1,3-Dipyrrolyl-1,3-propanediones, synthesized from pyrroles and malonyl chloride, form BF2 complexes, which represent a new class of naked-eye sensors for halide and oxoanions. The association mode for the interactions of both the pyrrolyl NH and bridging CH protons with anions was confirmed by 1H NMR chemical shifts in CD2Cl2 and supported by theoretical studies. The binding constants (Ka) were estimated as 8.1x10(4), 2.0x10(3), 3.3x10(2), 1.3x10(4), and 80 M(-1) for F-, Cl-, Br-, H2PO4(-), and HSO4(-) by UV/Vis absorption spectral changes in CH2Cl2. Augmentation of Ka compared with dipyrrolylquinoxaline for H2PO4(-) is much larger than those for other anions. Contrary to other anions, F- quenches the emission almost completely, which was detected by the fluorescence spectrum as well as the naked-eye. In the case of the chloride anion complex, the formation of Cl(-)-bridged 1D networks, in which anion is associated with two BF2 complexes, is observed in the solid state.  相似文献

BF2 complexes of aryl-substituted dipyrrolyldiketones (3a-c, 5a-d) have been synthesized by the condensation of arylpyrroles obtained by Suzuki cross-coupling reactions with malonyl chloride, followed by treatment with BF3.OEt2. The binding constants (Ka11) of the BF2 complexes (3a-c) for various anions (Cl-, Br-, CH3CO2-, H2PO4-, and HSO4-) in CH2Cl2 decrease in the order Ph (3a) > o-tolyl (3b) > 2,6-Me2Ph (3c), possibly because of differences in the planarity and the number of interacting o-CH units at the binding sites. Aryl-substituted receptors exhibit a [1+1] binding mode with Cl- as well as a [2+1] binding mode under conditions of high concentration and low temperature, as suggested by 1H NMR studies in CD2Cl2. These receptors, especially phenyl-substituted (3a) and o-tolyl (3b), exhibit drastic colorimetric and fluorescent changes in the presence of F- due to extended pi-conjugation, as compared to 2,6-dimethylphenyl (3c) and the previously reported derivatives (1a-c). Aryl-substitution at the alpha-positions of pyrrole is an excellent means for the introduction of various substituents at the periphery of the anion receptors. For example, derivatives with long alkoxy chains at 3,4,5-positions of the substituent aryl rings (5b-d) afford emissive gel structures in hydrocarbon solvents, such as octane, based on the stacking of slipped H- and J-aggregates at the core pi-plane. The structural organization of the supramolecular gels was investigated by AFM, SEM, and XRD measurements as well as by considering the solid-state packing of crystalline derivatives. The slow transformation of the gel to the solution phase by the addition of various anions, possibly except for F-, is correlated with the unique properties of these acyclic receptors where inversions of pyrrole rings are required for anion binding. Boron complexes of 1,3-dipyrrolyl-1,3-propanediones with aryl-substituents, as a new class of acyclic anion receptors, have shown efficient binding due to the interacting o-CH units and, in the case of the derivative with long aliphatic chains, afforded the emissive supramolecular organogels using stacking of core pi-planes controlled by external chemical stimuli.  相似文献

设计合成了3种新型间苯二甲酰腙类化合物,利用UV-Vis及1H NMR考察了其与F-、Cl-、Br-、I-、CH3COO-、HSO4-、H2PO4-、ClO4-阴离子的相互作用。结果表明,主体分子4a(双对硝基苯并呋喃甲醛间苯二甲酰腙)在DMSO溶液中对F-和CH3COO-有显著识别效果,溶液颜色由黄色变为深黄色和棕红色。通过1H NMR滴定及质子溶剂效应进一步证明,主体分子与阴离子之间是以氢键作用方式相结合。Job曲线表明,主客体间形成1:1型氢键络合物。基于实验结果,探讨了主客体间形状和大小匹配对识别能力的影响以及主客体之间的识别模式。  相似文献

