铝粉含量和粒度对CL-20含铝炸药水中爆炸反应特性的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为了研究CL-20基含铝炸药的爆炸反应机理,利用水中爆炸实验,测量了不同铝粉含量和粒度的CL-20炸药水中爆炸的冲击波参数、二次压力波参数,计算了冲击波能和气泡能。结果表明,水中爆炸的冲击波能和气泡能表征了爆轰和二次反应两个阶段的炸药爆炸能量分配,CL-20炸药中的铝粉主要在二次反应阶段发生反应,只有少部分的铝粉参与了早期的爆轰反应。气泡脉动形成的二次压力波能描述铝粉含量和粒度对二次反应过程的影响,铝粉含量对炸药的二次反应有显著的影响;铝粉粒度对炸药的水下爆炸的初始冲击波参数、冲击波能和气泡能的影响很小,对铝粉与爆轰产物的二次反应速率影响较大。  相似文献

利用基元反应模型和有限体积法对环形激波在可燃气体中聚焦实现爆轰波直接起爆进行了数值模拟。研究结果表明,标准状态下的氢气-空气混合气体在马赫数为3.1以上的环形激波聚焦产生的高温高压区作用下会诱发可燃气体的直接起爆形成爆轰波,爆轰波与激波和接触间断相互作用产生了复杂的波系结构;爆轰波爆点位置在对称轴上并不是固定的点,而是随着初始激波马赫数的变化而发生移动;可燃气体初始温度和压力对起爆临界马赫数都有影响,但是初始温度的影响大得多。  相似文献

In this paper the formation of detonation in H-O/He/Ar mixtures at elevated initial pressures was investigated in an initiation tube for a detonation driver with an exploding wire as the ignition source. In most experiments the detonation wave was formed by a DDT process in which a reactive shock wave accelerates behind the leading shock wave and eventually leads to the onset of detonation. The onset position was found to be at the leading shock wave or behind it. Only in very sensitive mixtures at high initial pressure the direct initiation of detonation was observed. The influence of ignition energy, initial pressure and composition on the detonation induction distance was determined. The results show that the detonation induction distance increases with the decrease of ignition energy and initial pressure and with the increase of the mole fraction of helium or argon. With the same mole fraction, argon increases the induction distance more than helium. In the facility utilized the DDT upper and lower limits of hydrogen in H-O mixtures are in the ranges from 36 to 40 % and from 78 to 82 %, respectively, and the upper limits for helium and argon in stoichiometric H-O mixtures are 40 % and 36 %, respectively. High pressure peaks generated by the DDT process were measured, especially in mixtures near the DDT limits. Statistical results show that such peak pressures can be up to 6 times of the CJ-pressures. Recent investigations involving shock waves generation and shock pressure measurement in direct ablation regime and confined ablation regime for aluminium, copper, titanium and steel (40C130) materials are reported. Experimental measurements demonstrated that in direct ablation regime the peak pressures typically are less than 10 Pa when the incident laser intensity is about 10 W/cm and the time duration of the applied pressure is roughly equal to the laser pulse duration. It is shown that confinement of the surface with a transparent overlayer provided an effective method of enhancing laser-induced shock waves pressure in the target material with an order of magnitude for same laser intensity. Also, in this second regime, the pressure is applied over a period much longer than the laser-pulse duration. As an application measurements of the hardness of target surface before and after laser irradiation in direct ablation regime and confined ablation regime are given, and it is shown that the maximum value of surface hardness is obtained in confined ablation regime. 对平面激波和单个矩形障碍物作用的过程进行了数值模拟,研究了反射产生的上行爆轰波在下游可燃气体中形成爆轰波的过程。数值结果表明,下游爆轰波形成过程主要有2种模式:爆轰波直接绕射和绕射波在上壁面反射,这和已有的实验结果是一致的。通过研究下游爆轰波的形成过程受入射激波马赫数、混合气体的压力和管道尺度的影响,分析了上游爆轰波向下游传播的波动力学过程,讨论了2种形成过程的作用规律和控制因素,阐明了下游爆轰波的形成规律。  相似文献

