A straightforward method to prepare symmetrical (1Z, 3Z)- and (1E, 3E)-2,3-difluoro-1,4-disubstituted-buta-1,3-dienes is described. High E/Z ratio 1-bromo-1-fluoroalkenes, prepared by isomerization from the E/Z ≈ 1:1 isomeric mixtures, reacted with Bu3SnSnBu3 and Pd(PPh3)4 to afford (1Z, 3Z)-2,3-difluoro-1,4-disubstituted-buta-1,3-dienes in good yield. (Z)-1-Bromo-1-fluoroalkenes, which were prepared by kinetic reduction from 1-bromo-1-fluoroalkenes (E/Z ≈ 1:1), can undergo similar reaction with Bu3SnSnBu3 and Pd(PPh3)4/CuI to prepare (1E, 3E)-2,3-difluoro-1,4-disubstituted-buta-1,3-dienes.  相似文献

Despite our studies on the Π* ← Π systems in some trisubstituted benzenes, the available data are limited, especially concerning two heavy and one light or one heavy and two light substituents. We therefore report and interpret the vapour phase electronic absorption, infrared and Raman spectra of 1-bromo-2,4-difluoro-, 1-bromo-3,4-difluoro-, 1-bromo-3,5-difluoro-, 1,3-dichloro-2-fluoro- and 1,3-dichloro-4-fluoro-benzenes.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] 2',3'-Dideoxy-6',6'-difluoro-3'-thionucleoside 1b, an analogue of 3Tc that has high biological activities against HIV and HBV, has been synthesized from gem-difluorohomoallyl alcohol 3 in an efficient way. The key intermediate 4-amino-3,3-difluorotetrahydrothiophen-2-ylmethyl benzoate 15 was prepared from 2,2-difluoro-1-[(4R)-2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxolan-4-yl]but-3-en-1-ol 3 in 11 steps. The construction of pyrimidine ring with the amino group of compound 15 gave the target compound 1.  相似文献

1-Dimethylamino-2-(p-tolylsulfonyl)polyfluoro-1-alken-3-ones were obtained from hydrates of 3,3,3-trifluoro-1-(p-tolylsulfonyl)-2-propanone and 3,3,4,4,5,5-hexafluoro-1-(p-tolylsulfonyl)-2-pentanone under conditions of the Vilsmeier-Haack-Arnold reaction. The analogous reaction of 3,3-difluoro-1-(p-tolylsulfonyl)-2-propanone hydrate leads to 3-chloro-1-dimethylamino-4,4-difluoro-2-(p-tolylsulfonyl)-1,3-butadiene. The feasibility of using 1-dimethylamino-2-(p-tolylsulfonyl)-polyfluoro-1-alken-3-ones in reactions with nitrogen binucleophiles has been demonstrated for the regioselective synthesis of pyrazoles and pyrimidines. An efficient synthesis of 2-fluoro-3-(trifluoromethyl)furans was developed. Keystep of the reaction sequence is a [4 + 1] cycloaddition reaction of tin(II)chloride to 4,4-bis(trifluoromethyl)-1-oxabuta-1,3-dienes. At elevated temperatures the tin heterocycles are transformed into 1-aryl-4,4-difluoro-3-(trifluoromethyl)but-3-en-1-ones which on treatment with sodium hydride in dry DMF give 2-fluoro-3-(trifluoromethyl)furans. The single fluorine bound to C-(2) can be readily replaced by various N-, O-, S-, and C-nucleophiles and dinucleophiles.  相似文献

The adsorption equilibrium constants for adamantane, 1-fluoro-, 1-chloro-, 1,3-difluoro-, 1,3-dichloro-, 1,3-dibromo-, and 1-hydroxyadamantane, and methyl 1-adamantyl ketone were determined by gas chromatography. The results were compared with molecular statistical calculations based on the known atomic-atomic potentials of the interaction of atoms of the sorbate molecule with the C atom of graphitized thermal carbon black (GTCB). The experimental adsorption heats exceed the calculated values by 3-10 kJ mol-1. The reasons for this divergence are discussed. The changes in the adsorption entropy show that the molecules of the studied compounds form a layer of the ideal dimeric gas on the GTCB surface upon adsorption.  相似文献

The reaction of difluorocarbene with azirines affords a new type of azomethine ylides, viz., strained aziriniodifluoromethanides. 1,3-Dipolar cycloadditions of ylides derived from 2-unsubstituted 3-arylazirines to dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate and aldehydes give derivatives of 2,2-difluoro-1-azabicyclo[3.1.0]hex-3-ene-3,4-dicarboxylic acids and 1,4-oxazin-3(4H)-ones, respectively. Ylides derived from 2-mono- and 2,2-disubstituted azirines undergo isomerization to 2-aza-1,3-diene derivatives. 2,2-Difluoro-1-azabicyclo[3.1.0]hex-3-enes are transformed into 2-fluoropyridine derivatives in high yields and react with amines to give 2,4-diamino-1-azabicyclo[3.1.0]hex-2-ene derivatives.  相似文献

