Two new Zn~Ⅱ coordination polymers [Zn(oba)(4,4?-bipy)]n(1) and [Zn(oba)-(bpe)_(1/2)(H_2O)]_n(2)(H_2oba = 2,2?-oxybis(benzoic acid), 4,4?-bipy = 4,4?-bipyridine, bpe = 1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethylene) were synthesized by hydrothermal reactions and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis, IR spectroscopy and elemental analysis. Complex 1 shows a 3D metal-organic framework with a uninodal 4-connected 65.8 dmp network. Complex 2 features 1D ladder-shaped chains, which are further connected into a 2D stair-step network through intermolecular O–H···O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

A new cadmium polymer [Cd(NBA)(μ3-OH)(4,4'-bipy)1/2]n 1 (NBA=m-nitrobenzoic acid and 4,4'-bipy=4,4-bipyridine) has been synthesized by hydrothermal reaction. Its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction method, and characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectrum. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group C2/c, with a=15.6912(9), b=25.9394(15), c=6.7332(4)(A), β=114.7700(10)°, V=2488.4(3)(A)3, C12H9CdN2O5, Mr=373.61, Z=8, Dc=1.995 g/cm3,μ=1.776 mm-1, F(000)=1464, R=0.0411 and wR=0.1128 for 2130 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)).X-ray diffraction studies reveal that the compound features a layered structure, in which 4,4'-bipy ligands bridge Z type of double chains [Cd(μ3-OH)]n and NBA ligands locate at the two sides of the layer. The π-π interactions between the benzene rings of NBA ligands of two adjacent layers lead to the 3D framework.  相似文献

One novel entangled cobalt compound,{[Co 3 (nbta) 2 (4,4-bpy) 2 (H 2 O) 2 ](H 2 O) 2 } n (1,H 3 nbta=5-nitro-1,2,3-benzenetricarboxylic acid,4,4-bpy=4,4-bipyridyl),was prepared and characterized by X-ray diffraction,magnetism,elemental analysis,XPS,TGA and IR spectroscopy.The crystal of 1 crystallizes in monoclinic,space group Pc with a=13.0717(16),b=11.4167(14),c=15.9342(19),β=90.5190(10)o,V=2377.9(5)3,Z=2,C 48 H 36 Co 3 N 8 O 20,M r=1221.64,D c=1.706 g/cm 3,F(000)=1242 and μ(MoKα)=1.128 mm-1.The final R=0.0497 and wR=0.1461 for 4185 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I) and R=0.0721 and wR=0.1619 for all data.X-ray diffraction analyses revealed that Co(1) is linked by the nbta 3-ligands to form the ladder shape along the c axis,which is further extended into two-dimensional networks via the joint of Co(2) along the a axis.Moreover,these two dimensional motifs are interconnected by the 4,4-bpy bridges to form a complicated 3-D polymeric framework.Magnetic measurements revealed that compound 1 shows strong antiferromagnetic property.  相似文献

A novel NiII complex [{Ni(IBG)(4,4'-bipy)(H2O)2}·3H2O]n 1 (H2IBG = isophthaloylbisglycine and 4,4'-bipy = 4,4'-bipyridine) has been synthesized and characterized by singlecrystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, IR spectra and thermogravimetric analysis. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P2/c with a = 15.5420(7), b = 22.4344(1), c = 8.3455(5), β = 101.538(3)o, V = 2670.1(7)3, Z = 4, C22H32N4NiO13, Mr = 619.23, Dc = 1.443 g/cm3, F(000) = 1296.0, μ(MoKα) = 0.750 mm-1, the final R = 0.0570 and wR = 0.1445 for 2296 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). In the structure, the NiII metal center is coordinated in an octahedral environment arranged by two water molecules, two carboxylate oxygen atoms and two nitrogen atoms from two 4,4'-bipy ligands. Thermal decomposition and powder X-ray diffraction results indicate that the transformation from the crystal form, [{Ni(IBG)(4,4'-bipy)(H2O)2}·3H2O]n, to the amorphous powder, Ni(IBG)(4,4'-bipy)(H2O)2, is reversible, so the latter form may be utilized as an absorbing agent for water and water vapor.  相似文献

Complex 1 is of monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 14.4370(17), b = 8.4090(10), c = 19.168(2) , β = 104.5050(10)°, V = 2252.8(5) 3, Dc = 1.639 g/cm3, Mr = 555.81, Z = 4, F(000) = 1120, μ = 1.022 mm-1, the final R = 0.0269 and wR = 0.0599 for 16656 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). 2 is isostructural to 1 with a = 14.4175(11), b = 8.4737(7), c = 18.0120(14) , β = 106.7220(10)°, V = 2107.5(3)3, Dc = 1.821 g/cm3, Mr = 577.85, Z = 4, F(000) = 1152, μ = 1.287 mm-1, the final R = 0.0280 and wR = 0.0705 for 15136 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). Both complexes present intimately related structures featuring infinite Cd-carboxylate helix of [CdⅡ(nbdc)(H2O)]n connected by bpp(or dpds) molecule to produce the 2D layer frameworks.  相似文献