为了研究退役单基药的冲击起爆特性,参照GJB772A-97中卡片式隔板法实验方法,分别开展了退役单基药的连续爆速实验、冲击波感度实验及锰铜压力计实验,观测了其冲击起爆的爆轰建立过程,得到了临界隔板值以及临界起爆压力。在连续爆速实验中,隔板厚度为50 mm时,观察到了退役单基药反应冲击波不断增长的过程,并在90mm处转变为爆轰; 在冲击波感度以及锰铜压力计实验中,测得其临界隔板厚度为50~52 mm,临界起爆压力为1.35~1.49 GPa。对退役单基药的冲击起爆过程进行了数值模拟,结合三种实验的实验结果,标定了其点火增长模型反应速率方程参数。  相似文献

主要基于化学动力学和Ng模型,对C2H4-O2混合气体的爆轰胞格尺寸进行预测;结合Lee表面积能量模型,预测物质在不同初始压力和化学当量比的条件下,直接起爆引起球面爆轰的临界起爆能量。直接起爆实验主要采用高压电点火提供起爆能量,起爆能量通过放电过程中电流的输出信号确定。结果表明,理论预测与实验值较吻合。首先,通过化学动力学计算得出ZND模型的爆轰参数,利用Ng模型得出爆轰胞格尺寸与ZND诱导区长度之间的比例因数A在不同初始压力与当量比的条件下分别为:A=43.815(1+p1/p0)-0.123 71和A=8.531exp(φ/3.135)+28.644,在此基础上对爆轰胞格尺寸进行定量预测。胞格尺寸的理论预测与实验结果吻合。其次,把爆轰胞格尺寸作为中间特征参数并结合Lee的表面积能量模型,提出可以预测临界起爆能量的定量模型,并得出C2H4-O2混合气体直接起爆的临界起爆能量与初始压力和化学当量比的参量拟合关系分别为Ec=0.332(p1/p0)-2.017和Ec=exp[3.951(φ-1.401)2-1.9]。  相似文献

燃料-空气云雾爆轰的直接引爆实验研   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
在直径240mm的立式激波管中环氧丙烷(PO)、正己烷、癸烷分别与空气混合进行了直接起爆,测定了不同燃料、不同当量比的云雾直接引爆的临界起爆能。实验发现,当PO 空气混合物、正己烷 空气混合物及癸烷 空气混合物的当量比分别为1.05、1.12及1.15时,其临界起爆能均最小;三种混合物的可爆下限当量比分别为0.47(质量浓度4.23%)、0.75(质量浓度5.29%)及0.89(质量浓度5.8%)。实验表明,在本实验条件下,三种燃料与空气混合物的云雾都容易在较大当量比范围内引发爆轰并实现爆轰波稳定传播。  相似文献

Results from an experimental investigation of the interaction of a “non-ideal” shock wave and a single obstacle are reported. The shock wave is produced ahead of an accelerated flame in a 14 cm inner-diameter tube partially filled with orifice plates. The shock wave interacts with a single larger blockage orifice plate placed 15–45 cm after the last orifice plate in the flame acceleration section of the tube. Experiments were performed with stoichiometric ethylene–oxygen mixtures with varying amounts of nitrogen dilution at atmospheric pressure and temperature. The critical nitrogen dilution was found for detonation initiation. It is shown that detonation initiation occurs if the chemical induction time based on the reflected shock state is shorter than the time required for an acoustic wave to traverse the orifice plate upstream surface, from the inner to the outer diameter. The similarity between the present results and those obtained from previous investigators looking at detonation initiation by ideal shock reflection produced in a shock tube indicates that the phenomenon is not sensitive to the detailed structure of the shock front but only on the average shock strength.This paper is based on work that was presented at the 20th International Colloquium on the Dynamics of Explosions and Reactive Systems, Montreal, Canada, July 31–August 5, 2005.  相似文献

