A highly sensitive and simple method, based on hydride generation and atomic fluorescence detection, has been developed for the determination of As, Bi, Sb, Se(IV) and Te(IV) in aqua regia extracts from atmospheric particulate matter samples. Atmospheric particulates matter was collected on glass fiber filters using a medium volume sampler (PM1 particulate matter). Two-level factorial designs have been used to optimise the hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HG-AFS) procedure. The effects of several parameters affecting the hydride generation efficiency (hydrochloric acid, sodium tetrahydroborate and potassium iodide concentrations and flow rates) have been evaluated using a Plackett-Burman experimental design. In addition, parameters affecting the hydride measurement (delay, analysis and memory times) have been also investigated. The significant parameters obtained (sodium tetrahydroborate concentration, sodium tetrahydroborate flow rate and analysis time for As; hydrochloric acid concentration and sodium tetrahydroborate flow rate for Se(IV); and sodium tetrahydroborate concentration and sodium tetrahydroborate flow rate for Te(IV)) have been optimized by using 2n + star central composite design. Hydrochloric acid concentration and sodium tetrahydroborate flow rate were the significant parameters obtained for Sb and Bi determination, respectively. Using a univariate approach these parameters were optimized. The accuracy of methods have been verified by using several certified reference materials: SRM 1648 (urban particulate matter) and SRM 1649a (urban dust). Detection limits in the range of 6 × 10−3 to 0.2 ng m−3 have been achieved. The developed methods were applied to several atmospheric particulate matter samples corresponding to A Coruña city (NW Spain).  相似文献

This study established a flow injection (FI) methodology for the determination of the total phenolic content in plant-derived beverages based on soluble manganese(IV) chemiluminescence (CL) detection. It was found that mixing polyphenols with acidic soluble manganese(IV) in the presence of formaldehyde evoked chemiluminescence. Based on this finding, a new FI-CL method was developed for the estimation of the total content of phenolic compounds (expressed as milligrams of gallic acid equivalent per litre of drink) in a variety of wine, tea and fruit juice samples. The proposed method is sensitive with a detection limit of 0.02 ng mL−1 (gallic acid), offers a wide linear dynamic range (0.5-400 ng mL−1) and high sample throughput (247 samples h−1). The relative standard deviation for 15 measurements was 3.8% for 2 ng mL−1 and 0.45% for 10 ng mL−1 of gallic acid. Analysis of 36 different samples showed that the results obtained by the proposed FI-CL method correlate highly with those obtained by spectrophotometric methods commonly used for the evaluation of the total phenolic/antioxidant level. However, the FI-CL method was found to be far simpler, more rapid and selective, with almost no interference from non-phenolic components of the samples examined.  相似文献

Orthogonal array design (OAD) was applied for the first time to optimize cloud point extraction (CPE) conditions for Se(IV) determination by electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry (ETAAS) in environmental and biological samples. Selenium was reacted with o-phenylenediamine to form piazselenol in an acidic medium (pH 2). Using Triton X-114, as surfactant, piazselenol was quantitatively extracted into small volume (about 30 μL) of the surfactant-rich phase after centrifugation. Five relevant factors, i.e. surfactant concentration, pH, ionic strength, equilibrium time and temperature were selected and the effects of each factor were studied at four levels on the extraction efficiency of Se(IV) and optimized. The statistical analysis revealed that the most important factors contributing to the extraction efficiency are ionic strength, pH and percent of surfactant. Based on the results obtained from the analysis of variance (ANOVA), the optimum conditions for extraction were established as: pH 6; vial temperature = 50 °C; extraction time = 7 min and 0.3% (w/v) of Triton X-114. The method was permitted to obtain a detection limit of 0.09 ng mL−1 and two linear calibration ranges from 0.6 to 1.0 and 1.0 to 80.0 ng mL−1 Se. The precision (%RSD) of the extraction and determination for the six replicates of Se at 20 ng mL−1 was better than 3.6% and the enrichment factor of 63.5 was achieved. The studied analyte was successfully extracted and determined with high efficiency using cloud point extraction method in water and biological matrices.  相似文献

