New high molecular weight (inherent viscosities, 1.21–0.50 dL/g) aramids having silicon and pendant phenyl groups were synthesized by low temperature interfacial polycondensation technique involving the reaction of acid chlorides: bis(4-chlorocarbonylphenyl)dimethylsilane and bis(3-chlorocarbonylphenyl)dimethylsilane with diamines: 2,5-bis(4-aminophenyl)-3,4-diphenyl-thiophene and bis(4-aminophenyl)ether. Copolyamides were obtained by using different proportions of these diamines. All the polymers were completely soluble in organic solvents such as N,N-dimethylacetamide, N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, and N,N-dimethylformamide. Thermal properties were evaluated by thermogravimetry which showed no weight loss below 325°C in both air and nitrogen atmospheres.  相似文献

Chiral diamines, 2-(anilinophenylmethyl)pyrrolidines and 2-(anilinodiphenylmethyl)pyrrolidine, were prepared from N-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)pyrrolidine or (S)-proline as a starting material, respectively. These chiral diamines were efficient for the catalytic enantioselective borane reduction of acetophenone. Using (S)-2-(anilinodiphenylmethyl)pyrrolidine, chiral secondary alcohols were obtained from prochiral ketones with good to excellent enantiomeric excesses (up to 98% ee).  相似文献

Nickel complexes of N-heterocyclic carbenes were examined for effecting C–N coupling reactions between aromatic diamines and aryl chlorides of varying electron density. The Ni(0) · 2IPr (IPr = N,N′-bis(2,6-diisopropylphenyl)imidazol-2-ylidene) complex associated to t-BuONa allowed N,N′-diarylation at 100 °C in 1,4-dioxane with excellent yields. Selective monoarylation of diamines could be performed in THF at 65 °C.  相似文献

A series of new poly(amide imide)s was prepared from new diacid containing sulfone, ether, amide and imide groups with various aromatic diamines. The diacid was synthesized via four steps, starting from reaction of 4-aminophenol with 4-nitrobenzoyl chloride in the presence of propylene oxide afforded N-(4-hydroxy phenyl)-4-nitrobenzamide. In the second step, reduction of nitro group resulted in preparation of 4-amino-N-(4-hydroxy phenyl) benzamide. In the next step for the preparation of diamine, the reaction of 4-amino-N-(4-hydroxy phenyl) benzamide with bis-(4-chlorophenyl) sulfone in the presence of K2CO3 was achieved. The prepared sulfone ether amide diamine was reacted with two moles of trimellitic anhydride to synthesize related sulfone ether amide imide diacid. The precursors and final monomer were characterized by FT-IR, H-NMR and elemental analysis. Direct polycondensation reaction of the sulfone ether amide imide diacid with different diamines in the presence of triphenyl phosphite afforded five different poly (sulfone ether amide imide amide)s. The obtained polymers were fully characterized and their physical properties including thermal behavior, thermal stability, solubility, and inherent viscosity were studied.  相似文献

Soluble fluorine containing poly(amide-imide)s, PAI(1-4), were synthesized from diimide-dicarboxylic acid, 2,2-bis[N-(4-carboxyphenyl)-phthalimide-1,4-yl]hexafluoropropane with various diamines by direct polycondensation in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) containing CaCl2 and using triphenyl phosphite and pyridine as condensing agents. The polymers were readily soluble in aprotic polar solvents such as NMP, N,N-dimethylacetamide, dimethyl sulfoxide and tetrahydrofuran. Their Langmuir monolayers were studied at the air/water interface. The monolayers were generally stable at the water surface and could be reproducibly transferred onto solid substrates to build up Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) multilayers. The LB mono- and multilayers were characterized by ultra-violet/visible spectroscopy (UV-Vis), surface plasmon resonance, atomic force microscopy.  相似文献

Reactions of pyridine N-oxide with ethylenediamine and o- and p-phenylenediamines in the presence of p-toluenesulfonyl chloride in alkaline medium lead to the formation of the corresponding N,N′-bis-(p-tolylsulfonyl)-N,N′-bis(pyridin-2-yl)diamines as a result of reductive acylamination.  相似文献

A cyclization of alk-4-ynals with aliphatic diamines in DMSO upon treatment with KOH was found to lead to bicyclic N,N-enaminals. The studies of this reaction showed that 1,3-diaminopropane and N-methyl-1,3-diaminopropane gave (E)-6-(arylmethylidene)octahydropyrrolo[1,2-a]pyrimidines in 45—78% yields, whereas 1,2-diaminoethane gave 5-(arylmethylidene)hexahydropyrrolo[1,2-a]imidazoles as mixtures of E- and Z-isomers in up to 75% total yield. The mechanism of these new cascade cyclization reactions includes formation of the equilibrium mixtures of imines and cyclic aminals with subsequent intramolecular hydroamination of the triple bond having considerable ionic character.  相似文献

