The thickness dependent spin–orbit torque(SOT) in an L1_0-Fe Pt single layer is investigated in this work. As the thickness increases from 8 nm to 16 nm, the magnetization switching ratio in the L1_0-Fe Pt film with higher chemical ordering becomes smaller. It is noted that compared with 3-nm-thick L1_0-Fe Pt film, 8-nm-thick L1_0-Fe Pt film can switch much magnetization with the increase of chemical ordering. When the Fe Pt film is thick enough, the SOT in Fe Pt is closely related to the L1_0-ordered structure, which indicates a bulk nature. Therefore, the disordering plays an important role in the magnetization switching only for the ultra-thin Fe Pt films, while the structural gradient may play an important role for thicker films. However, both of the two mechanisms cannot fully explain the process of magnetization switching and the spin current generation. Although many factors influence SOT, here in this work we emphasize only the bulk nature of strong SOC in L1_0-Fe Pt through density functional theory calculations, which should generate large spin current due to spin Hall effect.  相似文献

利用改进的Lee-Low-Pines(LLP)方法,用变分法计算了无限深抛物量子阱中同时考虑与体纵光学声子和界面纵光学声子相互作用的束缚极化子的极化势和结合能.数值计算得出:阱宽较大时极化势很小,阱宽较小时极化势较大,所以对于较窄的抛物阱必须考虑极化势.对于给定阱宽的抛物阱,随着远离阱中心极化势迅速减小,当到达阱的界面附近极化势又开始增大.阱宽较小时,束缚极化子的结合能随着阱宽L的增大而急剧减小;阱宽较大时,结合能减小的非常缓慢,最后接近体材料中的三维值.  相似文献

We calculated the electric field E on the surface of a straight superconducting wire with circular cross-section carrying AC transport current I=Iacosωt. Performing the Fourier analysis of E, we found that both components of the first harmonic have the same form: the critical current Ic in prefactor and the rest depending on the ratio F=Ia/Ic. The in-phase component leads to the classical result of loss calculation, while the out-of-phase component was derived for the first time. Thus the wire can be symbolized by a complex self-inductance L1(I)=L1′(I)−jL1″(I) where L1′ represents the reactive power while L1″ the losses. When the lock-in amplifier, used to sort out the components of the first harmonic, is utilized in the wide-band mode, it allows one to determine the magnetic flux penetrated in the wire volume at two significant moments of the AC cycle: at zero current (remanent flux) and at the amplitude value of current.  相似文献

We extend our previous treatment of a mixed ionic electronic conductor membrane, consisting of a porous cathode and anode separated by a thin non-porous layer, to the case where mass transport of molecules in the porous electrodes can be the rate-limiting step. The linearized transport equations for the ion-hole pairs in the solid and of the gas molecules in the pores are characterized by the length scales LP = √Ld(1 − φ)/Sτs and Lg = 2Lp√[τsφ/τ(1 − φ)][Dgcg/DIEci] respectively, where Ld = DIE/K is the length scale that determines the transition from diffusion limited to surface exchange limited transport in the non-porous electrodes, K is the surface exchange coefficient, DIE and Dg are the diffusion coefficients of the ion-hole pairs and of the molecules, ci and cg are the concentrations of the ions and molecules, S is the pore surface area per unit volume, φ the porosity and τs and τ the tortuosities of the solid and pore phases respectively. When Lg Lp, which is the case treated previously, the rate-limiting step in the transport is ionic diffusion and surface exchange. Enhancements in oxygen ion current of two orders in magnitude, over non-porous electrodes, are in principle achievable with porous perovskite MIEC having surface area s = 106 cm−1. When Lg Lp the rate-limiting step is mass transport in the pores and the enhancement in ion current is substantially reduced.  相似文献

