The electronic absorption spectra of 5-(o-substituted phenylazo)-6-amino-2-thiouracils and 6-(o-substituted phenylazo)-5-aminouracils containing different substituents are studied at different pH's. The dissociation constants are evaluated and discussed. Phenomenon of tautomerism is more supported by (1)H NMR and (13)C NMR spectra. The electrical conductivity of some ligands and their Co(II), Ni(II) and Cu(II) complexes in the temperature range 293-150K favoured their semiconducting properties where the metal ion forms a bridge to facilitate the flow of the current. The biological activity of some ligands and their complexes are tested against a number of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. The results showed that some of the compounds have a well considerable activity against some of the organisms.  相似文献

A series of the copper(II) complexes with tripodal tetradentate tris(pyridyl 2-methyl)amine-based ligands possessing the hydrogen-bonding 6-aminopyridine units (tapa, three amino groups; bapa, two amino groups; mapa, one amino group) have been synthesized, and their copper(II) complexes with a small molecule such as dioxygen and azide have been studied spectroscopically and structurally. The reaction of their Cu(II) complexes with NaN(3) have given the mononuclear copper complexes with azide in an end-on mode, [Cu(tapa)(N(3))]ClO(4) (1a), [Cu(bapa)(N(3))]ClO(4) (2a), [Cu(mapa)(N(3))]ClO(4) (3a), and [Cu(tpa)(N(3))]ClO(4) (4a) (tpa, no amino group). The crystal structures have revealed that the coordination geometries around the metal centers are almost a trigonal-bipyramidal rather than a square-planar except for 1a with an intermediate between them. The UV-vis and ESR spectral data indicate that the increase of NH(2) groups of ligands causes the structural change from trigonal-bipyramidal to square-pyramidal geometry, which is regulated by a combination of steric repulsion and hydrogen bond. The steric repulsion of amino groups with the azide nitrogen gives rise to elongation of the Cu-N(py) bonds, which leads to the positive shift of the redox potentials of the complexes. The hydrogen bonds between the coordinated azide and amino nitrogens (2.84-3.05 A) contribute clearly to the fixation of azide. The Cu(I) complexes with bapa and mapa ligands have been obtained as a precipitate, although that with tapa was not isolated. The reactions of the Cu(I) complexes with dioxygen in MeOH at -75 degrees C have given the trans-micro-1,2 peroxo dinuclear Cu(II) complexes formulated as [((tapa)Cu)(2)(O(2))](2+) (1c), [((bapa)Cu)(2)(O(2))](2+) (2c), and [((mapa)Cu)(2)(O(2))](2+) (3c), whose characterizations were confirmed by UV-vis, ESR, and resonance Raman spectroscopies. UV-vis spectra of 1c, 2c, and 3c exhibited intense bands assignable to pi(O(2)(2)(-))-to-d(Cu) charge transfer (CT) transitions at lambda(max)/nm (epsilon/M(-1)cm(-1)) = 449 (4620), 474 (6860), and 500 (9680), respectively. The series of the peroxo adducts generated was ESR silent. The resonance Raman spectra exhibited the enhanced features assignable to two stretching vibrations nu((16)O-(16)O/(18)O-(18)O)/cm(-1) and nu(Cu-(16)O/Cu-(18)O)/cm(-1) at 853/807 (1c), 858/812 (2c), 847/800 (3c), and at 547/522 (2c), 544/518 (3c), respectively. The thermal stability of the peroxo-copper species has increased with increase in the number of the hydrogen-bonding interactions between the peroxide and amino groups.  相似文献