设计合成了5种间苯二甲醛缩双芳氨基硫脲受体分子, 利用紫外-可见吸收光谱及1H NMR, 考察了其与F-, Cl-, Br-, I-, CH3COO-, HSO-4, NO-3和H2PO-4等8种阴离子的作用. 当在受体分子S0, S1, S2, S3和S4的DMSO溶液中加入F-和CH3COO-四丁基铵盐的DMSO溶液时, 吸收光谱发生显著红移, 溶液颜色由无色变为深黄色, 而加入其它阴离子则无显著变化, 可以实现对这两种阴离子的裸眼检测及光谱分析. 计算结果表明, 随着苯环上取代基的变化, 此5种受体分子对F-和CH3COO-的识别作用呈现规律性变化. 1H NMR 及质子溶剂效应进一步证明了受体分子与阴离子之间以氢键作用方式相结合. Alkyl-substituted derivatives of 1,3-dipyrrolyl-1,3-propanedione BF2 complexes, the efficient receptors for halide and oxoanions with use of bridging CH as well as pyrrole NH, are reported. BF2 complexes with only one pyrrole NH interaction site (2d,e), which exhibit smaller affinities than the basic structure (2b), bind anions tightly, which is inferred by UV/vis absorption spectral changes, compared to the derivatives with an alkyl group at the bridging carbon (2f) or two pyrrole nitrogen sites (2c). With use of 1H NMR and theoretical studies for anion complexes of 2d and 2e, bridging CH (and one beta-CH in 2d) as well as pyrrole NH is found to interact with anions.  相似文献

The electrochemistry and UV-vis spectral properties of neutral and electroreduced Al(III) phthalocyanine, (Pc)AlCl, were characterized in four different nonaqueous solvents (THF, DMSO, DMF, and pyridine) containing tetra-n-butylammonium perchlorate, as well as in THF containing 0.4 M TBAP and the more strongly coordinating Cl-, F-, OH-, or CN- anions added to solution in the form of a tetra-n-butylammonium salt. The initial phthalocyanine added to solution is represented as (Pc)AlCl, but the actual electroactive form of the compound varied as a function of both the solvent and type or number of bound anionic axial ligands. An uncharged (Pc)AlCl(THF) or (Pc)Al(CN)(THF) complex is present in THF solutions containing 0.4 M TBAP and excess Cl- or CN-, while transient mu-oxo dimers are spectroscopically observed upon addition of OH- or F- to (Pc)AlCl(THF) in THF followed by the ultimate formation of stable six-coordinate anionic species represented as [(Pc)Al(OH)2]- or [(Pc)AlF2]-. Each phthalocyanine undergoes three reversible one-electron additions at the conjugated Pc macrocycle within the negative potential limit of the solvent, and the UV-vis spectral changes obtained during the first two reductions were recorded in a thin-layer cell to evaluate the prevailing electron-transfer mechanisms.  相似文献

Condensation of 2-(2'-aminophenyl)benzoxazole with p-toluenesulfonyl chloride and phenyl isocyanate yields two new anion sensors (TABO and PUBO), which can undergo excited-state intramolecular proton transfer (ESIPT) upon excitation. For the acid receptor TABO, the ESIPT process can be readily disturbed by basic anions such as F-, CH3COO-, and H2PO4- by deprotonating the sulfonamide unit, whereas in the case of PUBO, a good hydrogen-bonding donor, the ESIPT process is inhibited either by the fluoride-induced deprotonation of the urea unit or by the formation of a strong CH3COO--urea intermolecular hydrogen bond complex, and these two types of inhibition mechanisms consequently result in different ratiometric responses. But other anions with less hydrogen-bonding acceptor abilities cannot inhibit the ESIPT. Interestingly, the different inhibition abilities of F-, CH3COO-, and H2PO4- produce different spectral behaviors in PUBO, so this new sensor successfully distinguishes the subtle difference in these three anionic substrates of similar basicity and surface charge density.  相似文献

