Two coordination polymers, namely [Co(5-Clnic)2(H2biim)]n 1 and {[Ni(5-Clnic)(Hbiim)]·H2O}n 2(5-Clnic H = 5-halonicotinic acid, H2 biim = 2,2ˊ-biimidazole), were assembled. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies show that compound 1 possesses a 1D chain coordination network, which is further extended into a 3D supramolecular architecture via N–H···O hydrogen bonds and π-π packing interactions. Compound 2 features a 1D chain structure based on the hexanuclear macrocycles. The adjacent 1D chains are held together into a 3D supramolecular framework via N–H···O and O–H···O hydrogen bonding interactions. Thermal stability and magnetic properties of both compounds were studied and discussed.  相似文献

The hydrothermal reactions of Cd(OAc)2·2H2O with 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylic acid(H4bta) and 1,4-bis(thiabendazolyl)butane(L1) or 1,6-bis(thiabendazolyl)hexane(L2) afforded two coordination polymers [Cd2(L1)(bta)·2H2O]n(1) and [Cd2(L2)2(H2bta)2]n(2). Complex 1 holds a rare 3D binodal(4,6)-connected framework with fsh topology. Complex 2 features an infinite meandering chain structure, which is further extended via O–H···O hydrogen bonding into a 3D supramolecular network. The thermal and fluorescence proprieties of the two complexes were investigated.  相似文献

Two new Zn~Ⅱ coordination polymers [Zn(oba)(4,4?-bipy)]n(1) and [Zn(oba)-(bpe)_(1/2)(H_2O)]_n(2)(H_2oba = 2,2?-oxybis(benzoic acid), 4,4?-bipy = 4,4?-bipyridine, bpe = 1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethylene) were synthesized by hydrothermal reactions and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis, IR spectroscopy and elemental analysis. Complex 1 shows a 3D metal-organic framework with a uninodal 4-connected 65.8 dmp network. Complex 2 features 1D ladder-shaped chains, which are further connected into a 2D stair-step network through intermolecular O–H···O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Studies on the synthesis and design of coordination polymers(CPs) with flexible ligands are of great interest owing to their dynamic structures and promising applications. The title coordination polymers, {[Cd·(HTTTA)·(phen)]·2H_2 O}n(1) and [Cd·(HTTTA)·(phen)]n(2)(H3 TTTA = 2,2',2'-[1,3,5-triazine-2,4,6-triyltris(thio)] tris-acetic acid, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, powder XRD and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 consists of one CdII ion, one HTTTA2-ligand and one phen co-ligand. The Cd(Ⅱ) metal clusters were bridged by the tridentate HTTTA2-ligands into infinite 1D chains, which are further connected into the 3D architecture by abundant hydrogen bonds. In 2, three carboxyl groups of HTTTA2-ligand show different coordination directions because of the C–S–C flexible bond angle, which leads to different 1D chains of 2. The strong π-π stacking interaction and four C–H···O hydrogen bonds connect the 1D chains into a 3D framework. The solid-state photoluminescence and catalytic properties were studied as well.  相似文献

Two coordination polymers, namely [Pb(Hbtc)(phen)]n(1) and {[Cd3(btc)2(H2O)4]·2H2O}n(2, H3btc = biphenyl-2,5,3'-tricarboxylic acid, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline), were assembled. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies show that compound 1 possesses a zigzag chain 1D coordination network, which is further extended into a 3D supramolecular architecture via O–H···O hydrogen bonds and π-π packing interactions. Compound 2 features a 3D open framework based on a tricadmium(II) subunit, generating a trinodal 4,4,6-connected net with the 4,4,6T24 topology defined by the point symbol of(44·62)3(46·69)2. Thermal stability and luminescent properties of both compounds were studied and discussed.  相似文献

A new 2D Ca(Ⅱ) coordination polymer, [Ca(H2btc)(H2O)2]n(1, H4 btc = biphenyl-3,3',5,5'-tetracarboxylic acid), has been synthesized using the hydrothermal method and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, IR, thermogravimetric analysis, and photoluminescent analysis. Complex 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 17.5676(15), b = 11.4496(8), c = 7.6197(8)A, β = 102.787(2)o, V = 1494.6(2) A3, Z = 4, D3 c = 1.797 Mg·m-, μ = 0.483 mm-1, F(000) = 832, the final R = 0.0348 and wR = 0.0915 for 1521 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). Complex 1 has a 2D network containing 1D calcium-oxygen chains. These 2D networks are further connected by O–H···O hydrogen bonding interactions to generate a 3D supramolecular structure.  相似文献