In order to contribute to an understanding of the effects of thioether sulfur ligation in copper-O(2) reactivity, the tetradentate ligands L(N3S) (2-ethylthio-N,N-bis(pyridin-2-yl)methylethanamine) and L(N3S')(2-ethylthio-N,N-bis(pyridin-2-yl)ethylethanamine) have been synthesized. Corresponding copper(I) complexes, [CuI(L(N3S))]ClO(4) (1-ClO(4)), [CuI(L(N3S))]B(C(6)F(5))(4) (1-B(C(6)F(5))(4)), and [CuI(L(N3S'))]ClO(4) (2), were generated, and their redox properties, CO binding, and O(2)-reactivity were compared to the situation with analogous compounds having all nitrogen donor ligands, [CuI(TMPA)(MeCN)](+) and [Cu(I)(PMAP)](+) (TMPA = tris(2-pyridylmethyl)amine; PMAP = bis[2-(2-pyridyl)ethyl]-(2-pyridyl)methylamine). X-ray structures of 1-B(C(6)F(5))(4), a dimer, and copper(II) complex [Cu(II)(L(N3S))(MeOH)](ClO(4))(2) (3) were obtained; the latter possesses axial thioether coordination. At low temperature in CH(2)Cl(2), acetone, or 2-methyltetrahydrofuran (MeTHF), 1 reacts with O(2) and generates an adduct formulated as an end-on peroxodicopper(II) complex [{Cu(II)(L(N3S))}(2)(mu-1,2-O(2)(2-))](2+) (4)){lambda(max) = 530 (epsilon approximately 9200 M(-1) cm(-1)) and 605 nm (epsilon approximately 11,800 M(-1) cm(-1))}; the number and relative intensity of LMCT UV-vis bands vary from those for [{Cu(II)(TMPA)}(2)(O(2)(2-))](2+) {lambda(max) = 524 nm (epsilon = 11,300 M(-1) cm(-1)) and 615 nm (epsilon = 5800 M(-1) cm(-1))} and are ascribed to electronic structure variation due to coordination geometry changes with the L(N3S) ligand. Resonance Raman spectroscopy confirms the end-on peroxo-formulation {nu(O-O) = 817 cm(-1) (16-18O(2) Delta = 46 cm(-1)) and nu(Cu-O) = 545 cm(-1) (16-18O(2) Delta = 26 cm(-1)); these values are lower in energy than those for [{Cu(II)(TMPA)}(2)(O(2)(2-))](2+) {nu(Cu-O) = 561 cm(-1) and nu(O-O) = 827 cm(-1)} and can be attributed to less electron density donation from the peroxide pi* orbitals to the Cu(II) ion. Complex 4 is the first copper-dioxygen adduct with thioether ligation; direct evidence comes from EXAFS spectroscopy {Cu K-edge; Cu-S = 2.4 Angstrom}. Following a [Cu(I)(L(N3S))](+)/O(2) reaction and warming, the L(N3S) thioether ligand is oxidized to the sulfoxide in a reaction modeling copper monooxygenase activity. By contrast, 2 is unreactive toward dioxygen probably due to its significantly increased Cu(II)/Cu(I) redox potential, an effect of ligand chelate ring size (in comparison to 1). Discussion of the relevance of the chemistry to copper enzyme O(2)-activation, and situations of biological stress involving methionine oxidation, is provided.  相似文献

Brown TpiPrMoO(SR)(CO) (TpiPr = hydrotris(3-isopropylpyrazol-1-yl)borate; R = Et, iPr, Ph, p-tol, Bz) are formed when TpiPrMoO(SR)(NCMe) react with CO gas in toluene. The carbonyloxomolybdenum(IV) complexes exhibit nu(CO) and nu(Mo=O) IR bands at ca. 2025 and 935 cm(-1), respectively, and NMR spectra indicative of C(1) symmetry, with delta(C)(CO) ca. 250. The crystal structure of TpiPrMoO(SiPr)(CO), the first for a mononuclear carbonyloxomolybdenum complex, revealed a distorted octahedral geometry, with d(Mo=O) = 1.683(3) A, d(Mo-C) = 2.043(5) A, and angle(O=Mo-C) = 90.87(16) degrees . The blue-green acetonitrile precursors are generated by reacting cis-TpiPrMoO2(SR) with PPh3; they are unstable, display a single nu(Mo=O) IR band at ca. 950 cm(-1), and exhibit NMR spectra consistent with C1 symmetry. Red-brown cis-TpiPrMoO2(SR) (R = as above and tBu) are formed by metathesis of TpiPrMoO2Cl and HSR/NEt3 in dichloromethane. The complexes exhibit strong nu(MoO2) IR bands at ca. 925 and 895 cm(-1), and NMR spectra indicative of Cs symmetry; the isopropyl, p-tolyl, and benzyl derivatives possess distorted octahedral geometries, with d(Mo=O)(av) = 1.698 A and angle(MoO(2))(av) = 103.5 degrees.  相似文献