We apply the spectral density reweighting technique to the analysis of the chiral phase transition in finite-temperature lattice quantum chromodynamics (QCD) with four flavors of dynamical staggered fermions and mqa=0.025. Our simulations were performed using the hybrid Monte Carlo method for LtL3 lattices with Lt=4 and L=6, 8 and 10. We calculate partition function zeros, as well as the maxima of the specific heat and of the susceptibilities for the Polyakov loop and for the chiral condensate. A finite size scaling analysis of these data leads to preliminary results for the critical coupling βc, for the critical exponent ν, for the latent heat, and for the jumps in the Polyakov loop and in the chiral condensate.  相似文献

We show that the one-dimensional Oslo rice-pile model is a special case of the abelian distributed processors model. The exact steady state of the model is determined. We show that the time evolution operator for the system satisfies the equation where n=L(L+1)/2 for a pile with L sites. This implies that has only one eigenvalue 1 corresponding to the steady state, and all other eigenvalues are exactly zero. Also, all connected time-dependent correlation functions in the steady state of the pile are exactly zero for time difference greater than n. Generalization to other abelian critical height models where the critical thresholds are randomly reset after each toppling is briefly discussed.  相似文献

We present a nonperturbative lattice formulation of noncommutative Yang–Mills theories in arbitrary even dimension. We show that lattice regularization of a noncommutative field theory requires finite lattice volume which automatically provides both an ultraviolet and an infrared cutoff. We demonstrate explicitly Morita equivalence of commutative U(p) gauge theory with p·nf flavours of fundamental matter fields on a lattice of size L with twisted boundary conditions and noncommutative U(1) gauge theory with nf species of matter on a lattice of size p·L with single-valued fields. We discuss the relation with twisted large N reduced models and construct observables in noncommutative gauge theory with matter.  相似文献

为了深入理解近紫外波段NEA GaN阴极的光谱响应特性, 在超高真空系统中对MOCVD生长的不同发射层厚度和掺杂浓度的三个样品进行激活实验, 并在线测试样品光谱响应. 利用反射式GaN阴极量子效率公式和最小二乘法对入射光波长为0.25—0.35 μ之间的 阴极响应量子效率实验数据进行拟合, 分别得到后界面复合速率和拟合直线L的斜率, 并使用量子效率公式对入射光波长为0.35 μ时的反射式GaN阴极光谱响应量子效率进行仿真. 结果表明, 后界面复合速率和直线v的斜率都能很好地反映GaN阴极的响应性能, 当GaN阴极后界面复合速率小于105 cm/s, 发射层的厚度取0.174—0.212 μ时, 阴极光谱响应性能最好. 关键词: 反射式GaN 势垒 最小二乘法 后界面缺陷  相似文献

We study the dynamics of a Brownian particle in a 1D external potential under the influence of a time-periodic bias with an amplitude small with respect to the potential barriers. We consider both a periodic potential corresponding to a smooth crystal surface and a regular array of steps with an extra Ehrlich–Schwoebel barrier for step crossing. For the smooth surface, we extend our previous work in the high friction limit to the low friction case and find that the oscillating bias enhances the diffusion coefficient DT due to the broadening of the jump length distribution. In the case of a stepped surface with terraces of length L, the bias induces a non-zero average current Jave in the direction of descending steps as long as the driving frequency is smaller than a threshold frequency ΩTL−1. The current shows a maximum as a function of temperature for fixed L. However, no evidence of stochastic resonance type of enhancement can be found either in DT or Jave.  相似文献

本文根据实际交通中经常遇到的交通事故或部分道路施工等情况, 建立了部分道路关闭的交通流模型. 采用平均场理论分析和确定性NS元胞自动机规则分别对模型进行解析和数值模拟, 结果表明, 系统存在三种稳定的物理状态:低密度相、激波相和高密度相, 并找到了系统发生相变的临界密度. 理论分析和数值模拟能很好地符合.  相似文献

