This paper uses the density functional theory to analyse the stabilities,bond characters,static linear polarisabilities,and aromaticities of the ’in-out’ isomerism H n-60 @C n H 60 (n=70,72,74).The binding energies,C-H bond energies,and energy gaps explore that the ’in-out’ isometric perhydrogenation of C n (n=70,72,74) can remarkably improve the stabilities.The static linear polarisabilies of H n-60 @C n H 60 (n=70,72,74) are indeed relative to their shapes,while they show almost nonaromatic character.This study can suggest that the ’in-out’ isometric perhydrogenation of fullerenes could lead to the invention of entirely novel potential hydrogen storage nanomaterials.  相似文献

This paper uses the generalised gradient approximation based on density functional theory to analyse the geometric structure and properties of the 3d transition metal atom doped endohedral fullerene M@C20F20(M=Sc-Ni).The geometric optimization shows that the cage centre is the most stable position for M,forming the structure named as M@C 20 F 20-4.The inclusion energy,zero-point energy,and energy gap calculations tell us that Ni@C 20 F 20-4 should be thermodynamically and kinetically stablest.M@C 20 F 20-4(M = Sc-Co) possesses high magnetic moments varied from 1 to 6 μ B,while Ni@C 20 F 20-4 is nonmagnetic.The Ni-C bond in Ni@C 20 F 20-4 contains both the covalent and ionic characters.  相似文献

采用密度泛函理论方法中的广义梯度近似,对C80H80几何结构和电子性质进行了研究. 几何结构研究表明:在C80H80可能稳定存在的两种同分异构体中, 连接12个五边形的20个C原子内部氢化,其余60个C原子外部氢化所形成的结构即 H20@C80H60最稳定,其仍然保持Ih对称性. 通过对H20@C80H60的能级、前线轨道和态密度分析可知: 在H20@C80H60中, H原子的原子轨道与C原子的原子轨道之间在占据态轨道上有较强的杂化, H原子对H20@C80H60的占据态轨道的贡献比较大. 其最高占据轨道主要由外部H原子和碳笼来贡献,而最低未占据轨道主要由内部H原子贡献, 表明内外H原子在H20@C80H60的化学反应中承担不同的角色. H20@C80H60为闭壳层结构,所有电子都是配对的,表现为非磁性.  相似文献

Using density functional theory and quantum transport calculations based on nonequilibum Green’s function formalism,we investigate the charge transport properties of endohedral M@C 20 (M=Na and K) metallofullerenes.Our results show that the conductance of C 20 fullerene can be obviously improved by insertion of alkali atom at its centre.Both linear and nonlinear sections are found on the I-V curves of the Au-M@C 20-Au two-probe systems.The novel negative differential resistance behaviour is also observed in Na@C 20 molecule but not in K@C 20.  相似文献

Twenty-seven new cw far infrared laser lines with wavelengths between 137 and 988m have been observed from optically pumping C2H3F, C2H3Cl, C2H3Br, C2H5F, C2H3CN, CH2CF2, HCOOH and CH3Br with a CO2 laser. Structures of several premixed ethylene-oxygen-argon rich flat flames burning at 50 mbar have been established by using molecular beam mass spectrometry in order to investigate the effect of CO2, or NH3, or H2O addition on species concentration profiles. The aim of this study is to examine the eventual changes of profiles of detected hydrocarbon intermediates which could be considered as soot precursors (C2H2, C4H2, C5H4, C5H6, C6H2, C6H4, C6H6, C7H8, C6H6O, C8H6, C8H8, C9H8 and C10H8). The comparative study has been achieved on four flames with an equivalence ratio (f) of 2.50: one without any additive (F2.50), one with 15% of CO2 replacing the same quantity of argon (F2.50C), one with 3.3% of NH3 in partial replacement of argon (F2.50N) and one with 13% of H2O in replacement of the same quantity of argon (F2.50H). The four flat flames have similar final flame temperatures (1800 K).CO2, or NH3, or H2O addition to the fresh gas inlet causes a shift downstream of the flame front and thus flame inhibition. Endothermic processes CO2 + H = CO + OH and H2O + H = H2 + OH are responsible of the reduction of the hydrocarbon intermediates in the CO2 and H2O added flames through the supplementary formation of hydroxyl radicals. It has been demonstrated that such processes begin to play at the end of the flame front and becomes more efficient in the burnt gases region.The replacement of some Ar by NH3 is responsible only for a slight decrease of the maximum mole fraction of C2H2, but NH3 becomes much more efficient for C4H2 and C5 to C10 species. Moreover, the efficiency of NH3 as a reducing agent of C5 to C10 intermediates is larger than that of CO2 and H2O for equal quantities added.  相似文献