Complexes of Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), Zn(II) and Cd(II) with diacetyl benzaldehyde oxalic acid dihydrazone (dbodh), CH3COC(CH3)=NNHCOCONHN=CHC6H5 and diacetyl benzaldehyde malonic acid dihydrazone (dbmdh), CH3COC(CH3)=NNHCOCH2CONHN=CHC6H5 of general composition [M(dbodh)Cl]Cl and [M(dbmdh)Cl]Cl were synthesized and characterized by microanalyses, molar conductance, magnetic susceptibility, UV–Vis, ESR and IR spectra and X-ray diffraction studies. The complexes are 1 : 1 electrolytes in DMF and are insoluble in water and common organic solvents. The dbodh and dbmdh are neutral tridentate ligands in most complexes and coordinate via one >C=O and two >C=N–groups. In Cu(II) complexes the ligands are pentadentate coordinating through three >C=O and two >C=N–groups. The magnetic moment values and UV–Vis spectra suggest square-planar geometry for Co(II) and Ni(II) complexes and distorted octahedron for both Cu(II) complexes. The ESR spectra of Cu(II) complexes show well-defined copper hyperfine lines in DMSO solution at 120 K and exhibit d x 2 ?y 2 as the ground state. The X-ray diffraction parameters for [Ni(dbodh)Cl]Cl and [Co(dbmdh)Cl]Cl correspond to a tetragonal crystal lattice. The complexes show significant antifungal activity against Alternaria sp., Curvularia sp. and Colletotrichum sp. and fair antibacterial activity against Bacillus subtilis and Pseudomonas fluorescence.  相似文献

Nickel(II) complexes of N3O-donor tripodal ligands, 2,4-di-tert-butyl-6-[([bis(2-pyridyl)methyl]amino)methyl]phenol (HtbuL), 2,4-di-tert-butyl-6-[([(6-methyl-2-pyridyl)methyl](2-pyridylmethyl)amino)methyl]phenol (HtbuLMepy), and 2,4-di-tert-butyl-6-[([bis(6-methyl-2-pyridyl)methyl]amino)methyl]phenol (HtbuL(Mepy)2), were prepared, and [Ni(tbuL)Cl(H2O)] (1), [Ni(tbuLMepy)Cl] (2), and [Ni(tbuL(Mepy)2)Cl] (3) were structurally characterized by the X-ray diffraction method. Complexes 1 and 3 have a mononuclear structure with a coordinated phenolate moiety, while 2 has a dinuclear structure bridged by two chloride ions. The geometry of the Ni(II) center was found to be octahedral for 1 and 2 and 5-coordinate trigonal bipyramidal for 3. Complexes 1-3 exhibited similar absorption spectra in CH3CN, indicating that they all have a mononuclear structure in solution. They were converted to the phenoxyl radicals upon oxidation with Ce(IV), giving a phenoxyl radical pi-pi transition band at 394-407 nm. ESR spectra at low temperature and resonance Raman spectra established that the radical species has a Ni(II)-phenoxyl radical bond. The cyclic voltammograms showed a quasi-reversible redox wave at E1/2=0.46-0.56 V (vs Ag/AgCl) corresponding to the formation of the phenoxyl radical, which displayed a first-order decay with a half-life of 45 min at room temperature for 1 and 26 and 5.9 min at -20 degrees C for 2 and 3, respectively. The radical stability increased with the donor ability of the N ligands.  相似文献

