The way to compare the efficiencies of different detect strategies (DSs) in the “ping-pong” protocol is studied. The trade-off between information gain and disturbance is calculated and compared for different DSs. The comparison result primely tallies with our intuitional analysis. It is shown that the analysis of this trade-off is a feasible way to compare the performances of different DSs in theory. Many physical systems can be modeled as quasi-Hamiltonian systems and the stochastic averaging method for quasi-Hamiltonian systems can be applied to yield reasonable approximate response statistics. In the present paper, the basic idea and procedure of the stochastic averaging method for quasi Hamiltonian systems are briefly introduced. The applications of the stochastic averaging method in studying the dynamics of active Brownian particles, the reaction rate theory, the dynamics of breathing and denaturation of DNA, and the Fermi resonance and its effect on the mean transition time are reviewed. The coherent-entangled state |α, x; λ> with real parameters λ is proposed in the two-mode Fock space, which exhibits the properties of both the coherent and entangled states. The completeness relation of |α, x; λ> is proved by virtue of the technique of integral within an ordered product of operators. High-density well-aligned ZnO nanorods were successfully synthesized on ZnO-buffer-layer coated indium phosphide (InP) (100) substrates by a pulsed laser deposition (PLD) method. Scanning electron microscopy images show that the ZnO buffer layer formed uniform drip-like structure and ZnO nanorods were well-oriented perpendicular to the substrate surface. The sharp diffraction peak observed at 34.46° in X-ray diffraction scanning pattern suggests that the ZnO nanorods exhibit a (002)-preferred orientation. The PL spectra of ZnO samples shows a strong near band edge emission centered at about 380 nm and a weak deep level emission centered at around 495 nm, and it demonstrates that the ZnO nanorods produced in this work have high optical quality, which sheds light on further applications for nanodevices. This paper deals with wall shear stress in an upward gas-liquid slug flow inside a vertical tube. Local characteristics were measured by the electrodiffusion method. The method of conditional averaging over realization ensemble was used, and this allows distinguishing large-scale structures on the background of turbulent pulsation of liquid. While averaging, each slug velocity measured by a double probe of electric conductivity was taken into account. Averaged distributions of shear stress over the wall under a gas slug were obtained for different mode parameters. On SrTiO3 single crystal substrate, by using the pulsed electron deposition technique, the high-quality electron doped Nd1.85Ce0.15CuO4−δ superconducting film was successfully fabricated. After careful study on the R-T curves of the obtained samples deposited with different substrate temperatures, thicknesses, annealing methods and pulse frequencies, the effects of them on the superconductivity of the films were found, and the reasons were also analyzed. Additionally, by using the same model of the pulsed laser deposition technique, the relation between the target-to-substrate distance and the deposition pressure was drawn out as a quantitative one. A two-dimensional Total Routhian Surface (TRS) calculation with the fixed hexadecapole deformation ε4 = 0.03 was carried out for several configurations of 174Hf. Results indicate that the shell corrections have an important contribution to the formation of triaxial superdeformation in 174Hf and some possible configuration assignments are made to the 4 TSD bands experimentally found in 174Hf.  相似文献

The generalized uncertainty relation is introduced to calculate the quantum statistical entropy corresponding to cosmic horizon. By using the new equation of state density motivated by the generalized uncertainty relation, we discuss entropies of Bose field and Fermi field on the background of five-dimensional spacetime. In our calculation, we need not introduce cutoff. There is no divergent logarithmic term in the original brick-wall method. And it is obtained that the quantum statistical entropy corresponding to cosmic horizon is proportional to the area of the horizon. Further it is shown that the entropy corresponding to cosmic horizon is the entropy of quantum state on the surface of horizon. The black hole’s entropy is the intrinsic property of the black hole. The entropy is a quantum effect. In our calculation, by using the quantum statistical method, we obtain the partition function of Bose field and Fermi field on the background of five-dimensional spacetime. We provide a way to study the quantum statistical entropy corresponding to cosmic horizon in the higher-dimensional spacetime. High quality La0.67Ca0.33MnO3 (LCMO) film was deposited via a novel pulsed electron deposition technique on SrTiO3(100) single crystal substrate. The micro-bridge with different widths was fabricated by using electron beam lithography (EBL) technique and their transport properties were studied. For the micro-bridges with width of 2 and 1.5 μm, the insulator-to-metal transition temperature (T P) keeps unchanged compared with the film. For the micro-bridges with width of 1 μm, the T P shifts towards the lower temperature by 50 K. When the width decreases down to 500 nm, the insulator-to-metal transition disappears. The magnetoresistance behavior of these micro-bridges was studied, and the results show that the low field magnetoresistance (LFMR) decreases and the high field magnetoresistances (HFMR) keep almost unchanged as the width of micro-bridge is reduced. The geometries, electronic structures and related properties of SimN8-m(0 〈 m 〈 8) clusters are studied using density functional theory (DFT) with hybrid functional B3LYP. The calculated results reveal several trends. For any stoichiometric clusters, the lowest energy isomers with an alteration of N and Si atoms are favourable in energy if the numbers of Si and N atoms are large enough to form ... Si N-Si-N... alternative chains. The bond lengths of single Si-N bonds are very close to the corresponding values of the bulk and other SiN clusters. The geometries for N-rich and Si4N4 clusters are planar structures, but three-dimensional structures are favourable in energy for Si-rich clusters. With the increase of m, the isotropic polarizability and average polarizability increase, the total binding energies generally decrease, the HOMO-LUMO gap and vertical ionization potential oscillate with increasing number of valence electrons, and their values with even valence electrons are larger than those with odd valence electrons. An efficient quantum secure direct communication protocol is presented over the amplitude damping channel. The protocol encodes logical bits in two-qubit noiseless states, and so it