 , were isolated from the BuOH‐ and AcOEt‐soluble fractions of the leaf extract of Machilus konishii. Among 1 – 5 , apigenin 6‐Cβ‐D ‐xylopyranosyl‐2″‐Oβ‐D ‐glucopyranoside ( 2 ), apigenin 8‐Cα‐L ‐arabinopyranosyl‐2″‐Oβ‐D ‐glucopyranoside ( 4 ), and apigenin 8‐Cβ‐D ‐xylopyranosyl‐2″‐Oβ‐D ‐glucopyranoside ( 5 ) are new. Both 4 and 5 are present as rotamer pairs. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated on the basis of NMR‐spectroscopic analyses and MS data. In addition, the 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR data of apigenin 6‐Cα‐L ‐arabinopyranosyl‐2″‐Oβ‐D ‐glucopyranoside ( 3 ) were assigned for the first time. The isolated compounds were assayed against α‐glucosidase (type IV from Bacillus stearothermophilus). Kaempferol 3‐O‐(2‐β‐D ‐apiofuranosyl)‐α‐L ‐rhamnopyranoside ( 12 ) was found to possess the best inhibitory activity with an IC50 value of 29.3 μM .  相似文献

Three new monoterpenoid indole alkaloids, (14α,15α)‐14,15‐epoxyaspidofractinine ( 1 ) and maireines A and B ( 2 and 3 , resp.), together with 19 known alkaloids, were isolated from the leaves and twigs of Alstonia mairei. The crystal structures of salt 8 , which was prepared from (R)‐2‐methoxy‐2‐(2‐naphthyl)propanoic acid ((R)‐MβNP acid, (R)‐ 2 ) and (R)‐1‐phenylethylamine ((R)‐PEA, (R)‐ 6 ), and salt 9 , which was prepared from (R)‐2‐methoxy‐2‐(1‐naphthyl)propanoic acid ((R)‐MαNP acid, (R)‐ 1 ) and (R)‐1‐(p‐tolyl)ethylamine ((R)‐TEA, (R)‐ 7 ), were determined by X‐ray crystallography. The MβNP and MαNP anions formed ion‐pairs with the PEA and TEA cations, respectively, through a methoxy‐group‐assisted salt bridge and aromatic CH???π interactions. The networks of salt bridges formed 21 columns in both salts. Finally, (S)‐(2E,6E)‐(1‐2H1)farnesol ((S)‐ 13 ) was prepared from the reaction of (2E,6E)‐farnesal ( 11 ) with deuterated (R)‐BINAL‐H (i.e., (R)‐BINAL‐D). The enantiomeric excess of compound (S)‐ 13 was determined by NMR analysis of (S)‐MαNP ester 14 . The solution‐state structures of MαNP esters that were prepared from primary alcohols were also elucidated.  相似文献

A phytochemical study on Borreria verticillata has led to the isolation of two novel simple indole alkaloids, 6‐methoxy‐4‐(3‐methylbut‐2‐en‐1‐yl)‐1H‐indole, named verticillatine A ( 1 ), and 1‐(1H‐indol‐6‐yl)‐3‐methylbutan‐1‐one, named verticillatine B ( 2 ), one new iridoid, 6′‐O‐(2‐glyceryl)scandoside methyl ester ( 3 ), with the glycerol unit linked to a glucose unit, and two known ones, asperuloside ( 4 ) and scandoside methyl ester ( 5 ). The structures of these compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic‐data analyses, mainly 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, including 2D experiments (1H,1H‐COSY, NOESY, HMBC, and HMQC), and HR‐ESI‐MS.  相似文献

Eleven new indole alkaloids were isolated from cultures of the human pathogenic yeast Malassezia furfur after addition of L ‐tryptophan as the sole N‐source: pityriacitrin B ( 2 ), the malassezindoles A ( 3 ) and B ( 4 ), malassezialactic acid ( 6 ), the malasseziazoles A ( 7 ), B ( 8 ), and C ( 9 ), pityriazole ( 10 ), malasseziacitrin ( 11 ), and malassezione ( 12 ), along with the known d‐ indole‐3‐lactic acid (=(αR)‐α‐hydroxy‐1H‐indole‐3‐propanoic acid 5 ), and 2‐hydroxy‐1‐(1H‐indol‐3‐yl)ethanone ( 13 ). The structural elucidation of these compounds was performed by spectroscopic methods (MS as well as 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR). The biogenetic relationships (Scheme) and biological activities of the new metabolites are discussed.  相似文献

