以工业废料粉煤灰微球为基质,氧氟沙星(OFL)为模板分子,采用表面印迹法制备了分子印迹聚合物(MIP)材料。通过紫外光谱法结合理论分析选择实验条件,并对该印迹材料的结构、吸附行为进行研究。结果表明,该印迹材料对OFL具有良好的特异识别性和优良的亲和性。与以硅胶为载体制备的MIP相比,该材料吸附容量更高且印迹效果更好。将其作为固相萃取填料对鸡产品进行分离富集,与C18柱相比,分离富集效果更好。结合高效液相色谱,对实际样品中OFL进行分析,回收率为82.0%~96.7%,相对标准偏差低于5.5%,可用于鸡产品中OFL分离分析。  相似文献

以粉煤灰(FACs)为载体,氧氟沙星(OFL)为模板分子,采用表面法制备了分子印迹材料(MIP),并将其作为固相萃取吸附剂,建立了分子印迹固相萃取-超高效液相色谱(MISPEUPLC)方法,对鸡胗中残留的OFL进行检测分析。在优化的提取条件和分析条件下,OFL检出限为1.56μg/kg;定量限为5.19μg/kg;回收率为87.3%~102.5%;RSD3.6%,能满足食品样品中痕量OFL的确定和残留分析要求。与C_(18)柱净化相比,该柱能够有效去除基质效应,分离富集效果更好。  相似文献

以改性磁性壳聚糖为载体,四环素(TC)为模板分子,采用表面聚合法制备磁性四环素分子印迹材料(MIP)。用FTIR对MIP进行表征。对MIP进行吸附性能研究,结果表明:MIP对TC的最大吸附量为56.60 mg/g;吸附平衡时间为1.5 h,且主要吸附过程由化学吸附控制;M IP对四环素类抗生素(TCs)具有良好的组选择性。同时以该印迹聚合物为固相萃取材料,建立了MISPE-HPLC分析方法,用于猪肉和蜂蜜样品中TCs残留分析,回收率范围84.0%~99.3%,RSD小于4.0%。所制备的M IP对样品中的TCs的分离富集效果良好。  相似文献

以接枝双键的凹凸棒土(TM)为载体,槲皮素为模板分子,采用表面印迹技术制备对槲皮素具有特异吸附性能的分子印迹聚合物(MIP)。利用光谱法选择实验条件及对化合物表征。采用静态法研究聚合物对槲皮素的结合性能与识别性能。结果表明,该分子印迹材料对槲皮素具有特异的识别特性和优良的亲和性,提高了传统聚合物的结合率。以该印迹聚合物为固相萃取材料,结合高效液相色谱法,对白菜中的槲皮素进行分离富集,方法回收率为84.0%~90.6%,相对标准偏差低于5.6%。  相似文献

以染料木素为模板分子、4-乙烯基吡啶(4-VP)为功能单体、乙二醇二甲基双丙烯酸酯(EGDMA)为交联剂、四氢呋喃(THF)为溶剂,采用本体聚合法制备了染料木素的分子印迹聚合物;采用静态平衡结合实验研究了该分子印迹聚合物对染料木素的结合能力和选择性能.结果表明,与化学组成相同的相应非印迹聚合物相比,染料木素分子印迹聚合物对染料木素的吸附性能和选择性更好.利用所合成的分子印迹聚合物作为固相萃取材料填充固相萃取小柱,可以选择性地从豆奶粉中分离、富集染料木素;此外,该分子印迹聚合物还有望用于其他豆制品的分析检验.  相似文献

采用Pickering乳液聚合法,以纳米SiO_2作为稳定剂,制备喹乙醇分子印迹聚合物。通过扫描电镜对聚合物进行表征,对其吸附性能进行研究。结果表明,与传统的乳液聚合法相比,采用Pickering法制备的聚合物粒径更为均一,分散性更好。聚合物具有较高的吸附量以及良好的选择性,将其作为固相萃取填料,结合高效液相色谱法对饲料中的喹乙醇进行分离及检测,效果良好。方法回收率为85.71%~95.23%,相对偏差小于2.9%,检出限为0.96 mg/L。  相似文献