Two new chromogenic and fluorescent probes for anions have been designed, synthesized, and characterized. These probes contain multiple hydrogen bonding donors including hydrazine, hydrazone, and hydroxyl functional groups for potential anion interacting sites. Despite the possible flexible structural framework due to the presence of sp3 carbon linkage, X-ray structure analysis of probe 2 displayed an essentially planar conformation in the solid state owing to strong crystal packing interactions comprising a combination of favorable pi-pi stacking effect and hydrogen bonding to cocrystallized CH3OH molecules. Both probes 1 and 2 display orange color in DMSO solution and show fairly weak fluorescence at room temperature. Binding studies revealed that both probes 1 and 2 show noticeable colorimetric and fluorescent responses only to F-, OAc-, and H2PO4- among the nine anions tested (F-, Cl-, Br-, I-, OAc-, H2PO4-, HSO4-, ClO4-, and NO3-). The general trend of the sensitivity to anions follows the order of F- > OAc- > H2PO4- > Cl- > Br- approximately I- approximately HSO4- approximately ClO4- approximately NO3-. A 1:2 (probe to anion) binding stoichiometry was found for probe 1 with OAc- and H2PO4- and probe 2 with F-, OAc-, and H2PO4-. The binding isotherm of probe 1 to F- was found to be complicated with apparent multiple equilibria occurring in solution. The formation of an aggregated supramolecular complex upon addition of fluoride is proposed to rationalize the observed optical responses and is supported by ESI mass spectrometry and pulsed-field gradient NMR spectroscopy. Data analysis suggests that the binding of probe 1 to F- shows positive homotropic cooperativity.  相似文献

Novel photoswitchable chiral hosts having an axis chiral 2,2'-dihydroxy-1,1'-binaphthyl (BINOL)-appended stiff-stilbene, trans-(R,R)- and -(S,S)-1, were synthesized by palladium-catalyzed Suzuki-Miyaura coupling and low-valence titanium-catalyzed McMurry coupling as key steps, and they were fully characterized by various NMR spectral techniques. The enantiomers of trans-1 showed almost complete mirror images in the CD spectra, where two split Cotton effects (exciton coupling) were observed in the beta-transitions of the naphthyl chromophore at 222 and 235 nm, but no Cotton effect was observed in the stiff-stilbene chromophore at 365 nm. The structures of (R)-10 and trans-(R,R)-1 were confirmed by X-ray structural analysis. The optimized structure of cis-1 by MO calculations has a wide chiral cavity of 7-8 A in diameter, whereas trans-1 cannot form an intramolecular cavity based on the X-ray data. Irradiation of (R,R)-trans-1 with black light (lambda = 365 nm) in CH3CN or benzene at 23 degrees C led to the conversion to the corresponding cis-isomer, as was monitored by 1H NMR, UV-vis, and CD spectra. At the photostationary state, the cis-1/trans-1 ratio was 86/14 in benzene or 75/25 in CH3CN. On the other hand, irradiation of the cis-1/trans-1 (75/25) mixture in CH3CN with an ultra-high-pressure Hg lamp at 23 degrees C (lambda = 410 nm) led to the photostationary state, where the cis-1/trans-1 ratio was estimated to be 9/91 on the basis of the 1H NMR spectra. The cis-trans and trans-cis interconversions could be repeated 10 times without decomposition of the C=C double bond. Thus, a new type of photoswitchable molecule has been developed, and trans-1 and cis-1 were quite durable under irradiation conditions. The guest binding properties of the BINOL moieties of trans- and cis-(R,R)-1 with F-, Cl-, and H2PO4- were examined by 1H NMR titration in CDCl3. Similar interaction with F- and Cl- was observed in trans-1 (host/guest = 1/1, Kassoc = (1.0 +/- 0.13) x 103 for F- and (4.6 +/- 0.72) x 102 M-1 for Cl-) and cis-1 (host/guest = 1/1, Kassoc = (1.0 +/- 0.13) x 103 for F- and (5.9 +/- 0.69) x 10 M-1 for Cl-), but H2PO4- interacted differently: the cis-isomer formed the 1/1 complex (Kassoc = (9.38 +/- 2.67) x 10 M-1), whereas multistep equilibrium was expected for the trans-isomer.  相似文献