can function over a quantum channel subjected to collective amplitude damping. The feature of this protocol is that the sender encodes the secret directly on the quantum states, the receiver decodes the secret by performing determinate measurements, and there is no basis mismatch. The transmission’s safety is ensured by the nonorthogonality of the noiseless states traveling forward and backward on the quantum channel. Moreover, we construct the efficient quantum circuits to implement channel encoding and information encoding by means of primitive operations in quantum computation. CdS/α-Fe2O3 hierarchical nanostructures, where the CdS nanorods grow irregularly on the side surface of α-Fe2O3 nanorods, were synthesized via a three-step process. The diameters and lengths of CdS nanorods can be tuned by changing the ethylenediamine (EDA) and Cd ion concentrations. The magnetic investigations by superconducting quantum interference device indicate that the hierarchical nanostructures have an Morin transition at lower temperature (230 K) than that of the single bulk α-Fe2O3 materials (263 K). Importantly, the hierarchical nanostructures exhibit weakly ferromagnetic characteristics at 300 K. A sharp peak assigned to the surface trap induced emission are observed in room temperature PL spectra. Combining with the optoelectronic properties of CdS, the CdS/α-Fe2O3 hierarchical nanostructures may be used as multi-functional materials for optoelectronic and magnetic devices. This paper investigates the mechanism of Li insertion into interphase Ni3Sn in Ni-Sn alloy for the anode of lithium ion battery by means of the first-principles plane-wave pseudopotential. Compared with other phases, it is found that the Ni3Sn has larger relative expansion ratio and lower electrochemical potential, with its specific plateaus voltage around 0.3 eV when lithium atoms are filled in all octahedral interstitial sites, and the relative expansion ratio increasing dramatically when the lithiated phase transits from octahedral interstitial sites to tetrahedral interstitial sites. So this phase is a devastating phase for whole alloy electrode materials.  相似文献

Nonlinear parametric vibration of axially accelerating viscoelastic beams is investigated via an approximate analytical method with numerical confirmations. Based on nonlinear models of a finite-small-stretching slender beam moving at a speed with a periodic fluctuation, a solvability condition is established via the method of multiple scales for subharmonic resonance. Therefore, the amplitudes of steady-state periodic responses and their existence conditions are derived. The amplitudes of stable steady-state responses increase with the amplitude of the axial speed fluctuation, and decrease with the viscosity coefficient and the nonlinear coefficient. The minimum of the detuning parameter which causes the existence of a stable steady-state periodic response decreases with the amplitude of the axial speed fluctuation, and increases with the viscosity coefficient. Numerical solutions are sought via the finite difference scheme for a nonlinear partial-differential equation and a nonlinear integro-partial-differential equation. The calculation results qualitatively confirm the effects of the related parameters predicted by the approximate analysis on the amplitude and the existence condition of the stable steady-state periodic responses. Quantitative comparisons demonstrate that the approximate analysis results have rather high precision. As to the fact that the effects of saltating particles’ mid-air collision on the sand transport rate are often neglected in the current theoretical models describing sand saltation movement, expressions to calculate velocity diversity of saltating particles after mid-air collision are presented through collision theory of hard ball in this paper. Then, the theoretical model of the wind blown sand movement at the steady state, taking account of coupled interaction between saltation particles and wind, is combined with the model of the mid-air collision probability to calculate the saltating particles’ mass flux at heights, the sand transport rate, and further, their changing rules. The comparison of the results with those when the mid-air collision is not considered suggests that the mass flux at heights and the sand transport rate in this paper are less, and much closer, respectively, to the corresponding experimental values. The difference between the sand mass fluxes without and with consideration of mid-air collision increases at first, and then decreases as the height increases, exhibiting the stratified characteristics. The nuclear shapes of 187,189Tl were investigated theoretically in this work. The total routhian surface (TRS) calculations were performed for N=106 and 108 isotopes of thallium (Z=81). The single-particle energies were obtained from the deformed Woods-Saxon potential, with the Lipkin-Nogami (LN) treatment of pairing. It is found that the collective oblate rotation coexists with the high-K prolate rotation. Superdeformed prolate rotation is included in this calculation. A femtosecond optical parametric oscillator synchronously pumped by a Ti:Sapphire oscillator is reported. By the cavity length tuning, the signal wavelength is continuously tuned from 1000 to 1200 nm. The average output power of 32 mW is obtained at 1053 nm. The pulse width is measured to be 342 fs by intensity autocorrelation method. In addition, we observed bichromatic emission during the cavity length tuning process. Using the first principle methods based on the plane-wave pseudo-potential theory, band structure, density of states and optical properties of CrSi2 were studied. The calculation of band structure shows that CrSi2 is an indirect semiconductor whose band gap is 0.353 eV. Density of states is mainly composed of 3d electron of Cr and 3p electron of Si. Dielectric function, refractive index, reflectivity, and absorption coefficient of CrSi2 are also calculated. The calculation results of optical properties are in agreement with the experiments. Li2B4O7 (LBO)Cu,Ag,Mg phosphors have been prepared by the sintering technique.The roles of the Ag and Mg dopants in the phosphors have been studied using the methods of thermoluminescence (TL) glow curves and TL 3D spectra. The results indicated that proper concentrations of Ag and Mg can enhance the TL of LBOCu.It was also indicated that the intensity of TL peak at ~130℃ is reduced with the increasing Ag concentration, and enhanced with the increasing Mg concentration.From the TL 3D spectra, three emission bands (λ1 = 421 nm,λ2 = 380 nm, λ3 = 350nm) were observed the intensity of low energy emission band is reduced and that of the high energy is enhanced with the increasing dopant Ag; on the contrary, the intensity of low energy emission band is enhanced and that of the high energy one is reduced with the increasing dopant Mg.  相似文献