A robust, accurate and sensitive analytical procedure for the determination of Se in plant and peat samples by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HG-AFS) was developed. Aliquots (200 mg) of dried samples were digested with 3 mL nitric acid and 0.5 mL hydrogen peroxide in closed, pressurized PTFE vessels in a microwave oven at 220 °C. Addition of HBF4 or HF to the digestion mixture was not required because experiments demonstrated that Se was not hosted in the silicate fraction of the investigated sample matrices. Selenium(VI) was directly reduced to Se(IV) in the undiluted digestion solutions after addition of 3.8 mL of 4 M HCl in a microwave oven at 103 °C for 3 min. Other reduction reagents, such as hydroxylamine hydrochloride or urea, were not necessary to cope with potential interferences from nitrogen oxides that could hamper the reliable determination of Se by HG-AFS. Optimum hydride generation of Se was achieved by using 0.9% NaBH4 and 4.5 M HCl. A solution detection limit of 11 ng L−1 was obtained under the optimized experimental conditions which corresponds to a method detection limit of 2.8 ng g−1 in solid peat and plant materials. The precision of replicate measurements was better than 3% at Se concentrations of 50 ng L−1. The analytical procedure was critically evaluated by analysing two certified plant reference materials (SRM 1515 Apple Leaves and SRM 1547 Peach Leaves) as well as three peat reference materials. Excellent agreement between the experimental values ranging from 50 ng g−1 to ∼2 μg g−1 and the certified concentrations was obtained.  相似文献

Organophosphate triesters are common flame retardants used in a wide variety of consumer products from which they can migrate and pollute the indoor environment. Humans may thus be continuously exposed to several organophosphate triesters which might be a risk for human health. An analytical method based on direct injection of 5 μL urine into an ultra performance liquid chromatography system coupled to a time-of-flight mass spectrometry has been developed and validated to monitor exposure to organophosphate triesters through their respective dialkyl and diaryl phosphate metabolites (DAPs). The targeted analytes were: di-n-butyl phosphate (DNBP), diphenyl phosphate (DPHP), bis(2-butoxyethyl) phosphate (BBOEP), bis(2-chloroethyl) phosphate (BCEP), bis(1-chloro-2-propyl) phosphate (BCPP) and bis(1,3-dichloro-2-propyl) phosphate (BDCIPP). Separation was achieved in less than 3 min on a short column with narrow diameter and small particle size (50 mm × 2.1 mm × 1.7 μm). Different mobile phases were explored to obtain optimal sensitivity. Acetonitrile/water buffered with 5 mM of ammonium hydroxide/ammonium formate (pH 9.2) was the preferred mobile phase. Quantification of DAPs was performed using deuterated analogues as internal standards in synthetic urine (averaged DAP accuracy was 101%; RSD 3%). Low method limits of quantification (MLQ) were obtained for DNBP (0.40 ng mL−1), DPHP (0.10 ng mL−1), BDCIPP (0.40 ng mL−1) and BBOEP (0.60 ng mL−1), but not for the most polar DAPs, BCEP (∼12 ng mL−1) and BCPP (∼25 ng mL−1). The feasibility of the method was tested on 84 morning urine samples from 42 mother and child pairs. Only DPHP was found above the MLQ in the urine samples with geometric mean (GM) concentrations of 1.1 ng mL−1 and 0.57 ng mL−1 for mothers and children respectively. BDCIPP was however, detected above the method limit of detection (MLD) with GM of 0.13 ng mL−1 and 0.20 ng mL−1. While occasionally detected, the GM of DNBP and BBOEP were below MLD in both groups.  相似文献

Herein, ultrasound-assisted emulsification microextraction (USAEME) and dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction (DLLME) methods based on applying low-density organic solvents have been critically compared for the speciation of inorganic selenium, Se(IV) (selenite) and Se(VI) (selenate) in environmental water samples by gas chromatography-flame ionization detection (GC-FID). At pH 2 and T = 75 °C for 7 min, only Se(IV) was able to form the piazselenol complex with 4-nitro-o-phenylenediamine. Piazselenol was extracted using an extraction solvent and was injected into a GC-FID instrument for the determination of Se(IV). Conveniently, Se(VI) remained in the aqueous phase. Total inorganic selenium was determined after the reduction of Se(VI) to Se(IV) and prior to the above procedures. The Se(VI) concentration was calculated as the difference between the measured total inorganic selenium and Se(IV) content. The effect of various experimental parameters on the efficiencies of the two methods and their optimum values were studied with the aid of response surface methodology and experimental design. Under the optimal conditions, the limit of detections (LODs) for Se(IV) obtained by USAEME-GC-FID and DLLME-GC-FID were 0.05 and 0.11 ng mL−1, respectively. The relative standard deviations (RSDs, n = 6) for the measurement 10 ng mL−1 of Se(IV) were 5.32% and 4.57% with the enrichment factors of 2491 and 1129 for USAEME-GC-FID and DLLME-GC-FID, respectively. Both methods were successfully applied to the analysis of inorganic selenium in different environmental water samples and certified reference material (NIST SRM 1643e).  相似文献

