Two new 24-hydroxylated asterosaponins,sodium(20R,24S)-6α-O-(4-O-sodiumsulfato-β-D-quinovopyranosyl)-5α-cholest-9(11)-en-3β,24-diol 3-sulfate(1) and sodium(20R,24S)-6α-O-[3-O-methyl-β-D-quinovopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)-β-D-glucopyranosyl]-5α-cholest-9(11)-en-3β,24-diol 3-sulfate(2),were isolated from the starfish Culcita novaeguineae.Their structures were elucidated by extensive spectral analysis and chemical evidences.  相似文献

Synthesis and Structure Elucidation of Celangulin Derivatives   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Celangulins are sesquiterpene polyol esters based on a core structure known as β-dihydroagarofuran from Celastrus angulatus Max. Some of them are environment acceptable-pesticides. In order to find new active compounds and study their SAR, sesquiterpene polyol esters libraries were synthesized based on the basic hydrolysis of the extract of the root bark of Celastrus angulatus which could offer the β-dihydroagarofuran polyol by combinatorial chemical method and the compounds with insecticidal activity were isolated by bioassay-guided fractionation. Two new compounds with insecticidal activity against Mythimna separata, were isolated and elucidated as 2β,6α,8β, 13-tetraisobutanoyloxy-1β,4,9α-trihydroxy-β-dihydroagarofuran (A) and 1β,2β,6α,8β, 13-pentaisobutanoyloxy-4α,9α-dihydroxy-β-dihydroagarofuran (B) mainly by 1H NMR, 13C NMRH-HCOSY, HMQC, HMBC and HRMS spectral data. Two new spirostanol glycosides named agamenoside A and B, ere isolated from the fermented leaves of Agave americana. Their structures were elucidated as (23S,25R)-5α-spirostan-3β,6α,23-triol 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→3)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-[β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)]-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-galactopyranoside(1) and (25R)-5α-spiro-stan-3β,6α-diol 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-[β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)]-β-D-glucopyra-nosyl-(1→4)-β-D-galactopyranoside(2) by a combination of chemical and spectral methods.  相似文献

Thirteen triterpenoids, including three new ones, miyoshianois A (1), B (2) and C (3), were isolated from Huperzia miyoshiana. The structures of these new compounds were established as 3-O-dihydroferuloyltohogenol (1), 16-oxo-3β,21β-dihydrox-y-serrat-14-en-24-ferulate (2) and 16-oxo-3a, 21β-dihydroxy-serrat-14-en-24-ferulate (3), respectively, on the basis of their spectroscopic analysis.  相似文献

Xian-Ye-Xuan-Fu-Hua, the flowers of Inula linariaefolia Turcz (Compositae), is a commonly known Chinese medicinal herb and used as expectorant as well as for the treatment of some malignant tumors. The chemical investigation of its active principles by our early work in 1964 resulted in the isolation of a new sesquiterpene lactone (m.p. 190-192`C, (α)D-24 in CHCl3), which possesses significant inhibitory action against Hela cells and fungi in vitro. Besides, it also shows some expectorant activity in preliminary pharmacological tests. Analyses of the spectral data (IR, UV, ^1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS) and our early results of chemical reactions suggested that the compound is the same as britanin 1 (m.p. 192-194`C, (α)D-26 in CHCl3) studied Chugunov in 1971. However its stereochemistry remained unsolved. On careful examination of the 360 MHZ 1H NMR data (in CDCl3 and in C6D6) and the Cotton effects of ORD spectra of its saturated lactone and cyclopentanone derivatives, we considered that britanin must be ambros-11(13)-en-2β, 4β, 6α, 8α-tetraol-12-oic-(12,8)- lactone, 2, 6-diacetate (7). Since the large values for J6,7, J7,8, J8,9, J9,10 and J1,10 indicate the existence of successive a-a trans coupling in all vicinal protons form C6 to C1, the cofnformation of the cycloheptane ring must be in chair from. The other constitutent isolated from the same plant has been identified as taraxasteryl palmitate.  相似文献

A new triterpene glycoside, leucospilotaside A, along with a known saponin, isolated from sea cucumber Holothuria leucospilota, and its structure was elucidated as 3β-O-[4-O-sodiumsulfate-β-D-quinovopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-xylopyranosyl]-holosta-22-ketone-9-en-17α,25α-diol (1) by extensive spectroscopic analysis and chemical methods. Leucospilotaside A (1) has a ketone carbonyl group (22) in the aglycon side chain.  相似文献

A new oleanane-rype triterpene glycoside, Aster saponin G, was isolated from the root of Aster tataricus L.F. Two new compounds,8(14),15-isopimaradiene-2α,3α,19-triol(1),and 6α,7β-dihydroxy-17(20)-cis-5α-pregna-16-one(2),together with four known copounds,a oxygenated rare phyllocladane,phyllocladan-16α,19-diol(3),kaempferol-3-0-β-D-galactopyranosied,kaempferol-3-0-α-L-rhamnopyranoside and scopoletin, were isolated from the leaves of Ailanthus tripysa.Structures of 1-3 were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data as compared with related compounds.  相似文献

2β,3α-Dihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid(6) is a naturally occurring diastereoisomer of corosolic acid with glycogen phosphorylase inhibitory activity.A new strategy for the semi-synthesis of 6 was developed.Using the commercially available ursolic acid(1) as the starting materials,6 was synthesized through five facile reactions with a high stereoselectivity and an overall yield of 47.3%.The structure of 6 was confirmed by optical rotation.ESI-MS,1H NMR and 13C NMR data.  相似文献

The structure of anemosapogenin 1 has been proved to be 3β, 23-dihydroxylup-20 (29)-en-28-oic acid on the basis of spectroscopic (IR, ^1H NMR, C-13 NMR, MS) evidences and chemical transformations, namely, the formation of acetonide 3 from 6, the acid catalysed rearrangement of 1 and 2 into 18 (α)-oleanan-28, 19β-olide derivatives 4 and 5 respectively and finally, the conversion of 7 through LiAiH4 reduction into the known compound, lup-20(29)-ene- 3β, 23, 28-triol. The third sugar component of the saponin is shown to be arabinose.  相似文献
