Abstract

of 1,4-dihydro-4-oxo-1,8-naphthyridine-3-carbohydrazide (4) with substituted phenyl isothiocyanates (5) in ethanol under reflux for 30 min gave thiosemicarbazide derivatives 6, which on cyclization in 2N NaOH under refluxing conditions for 1 h resulted in 3-(5-mercapto- 4-phenyl-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)-1,8-naphthyridin-4(1H)-one (7). Alternatively, 7 could also be prepared from following sequence of reactions, i.e., 4 → 8 → 7. In another sequence of reactions, condensation of 7 with chloroacetic acid in dimethylformamide (DMF) and K2CO3 as a mild base at 120 °C for 2 h resulted in 2-((5-(1,4-dihydro-4-oxo-1,8-naphthyridin-3-yl)-4-phenyl-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)sulfanyl)acetic acid (10). The latter, on reaction with substituted o-phenylenediamine (11) in 6N HCl for 4 h yielded 3-(5-((1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)methylthio)-4-phenyl-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)-1,8-naphthyridin-4(1H)-one (12). Alternatively, 12 could also be prepared by reacting 7 with 13 in DMF and K2CO3 as a mild base at 120 °C for 2 h, followed by oxidation with H2O2 resulting in the corresponding sulfonyl derivatives 14.  相似文献

通过溶剂热法合成了2种三维微孔锌金属有机框架材料,其分子式为[Zn3(DBA)(OH)(1,10-phen)2]n(1)和{[Zn2(HDBA)(4,4''-bipy)1.5]·H2O}n(2)(H5DBA=3,5-二(2'',4''-对羧基苯基)苯甲酸;1,10-phen=1,10-菲咯啉;4,4''-bipy=4,4''-联吡啶)。结构分析表明,配合物1为三核锌基金属单元的三维微孔骨架,配合物2为双核锌基的微孔结构。与2相比,配合物1在水中具有较强的发光性能,可作为检测Fe3+、Cr2O72-和丙酮分子的发光传感器,具有较高的选择性和灵敏度。  相似文献

Fe(HSO4)3 has been used as a heterogeneous, efficient, and recyclable catalyst in ethanol for the selective oxidation of thiols to their corresponding disulfides. The same results were obtained under identical conditions using catalytic amounts of Fe(HSO4)3 in the presence of DMSO. Different types of aliphatic, aromatic, and heteroaromatic thiols have been used in the reaction, and in all cases the products were obtained in good to excellent yields.  相似文献

The complexes CdL4(ClO4)2 (1), CdL2(NO3)2 (2), and CdL2Cl2 (3) (L = (Me2N)3P(Se)) have been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, conductivity measurements, IR, and multinuclear (31P, 77Se, and 113Cd) NMR spectroscopy. 31P and 77Se NMR data were informative of changes associated with complex formation. The structure of the prepared complexes was further confirmed in solution by their 113Cd NMR spectra, which show a quintuplet for the perchlorate complex and a triplet for each of the nitrate and chloride complexes due, respectively, to coupling with four and two equivalent phosphorus atoms, consistent with a four coordinate tetrahedral geometry for the cadmium center. The NMR data are discussed and compared with those reported for related complexes.  相似文献

The new cyclic phosph(V)azane ligand [(C6H5N)P(O)H]2 (2) is obtained from the reaction between PCl3 and PhNH2 in toluene followed by controlled hydrolysis of the product in an H2O–CHCl3 solution. Compound 2 is the first example of P(V) dimer [(µ-NC6H5)P(H)=O]2, a P2N2 ring with two P(O)H moieties. The reaction of 2 with ZnCl2 in a molar ratio of 1?:?1 in tetrahydrofuran yields the cyclophosph(V)azane complex Cl2Zn[(C6H5N)P(O)H]2 (3) in which Zn–O bonds form directly between a cyclic phosph(V)azane ligand and Zn(II). The products have been characterized by infrared, multinuclear (1H, 31P, 13C) NMR, mass spectrometry, and elemental analysis.  相似文献