Thianthrene - 2,3,7,8 - tetracarboxylic dianhydride - 5,5,10,10 - tetraoxide (TADATO), a dianhydride having two sulfonyls between two phenyl rings, was synthesized and polymerized with several diamines by a two-step method. Tough polyimide membranes were obtained with flexible diamines but not with rigid diamines. Most of TADATO-based polyimides are soluble in polar solvents such as N,N-dimethylacetamide and N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone. IR study confirmed that almost complete imidization of TADATO-based poly(amic acid) membranes could be achieved by thermal treatment at 100, 200, and 300°C for each 1 h. In a series of polyimides based on 4,4′-oxydianiline, the polyimide from TADATO showed higher gas permeability coefficient of CO2 and higher selectivities of CO2/N2 and CO2/CH4 than those of polyimides from pyromellitic dianhydride and 3,3′,4,4′-biphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride, and was comparable to that from 2,2-bis(3,4-dicarboxyphenyl) hexafluoropropane dianhydride. © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. A new and facile synthesis of unsymmetrical heterocyclic azines is described. Methyl arylalkylidenehydraz-inecarbodithioates, prepared by the condensation of ketones or aldehydes with methyl hydrazinecarbodithioate, were heated under reflux with various diamines in ethanol. Secondary diamines, such as N,N′-dimethyl-ethylenediamine, N,N′-dimethyl-1,3-diaminopropane or N,N′-dimethyl-o-phenylenediamine, reacted smoothly with loss of hydrogen sulfide to give good yields of unsymmetrical azines. However, primary diamines, such as ethylenediamine or o-phenylenediamine, and primary/secondary diamines, such as N-methylethyl-enediamine and N-methyl-1,3-diaminopropane gave, instead, only the corresponding uncyclized thiosemi-carbazones. A cyclodesulfurization mechanism for azine formation is discussed.  相似文献

An enantioselective synthesis of C2-symmetric bis-homoallylic aromatic and heteroaromatic diamines in 54-89% yields, in 73-94% de and ?98% ee has been achieved via the allylboration of the corresponding N,N′-bis(trimethylsilyl)dialdimines and N,N′-bis(diisobutylalumino)dialdimines with B-allyldiisopinocampheylborane in the presence of methanol, followed by alkaline hydrogen peroxide workup. One-pot synthesis of stable N,N′-bis(benzaldimine-triethylborane) complexes and subsequent allylboration to afford benzene diamines is also described.  相似文献

Over 20 new and easily prepared diamines were screened for the asymmetric Morita–Baylis–Hillman reaction. Chiral non-racemic 3-(N,N-dimethylamino)-1-methylpyrrolidine was found to promote efficiently the reaction of methyl vinyl ketone and substituted benzaldehydes. Enantiomeric excesses up to 73% were reached with electron-deficient benzaldehyde derivatives. After a simple deprotonation, one of these diamines was transformed into a chiral mixed aggregate for the enantioselective synthesis of (R)-1-o-tolylethanol with 76% ee.  相似文献

The oxidation of benzidine, o-tolidine, and o-dianisidine with chloramine T and N-bromosuccinimide was studied, the stoichiometry was established, and a mechanism was proposed. An extraction-photometric determination of these diamines was developed, based on the reaction with excess chloramine T or N-bromosuccinimide and the measurement of the absorbance of the N,N′-dihalogeno-diphenoquinonediimines formed, after their extraction into chloroform.  相似文献

Practical and efficient protocols to obtain highly hindered polyanionic chelating ligands based on bis-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-2-hydroxybenzamido) compounds are reported here. N-3,5-di-tert-Butylsalicyloyloxysuccinimide was treated with aliphatic diamines to form aliphatic hydrocarbon-linked bis-amides 4a-4g. Aromatic diamines required more powerful electrophile, thus the corresponding benzylated acid chloride was used to form aromatic hydrocarbon-linked bis-amides 8a-8d. The yields ranged from good to very good and showed that choosing the right acylating agent is a key point in this synthesis. All the compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, MS and NMR.  相似文献

N,N′-bis-(4-carboxyphenyl)bicyclo[2,2,2]oct-7-ene-2,3,5,6-tetracarboxylic diimide was prepared by reaction of bicyclo[2,2,2]oct-7-ene-2,3,5,6-tetra carboxylic dianhydride with p-aminobenzoic acid in a mixture of acetic acid and pyridine (3: 2). Polycondensation of N,N′-bis-(4-carboxyphenyl)bicyclo[2,2,2]oct-7-ene-2,3,5,6-tetracarboxylic diimide with six different aromatic diamines produced a series of new poly(amide-imide)s (PAIs) in high yields with inherent viscosities between 0.49–0.95 dl/g. All PAIs were characterized by means of elemental analysis, viscosity measurement, solubility test, FTIR spectroscopy and 1H-NMR spectroscopy. Dynamic TGA of PAIs shows 10% weight loss temperatures from 410 to 435°C under nitrogen.  相似文献