This work presents a simple, reproducible and low cost method, employing differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry, for determination of selenium(IV). A gold electrode obtained from recordable compact disks (CD-R) was used to evaluate the voltammetric behavior of the metallic ion in 0.1 mol L−1 HClO4. To evaluate the voltammetric behavior of Se(IV), parameters such as deposition potential and deposition time were optimized. A wide linear response range, from 0.5 to 291 ng mL−1, was obtained using a 5.0 mm diameter gold electrode. Recovery tests for Se(IV) utilizing standard reference solutions provided values between 94 and 96%.  相似文献

Electrochemical hydride generation of thallium   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
An electrochemical hydride generation (ECHG) technique was developed to improve the determination of thallium by atomic spectrometry. The technique is based on the catholyte variation system for production of thallium hydride. Using Pb-Sn alloy as cathode, a transient peak shaped signal was achieved and its height, the maximum absorbance value, was taken as an analytical parameter. Parameters that might affect the hydride generation efficiency were investigated and the analytical performance of the method under the optimized experimental conditions was assessed. The linear range was 1-250 ng mL−1 for thallium and the relative standard deviation of the method was 4.2% (RSD, n = 7). The LOD for thallium was found to be 0.8 ng mL−1, showing a significant improvement relative to conventional chemical hydride generation techniques. The proposed method was applied to the determination of thallium in unalloyed zinc standard reference material. This method offers high sensitivity, simplicity, rapidness, freeness from reagent and low acid consumption.  相似文献

The present investigation is the first part of an initiative to prepare a regional map of the natural abundance of selenium in various areas of Brazil, based on the analysis of bean and soil samples. Continuous-flow hydride generation electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry (HG-ET AAS) with in situ trapping on an iridium-coated graphite tube has been chosen because of the high sensitivity and relative simplicity. The microwave-assisted acid digestion for bean and soil samples was tested for complete recovery of inorganic and organic selenium compounds (selenomethionine). The reduction of Se(VI) to Se(IV) was optimized in order to guarantee that there is no back-oxidation, which is of importance when digested samples are not analyzed immediately after the reduction step. The limits of detection and quantification of the method were 30 ng L−1 Se and 101 ng L−1 Se, respectively, corresponding to about 3 ng g−1 and 10 ng g−1, respectively, in the solid samples, considering a typical dilution factor of 100 for the digestion process. The results obtained for two certified food reference materials (CRM), soybean and rice, and for a soil and sediment CRM confirmed the validity of the investigated method. The selenium content found in a number of selected bean samples varied between 5.5 ± 0.4 ng g−1 and 1726 ± 55 ng g−1, and that in soil samples varied between 113 ± 6.5 ng g−1 and 1692 ± 21 ng g−1.  相似文献

Continuous flow (CF) chemical hydride generation (CHG) and electrochemical hydride generation (ECHG) directly coupled to a novel 40 W, atmospheric pressure, 2.45 GHz microwave microstrip Ar plasma exiting a microstrip wafer has been developed for the emission spectrometric determination of As and Sb using a miniaturized optical fiber spectrometer and a CCD-array detector. The experimental conditions for both procedures were optimized with respect to the relative net intensities of the As I 228.8 nm and Sb I 252.8 nm lines and their signal-to-background intensity ratios. Additionally, the susceptibility to interferences from Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Ni, Pb and Zn and other hydride-forming elements in the determination of As and Sb using the CHG and ECHG techniques was investigated in detail. Under the optimized conditions, it was found that ECHG is more prone to interferences compared to CHG. The detection limits (3σ) of As (6 ng mL−1) and Sb (7 ng mL−1) obtained for the ECHG-MSP-OES method are about three times lower than in the case of the CHG-MSP-OES method due to a two-fold lower amount of H2 introduced into the MSP in case of the ECHG, resulting in a better plasma stability and reduced background level. The linearity ranges for both calibration curves to a concentration of up to 5 μg mL−1 and a precision between 2% and 7% (2 μg mL−1 and 0.050 μg mL−1 of As and Sb, respectively) were found for both methods. The developed ECHG-MSP-OES method was validated for As through the analysis of a certified coal fly ash standard reference material (NIST SRM 1633a) after sample dissolution. The derived concentration (140 ± 8 μg g−1) was found to agree well with the certified data (145 ± 15 μg g−1). The method was also successfully applied to the analysis of both a galvanic bath sample, which contained Sb and was spiked with As, and a tap water sample spiked with both analytes. Recovery rates of 99-101% and a Sb concentration of 6.6 μg mL−1 in the galvanic bath sample were revealed. The latter value showed a good agreement with the data obtained from ICP-OES analysis, which was also used for validation purpose.  相似文献