Summary The new synthetic compound ZnFe 2 3+ (SeO3)4 forms at low-hydrothermal conditions at 220 °C. It belongs to the monoclinic system; the structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction in the space group Pc. The unit cell data are:a=8.196(4) Å,b=7.997(4) Å,c=8.033(4) Å, =92.27(3)°,V=526.1 Å3;Z=2. The structure of ZnFe 2 3+ (SeO3)4 contains two types of FeO6 octahedra, one distorted ZnO5 trigonal bipyramid, and four selenite groups. Formal clusters consisting of the ZnO5 group, edge-linked with both FeO6 groups and one SeO3 pyramid, are connected by common corners, involving three further selenite groups to a framework structure.
Die Kristallstruktur von ZnFe 2 3+ (SeO3)4
Zusammenfassung Die neue synthetische Verbindung ZnFe 2 3+ (SeO3)4 bildet sich bei niedrighydrothermalen Bedingungen (220°C). Die Kristallstruktur wurde mit Einkristallröntgenmethoden in der monoklinen Raumgruppe Pc gelöst. Die Zellparameter sind:a=8.196(4) Å,b=7.997(4) Å,c=8.033(4) Å, =92.27(3)°,V=526.1 Å3;Z=2. Die Kristallstruktur von ZnFe 2 3+ (SeO3)4 weist zwei Arten von FeO6-Oktaedern, eine verzerrte trigonale ZnO5-Dipyramide sowie vier Selenitgruppen auf. Formal können Cluster, bestehend aus dem ZnO5-Polyeder, kantenverknüpft mit den beiden FeO6-Gruppen sowie einer SeO3-Pyramide, beschrieben werden. Die Verknüpfung über Ecken zu einer Gerüststruktur erfolgt unter Beteiligung von drei weiteren Selenitgruppen.

Reaction between the tridentate NNN donor ligand, (E)-2-(2-(1-(pyridin-2-yl)ethylidene)hydrazinyl)benzo[d]thiazole (HL), and V2O5 in ethanol gave a new vanadium(V) complex, [VO2L] (1), while the similar reaction by using [VIVO(acac)2] as the metal source gave two different types of crystals related to compounds [VO2L] (1) and [VIVO(acac)L] (2). The molecular structures of the complexes were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and spectroscopic characterization was carried out by means of FT-IR, UV–vis and NMR experiments as well as elemental analysis. The oxidovanadium(IV) and dioxidovanadium(V) species were used as catalyst precursors for olefin oxidation in the presence of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) as an oxidant. Under similar experimental conditions, the presence of 1 resulted in higher oxidation conversion than 2.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Perimedine labelled rhodamine dye 1 has been designed and synthesised. Metal ion binding studies of 1 have been performed in CH3CN/H2O (3:1, v/v, 10 mM Tris-HCl buffer, pH = 6.90). Compound 1 senses multiple metal ions such as Al3+, Fe3+ and Fe2+ by exhibiting turn on fluorescence and colour change (colourless to pink) under different experimental conditions. Concentration variation distinguishes Al3+ from Fe3+ ion. At low concentration (c = 1 x 10?4 M), only Al3+ ion can exhibit turn on fluorescence with sharp colour change. Sensing of Fe2+ ion through turn on fluorescence and colour change has been possible via in situ oxidation by following Fenton’s reaction.  相似文献

We have studied the thermal behaviour under atmospheric pressure of isotypic tetrahydrate cyclotriphosphates MII(NH4)4(P3O9)2x4H2O (M II=Cu, Ni and Co), between 25 and 1400°C, by X-ray diffraction, thermal analyses (TG and DTA) and infrared spectrometry. This study shows that the series of the compounds MII(NH4)4(P3O9)2x4H2O (M II=Cu, Ni and Co) after elimination of water, in two different stages, and ammonia leads, at 400°C to cyclotetraphosphate M2 IIP4O12 crystallized and to a thermal residue with a formula H4P4O12 which undergoes under a thermal degradation by evolving water and pentoxide phosphorus. The kinetic characteristics of the dehydration and elimination of ammonia have been determinated. The vibrational spectra of Cu(NH4)4(P3O9)2x4H2O were examined and interpreted, in the domain of the valency frequencies, on the basis of the crystalline structure of its isotypic compound Co(NH4)4(P3O9)2x4H2O whose cycle has the site symmetry C1, of our results of the calculation of the IR frequencies and the successive isotopic substitutions of the equivalent atoms (3P, 3Oi and 6Oe belonging to the P3Oi3Oe6 ring) of the P3O9 3− cycle with high symmetry D3h. New cadmium(II) complexes with phosphine telluride ligands of the type CdX2(R3PTe)n [X?=?ClO4?, n?=?4: R?=?n-Bu (1), Me2?N (2), C5H10?N (3), C4H8?N (4) or OC4H8?N (5); X?=?Cl, n?=?2: R?=?n-Bu (6), Me2?N (7), C5H10?N (8), C4H8?N (9) or OC4H8?N (10)] have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR and multinuclear (31P, 125Te, and 113Cd) NMR spectroscopy. In particular, the solution structures of these complexes were confirmed by 113Cd NMR at low temperature, which displays a quintuplet for each of the perchlorate complexes and a triplet for each of the chloride complexes due to coupling with four and two equivalent phosphorus atoms, respectively, indicating a four-coordinate tetrahedral geometry for the metal center. These multiplet features were further accompanied by one bond Te–Cd couplings, clearly showing that the ligand is coordinated to the metal through tellurium. The results are discussed and compared with those obtained for closely related phosphine chalcogenide analogs.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The stepwise formation constants of Ce3+, Th4+ and UO2 2+ complexes with four azo compounds based on I-phenyl-2, 3-dimethylpyrazoline-5-one nucleus namely; 4-phenylazo- (2-hydroxy, 5-x) 1-pheny1-2, 3-dimethy1-pyrazoline-5-one, where x= H (1), OH (II), COOH (III) and NH2 (IV) have been determined potentiometrically at different temperatures and ionic strengths in 30% (v/v) ethanol-water solutions, then the thermodynamic parameters are calculated.