The equation of transfer for a plane-parallel medium is used to derive two independent sets of algebraic equations that can be used to determine the basic parameters that define the phase matrix for Lth degree anisotropic scattering of polarized light. The equations require that the four Stokes parameters be measured only on the surfaces of the medium that can be optically thick. The classical Hamiltonian H = p2/2m + ε(q2/2)Σδ[s-(t/T)] has an integrable mapping of the plane, [qn+1, pn+1]= [qn+1+pn, qn+2pn], as its equations of motion. But then by introducing periodic boundary conditions via (mod 1) applied to both q and p variables, the equations of motion become the Arnol'd cat map, [qn+1, pn+1] = [qn + pn, qn + 2pn], (mod 1), revealing it to be one of the simplest fully chaotic systems which can be derived from a Hamiltonian and analyzed. Consequently, we here quantize the Arnol'd cat and examine its quantum motion for signs of chaos using algorithmic complexity as the litmus. Our analysis reveals that the quantum cat is not chaotic in the deep quantum domain nor does it become chaotic in the classical limit as required by the correspondence principle. We therefore conclude that the correspondence principle, as defined herein, fails for the quantum Arnol'd cat.  相似文献

We study N-cluster correlation functions in four- and five-dimensional (4D and 5D) bond percolation by extensive Monte Carlo simulation. We reformulate the transfer Monte Carlo algorithm for percolation [Phys. Rev. E72, 016126 (2005)] using the disjoint-set data structure, and simulate a cylindrical geometry Ld−1 × ∞, with the linear size up to L = 512 for 4D and 128 for 5D. We determine with a high precision all possible N-cluster exponents, for N =2 and 3, and the universal amplitude for a logarithmic correlation function. From the symmetric correlator with N=2, we obtain the correlationlength critical exponent as 1/ν=1.4610(12) for 4D and 1/ν=1.737(2) for 5D, significantly improving over the existing results. Estimates for the other exponents and the universal logarithmic amplitude have not been reported before to our knowledge. Our work demonstrates the validity of logarithmic conformal field theory and adds to the growing knowledge for high-dimensional percolation.  相似文献

基于科研论文作者的合作方式, 用超图理论构建了一个科研合作超网络演化模型. 利用平均场理论分析了作者发表论文的演化规律, 发现作者的超度 (即发表论文数) 分布符合幂律分布. 进一步理论分析得到分布的幂指数γ与合作领域作者增长速度相关. γ越大, 新作者增长速度越快, 且存在关系: γ=1+L/M (L/M为作者增长率). 并通过对《物理学报》与《中国科学》2003–2012年期间作者发表论文进行了数据分析, 实证结果与理论分析及模拟结果能很好地符合. 本文对科研合作网络的理论和实证研究有一定的借鉴意义. 关键词: 复杂网络 超图 科研合作网络 演化模型  相似文献

The vacuum expectation values of Wilson line operators W(L) in the Chern-Simons theory are computed to second order to perturbation theory. The meaning of the framing procedure for knots is analyzed in the context of the Chern-simons field theory. The relation between W(L) and the link invariant polynomials is discussed. We derive an explicit analytic expression for the second coefficient of the Alexander-Conway polynomial, which is related to the Arf- and Casson-invariant. We present also some new relations between the HOMFLY coefficients.  相似文献

The polytropic gas equations are shown to be the geodesic flows with respect to an L2 metric on the semidirect product space Diff(S1)C(S1), where Diff(S1) is the group of orientation preserving diffeomorphisms of the circle. We also show that the N=1 supersymmetric polytropic gas equation constitute an integrable geodesic flow on the extended Neveu–Schwarz space. Recently other kinds of supersymmetrizations have been studied vigorously in connection with superstring theory and are called supersymmetric-B (SUSY-B) extension. In this paper we also show that the SUSY-B extension of the polytropic gas equation form a geodesic flow on the extension of the Neveu–Schwarz space.  相似文献

We discuss the problem of baryon number generation in the framework of a class of SO(10) grand unified models with an intermediate mass scale. In these theories the neutrino mass spectrum allows for the τ neutrino to be a good candidate for the hot component of the dark matter and, at the same time, an implementation of the MSW mechanism is possible. We show that an adequate matter-antimatter asymmetry is achievable through the interplay of BL violating decays of scalar bosons into massive right-handed neutrinos with the anomalous B+L violating processes mediated by sphalerons.  相似文献