The synthetic methods of novel Cu(II) and adduct complexes, with selective azodyes containing nitrogen and oxygen donor ligands have been developed, characterized and presented. The prepared complexes fall into the stoichiometric formulae of [Cu(L(n))(2)](A) and [Cu(L(n))(2)(Py)(2)](B), where two types of complexes were expected and described. In type [(A) (1:2)] the chelate rings are six-membered/four coordinate, whereas in type [(B) (1:2:2)] they are six-membered/six coordinate. The important bands in the IR spectra and main (1)H NMR signals are tentatively assigned and discussed in relation to the predicted assembly of the molecular structure. The IR data of the azodye ligands suggested the existing of a bidentate binding involving azodye nitrogen and C-O oxygen atom of enolic group. They also showed the presence of Py coordinating with the metal ion. The coordination geometries and electronic structures are determined from the framework of the proposed modeling of the formed novel complexes. The complexes (1-5) exist in trans-isomeric [N,O] solid form, while adduct complexes (6-10) exist in trans isomeric (Py) form. The square planar/octahedral coordination geometry of Cu(II)/adduct is made up of an N-atom of azodye, the deprotonated enolic O-atom and two Py. The azo group was involved in chelation for all the prepared complexes. ESR spectra show the simultaneous presence of a planar trans and a nearly planar cis isomers in the 1:2 ratio for all N,O complexes [Cu(L(n))(2)]. The ligands in the dimmer are stacked over one another. In the solid state of azo-rhodanine, the dimmers have inter- and intramolecular hydrogen bonds. Interactions between the ligands and Cu(II) are also discussed.  相似文献

As a first generation model for the reactive reduced active-site form of bacterial nitric oxide reductase, a heme/non-heme diiron(II) complex [(6L)Fe(II)...Fe(II)-(Cl)]+ (2) {where 6L = partially fluorinated tetraphenylporphyrin with a tethered tetradentate TMPA chelate; TMPA = tris(2-pyridyl)amine} was generated by reduction of the corresponding mu-oxo diferric compound [(6L)Fe(III)-O-Fe(III)-Cl]+ (1). Coordination chemistry models for reactions of reduced NOR with O2, CO, and NO were also developed. With O2 and CO, adducts are formed, [(6L)Fe(III)(O2-))(thf)...Fe(II)-Cl]B(C6F5)4 (2a x O2) {lambda(max) 418 (Soret), 536 nm; nu(O-O) = 1176 cm(-1), nu(Fe-O) = 574 cm(-1) and [(6L)Fe(II)(CO)(thf)Fe(II)-Cl]B(C6F5)4 (2a x CO) {nu(CO) 1969 cm(-1)}, respectively. Reaction of purified nitric oxide with 2 leads to the dinitrosyl complex [(6L)Fe(NO)Fe(NO)-Cl]B(C6F5)4 (2a x (NO)2) with nu(NO) absorptions at 1798 cm(-1) (non-heme Fe-NO) and 1689 cm(-1) (heme-NO).  相似文献

Complexes of the type [M(gssdh)]Cl and [M(gspdh)]Cl, where M?=?Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), Zn(II) and Cd(II), Hgssdh?=?glyoxal salicylaldehyde succinic acid dihydrazone and Hgspdh?=?glyoxal salicylaldehyde phthalic acid dihydrazone, have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, molar conductance, magnetic moments, electronic, ESR and IR spectra and X-ray powder diffraction studies. The metal complexes are insoluble in common organic solvents and are 1?:?1 electrolytes. The magnetic moment values and electronic spectra indicate a spin–free octahedral geometry for all Co(II), Ni(II) and Cu(II) complexes. ESR spectral parameters of Cu(II) complexes suggest an elongated tetragonally–distorted octahedral stereochemistry around copper. Both ligands are monobasic hexadentate ligands coordinating through three >C=O, two >C=N– and a deprotonated phenolate group to the metal. X-ray powder diffraction parameters for three of the complexes correspond to an orthorhombic crystal lattice. The complexes show appreciable activity against various fungi and bacteria.  相似文献