Negatives values of both ∠H and ∠G are obtained indicating the exothermic and spontaneous nature of complexation reactions, whereas positive values of ∠S show that entropy consideration favour complex formation. The study at different ionic strengths shows that an increase in the latter causes a decrese in the pK values. The azo compounds are also tested as new reagents for the spectrophotometric determination of Ce3+, Th4+ and UO2 2+ ions in synthetic and natural solutions by extensive investigation of the optimum conditions favoring the formation of colored complexes.  相似文献

Abstract

Four octahedral complexes of the type SnCl4.2L [L = (R2N)3P(E): E = Se; R = Me(1), Et(2) and E = S; R = Me(3), Et(4)] have been studied in solution by multinuclear (31P, 77Se, and 119Sn) NMR spectroscopy. 31P and 77Se NMR data were informative of changes associated with complex formation. The solution structure of the complexes was confirmed by their 119Sn NMR spectra that showed two triplet features for each complex, attributed to a mixture of the expected cis and trans isomers. The triplet signal is due to the coupling with two equivalent phosphorus atoms, consistent with an octahedral geometry around the tin center. In addition, density functional theory (DFT)/B3LYP calculations have been carried out to support the interpretations of NMR data. The results are discussed and compared with those reported for related complexes.

Crystals of PbCu3(OH)(NO3)(SeO3)3·1/2H2O [a=7.761(3)Å,b=9.478(4)Å,c=9.514(4)Å, =66.94(2)°, =69.83(2)°, =81.83(2)°, space group P ,Z=2] and Pb2Cu3O2(NO3)2(SeO3)2 [a=5.884(2)Å,b=12.186(3)Å,c=19.371(4)Å, space group Cmc21,Z=4] were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. Their crystal structures were refined with three-dimensional X-ray data toR w=0.033 resp. 0.055. In PbCu3(OH)(NO3)(SeO3)3·1/2H2O the Cu atoms are [4+1] and [4+2] coordinated and via SeO3 groups a three-dimensional atomic arrangement is built up. In Pb2Cu3O2(NO3)2(SeO3)2 there are sheets, which are connected only via Pb-O bonds ranging from 2.98 Å to 3.16 Å.

Single-crystal X-ray structure analyses of N(nPr)4[B5O6(OH)4][B(OH)3]2,1, and N(nBu)4 [B5O6(OH)4][B(OH)3]2,2, reveal that these materials are novel clathrates, the isotypic host structures of which are three-dimensional assemblies of hydrogen-bonded [B5O6(OH)4] ionsand B(OH)3 molecules. The assembly of only the pentaborate anions is a distorted (i.e., along [102] elongated) fourconnected diamond-related network. The N(nPr) 4 + and N(nBu) 4 + ions are trapped within the complex three-dimensional channel systems of the host frameworks. Both1 and2 crystallize monoclinically with space groupP21/c andZ=4. The cell constants are:1:a=13.592(5),b=12.082(2),c=17.355(6) Å, =106.60(2)° (298K);2:a=13.874(3),b=12.585(1),c=17.588(4) Å, =107.04(1)° (238 K). The results obtained by both11B and13C MAS NMR spectroscopy are discussed. Thermogravimetric studies under a flowing inert-gas atmosphere suggest that water, stemming from polycondensation of the hydrous borate species, is released from the clathrates at ca. 443 K (1) and 398 K (2) before the decomposition of the organic cations starts at ca. 603 K (1) and 603 K (2).Author for correspondence. ABSTRACT