Three new xanthones, namely huperxanthones A–C ( 1 – 3 , resp.), were obtained from the cultures of Aspergillus versicolor, a fungal endophyte of Huperzia serrata, together with 1,7‐dihydroxy‐8‐(methoxycarbonyl)xanthone‐3‐carboxylic acid ( 4 ), β‐diversonolic acid methyl ester ( 5 ), 4‐hydroxyvertixanthone ( 6 ), and sydowinin B ( 7 ). The structures of the new compounds were established by detailed NMR and MS analysis, especially by 2D‐NMR experiments. All xanthones were evaluated for their effects on α‐glucosidase. Compound 4 exhibited a potent inhibitory activity against α‐glucosidase with an IC50 value of 0.24 mM (vs. 0.38 mM for acarbose). The rest of the compounds showed weak or no activity against α‐glucosidase.  相似文献

The seven new triterpenoid saponins 1 – 7 were isolated from the roots of Gypsophila paniculata L. Their structures were established by 1D ‐ and 2D‐NMR techniques, HR‐MS, and acid hydrolysis. The isolated compounds include 3,28‐O‐bidesmosides with or without a 4‐methoxycinnamoyl group (see 1 vs. 2 and 3 ), and 3‐O‐monoglucosides 4 – 7 . All isolated saponins 1 – 7 and their aglycones were evaluated for their α‐glucosidase inhibition activity. Compound 1 showed inhibitory activity against yeast α‐glucosidase with an IC50 value of 100.9±3.3 μM , whereas compounds 2 – 7 were inactive.  相似文献

Synthesis of indolyl linked benzylidene based meta‐substituted phenyl containing thiazolidinediones ( 4a – b ), rhodanine ( 5a – b ), and 1,3‐dicarbonyl based acyclic analogs of isoxazolidinediones ( 6a – 7b ) in an effort to develop novel α‐glucosidase inhibitors in the management of hyperglycemia for the treatment of type 2 diabetes is reported. The structure of all the novel synthesized compounds was confirmed through the spectral studies (LC–MS, 1H‐NMR, 13C‐NMR, and FTIR). Comparative evaluation of these compounds revealed that the compound 5b showed maximum inhibitory potential against α‐amylase and α‐glucosidase giving an IC50 value of 0.28 ± 0.01 μM. Furthermore, binding affinities in terms of G score values and hydrogen bond interactions between all the synthesized compounds and the AA residues in the active site of the protein (PDB code: 3TOP) to that of Acarbose (standard drug) were explored with the help of molecular docking studies. Five new conjugates of oleanolic acid derivatives and chalcones have been designed and synthesized. The structure elucidation of these conjugates was accomplished by using extensive 1D (1H, 13C) and 2D NMR spectroscopic studies (COSY, HSQC and HMBC); and α‐glucosidase inhibitory activity is reported for these conjugates. In present literature search, some cyano-containing compounds, which are very rare in plants, from the traditional anticancer herb Tiankuizi were reported. To find more cyano-containing compounds in the important plant Semiaquilegia adoxoides (DC) Makino (Chinese name Tiankuizi), the isolation of the chemical constituents was investigated for advancing the research. Two new compounds, a new alkaloid, 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-6-hydroxy-1[(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)methyl]-7-methoxy-2,2-dimethyl-isoquinolinium, named Semiaquilegine A (1), and a new ester, 3-(4'-hydroxyphenyl)-2-propenoic acid (4"-carboxyl)-phenyl ester (2), and four cyano-containing compounds, (Z)-6a-(β-D-glucosyloxy)-4a,5a-dihydroxy-2-cyclohexene-△^1,a-acetonitrile (3), (L0-6α-(β-D-glucosyloxy)-4α-hydroxy-2-cyclohexene-△^1,α-acetonitrile (4), lithospermoside (5), ehretioside B (6), as well as eleven known compounds, were isolated from the roots of Semiaquilegia adoxoides. The structures of new compounds 1 and 2 were elucidated mainly by 1D/2D-NMR techniques. Very unusual cyano-containing compounds 3 and 4 were first isolated from Ranunculaceae family. Hitherto, there were six cyano-containing compounds found in the herb.  相似文献