Enriching the surface density of immobilized capture antibodies enhances the detection signal of antibody sandwich microarrays. In this study, we improved the detection sensitivity of our previously developed P-Si (porous silicon) antibody microarray by optimizing concentrations of the capturing antibody. We investigated immunoassays using a P-Si microarray at three different capture antibody (PSA – prostate specific antigen) concentrations, analyzing the influence of the antibody density on the assay detection sensitivity. The LOD (limit of detection) for PSA was 2.5 ng mL−1, 80 pg mL−1, and 800 fg mL−1 when arraying the PSA antibody, H117 at the concentration 15 μg mL−1, 35 μg mL−1, and 154 μg mL−1, respectively. We further investigated PSA spiked into human female serum in the range of 800 fg mL−1 to 500 ng mL−1. The microarray showed a LOD of 800 fg mL−1 and a dynamic range of 800 fg mL−1 to 80 ng mL−1 in serum spiked samples.  相似文献

A new chloride generation system was designed for the direct, sensitive, rapid and accurate determination of the total germanium in complex matrices. It was aimed to improve the detection limit of chloride generation technique by increasing the vapor pressure of germanium tetrachloride (GeCl4). In order to do so, a novel joint vapor production and gas-liquid separation unit equipped with a home-made oven was incorporated to an ordinary nitrous oxide-acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometer. Several variables such as reaction time, temperature and acid concentration have been investigated. The linear range for germanium determination was 0.1-10 ng mL−1 for 1 mL sampling volume with a detection limit (3 s) of 0.01 ng mL−1. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was 2.4% for nine replicates of a 1 ng mL−1 germanium solution. The method was validated by the analysis of one non-certified and two certified geochemical reference materials, respectively, CRM GSJ-JR-2 (Rhyolite), and GSJ-JR-1 (Rhyolite), and GBW 07107 (Chinese Rock). Selectivity of the method was investigated for Cd2+, Co2+, Cu2+, Fe3+, Ga3+, Hg2+, Ni2+, Pb2+, Sn2+, and Zn2+ ions and ionic species of As(III), Sb(III), Te(IV), and Se(IV).  相似文献

A new multisyringe flow injection system for total inorganic selenium determination by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HGAFS) has been proposed. The flow methodology is based on the simultaneous injection of sample in the acid media (50% HCl), a reducing sodium tetrahydroborate solution (0.18%) and a solution of hydrochloric acid (50%) which are dispensed into a gas-liquid separation cell by using a multisyringe burette coupled with one multiport selection valve. The usage of the time-based injection increases the sample throughput and provides precise known volumes of sample. The hydride of selenium is delivered into the flame of an atomic fluorescence spectrometer by means of an argon flow. A hydrogen flow has been used to support the flame. The technique can be applied over a wide range of concentrations of selenium between 0.1 and 3.5 μg l−1 with good repeatability (relative standard deviation (R.S.D.) values 4.6-7% for 1 μg l−1 of Se). The detection limit of the developed technique (3σb/S) was 0.01 μg l−1. A sample throughput was 28 samples per hour (84 injections). The multisyringe technique has been validated by means of reference solid (sea lettuce) and water (hard drinking water) materials with good agreement with certified values. The analytical features were compared with those obtained by using of the commercial flow injection analysis (FIA) system. The proposed method provides a higher sampling frequency and a significant reduction of reagent and sample consumption in front the flow injection application.  相似文献