Two new coordination polymers,{[Co(O2N-Hbtb)(phen)(H2O)3]·2H2O}n 1 and {[Cu3(O2N-btb)2(bipy)2(H2O)4]·4H2O}n 2(O2N-H3btb=5-nitro-1,2,3-benzenetricarboxylic acid,phen=1,10-phenanthroline,bipy=2,2'-bipyridine),were prepared through hydrothermal reactions of Co(Ⅱ) or Cu(Ⅱ) salt with O2N-H3btb in the presence of different auxiliary N-donor ligands.Their crystal structures were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis and further characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy.In the two complexes,O2N-H3btb ligand acts as monodentate and bis-monodentate modes,respectively.Complex 1 displays a two-dimensional layered structure through the inter-and intramolecular hydrogen bonding interactions while complex 2 has an O2N-btb bridged one-dimensional chain which is extended into a three-dimensional network by hydrogen bonding interactions.The magnetic properties of complex 2 are investigated over the temperature range of 2~300 K and ferromagnetic interactions are observed.  相似文献

Two coordination polymers, namely {[Ni(cpna)(H2biim)(H2O)]·H2O}n(1) and {[Mn(cpna)(H2biim)]·H2O}n(2)(H2cpna = 5-(2'-carboxylphenyl) nicotic acid, H2biim = 2,2'-biimidazole),have been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TG, magnetic properties, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 1 exhibits a one- dimensional(1D) step-like chain structure, which further builds a three-dimensional(3D) supramolecular architecture via O–H···O and N–H···O hydrogen-bonding and π-π stacking interactions. Compound 2 possesses a one-dimensional(1D) double chain structure, which is further assembled into a 3D supramolecular framework by N–H···O hydrogen bonding and π-π stacking interactions. Magnetic susceptibility measurement indicates that compound 1 shows a weak antiferromagnetic coupling between the nearest Ni(II) centers, with g = 2.11 and J = –1.87 cm–1.  相似文献

A novel discrete dinuclear metaUacyclic copper(Ⅱ) complex, [Cu2L2(H2O)2]·3H2O (1) has been firstly prepared where L is derived from the 1 ; 2 condensation of 2,2'-bipyridyl-3,3'-diformylhydrazide and acetone during the formation of the complex. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis determines that the complex consists of dinuclear metallacyclic units [Cu2L2(H2O)2] where two metal centers are linked together through two bis(chelating) bridge ligands L to form a bizarre cavity with size 0.9417 nm× 0.4999 nm× 0.6930 nm. Interestingly, the metal coordination also creates hydrogen bond sites that further aggregate these metallacycles into a 3D supramolecular structure with 2D perpendicular hydrophilic tunnels in crystal.  相似文献

A novel series of eight SMS and sPLA2 dual inhibitors containing indole and a-amino cyanide fragments of different length and substitution position was synthesized and evaluated by three different in vitro assays. Biological evaluation showed that all compounds provided inhibitory effects against SMS (about 50% inhibition at 100 μmol/L) and sPLA2 (14-32 μmol/L). All the compounds had the SMS activity better than the positive control compound D609 in SMS2 homogenate, with compounds 5b and fie ideal for liver homogenate and SMS2 high expression cell homogenate, respectively.  相似文献

Two 5-pyrimidinyl-1,2,4-oxadiazoles were synthesized through two different routes and their structures were characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, NMR and MS. Compound 3, 5-(2-chloro-4-methyl-6-phenylpyrimidin-5-yl)-3-phenyl-1,2,4-oxadiazole, crystallizes in orthorhombic, space group Pbca with a = 19.1575(11), b = 8.2115(5), c = 21.2035(12), V = 3335.6(3)3 and Z = 4. Compound 6, 5-(2,6-dichloropyrimidin-4-yl)-3-phenyl-1,2,4-oxadiazole, crystallizes in monoclinic space group Pn with a = 8.4275(13), b = 5.4088(8), c = 13.493(2), β = 99.768(3)o, V = 4658.6(6)3 and Z = 8. Preliminary bioassay indicated that the two title compounds had good herbicidal activities.  相似文献

Indolocarbazole derivatives have been reported to be promising organic semicon- ductor candidates and electroluminescent (EL) materials. One novel indolocarbazole derivative, 2,8-acetyl-5,11-dihexyl-6,12-(di-p-tolyl)-5,11-indolo[3,2-b]carbazole (YK4), has been synthesized, and its crystal structure has also been carefully studied. YK4 is triclinic, space groups Pi with a = 9.409(5), b = 13.974(5), c = 15.488(5) A, α = 90.281(5), β = 105.456(5), Z= 93.728(5)°, M,. = 688.94, V= 1958.1(14) A3, Z = 2, Dc.= 1.168 g/cm-3,μ = 0.070 mm-1, F(000) = 740, Rint = 0.0475, R (I〉 20(/)) = 0.1146, wR (I〉 20(/)) = 0.2186, R(all data) = 0.2192 and wR (all data) = 0.2701. Like other indolo[3, 2-b]carbazole derivatives which were introduced in the 5- and 11-positions, the intermolecular short contacts are localized between the pendant groups and acetyl groups of the neighboring indolocarbazole molecules. The molecule of YK4 possesses poor face-to-face π-π stacking between two adjacent molecules in the crystal. The calculated bond lengths and bond angles of YK4 also proved the result of crystallography.  相似文献