岩黄芪属植物中的多序岩黄芪作为传统中药“红芪”有着广泛的药用价值,而同属的红花岩黄芪也报道具有良好的药用活性。我们对该属中的细枝岩黄芪根部的化学成份进行了研究,从中分离得到了三个新的异戊烯基呋喃异黄酮,分别为:5-羟基-7-(2-羟基异丙基)-4′-甲氧基-9-苯并呋喃[3,2-g]异黄酮(1),5-羟基-4′-甲氧基-9-苯并呋喃[3,2-g]异黄酮(2),5-羟基-7-(2-羟基异丙基)-4′-甲氧基-7-苯并呋喃[2,3-h]异黄酮(3),并对这三个新化合物的清除自由基能力进行了测试。  相似文献

Three new indoloquinazolidine‐type alkaloids, 8,13‐dihydro‐2‐methoxyindolo[2′,3′: 3,4]pyrido[2,1‐b]quinazolin‐5(7H)‐one ( 1 ), 8,13‐dihydro‐2‐methoxy‐13‐methylindolo[2′,3′: 3,4]pyrido[2,1‐b]quinazolin‐5(7H)‐one ( 2 ), and 5,8,13,14‐tetrahydro‐2‐methoxy‐14‐methyl‐5‐oxo‐7H‐indolo[2′,3′: 3,4]pyrido[2,1‐b]quinazolim‐6‐iun chloride ( 3 ) were isolated from Araliopsis tabouensis, together with three known compounds. The structures of the new compounds were determined primarily from 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR analysis. The antimalarial activities of compounds 1 – 5 were evaluated against Plasmodium falciparum D6 and W2 clones. The IC50 values in antimalarial bioassay for compounds 2 – 5 varied from 1.8 to 4.7 μg/ml.  相似文献

The Et2O‐soluble fraction from the bark of Magnolia kobus led to the isolation of two new lignans, (+)‐(7α,7′α,8α,8′α)‐3′,4,4′,5,5′‐pentamethoxy‐7,9′: 7′,9‐diepoxylignan‐3‐ol ( 1 ) and (+)‐(7α,7′α,8α,8′α)‐4,5‐dimethoxy‐3′,4′‐(methylenedioxy)‐7,9′: 7′,9‐diepoxylignan‐3‐ol ( 2 ), along with five known lignans 3 – 7 . Their structures were established on the basis of various spectroscopic analyses including 1D‐ (1H, 13C, and DEPT) and 2D‐NMR (COSY, NOESY, HMQC, and HMBC) and by comparison of their spectral data with those of related compounds.  相似文献

Henrycinols A ( 1 ) and B ( 2 ), two novel indole alkaloids, together with three known compounds, (+)‐Δ14‐vincamine ( 3 ), (+)‐16‐epi‐Δ14‐vincamine ( 4 ), and (+)‐isoeburnamine ( 5 ), were isolated from the roots of Melodinus henryi Craib . Three novel limonoids, 2,3‐dideacetylxyloccensin S ( 1 ), 30‐deacetylxyloccensin W ( 2 ), and 7‐hydroxy‐21β‐methoxy‐3‐oxo‐24,25,26,27‐tetranortirucalla‐1,14‐diene‐23(21)‐lactone ( 3 ), were isolated from the seeds of the Chinese mangrove, Xylocarpus granatum. The structures were elucidated on the basis of 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR (including 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, DEPT, 1H,1H‐COSY, HSQC, HMBC, and NOESY) data and confirmed by HR‐MS.  相似文献