The combination use of Ni(cod)2 and N,N-1,3-bis(2,6-diisopropylphenyl)-4-imidazoline-2-ylidene as a catalyst successfully gave unsymmetrical N,N-diaryl-N′,N′-diphenyl-1,1′-biphenyl-4,4′-diamines through the arylation of bromomagnesium diarylamide with 1-(4′-diphenylamino-1,1′-biphenylyl) N,N-dimethylsulfamate. This Ni catalyst and Grignard reagents of diaryl or monoarylamides were also useful in the syntheses of various triarylamines and diarylamines from corresponding aryl N,N-dimethylsulfamates.  相似文献

In the present Letter we report the use of N-arylputrescines as synthetic intermediates for the preparation of N-acyl-N′-aryltetramethylenediamines 3 and related seven-membered heterocyclic amidines 4. Compounds 1 were synthesized by Cs2CO3/KI-mediated aminolysis of 4-chlorobutyronitrile and subsequent reduction. N-Acylation of diamines 1 with carboxylic acid anhydrides led selectively to N-acyl-N′-aryl tetramethylenediamines 3. Microwave-assisted ring closure of such precursors promoted by PPE allowed for the synthesis of hitherto unreported 1-aryl-2-alkyl-1H-1,4,5,6-tetrahydro-1,3-diazepines 4.  相似文献

An efficient method for the preparation of hindered chiral guanidines using cyanogen bromide is described. The reaction between BrCN and vicinal diamines derived from (S)-2-(N,N-dialkyl-aminomethyl)-pyrrolidines provides chiral substituted cyanamides. The cyanamide derivatives reacted with secondary amines in hexafluoroisopropanol at reflux to form chiral hindered guanidines, which were isolated in good to excellent yields (70–96%). The chiral guanidines were prepared in an effort to design sophisticated chiral guanidine catalysts for asymmetric synthesis.  相似文献

A series of ten polyamides was prepared by the high-temperature polycondensation of 4,6-bis(N-(4-(benzoylchloride)amino))-2-(N-phenyl- piperazin-1-yl)-1,3,5-triazine with different aromatic and aliphatic diamines. The synthesized polyamides were analyzed by physico-chemical properties such as solubility, density, viscosity etc. The structure of prepared polyamides was evaluated by 1H NMR and FTIR spectrum. Thermogravimetric analysis used to study the kinetics of thermal degradation of some synthesized polyamides. Broido, Horowitz & Metzger, Coats Redfern and Chan et al. models were applied to respective thermograms to determine the activation energy (Ea). Activation energy data shows that the polyamides obtained from aromatic diamine has greater stability than the polyamides obtained from aliphatic amine.  相似文献

Secondary-secondary diamines derived from S-proline are efficient catalysts for the ketone-nitroalkene Michael addition reaction. The stereoselectivity of the Michael addition is dependant on the pKa of the N-substituted aminomethyl pendant in these diamines. N′-Aryl aminomethyl pyrrolidines provide γ-nitroketones with moderate to good enantiomeric excess (65-92%). Removal of the hydrogen-bond donor group by N-methylation results in a dramatic reduction of enantioselectivity (average ee 6%).  相似文献

The dissociation energies of N-H bonds (D, kJ/mol) were calculated by the intersecting parabolas method using the kinetic data for the following aromatic diamines: para-phenylenediamine (359.8), N,N′-dimethyl-para-phenylenediamine (348.9), N-dimethyl-N′-methyl-para-phenylenediamine (342.4), N,N′-diphenyl-para-phenylenediamine (352.8), N,N′-diphenylethylenediamine (372.7), N,N′-diheptylethylenediamine (373.3), N,N′-di-(4,4′-ethoxyphenyl)ethylenediamine (363.3), N,N′-di-(4,4′-diisopropylphenyl)-para-phenylenediamine (344.6), 4-{[dimethyl(4-phenylamino)phenoxy)silyl]oxy}-N-phenylaniline (353.4), N,N′-di-β-naphthyl-para-phenylenediamine (354.6), N,N′-di-β-naphthoxy-para-phenylenediamine (353.7), 1,1′-dinaphthyl-2,2′-bis-N,N′-phenyldiamine (372.9), 1,1′-dinaphthyl-2,2′-bis-N,N′-β-naphthyldiamine (384.2), and 2,6-bis[(1E)-1-(2-phenylhydrazin-1-ylidene)ethyl]pyridine (367.9). Individual dissociation energies for the two N-H bonds were determined in N-phenyl-N′-isopropyl-para-phenylenediamine: D(PhN-H) = 352.5 and D(Me2CHN-H) = 348.7 kJ/mol.  相似文献