This paper describes the preparation of [Cu(bh)(2)(H(2)O)(2)](NO(3))(2)], [Cu(ibh)(2)(NO(3))(2)], [Cu(ibh)(2)(H(2)O)(2)](NO(3))(2) and [Cu(iinh)(2)(NO(3))(2)] (bh=benzoyl hydrazine (C(6)H(5)CONHNH(2)); ibh=isonicotinoyl hydrazine (NC(5)H(4)CONHNH(2)); ibh=isopropanone benzoyl hydrazone (C(6)H(5)CONHN=C(CH(3))(2); iinh=isopropanone isonicotinoyl hydrazone (NC(5)H(4)CONHN=C(CH(3))(2)). These copper(II) complexes are characterized by elemental analyses, molar conductances, dehydration studies, ESR, IR and electronic spectral studies. The electronic and ESR spectra indicate that each complex exhibits a six-coordinate tetragonally distorted octahedral geometry in the solid state and in DMSO solution. The ESR spectra of most of the complexes are typically isotropic type at room temperature (300K) in solid state as well as in DMSO solution. However, all the complexes exhibit invariably axial signals at 77K in DMSO solution. The trend g(||)>g( perpendicular)>g(e,) observed in all the complexes suggests the presence of an unpaired electron in the [Formula: see text] orbital of the Cu(II). The bh and inh ligands bond to Cu(II) through the >CO and NH(2) groups whereas, ibh and iinh bond through >CO and >CN groups. The IR spectra of bh and ibh complexes also show HOH stretching and bending modes of coordinated water.  相似文献

New coordination polymers have been obtained by the self-assembly of silver salts AgX (X = BF 4, PF 6, CF 3SO 3) and 2,4-diamino-6-R-1,3,5-triazines L (R = phenyl and p-tolyl) of formulas AgLX ( 1- 6). A complex of different stoichiometry, [Ag 3L 2(H 2O)(acetone) 2](BF 4) 3, 7 (R = phenyl), has also been synthesized. The three-dimensional structures of five compounds have been determined by X-ray diffraction studies. For the AgLX complexes, when X = BF 4 and R = phenyl or p-tolyl, chiral chains with alternating Ag and L are formed. The chains are cross-linked by the counteranions in a three-dimensional fashion through hydrogen bonds and weak Ag...F interactions giving rise to a structure with solvent-filled channels. Different and more compact structures have been found when the counteranion is CF 3SO 3 (OTf). When R = phenyl, sheets are formed which consist of [Ag 2(OTf) 2L 2] units with double triflate bridges and which contain columns of pi-pi stacked arenes. Hydrogen bonds connect the sheets. When AgOTf is used and R is p-tolyl, a different and unusual ladderlike structure is obtained in which the rungs are double asymmetric bridges consisting of the triflate groups bonded to Ag in kappa (2) O,mu 2- O and kappa (1) O,mu 2- O fashion. The ladders are parallel to each other and are mutually linked by N-H...N hydrogen bonds to give a 3D architecture. A very similar ladderlike structure has been found for 7 but with a water molecule and a BF 4 (-) group acting as bridges. The role played by the hydrogen bonds in complex 6 to form the 3-D structure is played in 7 by [Ag(acetone) 2] fragments. The noncovalent interactions play an important role in the different solid-state 3D structures. The behavior of the new derivatives in solution has also been analyzed. A new species has been detected at low temperatures, and this exhibits restricted rotation of the phenyl ring.  相似文献

Complexes of Cu(II) with N,N'-bis(3-carboxy-1-oxopropanyl)-1,2-ethylenediamine(C(10)H(16)N(2)O(6),L(1)), N,N'-bis(3-carboxy-1-oxopropanyl)-1,2-phenylenediamine(C(14)H(16)N(2)O(6),L(2)), N,N'-bis(2-carboxy-1-oxophenelenyl)-1,2-phenylenediamine(C(22)H(16)N(2)O(6),L(3)) and N,N'-bis(3-carboxy-1-oxoprop-2-enyl)-1,2-phenylenediamine(C(14)H(12)N(2)O(6),L(4)) have been prepared and characterised by elemental analyses, vibrational spectra, magnetic susceptibility measurements, ligand field spectra, EPR spectra, thermal studies and X-ray diffraction spectra. Vibrational spectra indicate coordination of amide and carboxylate oxygens of the ligands giving a MO(4) square planar chromophore. Ligand field and EPR spectra support square planar geometry around Cu(II). [Cu(L(1))] complex has the maximum activation energy and [Cu(L(3))] complex has the minimum activation energy.  相似文献