The Diels-Alder reaction of fluoranil with cyclopentadiene, 1,3-butadiene, and 1-acetoxy-1,3-butadiene gave 1,4, 5, 8-bis(methylene)-4a, 8a, 9a, 10a-tetrafluoro-1, 4, 4a, 5, 8, 8a, 9a, 10a-octahydroanthraquinone (I), 2, 3, 4a, 8a-tetrafluoro-4a, 5, 8, 8a-tetrahydro-1,4-naphthoquinone (III), and 5-acetoxy-2, 3, 4a, 8a-tetrafluoro-4a, 5, 8, 8a-tetrahydro-1,4- naphthoquinone (VI), respectively. Hydrogenation of I gave the expected saturated diketone(II). Hydrogenation of III afforded, with elimination of the two tertiary fluorines, 2,3-difluoro-5, 6, 7, 8-tetrahydro-1, 4- dihydroxynaphthalene (IV). In hydrogenation of VI, acetic acid and two moles of hydrogen fluoride were eliminated to give 2,3-difluoro-1, 4-dihydroxynaphthalene(VII). Both dihydroxy compounds IV and VII yielded on oxidation with ferric chloride the corresponding quinones, 2, 3- difluoro-5, 6, 7, 8-tetrahydro-1, 4-naphthoquinone (V) and 2, 3-difluoro-1, 4-naphthoquinone (VIII), respectively. Equivalent amounts of compounds IV and V gave a red-brown semiquinone IX, and a mixture of VI and VIII gave a dark-violet semiquinone X.  相似文献

2-Pentafluorophenyl-2-trifluoromethyl-1,3-dioxolane was prepared by cyclization of octafluoroacetophenone with 2-chloroethanol under the conditions of base catalysis. Successive chlorination of the product yielded the corresponding 4,4,5,5-tetrachloro derivative. Fluorination of the latter in the SbF3/SbCl5 system yields 4,5-dichloro-4,5-difluoro-2-pentafluorophenyl-2-trifluoromethyl-1,3-dioxolane.  相似文献

Electrophilic fluorination of Hantzsch-type 1,4-dihydropyridines with Selectfluor® led to the formation of new fluorinated 2,6-heptanediones - dialkyl 2,4-diacetyl-2,4-difluoro-3-phenylpentanedioates. Novel 2,6-heptanedione derivatives in reaction with hydrazine hydrate easily form 6-amino-4,7-difluoro-3-hydroxy-1,3-dimethyl-5-oxo-8-phenyl-2-oxa-6-azabicyclo[2.2.2]octanes instead of the corresponding diazepine derivatives. The obtained 2-оxa-6-azabicyclo[2,2,2]octanes are thermally stable at the temperatures below 50°С. At higher temperatures rearrangement of 2-oxa-6-azabicyclo[2,2,2]octanes offers new fluorine-containing pyrazolinone derivatives - alkyl esters of 2-fluoro-2-((4-fluoro-3-methyl-5-oxo-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)(phenyl)methyl)-3-oxobutanoates.  相似文献

We report a one-pot reaction of bis(acylsilanes) with trifluoromethyltrimethylsilane (TFMTMS) leading to a new family of 2,2-difluoro-3-trialkylsilylketols 4. These compounds were submitted to a facile and effective defluorosilylation. The overall process constitutes a new synthesis of cyclic six- and seven-membered 2-fluoro-1,3-diketones 8, with regiospecific introduction of fluorine. The keto-enol equilibrium of cyclic 1,3-diketones and the mechanism of the defluorosilylation reaction were also studied.  相似文献

The gas-phase copyrolysis of tetrafluoroethylene with buta-1,3-diene in a flow reactor at 495–505 °C produces 3,3,4,4-tetrafluorocyclohex-1-ene, which selectively converted to 1,2-difluorobenzene or 1-chloro-2,3-difluorobenzene. The latter can be converted to 2-chloro-3,4-difluoronitrobenzene, 2,3,4-trifluoronitrobenzene, 2,3-difluoro-6-nitrophenol, or 2-chloro-3-fluoro-4-nitrophenol via nitration, fluorodechlorination, and hydrolysis reactions.

An aza-Wittig reaction of 1,1′-bis(triphenylphosphoranylidenamino)-ferrocene with 4-iodo-, 2,5-difluoro-4-iodo-, pentafluoro-, or 4-methoxycarbonylphenylisocyanates is described here. Intermediate betaines, which are products of a nucleophilic attack of the nitrogen atom of the remaining iminophosphorane moiety on the carbon atom of the carbodiimide functional group, were isolated; their structures were proved by monocrystal X-ray diffraction. Hydrolysis of the betaines under mild conditions gave corresponding arylamino-1,3-diaza[3]ferrocenophanes. On the other hand, as demonstrated, under more rigid conditions, the betaines could be converted into ferrocenophanes with the 1,3-diazetidine-2,4-diimine coupler. The iodo- or diiodo-derivatives of 1,3-diaza[3]ferrocenophanes were cross-coupled with a nitronyl nitroxide-2-ide gold(I) complex to obtain corresponding metallocenophanes functionalized with the nitronyl nitroxide group(s). The molecular and crystal structures of the halogenated and spin-labeled ferrocenophanes were solved by X-ray analysis. In arylamino-1,3-diaza[3]ferrocenophanes, according to cyclic voltammetry, the position of the quasi-reversible oxidation peak associated with the Fe(II)/Fe(III) redox couple deviates within 0.09?V depending on substituents in the arylamino group.  相似文献