采用密度泛函B3LYP方法对β-三氰基乙烯取代杯[4]吡咯主体分子及其与阴离子(F-、Cl-、CH3COO-、H2PO4-)形成的复合物进行研究。结果表明,β-三氰基乙烯取代杯[4]吡咯可与阴离子以分子间氢键相互作用形成复合物,并且其与阴离子结合能力大小的顺序为F-> CH3COO-> H2PO4-> Cl-,与实验结果基本一致;通过与杯[4]吡咯对比可见,强吸电子取代基的引入增强了主体分子对阴离子的结合能力。本文还从几何构型、振动光谱、NBO分析及前线轨道等方面来阐述β-三氰基乙烯取代杯[4]吡咯与不同阴离子氢键相互作用的本质以及吸电子取代基的引入对杯[4]吡咯与F-和Cl-之间主-客体相互作用的影响。  相似文献

Combining spectroscopic techniques (TRES and EXAFS) and molecular dynamics simulations, we have investigated the state of trivalent europium dissolved in room-temperature ionic liquids (RTILs), as a function of the RTIL anion and in the presence of added chloride anions. The studied RTILs are based on the 1-butyl-3-methyl-imidazolium (Bumim+) cation and differ by their anionic counterparts: BF4-, PF6-, Tf- (triflate, CF3SO3-), and Tf2N- [(CF3SO2)2N-]. The results show the strong influence of the RTIL nature on the first solvation shell of europium and on its complexation with chloride. Depending on the RTIL, europium(III), which was introduced in solution as a triflate salt, is found to be solvated either by RTIL anions only or as neutral undissociated EuTf3 moieties completed by solvent anions. Kinetic effects, related to the viscosity of the RTIL and the nature of the europium salt, also markedly influence the coordination of added Cl- or F- anions to the metal.  相似文献

The capability of the suppressed conductometric detection ion chromatography (IC) was investigated for the separation and determination of inorganic anions (F-, Cl-, NO3- and SO4(2-)) in standard reference materials SRM-1648 urban particulate matter following ultrasonic extraction. The effects of the cationic surfactant (SDS) and the anionic surfactant (CTAB) on ultrasonic extraction efficiency of inorganic anions from complex matrix of airborne particulate matter were investigated. The results showed that surfactant can enhance the extraction efficiency. Finally, the concentrations of inorganic anions in the atmosphere of the city of Isfahan were determined. The transfer of F- ion assisted by an organometallic complex cation tetraphenylantimony (TPhSb+) across the polarized nitrobenzene / water (NB / W) interface has been studied by means of ion-transfer voltammetry. A well-defined voltammetric wave was observed within the potential window at the NB / W interface when tetraphenylantimony tetrakis(4-chlorophenyl) borate and F- ion were present in NB and W, respectively. The voltammogram can be interpreted as being due to the reversible transfer of F- ion assisted by the formation of the TPhSbF complex through the coordination of F- to Sb atom in NB. The formal formation constant of TPhSbF in NB has been determined to be 10(1.95 +/- 0.2 M(-1). No voltammetric wave due to the TPhSb(+)-assisted transfer of other anions such as Cl-, Br, I-, NO3-, CH3COO- and H2PO4(-) ions has been observed within the potential window.  相似文献

Inorganic anions strongly influence the electron transfer rate from the ascorbate to the ferrocene-terminated self-assembled monolayer (SAM) composed of 9-mercaptononyl-5'-ferrocenylpentanoate (Fc(CH2)4COO(CH2)9SH, MNFcP). At the 1 M concentration level of the supporting anion (sodium salt electrolyte), a more than 10-fold increase in the electrocatalytic oxidation rate constant of the ascorbate is observed in the following sequence: PF6-, ClO4-, BF4-, NO3-, Cl-, SO4(2-), NH2SO3- (sulfamate), and F-. The sequence corresponds to the direction of increasing hydration energy of the corresponding anion, suggesting that highly hydrated ions promote electrocatalytic electron transfer to the ferrocene-terminated SAMs, while poorly hydrated ions inhibit it. Fourier transform surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (FT-SERS), in combination with cyclic voltammetry, indicates the formation of surface ion pairs between the ferricinium cation (Fc+) and low hydration energy anions, while, on the contrary, no ion pairs were observed in the electrolytes dominated by the high hydration energy anions. Though it is evident that the ion-pairing ability of hydrophobic anions is directly responsible for the electrocatalytic electron transfer inhibition, an estimate of the free, ion-unpaired Fc+ surface concentration shows that it cannot be directly related to the electron transfer rate. This suggests that the principal reason of the anion-induced electron transfer rate modulation might be related to the molecular level changes of the physical and chemical properties as well as the structure of the self-assembled monolayer.  相似文献