The previously synthesised Schiff-base ligands 2-(2-Ph(2)PC(6)H(4)N[double bond, length as m-dash]CH)-R'-C(6)H(3)OH (R'= 3-OCH(3), HL(1); 5-OCH(3), HL(2); 5-Br, HL(3); 5-Cl, HL(4)) were prepared by a faster, more efficient route involving a microwave assisted co-condensation of 2-(diphenylphosphino)aniline with the appropriate substituted salicylaldehyde. HL(1-4) react directly with M(II)Cl(2)(M = Pd, Pt) or Pt(II)I(2)(cod) affording neutral square-planar complexes of general formula [M(II)Cl(eta(3)-L(1-4))](M = Pd, Pt, 1-8) and [Pt(II)I(eta(3)-L(1-4))](M = Pd, Pt, 9-12). Reaction of complexes 1-4 with the triarylphosphines PR(3)(R = Ph, p-tolyl) gave the novel ionic complexes [Pd(II)(PR(3))(eta(3)-L(1-4))]ClO(4)(13-20). Substituted platinum complexes of the type [Pt(II)(PR(3))(eta(3)-L(1-4))]ClO(4)(R = P(CH(2)CH(2)CN)(3)21-24) and [Pt(II)(P(p-tolyl)(3))(eta(3)-L(3,4))]ClO(4)( 25 and 26 ) were synthesised from the appropriate [Pt(II)Cl(eta(3)-L(1-4))] complex (5-8) and PR(3). The complexes are characterised by microanalytical and spectroscopic techniques. The crystal structures of 3, 6, 10, 15, 20 and 26 were determined and revealed the metal to be in a square-planar four-coordinate environment containing a planar tridentate ligand with an O,N,P donor set together with one further atom which is trans to the central nitrogen atom.  相似文献

Osmium(II) complexes containing N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC)-based pincer ligand 1,3-bis(1-methylimidazolin-2-ylidene)phenyl anion (C(1)(∧)C(∧)C(1)) or 1,3-bis(3-methylbenzimidazolin-2-ylidene)phenyl anion (C(2)(∧)C(∧)C(2)) and aromatic diimine (2,2'-bipyridine (bpy), 1,10-phenanthroline (phen), or 4,4'-diphenyl-2,2'-bipyridine (Ph(2)bpy)) in the form of [Os(C(∧)C(∧)C)(N(∧)N)(CO)](+) have been prepared. Crystal structures for these complexes show that the Os-C(NHC) bonds are essentially single (Os-C(NHC) distances = 2.079(5)-2.103(7) ?). Spectroscopic comparisons and time-dependent density functional theory (TD-DFT) calculations suggest that the lowest-energy electronic transition associated with these complexes (λ(max) = 493-536 nm, ε(max) = (5-10) × 10(3) dm(3) mol(-1) cm(-1), solvent = CH(3)CN) originate from a d(π)(Os(II)) → π*(N(∧)N) metal-to-ligand charge transfer transition, where the d(π)(Os(II)) and π*(N(∧)N) levels contain significant contribution from the C(∧)C(∧)C ligands. All these complexes are emissive in the red-spectral region (674-731 nm) with quantum yields of 10(-4)-10(-2) and emission lifetimes of around 1-6 μs. Transient absorption spectroscopy and spectroelectrochemical measurements have also been used to probe the nature of the emissive excited-states. Overall, this joint experimental and theoretical investigation reveals that the C(∧)C(∧)C ligands can be used to modulate the photophysical properties of a [Os(N(∧)N)] core via the formation of the hybrid [Os + C(∧)C(∧)C] frontier orbitals.  相似文献

