Cluster algebras were introduced by S. Fomin and A. Zelevinsky in connection with dual canonical bases. To a cluster algebra of simply laced Dynkin type one can associate the cluster category. Any cluster of the cluster algebra corresponds to a tilting object in the cluster category. The cluster tilted algebra is the algebra of endomorphisms of that tilting object. Viewing the cluster tilted algebra as a path algebra of a quiver with relations, we prove in this paper that the quiver of the cluster tilted algebra is equal to the cluster diagram. We study also the relations. As an application of these results, we answer several conjectures on the connection between cluster algebras and quiver representations.Presented by V. Dlab.  相似文献

The classical Serre-Swan’s theorem defines an equivalence between the category of vector bundles and the category of finitely generated projective modules over the algebra of continuous functions on some compact Hausdorff topological space. We extend these results to obtain a correspondence between the category of representations of an étale Lie groupoid and the category of modules over its Hopf algebroid that are of finite type and of constant rank. Both of these constructions are functorially defined on the Morita category of étale Lie groupoids and we show that the given correspondence represents a natural equivalence between them.  相似文献

The cluster category is a triangulated category introduced for its combinatorial similarities with cluster algebras. We prove that a cluster algebra of finite type can be realized as a Hall algebra, called exceptional Hall algebra, of the cluster category. This realization provides a natural basis for . We prove new results and formulate conjectures on ‘good basis’ properties, positivity, denominator theorems and toric degenerations.  相似文献

We introduce the notion of “s-dismantlability” which will give in the category of finite graphs an analogue of formal deformations defining the simple-homotopy type in the category of finite simplicial complexes. More precisely, s-dismantlability allows us to define an equivalence relation whose equivalence classes are called “s-homotopy types” and we get a correspondence between s-homotopy types in the category of graphs and simple-homotopy types in the category of simplicial complexes by the way of classical functors between these two categories (theorem 3.6). Next, we relate these results to similar results obtained by Barmak and Minian (2006) within the framework of posets (theorem 4.2).  相似文献

We establish a correspondence between recollements of abelian categories up to equivalence and certain TTF-triples. For a module category we show, moreover, a correspondence with idempotent ideals, recovering a theorem of Jans. Furthermore, we show that a recollement whose terms are module categories is equivalent to one induced by an idempotent element, thus answering a question by Kuhn.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider the *-representations of compact quantum groups and group duality. The main results in the paper are: (1) there is a one-to-one correspondence between the *-representations of compact quantum groups and *-representations of the dual Banach *-algebra; (2) the category of commutative compact quantum groups (semigroups) is a dual category to the category of compact groups (semigroups); (3) the dual category of the category of locally compact groups (semigroups) is the category of commutative Hopf C*-algebras with a particular property. Our group duality has the flavor of a Gelfand-Naimark type theorem for compact quantum groups, and for Hopf C*-algebras.  相似文献

Using morphic cohomology, we produce a sequence of conjectures, called morphic conjectures, which terminates at the Grothendieck standard conjecture A. A refinement of Hodge structures is given, and with the assumption of morphic conjectures, we prove a Hodge index theorem. We answer a question of Friedlander and Lawson by assuming the Grothendieck standard conjecture B and prove that the topological filtration from morphic cohomology is equal to the Grothendieck arithmetic filtration for some cases.  相似文献

We exploit the geometric approach to the virtual fundamental class, due to Fukaya–Ono and Li–Tian, to compare Gromov–Witten invariants of a symplectic manifold and a symplectic submanifold whenever all constrained stable maps to the former are contained in the latter to first order. Various special cases of the comparison theorem in this paper have long been used in the algebraic category; some of them have also appeared in the symplectic setting. Combined with the inherent flexibility of the symplectic category, the main theorem leads to a confirmation of Pandharipande?s Gopakumar–Vafa prediction for GW-invariants of Fano classes in 6-dimensional symplectic manifolds. The proof of the main theorem uses deformations of the Cauchy–Riemann equation that respect the submanifold and Carleman Similarity Principle for solutions of perturbed Cauchy–Riemann equations. In a forthcoming paper, we apply a similar approach to relative Gromov–Witten invariants and the absolute/relative correspondence in genus 0.  相似文献

In this work, using subordination results for the Cesáro sum of certain analytic functions, a concept called Cesáro stable is given and two conjectures in this direction are also proposed. Using an extension of Vietoris’ theorem on positivity of cosine sums, some results on positivity of cosine and sine sums are obtained. These results are useful in discussing some particular cases of the proposed conjectures.  相似文献

A simple, direct proof of the following characterization of varieties of (finitary) algebras is presented: a cocomplete category is equivalent to a variety iff it has an algebraic generator, i.e., a regular generator which is exactly projective and finitely generated. This improves somewhat a recent restatement, due to Pedicchio and Wood, of the classical characterization theorem of Lawvere. A bijective correspondence between algebraic theories and algebraic generators is established.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider a model of mixed oligopoly with conjectural variations equilibrium (CVE). The agents’ conjectures concern the price variations depending upon their production output’s increase or decrease. We establish existence and uniqueness results for the conjectural variations equilibrium (called an exterior equilibrium) for any set of feasible conjectures. To introduce the notion of an interior equilibrium, we develop a consistency criterion for the conjectures (referred to as influence coefficients) and prove the existence theorem for the interior equilibrium (understood as a CVE with consistent conjectures). To prepare the base for the extension of our results to the case of non-differentiable demand functions, we also investigate the behavior of the consistent conjectures in dependence upon a parameter representing the demand function’s derivative with respect to the market price.  相似文献

We prove a Dold-Kan type correspondence between the category of planar dendroidal abelian groups and a suitably constructed category of planar dendroidal chain complexes.
