以"卓越教师培养计划"的实施为背景,从顺应科学教育范式转变和促进化学教师专业发展2方面分析了化学教师教育的现状,提出了以培养"卓越化学教师"为目标的职前教师教育课程设置问题。着重论述了化学教师的化学科学素养、化学教育实践能力的培养。指出要从关注条块分割的知识体系培养转变为关注教育者的全面发展培养,并从化学学科知识体系、科学与技术哲学、化学教师教育实践等方面进行课程优化,促进职前卓越化学教师既懂化学科学,又懂化学教育,还懂化学教育研究。 相似文献

The current situation of analytical chemistry teaching and reform, as well as some problems in micro-videos of online classroom was analyzed. In order to solve these problems, short experimental videos were introduced to the online classroom to demonstrate experimental methods. The new teaching mode achieves mutual integration and promotion of the classroom teaching and laboratory teaching, providing opportunities and challenges for the teaching reform of chemistry online course. According to the latest requirements of engineering education professional certification of chemical engineering and technology specialty on organic chemistry laboratory, current situation and problems of organic chemistry laboratory in Jianghan University are discussed from the perspective of teaching mode, teaching content, teachers and students. Due to the facts that textbook-obedience and termwise experimenting dominate in the general chemistry laboratory classrooms, we have designed and carried out the problem-oriented teaching in order to improve the motivation of learning among the students, where the student-centered exploratory studying and practicing mode is highly desired. Problem-oriented teaching does not lead to exclusive resolutions to specific problems or experiments. Instead, it is supposed to induce multiple choices among student groups to complete experiments or resolve problems, where in-group/between-group discussions and practices would greatly activate the experimenting processes. Therefore, the sense of personal acquisition and self-progression during learning in laboratory classrooms can be easily achieved, while the good laboratory teaching will be realized as well. In this paper, we set up a problem-oriented teaching in optimizing the titration condition during measuring the copper content of K2[Cu(C2O4)2] using PAN (1-(2-pyridylazo)-2-naphthol) as the indicator. Lab reports are an integral part of the fundamental chemical laboratory teaching and necessary for students to master the chemical knowledge. However, there are some problems such as simple contents in current teaching and learning of fundamental chemistry laboratories in universities. In this paper, a "learning-guidance mode" lab report based on classical experiments was studied to enrich the format and contents of the lab report. Upon examination, the contents of the "learning-guidance mode" lab report throughout every aspect and whole process of laboratory teaching can help students to establish self-learning consciousness and improve self-learning ability and exploration spirit.