The infrared low-temperature Ar-matrix spectra of 5-halouracils and unsubstituted uracil were measured and interpreted in terms of the spectra calculated at the DFT/B3PW91/6-311G level followed by a potential energy distribution (PED) analysis. For the PED analysis, the sets of halouracil mode definitions were constructed so that dissimilarities in the interpretations of the different spectra were minimized. Anharmonic frequency calculations enabled more light to be shed on the Fermi resonance (FR) phenomena occurring in the nu(C=O) stretching vibrations region. For each halouracil vibrational spectrum, several FRs manifest themselves in the nu(C=O) stretching vibrations region. We show that the most frequent components participating in these resonances are the nu(C(4)=O(10)) frequency, a beta(N-H) mode frequency, and a beta(C=O) mode frequency. The experimental nu(N-H) frequencies are reproduced by the calculated anharmonic frequencies better than by the scaled harmonic ones, and the nu(C=O) frequencies respond in the opposite manner. The experimental frequencies located below 1500 cm(-1) are reproduced equally well by the two kinds of calculations.  相似文献

The spectral and structural changes, caused by the conversion of phenylpropanedinitrile (phenylmalononitrile) into the carbanion, have been followed by IR spectra, ab initio HF, MP2 and DFT BLYP force field calculations. In agreement between theory and experiment, the conversion is accompanied with strong frequency decreases (with 114 cm(-1), mean value) of the cyano stretching bands nu(C triple bond N), dramatic increases in the corresponding integrated intensities (136-fold, total value), strong enhancement of the nu(C triple bond N) vibrational coupling and other essential spectral changes. According to the calculations, the strongest structural changes take place at the carbanionic center: (i) shortenings of the Cz-Ph and Cz-CN bonds with 0.064-0.092 A, and increases in the corresponding bond orders with 0.14-0.21 U; (ii) simultaneous enlargements of the bond angles at the same carbon atom with 7.6 degrees -9.7 degrees, as from tetrahedral its configuration becomes trigonal. The carbanionic charge is distributed between the two cyano groups (0.44-0.52 e(-)), phenyl ring (0.31-0.34 e(-)) and carbanionic center (0.14-0.25 e(-)). The formation of moderately strong (CH(3))(2)S=O...H-C(CN)(2)C(6)H(5) hydrogen bonds has been found experimentally.  相似文献

The 2-aminopyridine.2-pyridone complex (2AP.2PY) is linked by antiparallel N-H.O=C and N-H.N hydrogen bonds, providing a model for the Watson-Crick hydrogen bond configuration of the adenine-thymine and adenine-uracil nucleobase pairs. Mass-selected S(1) <--> S(0) vibronic spectra of the supersonically cooled 2AP.2PY base pair analogue were measured by laser resonant two-photon ionization and emission spectroscopies. The hydrogen bond vibrations nu(2) (buckle, out-of-plane) and the three in-plane vibrations nu(3) (opening), nu(5) (shear), and nu(6) (stretch) were observed in the S(0) and S(1) states, giving detailed information on the stretching and deformation force constants of the (amide)N-H.N(pyridine) and the (amino)N-H.O=C hydrogen bonds. Density functional calculations with the B3LYP functional and the 6-311++G(d,p) and 6-311++G(2d,2p) basis sets yield ground-state hydrogen bond frequencies in close agreement with experiment.  相似文献

A simple method was develeped for the synthesis of n1- and N3-alkyl- and N1,N3-dialkyl(aryl, alkyl)-5-chloroacetyl-6-aminouracil by reaction of 6-aminouracils with chloroacetyl chloride in monochloroacetic acid. 2,4,5-Trioxopyrrole[2,3-d]pyrimidines were obtained by the action of aqueous alkali on N1alkyl-5-chloroacetyl-6-aminouracils and by the action of sodium ethoxide on N3-alkyl- and N1,N3-dialkyl(aryl, alkyl)-5-chloroacetyl-6-aminouracils. When there is an alkyl substituent attached to the 3-N atom in 2,4,5-trioxopyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidines, the pyrrole ring readily opens up under the influence of alkali to give 5-hydroxyacetyl-6-amino uracils.Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 4, pp. 537–540, April, 1978.  相似文献