Two novel compounds, {[Co2(epda)2(4,4-bpy)(H2O)2]·3H2O}n1 and {[Co2(epda)2(bpe)(H2O)2]3H2O}n2(H2epda=5-ethyl-pyridine-2,3-dicarboxylic acid, 4,4’-bpy=4,4’-bipyridine and bpe=1,2-di(4-pyridyl)ethylene) were solvothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, therm ogravimetric analysis (TGA), and singlecrystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 is of monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a=13.344(5), b=14.724(5), c=8.267(3), β=105.840(4)°, V=1562.5(10)3, Dc=1.480 g/cm3, Mr=375.19, Z=4, F(000)=712, μ=1.121 mm-1, the final R=0.0512 and wR=0.1260 for 2890 observed reflections with I>2σ(I). 2 belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a=14.224(4), b=14.726(4), c=8.287(2), β=99.696(4)°, V=1711.1(9)3 , Dc=1.402g/cm3, Mr=388.21, Z=4, F(000)=740, μ=1.027 mm-1 , the final R=0.0354 and wR=0.0862 for 12237 observed reflections with I>2σ(I). Both complexes present intimately related structures featuring infinite Co-carboxylate layers of [CoⅡ(epda)(H2O)]n pillared by 4,4’-bpy (or bpe) molecule to produce the microporous frameworks, unambiguously indicating that pore dimensions of the framework are regulated by the N,N’-donor pillars.  相似文献

A new coordination polymer,{[Ag_2(bpp)_2(H_2O)_2]·bpdc·3H_2O}_n,derived from the ligand biphenyl-4,4'-dicarboxylic acid(H_2bpdc),has been obtained through a hydrothermal technique(bpp = l,3-bis(4-pyridyl)propane).Its single-crystal structure has been characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,powder XRD,FT-IR,TGA and elemental analysis techniques.The single-crystal X-ray diffraction reveals that complex 1 consists of 1D infinite[Ag(bpp)(H_2O)]_n~(n+)cationic chains,2D anionic layer constructed by bpdc anions and free water which provide charge compensation in the crystal structure.The 1D infinite[Ag(bpp)(H_2O)]_n~(n+) cationic chains and 2D anionic layer are further stacked in-ABAB- fashion through intermolecular H-bonding to form a 3D sandwich-like framework.In addition,the luminescent property of complex 1 in the solid state at room temperature was investigated.  相似文献

Two novel coordination polymers with helical chains, {[Zn(L)(H2O)]?H2O}n(1) and {[Zn(L)(p-bix)]?3.5H2O}n(2), where H2 L = 5-(4-hydroxypyridinium-1-ylmethyl) isophthalic acid and p-bix = 1,4-bis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)benzene, have been hydrothermally synthesized, and charac-terized by elemental analysis, powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD), IR, thermal gravimetric analyses(TGA) and also by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Both complexes 1 and 2 crystallize inmonoclinic, space group P21/c. Compound 1 displays a two-dimensional(2D) structure with two distinct types of helical chains; 2 shows a layered coordination polymer with two types of helical chains and features an interesting 2D→3D interdigitated architecture. Their structures have been determined by elemental analyses, IR spectroscopy, UV and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. A new complex [Cu2(sala)2(H2O)2(4,4'-bipy)]·H2O (sala = N-(2-hydroxybenzyl)- D,L-alaninate, 4,4'-bipy = 4,4'-bipyridine) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The complex crystallizes in monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 42.44(3), b = 10.416(8), c = 15.487(13), β = 97.455(14)o, C30H36Cu2N4O9, Mr = 723.71, V = 6789(9)3, Dc = 1.416 g/cm3, Z = 8, F(000) = 2992, μ(MoKα) = 1.308 mm-1, R = 0.0493 and wR = 0.1004 for 4878 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). Structural analysis shows that each copper(II) atom displays a distorted square-based pyramidal coordination geometry with two oxygen atoms and one nitrogen atom from one N-(2-hydroxybenzyl)-D,L-alaninate, one nitrogen atom from 4,4'-bipyridine ligand and one water molecule. 4,4'-Bipyridine ligand bridges two Cu(II) ions to form a dinuclear compound. The molecular structure is extended into a one-dimensional wavy chain through hydrogen bonds. These 1D chains are further expanded into 2D networks through hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Two novel complexes, namely {[Cd(AIP)(4,4?-bpy)]·1.3DMF}n(1) and [Cd(AIP)(2,2?- bpy)]n(2), have been synthesized through solvothermal reaction(H2AIP = 5-aminoisophthalic acid, 2,2?-bpy = 2,2?-bipyridine, 4,4?-bpy = 4,4?-bipyridine, and DMF = N,N?-dimethylformamide) and structurally determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 shows a three-dimensional(3D) layer-pillar framework with rectangular channels, while complex 2 displays a two-dimensional(2D) wave net architecture. Furthermore, 1 and 2 were characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectra(IR), thermal gravimetric analyses(TGA) and fluorescence measurements. The luminescent properties of 1 dispersed in various organic solvents have been investigated systematically, demonstrating high selectivity for acetone via the fluorescence quenching effect.  相似文献