An integrated electrochemical hydride generation cell, mainly composed of three components (a gas liquid separator, a graphite tube cathode and a reticulate Pt wire anode), was laboratory constructed and employed for the detection of arsenic by coupling to atomic fluorescence spectrometry. This integrated cell was free of ion-exchange membrane and individual anolyte, with the virtues of low-cost, easy assembly and environmental-friendly. Using flow injection mode, the sample throughput could come to 120 h−1 attributed to the small dimension of the cathode chamber. The operating conditions for the electrochemical hydride generation of arsenic were investigated in detail and the potential interferences from oxygen or various ions were also evaluated. Under the optimized conditions, no obvious oxygen quenching effects were observed. The limit of detection of As (III) for the sample blank solution was 0.2 ng mL−1 (3σ) and the relative standard deviation was 3.1% for nine consecutive measurements of 5 ng mL−1 As (III) standard solution. The calibration curve was linear up to 100 ng mL−1. The accuracy of the method was verified by the determination of arsenic in the reference materials GBW08517 (Laminaria Japonica Aresch) and GBW10023 (Porphyra crispata) and the developed method was successfully applied to determine trace amounts of arsenic in edible seaweeds.  相似文献

In pH 2.8-3.8 BR buffer medium, the third generation cephalosporin antibiotics (TGCs) such as ceftazidime (CZD), ceftriaxone (CTRX), cefoperazone (CPZ), and cefotaxime (CFTM) react with palladium(II) (Pd(II)) to form 1:2 yellowish-brown cationic chelates, which further react with 4, 5-dibromofluorescein (DBF) to form 1:3 brown ion-association complexes. As a result, not only the spectra of absorption and fluorescence are changed, but also the resonance Rayleigh scattering (RRS) is enhanced greatly and the new RRS spectra are observed. The four TGCs products have similar spectral characteristics and their maximum RRS wavelengths are all located at 291 nm. The quantitative determination ranges and the detection limits of the four TGCs are 0.0065-1.0 μg mL−1 and 2.0 ng mL−1 for CZD, 0.0070-1.1 μg mL−1 and 2.2 ng mL−1 for CTRX, 0.0090-1.6 μg mL−1 and 2.7 ng mL−1 for CPZ, and 0.014-2.2 μg mL−1 and 4.2 ng mL−1 for CFTM, respectively. The optimum conditions of the reactions and the effects of foreign substances are investigated, and the composition of ion-association complexes is discussed also. Based on the ion-association reaction, a highly sensitive, simple and rapid method has been proposed to the determination of TGCs.  相似文献

A comparison of direct immersion solid-phase microextraction (DI-SPME) and stir bar sorptive extraction (SBSE) coupled to liquid chromatography (HPLC) with fluorimetric detection for the rapid analysis of resveratrol isomers is described. For DI-SPME, a polar Carbowax-template resin (CW/TPR) 50 μm fiber was the most efficient and optimum extraction conditions were 40 °C and an extraction time of 30 min, stirring in the presence of 5% (m/v) sodium chloride and 0.07 M acetate/acetic acid buffer (pH 6). Desorption was carried out using the static mode for 10 min. Linearity was obtained in the 5-150 and 2-150 ng mL−1 ranges for trans- and cis-resveratrol, with detection limits of 2 and 0.5 ng mL−1, respectively. When using SBSE, a polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) twister provided best extraction by means of a derivatization reaction in the presence of acetic anhydride and potassium carbonate. The same time and temperature were used for the extraction step in the presence of 2.5% (m/v) sodium chloride, and liquid desorption was performed with 150 μL of a 50/50 (v/v) acetonitrile/1% (v/v) acetic acid solution in a desorption time of 15 min. Linearity was now between 0.5 and 50 ng mL−1 for trans-resveratrol with a detection limit of 0.1 ng mL−1, while cis-resveratrol could not be extracted. The proposed methods were successfully applied to determining the resveratrol isomer content of wine, must and fruit juices.  相似文献

A novel flow-injection spectrophotometry has been developed for the determination of molybdenum(VI) at nanograms per milliliter levels. The method is based on the catalytic effect of molybdenum(VI) on the bromate oxidative coupling of p-hydrazinobenzenesulfonic acid with N-(1-naphthyl)ethylenediamine to form an azo dye (λmax = 530 nm). Chromotropic acid (4,5-dihydroxy-2,7-naphthalenedisulfonic acid) acted as an effective activator for the molybdenum(VI)-catalyzed reaction and increased the sensitivity of the method. The reaction was monitored by measuring the change in absorbance of the dye produced. The proposed method allowed the determination of molybdenum(VI) in the range 1.0-20 ng mL−1 with sample throughput of 15 h−1. The limit of detection was 0.5 ng mL−1 and a relative standard deviation for 10 ng mL−1 molybdenum(VI) (n = 10) was 2.5%. The interfering ions were eliminated by using the combination of a masking agent and on-line minicolumn packed with cation exchanger. The present method was successfully applied to the determination of molybdenum(VI) in plant foodstuffs.  相似文献