The explosive transformation in a passive charge initiated by an air shock wave was studied using synchrotron diagnostics of density. It was found that in the passive charge, a compression wave capable of forming effective hot spots does not arise and classical initiation conditions do not occur. The development of the reaction can be attributed to the ablation combustion observed in studies of the initiation of secondary powder explosives by a spark and gaseous detonation.  相似文献

斜爆轰是气相爆轰物理的一个重要研究方向,在航空航天新型动力领域有重要的潜在应用价值.作为激波诱导的高速燃烧, 斜爆轰波可以简化为包含能量添加的间断面.然而, 斜爆轰流动中往往涉及激波、湍流等多种的流体力学现象,它们和燃烧放热耦合在一起, 导致流动和燃烧机理非常复杂. 一方面,斜爆轰波具有的多尺度和非线性的特征, 理论研究难以深入; 另一方面,爆轰波流场高温、高压、高速的特点, 又给实验研究带来了很大的困难.过去20年, 主要借助数值方法,研究者对斜爆轰波开展了系统的模拟和分析,在诸多方面取得了明显的进展.本文首先介绍了理想情况下的起爆区波系结构和波面稳定性研究进展;其次着眼于推进系统的问题,关注了非均匀来流效应以及斜爆轰波与稀疏波的作用;最后对未来的研究工作提出一些建议.   相似文献

斜爆轰发动机是飞行器在高马赫数飞行条件下的一种新型发动机,具有结构简单、成本低和比冲高等优点.但是斜爆轰发动机的来流马赫数范围广,来流条件复杂,为实现斜爆轰波的迅速、可靠引发,采用钝头体来诱发.利用Euler方程和氢氧基元反应模型,对超声速氢气/空气混合气体中圆球诱导的斜爆轰流场进行了数值研究.不同于楔面诱发的斜爆轰波,球体首先会在驻点附近诱发正激波/爆轰波,然后在稀疏波作用下发展为斜激波/爆轰波.模拟结果显示,经过钝头体压缩的预混气体达到自燃温度后,会出现两种流场:当马赫数较低时,由于稀疏波的影响,燃烧熄灭,钝头体下游不会出现燃烧情况;而当马赫数较高时,燃烧阵面能传到下游.分析表明,当钝头体的尺度较小时,驻点附近的能量不足以诱发爆轰波,只会形成明显的燃烧带与激波非耦合结构;当钝头体的尺度较大时,流场中不会出现燃烧带与激波的非耦合现象,且这一特征与马赫数无关.通过调整球体直径,获得了激波和燃烧带部分耦合的燃烧流场结构,这一流场结构在楔面诱发的斜爆轰波中并不存在,说明稀疏波与爆轰波面的相互作用是决定圆球诱发斜爆轰波的关键.  相似文献

This paper summarizes the studies of DDT and stable detonation waves in dust-air mixtures at the Stosswellenlabor of RWTH Aachen. The DDT process and propagation mechanism for stable heterogeneous dust detonations in air are essentially the same as in the oxygen environment studied previously. The dust DDT process in tubes is composed of a reaction compression stage followed by a reaction shock stage as the pre-detonation process. The transverse waves that couple the shock wave and the chemical energy release are responsible for the propagation of a stable dust-air detonation. However, the transverse wave spacing of dust-air mixtures is much larger. Therefore, DDT and propagation of a stable detonation in most industrial and agricultural, combustible dust-air mixtures require a tube that has a large diameter between 0.1 m and 1 m and a sufficient length-diameter ratio beyond 100, when an appropriately strong initiation energy is used. Two dust detonation tubes, 0.14 m and 0.3 m in diameter, were used for observation of the above-mentioned results in cornstarch, anthraquinone and aluminum dust suspended in air. Smoked-foil technique was also used to measure the cellular structure of dust detonations in the 0.3 m detonation tube. Received 11 February 2000 / Accepted 1 August 2000  相似文献