The pentacoordinate [PtH{P(OEt)3}4]BF4 (1) hydride complex was prepared by allowing the tetrakis(phosphite) Pt{P(OEt)3}4 to react with HBF4.Et2O at -80 degrees C. Depending on the nature of the acid used, however, the protonation of the related Pt{PPh(OEt)2}4 complex yielded the pentacoordinate [PtH{PPh(OEt)2}4]BF4 (3) or the tetracoordinate [PtH{PPh(OEt)2}3]Y (4) [Y = BF4- (a), CF3SO3- (b), Cl- (c)] derivatives. Neutral PtHClP2 (7,8) [P = P(OEt)3, PPh(OEt)2] hydride complexes were prepared by allowing PtCl2P2 to react with NaBH4 in CH3CN. The tetrakis(phosphite)[Pt{P(OEt)3}4](BF4)2 (2) derivative was also synthesised and then characterised spectroscopically and by an X-ray crystal structure determination. Reactivity with aryldiazonium cations of all the hydrides was investigated and found to proceed only with the PtHClP2 complex to yield the aryldiazene [PtCl(ArN=NH)P2]BF4[P = PPh(OEt)2] derivative. The hydrazine [PtCl(NH2NH2){PPh(OEt)2}2]BPh4 complex was also prepared by allowing PtHClP2 to react first with AgCF3SO3 and then with hydrazine.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] A convenient preparation of novel cations 11a,b+ x BF4(-) and 12a,b+ x BF4(-), which are derived from annulation of the 1,3-dimethylcyclohepta[4,5]pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine-2,4(1,3H)-dionylium ion with additional pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine-1,3(2,4H)-dione and a furan analogue, was accomplished by a novel oxidative cyclization of 1,7-dihydro-7-[1',3'-dimethyl-2',4'(1',3'H)-dioxo-6'-(phenylamino)-pyrimidin-5'-yl]-1,3-dimethyl-10-phenylcyclohepta[4,5]pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine-2,4(1,3H)-dione 9 and its furan-analogue by using DDQ or photoirradiation under aerobic conditions. Structural characteristics of 11a,b+ and 12a,b+ were clarified on inspection of the UV-vis and NMR spectral data as well as X-ray crystal analyses. The stability of cations 11a,b+ and 12a,b+ is expressed by the pK(R+) values that were determined spectrophotometrically to be 10.7-12.6. The electrochemical reduction of 11a,b+ x BF4(-) and 12a,b+ x BF4(-) exhibited reduction potential at -0.93 to -1.00 (V vs Ag/AgNO3). The first reduction potential of 11a+ was reversible due to steric hindrance of two phenyl groups. The photoinduced oxidation reaction of 11a,b+ x BF4(-) and 12a,b+ x BF4(-) toward some amines under aerobic conditions was carried out to give the corresponding imines (isolated by converting to the corresponding 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazones) with the recycling numbers of 0.6-30.3. Furthermore, as an example of the NAD+-NADH models, the reduction of a pyruvate analogue and some carbonyl compounds with the hydride-adduct of 11a+ x BF4(-) was accomplished for the first time to give the corresponding alcohol derivatives.  相似文献

A new type of ionic liquids containing cation of diacetone acrylamide [or N-(1,1-bismethyl-3-oxo-butyl)acrylamide]and anions such as CH3COO^-(Ac),CF3COO^-(TF),BF4^-(BF),PF6^-(PF),HSO4^-(SO) and Cl^-(Cl) were prepared by normal neutralization.The obtained ionic liquids were identified by FT-IR and ^1H NMR spectroscopy.However,their properties such as meliting point,conductivity,viscosity etc,were determined.  相似文献