Electroanalytical methods have been widely used for determination of Se(IV), but the nature of the reduction processes involved is not well understood. Polarographic reduction occurs in three waves (i1, i2, and i3) the height of which changes with pH. We proved that in wave i1, H3SeO3 + is reduced, in i2 H2SeO3, and in i3 HSeO3 -. SeO3 2? is not reducible. All reductions involve a transfer of six electrons and yield selenides. Limiting currents are controlled by the rate of protonation. As proton donors, in addition to H3O+, the acid forms of the buffer present also act. Limiting currents increase markedly with increasing concentration of the buffer. Tenfold increase in buffer concentration can result in up to 200% increase in limiting current.  相似文献

The selective oxidation of cyclopentene to cyclopentanone catalyzed by Pd(CH3COO)2-NPMoV was investigated under atmospheric oxygen in aqueous acetonitrile acidified by CH3SO3H. It was shown that the conversion of cyclopentene and the yield of cyclopentanone was nearly 100% and 94.6%, respectively, under the optimized reaction condition.  相似文献

Crystals of K2Co3(OH)2(SO4)3·2H2O were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. The crystal structure [a=17.945 (4) Å,b=7.557 (2) Å,c=9.760 (3) Å, space group Cmc21,Z=4] was determined by direct methods and refined with single crystal X-ray data. The H atoms were located byFourier syntheses. Their structural parameters were refined, too. The finalR-values areR=0.025 andR w =0.028 (w=1/) for 612 reflections withF 0>3 (F 0). Both Co(II) atoms are octahedral six coordinated and form zigzag chains running parallel [001]. These chains are connected via sulfate groups to built up sheets parallel (100). The KO9 polyhedron and one of the four hydrogen bonds link these sheets.

A sensitive voltammetric method has been developed for the determination of total or single species of sulfur anions containing sulfide, sulfite and thiosulfate. The method is based on the catalytic effect of tris(2,2'-bipyridyl)Ruthenium(II) (Ru(bpy)2+ 2) as a homogeneous mediator on the oxidation of those anions at the surface of a glassy carbon electrode. A reversible redox couple of Ru(II)/Ru(III) were observed as a solute in aqueous solution. Cyclic voltammetry study showed that the catalytic current of the system depends on the concentration of the anions. Optimum pH values for voltammetric determination of sulfite, thiosulfate and sulfide has been found to be 5.6, 10.0 and 10.0, respectively. Under the optimized conditions the calibration curves have been obtained linear in the concentration ranges of 0.8–500.0, 0.4–1000.0 and 0.5–5000.0 µmol L− 1 of SO32−, S2O32− and S2−, respectively. The detection limits have been calculated to be 0.40, 0.17 and 0.33 µmol L− 1 for SO32−, S2O32− and S2−, respectively. The diffusion coefficients of sulfite and thiosulfate have been estimated using chronoamperometry. The chronoamperometric method also has been used to determine the catalytic rate constant for catalytic reaction of the Ru(bpy)2+ 2 with sulfite and thiosulfate. Finally the proposed method has been used for the determination of total sulfur contents in real samples of water and wastewater. Moreover the sulfite content in sugar and sulfur dioxide in air has been determined with satisfactory results.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the new phase Cu7(OH)6(TeO3)2(SO4)2 [a=7.389 (1),b=7.638 (1),c=7.662 (2) Å, =75.17 (1), =75.90 (1), =84.19 (1)°;Z=1] was determined by direct methods andFourier summations from X-ray intensities, and was refined in space group P -C i 1 toR=0.039. As usual, the Cu(II) atoms are coordinated to four O atoms forming approximately a square with average Cu-O=1.96 (3) Å; one or two more distant O neighbours complete the coordination. The shape of the TeO3 group is a rather clear-cut trigonal pyramid. A disorder was found for the SO4 tetrahedra. The compound was synthesized under hydrothermal conditions [500 (10) K, saturation vapour pressure].