用两相流体力学模型对气体 燃料液滴系统进行了研究。数值模拟了点火后两相系统爆轰波的发展过程,得到爆轰波的结构和参数。数值模拟结果表明气体 燃料液滴系统爆轰波有较宽的反应区,因而两相爆轰波的曲率对爆速的影响效应十分明显。进行了燃料液滴尺寸对爆轰波的结构和参数的影响的数值模拟。除了很小的液滴外,燃料液滴在爆轰波前导激波面和CJ面间不能完全气化。随着液滴尺寸的增加,燃料液滴在爆轰波前导激波面和CJ面间释放出的能量随之减少,爆轰参数也随之下降。  相似文献

In order to investigate the thermal shock and the heat conduction property of a target under multi-pulsed laser radiation, analytic expressions of both temperature and thermal stress fields in the target are deduced on the basis of the non-Fourier conduction law and the thermo-elastic theory. Taking a stainless steel target as an example, we can solve the analytic expressions under appropriate boundary conditions by using the finite difference method and MATLAB software, and then reveal the evolution law of both surplus temperaturt, and thermal stress in the target. The results indicate that the temperature curves in the target irradiated by a multi-pulsed laser take on a delayed character in different sections away from the boundary, which is only affected by its relaxation time. The front of the stress wave is very steep in the non-Fourier numerical solutions, which presents an obvious thermal shock, so it is necessary to consider the non-Fourier effect of semi-infinite body under the high energy laser radiation.  相似文献

The present paper describes the influence of magnetic field on the spark discharge utilized for initialization of detonation. The method of schlieren time-based scanning shows the increase of shock wave velocity in the case when magnetic field was applied to the area of electrical discharge in the air. The critical energy values are obtained for a direct initialization of detonation in hydrogen–air and hexane–air mixtures. Magnetic field has a significant influence on the deflagration–combustion transition in both mixtures at the critical energy values. Pressure and velocity of the shock front were measured by ICP pressure transducers, flame front was recorded by photo-diodes. Two cases were studied experimentally: external magnetic field is produced by inductance coils connected to capacitor; own magnetic field is induced directly by discharge current in the cables positioned in special way.  相似文献

数值模拟了二维平面激波从抛物面上反射在可燃气体中聚焦的过程,研究了形 成爆轰波的点火特性. 对理想化学当量比氢气/空气混合气体,在初始压强20kPa的条件下, 马赫数2.6-2.8的激波聚焦能产生两个点火区:第1个点火区是反射激波会聚引起的,第 2个点火区是由入射激波在抛物面上发生马赫反射引起的. 这种条件下流场中会出现爆燃转 爆轰,起爆点分别分布在管道壁面、抛物反射面和第2点火区附近. 起爆机理分别为激波管 道壁面反射、点火诱导激波的抛物面反射和点火诱导的激波与第2点火区产生的爆燃波的相 互作用. 不同的点火和起爆过程导致了不同的流场波系结构,同时影响了爆轰波传播的波动 力学过程.  相似文献

Optimization study of spray detonation initiation by electric discharges   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Development of air-breathing pulse detonation engines is faced with a challenging problem of detonation initiation in fuel sprays at distances feasible for propulsion applications. Extensive experimental study on initiation of a confined n-hexane spray detonation in air by electric discharges is reported. It is found that for direct initiation of spray detonation with minimal energy requirements (1) it is worth to use one discharger located near the closed end of a detonation tube and at least one additional discharger downstream from it to be triggered in-phase with primary shock wave arrival; (2) the discharge area should be properly insulated to avoid electric loss to metal tube walls; (3) discharge duration should be minimized to at least 50 μs; (4) discharge channel should preferably occupy a large portion of a tube cross-section; (5) test tube should be preferably of a diameter close to the limiting tube diameter; (6) gradual transition between the volume with electric discharger and the tube should be used; and (7) a powerful electric discharger utilized for generating a primary shock wave can be replaced by a primary shock wave generator comprising a relatively low-energy electric discharger, Shchelkin spiral, and tube coil. With all these principles implemented, the rated electric energy of about 100 J was required to initiate n-hexane spray–air detonation in a 28-mm tube at a distance of about 1 m from the atomizer.