以Pb2+为模板,丙烯酸为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,采用本体聚合技术,制备了对Pb2+具有特异性识别作用的离子印迹材料。通过红外光谱,吸附容量,干扰实验等讨论了该离子印迹材料的相关性质。结果表明,该离子印迹材料对Pb2+的结合能力明显强于非印迹材料,能够很好的排除其他金属离子的干扰。通过制备该离子印迹材料,能够富集水体中的痕量铅,结合原子吸收光谱法对其进行定量分析,为测定复杂环境样品中痕量铅离子提供一个高选择性,高预富集效率的固相萃取材料和分析方法。  相似文献

建立了分子印迹固相萃取-高效液相色谱相结合分离复杂样品中牛血红蛋白(Hb)的方法. 以单分散的二氧化硅球为载体, Hb为模板, 采用表面印迹法制备了分子印迹空心球(MIHS). 采用透射电子显微镜(TEM)对该印迹材料的形貌进行了表征. 结果表明, 所制备的MIHS的单分散性好、 粒径均匀, 是一种理想的固相萃取填料. 以该印迹材料作为固相萃取吸附剂, 并结合高效液相色谱(HPLC)研究了其对Hb的吸附行为, 结果表明, 制备的MIHS在磷酸盐缓冲液(pH=7.0)中对Hb的回收率高于80%, 而对核糖核酸酶A(RNase A)和细胞色素C(Cyt C)的回收率低于50%, 方法的精密度高(RSD<5%). 与Hb印迹硅球相比, MIHS具有较快的传质速率和萃取效率. 将MHIS应用于复杂样品中Hb的分离, 结果表明, MIHS可以从加标牛血清中选择性吸附Hb, 吸附率达82%.  相似文献

以丙烯酰胺为功能单体,二苄基三硫代酯为链转移剂,采用可逆加成-断裂链转移(RAFT)技术结合沉淀聚合法制备乙氧酰胺苯甲酯(ETP)分子印迹聚合物(R-MIP)。探讨了引发剂和链转移试剂用量对聚合物形貌的影响,采用静态法、选择性吸附法研究聚合物的吸附性能。结果表明,该材料对ETP具有较高的吸附量和良好的选择性。以其作为固相萃取材料,结合高效液相色谱法对鸡肉中的ETP进行分离、富集、检测。方法回收率87.0%~97.4%,检出限0.013 mg/kg。  相似文献

以2-巯基苯骈噻唑为修饰剂,铅离子为印迹离子成功制备分子印迹功能介孔材料,并用扫描电镜(SEM)、傅里叶红外光谱对材料进行了结构表征。铅离子分子印迹功能介孔材料能很好地将Pb(II)与性质相近的二价重金属离子Cu(II),Cd(II)和Hg(II)分离,具有非常好的吸附选择性,且静态吸附容量0.64 mmol/g。利用该材料制备的分离富集柱可以很好地富集溶液中痕量铅离子,且仅用2 mL 0.5 mol/L EDTA以0.4 mL/min流速即可完全洗脱,富集倍数高达250倍。样品预富集后的火焰原子吸收光度法线性范围为0.5~1.2×104μg/L,r=0.999 2,检出限(3σ,n=11)为0.04μg/L。利用功能介孔材料分离富集水样中痕量铅离子,用火焰原子吸收法测定含量,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于等于3%(n=6),回收率在98.2%~99.1%之间。  相似文献