This paper presents the development of a new flow-injection system combined with solid-surface fluorescence detection for the determination of the widely used fungicide thiabendazole. Nylon powder was probed as a novel solid support for building the optosensor. The method is based on the on-line immobilization of thiabendazole onto nylon in a continuous flow system, followed by the measurement of its native fluorescence. Aqueous samples are directly injected in a water carrier, resulting in a very simple and economical method. The analytical figures of merit obtained using 1500 μL of sample and 75% methanol (v/v) as eluting solution were: linear calibration range from 8 to 120 ng mL−1 (the lowest value corresponds to the quantitation limit), relative standard deviation, 0.9% (n = 5) at a level of 64 ng mL−1, limit of detection calculated according to 1995 IUPAC recommendations is to 2.8 ng mL−1, and sampling rate of 14 samples h−1. The potential interference from other agrochemicals, metal ions and common anions, and the viability of determining thiabendazole in real water samples were also evaluated.  相似文献

Diverse matrix effects on the determination of bismuth, selenium and tellurium (μg g−1) in nickel-based alloys and pure copper by flow-injection hydride generation atomic absorption spectrometry (FIAS-HGAAS) were investigated. Sodium tetrahydroborate was used as the reductant. The separation of analytes from copper matrix was mandatory while the analytes were successfully determined without being separated from the alloy matrix. Hydrochloric acid was effective in the prereduction of bismuth and selenium, however, it did not give any satisfactory result for tellurium in nickel-based alloys. In this work, 5% (w/v) ascorbic acid was proved effective for the prereduction of tellurium.Successful determination of tellurium in copper was achieved when N-nitroso-N-phenylhydroxylamine (cupferron) chelation-extraction was employed for the separation of tellurium from copper matrix. Cupferron chelation-extraction was performed in phosphate buffer (a mixture of 0.2 mol l−1 sodium phosphate and 0.1 mol l−1 citric acid). Lanthanum hydroxide coprecipitation at pH 10.0±0.5 was effective for bismuth and selenium. Standard reference materials of nickel-based alloys and pure copper were analyzed using the proposed methods. The linear range for the calibration curves were 0.30-15 and 0.20-10 ng ml−1 for BiH3 and H2Se, respectively, with a correlation coefficient of 0.9995. For H2Te, the linear range for the calibration curves was 0.50-12 ng ml−1 with the correlation coefficient of 0.9994. Good agreement was obtained between experimental values and certified values. Satisfactory recovery ranged from 91±1 to 106±2% was obtained from five replicate determinations.  相似文献

In this work, a simple, rapid and sensitive sample pretreatment technique, dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction (DLLME) coupled with high performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence detection (HPLC-FLD), has been developed to determine carbamate (carbaryl) and organophosphorus (triazophos) pesticide residues in water and fruit juice samples. Parameters, affecting the DLLME performance such as the kind and volume of extraction and dispersive solvents, extraction time and salt concentration, were studied and optimized. Under the optimum extraction conditions (extraction solvent: tetrachloroethane, 15.0 μL; dispersive solvent: acetonitrile, 1.0 mL; no addition of salt and extraction time below 5 s), the performance of the proposed method was evaluated. The enrichment factors for the carbaryl and triazophos were 87.3 and 275.6, respectively. The linearity was obtained in the concentration range of 0.1-1000 ng mL−1 with correlation coefficients from 0.9991 to 0.9999. The limits of detection (LODs), based on signal-to-noise ratio (S/N) of 3, ranged from 12.3 to 16.0 pg mL−1. The relative standard deviations (RSDs, for 10 ng mL−1 of carbaryl and 20 ng mL−1 of triazophos) varied from 1.38% to 2.74% (n = 6). The environmental water (at the fortified level of 1.0 ng mL−1) and fruit juice samples (at the fortified level of 1.0 and 5.0 ng mL−1) were successfully analyzed by the proposed method, and the relative recoveries of them were in the range of 80.4-114.2%, 89.8-117.9% and 86.3-105.3%, respectively.  相似文献
