Syntheses and Anti—inflammatory Actiobn of （η—C5H5）2Ti （Cin）2 and （η—C5H5）2Ti（Tzea）2

Two new Complexes(Cp)2Ti(Cin)2and (CP2)Ti(Tzea)2(CP=Cyclopentadienyl η^5-C5H5)have been synthesized in THF by the reaction of HCin(Cincofen,2-phenylquinoline-4-carboxylic acid)or HTzea(5-phenyltetrazolyl-2-ethanoic acid)with(Cp)2TiCl2,and characterized by elemental analyses,IR,1H NMR and 13C NMR,UV spectra,molar conductivity,TGDTA.In the complexes the carboxyl groups are coordinated to Ti(IV)in a monodentate manner,The inhibitory actions of the complexes on mice ear tumefaction caused by croton oil and the rat foot granulation growth produced by cotton wool are higher than those of the corresponding ligands HCin,HTzea and [(Cp)2TiCl2],while their toxicities are lower than those of the free ligands.ηη     

1，3—Dipolar Cycloaddition of Substituted Benzonitrile Oxide to 5—（R）—（1—Menthyloxy）—2（5H）—furanone

Several isoxazoline compounds were obtained by the 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of benzonitrile oxide to 5-(R)-(1-menthyloxy)-2(5H)-furanone. The reaction condition was investigated preliminarily, the structures of these compounds have been established via the analysis of NMR data (involved NOEID or HMBC) and the reaction seems occurred regioselectively.

本用双系列线性回归法研究了Ｐｂ（Ⅱ），Ｚｎ（Ⅱ）与５－Ｂｒ－ＰＡＤＡＰ的络合反应，发现在ｐＨ５－６．５，３０％乙醇溶液中，Ｐｂ（Ⅱ）与５－Ｂｒ－ＰＡＤＡＰ形成１：１络合物，Ｚｎ（Ⅱ）主要形成１：２络合物。两种络合物的稳定常数（１ｇβ）分别为１１．１７，２２．３１，最大吸收波长分别为５７５，５５０ｎｍ，摩尔吸光系数分别为６．０１×１０＾４，１．３４×１０＾５Ｌ．ｍｏｌ＾－＾１．ｃｍ＾－＾１。     

5—（L—盖氧基）—2（5—H）—呋喃酮与硝酮体系环加成反应的理论研究

选取模型化合物,用AMl MO方法从理论上研究了手性的5-(L-盖氧基)-2(5—H)-呋喃酮与偶极硝酮体系环加成反应的机理。优化了反应过程各驻点的几何构型,计算了反应的活化焓、活化熵和反应速率常数,结果表明,该反应为同面的协同过程,非对映专一性产物的形成估计是由于盖氧基及硝酮分子上苯取代基的空间效应所致。

通过４－ＲＣ６ＨＣＨＯ与２－（４－甲基苯基）－５－（４－联苯基）恶唑（Ｒ＝Ｈ，Ｍｅ，Ｅｔ，ｉ－Ｐｒ，ｉ－Ｂｕ，Ｐｈ，ＯＭｅ，Ｆ，Ｃｌ，Ｂｒ）在碱催化下的缩合反应合成了１０个新的反式－２－（２－（４－取代苯基）乙烯基）苯基）－５－（４－联苯基）恶唑类化合物，经元素分析，ＩＲ，ＵＶ及ＭＳ确定了它们的结构，并测定了荧光发射光谱，荧光量子产率和激光转换效率。     

CRYSTAL STRUCTURE OF（η^5—C5H5）GdCl2（THF）3

<正> Compound (η5-C5H5)GdCl2(THF)3 was successfully prepared from action of GdCl3 and NaC5H5 in tetrahydrofuran (THF). X-ray diffraction data were collected at low temperature (about 210K). Its crystal belongs to the monoclinic space group P 21/n with a = 7. 821(2), b = 17.068(1), c=15. 057(1)(?), β=94. 76 (2)°, V = 2003. 2(10)(?)3, Z = 4, Dc=1. 69g/cm3, F(000)=1012, Mr=509. 6. The structure was solved by heavy-atom method. Least-squares refinement converged to a final R value of 0. 050. The coordination number of the Gd atom is 8. The centre of the cyclopentadienyl, the two Cl atoms and the three oxygen atoms of THF molecules form a distorted octahedron about the Gd atom.