Density functional theory has been employed to optimize the structure of endohedral doped C20 fullerene. We have also investigated electronic properties. We have found that C20 cage can accommodate up to 8 hydrogen atoms. Some hydrogen atoms get chemisorbed on the inner surface of C20 cage and form C-H bond. Structural deformation is found to increase with increase in H-atoms. From the analysis of electronic properties, we observe that due to endohedral doping of hydrogen atoms inside C20, H-atoms acquire net negative charge by accepting electrons and fullerene molecules acquire positive charge by donating electrons to H-atoms. For endohedral complexes where H3 triangular molecule formation takes place, the nature of net charge transfer changes, i.e. fractional electronic charge is transferred from H-atoms to fullerene. C20 doped with odd number of H-atoms should be more reactive compared to the even number case. Most of the present results are similar to those of endohedral C60.  相似文献

在射频输入功率为400W,气压为0.8Pa的条件下,使用光强标定的发射光谱方法研究了感应耦合H2/C4F8等离子体中CF, CF2, H和F基团的相对密度随流量比R=H2/(H2+C4F8)的变化情况,而HF基团相对密度的变化由四级质谱仪探测得到。结果表明等离子体活性先随着R的增加而升高,然后随着R的进一步增加而下降。在流量比从0逐渐上升到0.625的过程中,CF和CF2基团的相对密度不断降低。实验中测得的CF基团的相对密度[CF]与理论计算得到的[CF]有很好的一致性说明了电子与CF2基团的碰撞反应是CF基团产生的主要原因。文中还讨论了HF基团。  相似文献

Phosphors of nanoparticles LaSrAl3O7:RE3+(REEu, Tb) have been prepared by a sol–gel method. The structure and luminescent properties of LaSrAl3O7:Eu3+ and LaSrAl3O7:Tb3+ phosphors were characterized by X-ray diffraction and atomic force microscopy (AFM), photoluminescence excitation and emission spectra were utilized. From X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns, it is indicated that the phosphor LaSrAl3O7 forms without impurity phase at 900 °C. From atomic force microscopy (AFM) images, it is shown that the crystal size of the phosphores are about 60–80 nm. Upon excitation with UV irradiation, it is shown that there is a strong emission at around 617 nm corresponding to the forced electric dipole 5D07F2 transition of Eu3+, and at around 545 nm corresponding to the 5D47F5 transition of Tb3+. The dependence of photoluminescence intensity on Eu3+(or Tb3+) concentration and annealing temperature were also studied in detail.  相似文献

采用密度泛函理论中广义梯度近似对非典型富勒烯C22和过渡金属内掺衍生物M@C22(M=Sc,Ti,V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co和Ni)的几何结构和电子结构进行计算研究.发现非典型富勒烯C22的基态结构是含有一个四碳环的单重态笼状结构.过渡金属原子的掺入明显提高了体系的稳定性. C-M键既有一定共价性又有一定离子性.磁性、能级图、轨道分布和态密度图分析表明: M原子的3d轨道和碳笼的C原子的原子轨道之间存在较强的轨道杂化. Ti, Cr, Fe和Ni内掺的结构出现磁性完全猝灭现象. Sc和碳笼间是弱反铁磁作用, V,Mn和Co与碳笼间是弱铁磁作用.  相似文献

利用扩展x射线吸收精细结构和x射线衍射研究了机械合金化制备的体心立方(bcc)的亚稳态Fe80Cu20合金固溶体的结构随退火温度的变化特点.结果表明,在300—873 K温度范围内,随着退火温度的升高,bcc结构物相的晶格常数近于线性降低,这主要是由于Cu原子从bcc结构Fe80Cu20合金固溶体中逐渐偏析出来,生成面心立方(fcc)结构的Cu物相所致.经603K退火后,Cu原子的平均键长RCu—Cu增加了0.003 nm左右,大约有50%的Cu原子从bcc结构的Fe80Cu20合金固溶体中偏析出来.在773 K退火后,bcc结构Fe80Cu20合金固溶体近于完全相分离,生成了bcc结构的α-Fe与fcc结构的Cu物相. 关键词: 扩展x射线吸收精细结构 x射线衍射 80Cu20合金')" href="#">Fe80Cu20合金 机械合金化  相似文献

Can there exist an open‐shell (OS) singlet diradical in the electronic ground state of the solvated dielectron? Here, we presented a comparison study by different cage‐shaped e2@CnFn (n = 20, 28, 36, 50, 60, and 80) at unrestricted broken spin‐symmetry density functional theory. It is found that both the stability and the singlet diradical character of the molecule increase with increasing excess electron encapsulation space (size of the cage). For the e2@CnFn (n = 50, 60, and 80), the electronic ground states have obvious special OS singlet diradical characters. Among these OS e2@CnFn (n = 50, 60, and 80), the e2@C50F50 with intermediate diradical character (0.658) is the most stable. The two semispheres in each highest occupied molecular orbital (α and β) of these diradicals suggest that the two excess electrons are simultaneously encapsulated inside the different regions of the cage, respectively, to form special broken s‐type 3excess electron pair.  相似文献