It belongs to monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 5.7038(11), b = 22.397(4), c = 5.602(4) ?, β = 106.26(3)°, V = 1913.4(7) 3, Z = 4, C18H20N2O7PAg, Mr = 515.20, Dc = 1.788 g/cm3, μ = 1.182 mm-1, F(000) = 1040, the final R = 0.0404 and wR = 0.1216 for 4178 observed reflections with I 2σ(Ⅰ). In the structure, the Ag(Ⅰ) cations are bridged by 4,4'-bipy to give rise to 1D chains running along the b axis. These chains are linked further by the interactions of O (from BCP ligands) and Ag atoms to yield 2D layers. Hydrogen bonding interactions and weak π-π stacking interactions between 4,4'-bipy rings assemble such adjacent layers to generate a 3D supramolecular architecture.  相似文献

A 3D coordination polymer [Zn2(hqc)2(H2O)]n has been obtained from the reaction of 4-hydroxyquinoline-2-carboxylic acid (H2hqc) with zinc(II) salt under hydrothermal condition, and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TGA, PXRD and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 14.305(2), b = 9.132(2), c = 15.356(2), β = 103.586(7)o, V = 1949.9(4)3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.782 g/cm3, μ = 2.508 mm-1, Mr = 523.06, F(000) = 1048, T = 293(2) K, λ(MoKα) = 0.71073, S = 1.008, the final R = 0.0329 and wR = 0.0745 for 3849 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). The title complex features a 3D framework via Zn(2) linking the 1D {Zn1(hqc)2}n chains. Thermogravimetric analysis shows that its framework is highly thermally stable up to 556 ℃ in the solid state.  相似文献

Three new metal-organic frameworks [Cd(L)(obba)]·H)2O(1),[Co(L)(obba)]·MeCN(2) and [Cd_2(L)_2(ip)_2]·6H_2O·DMF(3)(H_2obba = 4,4?-oxybisbenzoic acid,H2 ip = m-phthalic acid) have been successfully synthesized based on the controllable self-assembly of 9-ethyl-3,6-diimidazolyl-carbazole(L),varied carboxylates and different metal ions under solvothermal conditions,which were characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,elemental analysis,IR spectroscopy and thermogravimetry. Furthermore,luminescence and magnetic susceptibility of compound 2 are also investigated in detail. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction and topology analysis reveal that complexes 1~3 exhibit similar two-dimensional(2D) networks.  相似文献

Solvothermal reaction of aromatic terphenyl-2,5,2?,5?-tetracarboxylic acid (H4qptc) ligand and the transitional metal cation of NiII in the presence of 1,3-bi(4-pyri- dyl)propane (bpp) affords one new coordination polymer, [Ni(qptc)0.5(bpp)(H2O)]n (1). The structure has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis and further characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TGA, and magnetism. The qptc4- acts as a H-shaped ligand linking the NiII centers together to form a 2D polymeric [Ni(qptc)0.5]n layer consisting of alternately arranged left- and right-handed helical chains. Each 2D polymeric [Ni(qptc)0.5]n layer is further linked through the bridging bpp ligands, thus resulting in a unique (3,4)- connected network with the (62.8)(62. 84) topology. The crystal of 1 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 16.088(5), b = 14.913(5), c = 18.849(6) ?, β = 100.982(4), V = 4439(2) ?3, Z = 8, C24H21N2NiO5, Mr = 476.14, Dc = 1.425 g/cm3, F(000) = 1976 and μ(MoKα) = 0.912 mm-1. The final R = 0.0584 and wR = 0.1131 for 3894 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I) and R = 0.1224 and wR = 0.1279 for all data.  相似文献

Under hydrothermal condition, the reaction of 2-naphthoxyacetic acid with ZnCl2 and 4,4'-bipyridine (4,4'-bipy)has afforded a new Zn(Ⅱ) compound,[Zn(C12H9O3)2(C10H8N2)]n·nH2O1, which was structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 7.7335(2), b = 19.3834(4), c = 20.1707(4) (A), β =104.9830(10)°, V = 2920.82(11) A3, C34H28ZnN2O7, Mr = 641.95, Z = 4, Dc = 1.460 g/cm3, μ = 0.895 mm-1, F(000) = 1328, R = 0.0406 and wR = 0.0876 for 4417 observed reflections (Ⅰ>2σ(Ⅰ)). Complex 1 consists of one-dimensional zigzag chains deriving from Zn(C12H9O3)2 units linked by 4,4'-bipy ligands, and lattice water molecules decorate between the chains. Non-covalent interactions, such as hydrogen-bonding and aromatic π-π interactions, lead to the formation of a 3D network structure. The thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and luminescent property for 1 have also been studied in this paper.  相似文献