In this article, for the first time, a molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) for the metolcarb was prepared by bulk polymerization using metolcarb as the template, methacrylic acid as the functional monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as the cross‐linker. The prepared polymer was characterized by FT‐IR, static and kinetic adsorption experiments, and the results showed that it has been successfully synthesized and had good selective ability for metolcarb. The MIP was applied as a sorbent in molecularly imprinted SPE coupled with HPLC‐UV for separation and determination of trace metolcarb in three kinds of food matrices at three concentration levels. Under the optimal conditions, the LODs (S/N=3) of cabbage, cucumber and pear were 7.622, 6.455 and 13.52 μg/kg, respectively, and recoveries were in the range of 68.80–101.31% with RSD (n=3) below 3.78% in all cases. To demonstrate further the selectivity of the MIP obtained, a comparison with commercially available C18 SPE was performed. The results indicated that molecularly imprinted SPE showed better chromatography, better selectivity and higher recoveries for metolcarb than commercially available C18 SPE.  相似文献

A novel molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) monolith for highly selective extraction of cholecystokinin (CCK) neuropeptides was prepared in a micropipette tip. The MIPs were synthesized by epitope imprinting technique and the polymerization conditions were investigated and optimized. The synthesized MIPs were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, elemental analyzer and scanning electron microscope. A molecularly imprinted solid‐phase microextraction (MI‐μ‐SPE) method was developed for the extraction of CCK neuropeptides in aqueous solutions. The parameters affecting MI‐μ‐SPE were optimized. The results indicated that this MIP monolith exhibited specific recognition capability and high enrichment efficiency for CCK neuropeptides. In addition, it showed excellent reusability. This MIP monolith was used for desalting and enrichment of CCK4, CCK5 and CCK8 from human cerebrospinal fluid prior to matrix‐assisted laser desorption/ionization time‐of‐flight mass spectrometry analysis, and the results show that this MIP monolith can be a useful tool for effective purification and highly selective enrichment of multiple homologous CCK neuropeptides in cerebrospinal fluid simultaneously. The selective preconcentration of estradiol was explored using the recognition ability of a molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) in the solid phase extraction (SPE) format. Polymeric particles were imprinted with 17β-estradiol using methacrylic acid as functional monomer and divinylbenzene as crosslinker. Binding studies of these polymeric particles towards 17β-estradiol showed selectivity over non-imprinted polymers, using acetonitrile as solvent. The imprinted polymer showed a recovery of 88% for β-estradiol in deionized water and 81% in surface water. The selectivity of the MIP over the non-imprinted polymer was relatively low, only 10% higher recovery. The results indicate that the MIP imprinted with 17β-estradiol does not appear to provide a viable approach to be used in a sample clean-up or enrichment step for the determination of estradiol in aqueous systems.  相似文献

We prepared ofloxacin restricted access media molecularly imprinted polymers using surface‐initiated atom transfer radical polymerization on the surface of brominated silica gel using ofloxacin as a template molecule, methacrylic acid as a functional monomer, and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as a crosslinking agent. We then characterized and studied the surface morphology and adsorption properties of the polymer. Experimental results show that saturation is reached within 25 min, and that the saturated adsorption capacity was 80.67 mg/g and the imprinting factor was 1.94. Our findings also showed that the polymer surface had good hydrophilicity and an excellent protein exclusion rate, which was 98.49%. The restricted access media molecularly imprinted polymers were then successfully applied to the enrichment and separation of ofloxacin in bovine serum. When combined with high‐performance liquid chromatography, and the average recovery of ofloxacin was 95.6%, and the relative standard deviation was in the range of 2.47–3.38%. In a word, the restricted access media molecularly imprinted polymers is a method that involves a simple preparation procedure that results in excellent performance, which is a great improvement in the speed of detection of antibiotics. These qualities are what bestow upon this method its great potential for broad application.  相似文献

A 2-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)ethylamine imprinted polymer (MIP(pt) ) was prepared via the precipitation polymerization together with a nonimprinted polymer (NIP). The morphology of particles was investigated by scanning electron microscopy and the specific surface areas were estimated by methylene blue adsorption (60.5 ± 3.5 and 36.9 ± 1.2 m(2)/g for MIP(pt) and NIP, respectively). The binding experiments were performed to determine the binding capacity of MIP(pt)/NIP particles toward dopamine. Next, the effects of solvents on loading, washing, and eluting steps were examined on solid-phase extraction (SPE). Methanol-water 85:15 v/v (loading step), methanol (washing step), and 0.04 M aqueous ammonium acetate-methanol 30:70 v/v (eluting step) were selected as the most effective systems. Described SPE protocol was successfully applied for separation of dopamine on 2-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)ethylamine imprinted particles. Finally, the molecularly imprinted polymer was used for determination of dopamine in spiked banana extract. The total recovery of dopamine from MIP(pt) was equal to 88.5 ± 4.6%, but from NIP was only 12.8 ± 2.3%. The developed material and method were demonstrated to be applicable for the separation of dopamine from bananas. The commercial sorbent C18 was not suitable to such application.  相似文献

A surface molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) was synthesized by using imidazole as the template and modified silica particles as the support material. The static adsorption, solid phase extraction (SPE) and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) experiments were performed to investigate the adsorption properties and selective recognition characteristics of the polymer for imidazole and its structural analogs. It was shown that the maximum binding capacities of imidazole on the MIP and the non-imprinted polymer (NIP) were 312 and 169 μmol g−1, respectively. The adsorption was fast and the adsorption equilibrium was achieved in 30 min. The binding process could be described by pseudo-second order kinetics. Compared with the corresponding non-imprinted polymer, the molecularly imprinted polymer exhibited much higher adsorption performance and selectivity for imidazole. The selective separation of imidazole from a mixture of 1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide ([C6mim][Br]) and 2,4-dichlorophenol could be achieved on the MIP-SPE column. The recoveries of imidazole and [C6mim][Br] were 97.6-102.7% and 12.2-17.3%, respectively, but 2,4-dichlorophenol could not be retained on the column. The surface molecularly imprinted polymer presented here may find useful application as a solid phase absorbent to separate trace imidazole in environmental water samples. This may also form the basis for our research program on the preparation and application of alkyl-imidazolium imprinted polymers.  相似文献

A molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) against lamotrigine (LTG) was prepared, characterized, and its recognition properties were compared with a blank nonimprinted polymer (NIP). Two classes of binding sites were found in the MIP--high affinity (K(D) = 16.2 microM) and low affinity (K(D) = 161.3 microM). Selectivity of the synthesized MIP was examined using compounds with similar structures or therapeutic uses to LTG. In compounds which had structural similarity to LTG, the presence of amine groups appeared to affect binding to the MIP, however overall shape of the molecule was also important. Under the optimal conditions developed, other anticonvulsant drugs tested did not bind the MIP. A molecularly imprinted SPE (MISPE) procedure was developed which had a recovery of 84-89%, interday variation of less than 3.4% and intraday variation of less than 2.8%. The MISPE procedure was compared with a routine liquid-liquid extraction (LLE) procedure used for the HPLC determination of LTG in serum from patients. The data indicated that the MIP synthesized showed both good selectivity and high affinity for LTG and could be used for the extraction of the drug from serum samples or as the receptor layer for an LTG selective biosensor.  相似文献

A molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) has been prepared for the first time with ciprofloxacin (CIPRO) as the template molecule, via a noncovalent synthetic procedure. Prior to its use as a sorbent in SPE, the MIP was evaluated chromatographically to confirm that it was indeed molecularly imprinted. The MIP was then used to extract CIPRO selectively from urine samples by means of a two-step SPE procedure in which a commercial Oasis cartridge and a molecularly imprinted SPE cartridge were combined in series. This approach allowed the matrix compounds present in the samples to be removed effectively. The urine extracts obtained after this two-step SPE procedure was applied were relatively clean compared to the original samples, and this made it possible to inject directly the extracts into a mass spectrometer and thus quantify CIPRO in urine samples at low levels and reduce the time of analysis.  相似文献