A new 4,5-diaryl-lH-imidazole was synthesized and characterized by 1H NMR, ESI-MS, elemental analysis and FT-IR. The crystal structure of the title compound (C19H16C12N202, Mr = 375.24) has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Crystal parameters: mono- clinic system, space group P2/n, a = 14.349(3), b = 8.7918(18), c = 15.352(3) A, β = 108.56(3)°, V = 1836.1(6) A3, Z = 4, F(000) = 776, Dc = 1.357 g/cm3, p = 0.368 mm-1, the final R = 0.0502 and wR = 0.1066 for 2324 observed reflections with 1 〉 2 σ(/). A total of 16117 reflections were collected, of which 3615 were independent (Rint = 0.0595). The preliminary bioassay suggested that the title compound exhibits distinct effective inhibition on the proliferation of cancer cell lines.  相似文献

A novel Schiff base was synthesized via 5-benzyl-4-amino-1,2,4-triazole-3-thione with 3-phenoxy-benzaldehyde under refluxing. The structure was characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR, ESI-MS and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. This compound crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21 /c with a = 16.0289(16), b = 5.8022(6), c = 20.542(2), β = 95.667(2)o, C22 H18 N4 OS, Mr = 386.46, V = 1901.1(3)3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.347 g/cm3, F(000) = 804, μ = 0.191 mm-1, the final R = 0.0453 and wR = 0.1307 for 2456 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). The crystal packing of the compound is stabilized by classical intermolecular N–H···S hydrogen bonds. Furthermore, the biological activity to four vegetable pathogens has been tested. The title compound exhibited good fungicidal activities to Gibberlla nicotiancola.  相似文献

Two new 1,3-oxazin derivatives, C22H24N2O5(3I) and C19H16N2O5(3II), have been synthesized via an unusual cascade reaction. The attractive aspect of this cascade reaction is that the novel construction of 1,3-oxazine and the direct C-N bond formation from C-C bond can be easily achieved via pyridine-mediated acylation in a one-pot operation. Both compounds have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, NMR spectra and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. Compound 3I crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 16.282(4), b = 7.4117(18), c = 17.256(5) , β = 103.193(9)°, V = 2027.4(9) 3, Mr = 396.43, Z = 4, Dc = 1.299 g/cm3, F(000) = 840, MoKa radiation(λ = 0.71073 ), the final R = 0.0771 and wR = 0.1582 for 3662 were observed reflections with I 2σ(I). Compound 3II crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1 with a = 7.1265(9), b = 10.1071(13), c = 23.529(3), α = 97.463(9), β = 96.981(9), γ = 94.345(9)°, V = 1600.5(4) 3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.409 g/cm3, F(000) = 736, CuKa radiation(λ = 1.54186 ), the final R = 0.0515 and wR = 0.1241 for 4920 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). The preliminary antibacterial activities of 2 and 3 against E. coli and S. aureus were investigated. The results showed that the inhibiting effect of 3 was higher than that of 2.  相似文献

The first part of this report describes the data reduction of non-merohedrally twinned crystals measured on Bruker and Agilent area-detector diffractometers. The image frames of methyl-2-aminopyrazine-3-carboxylate were processed with APEX2 to furnish a set of overlapping diffraction indices that were used for solution and refinement. CrysAlisPRO was used for processing the frames of bis(diethyldicarbamato)nickel, which exists in monoclinic and tetragonal polymorphs, and in untwinned and twinned forms. In the second part, the crystal structure of [(3-formyl-4- hydroxyphenyl)methyl]triphenylphosphanium chloride was refined through the ‘HKLF 5'(based on a combined set of diffraction indices) and PLATON(based on one set of diffraction indices) routes to give identical outcomes because the amount of overlap of the twin domains is small. For the third part, in a proof-of-concept investigation, the diffraction pattern of untwinned and twinned 4-{(E)-(4-aminophenyl)diazenyl]phenylamine was recorded simultaneously in one run; the three domains could be indexed and the crystal structure satisfactorily refined. The refinement was identical to those derived from independent measurements; the crystal structure features two independent centrosymmetric molecules, one of which is ordered and the other whole-molecule-disordered. This two-in-one run opens up the possibility that two or more crystals having different atomic compositions can be measured simultaneously if their reciprocal lattices do not overlap significantly.  相似文献

Two Cd(Ⅱ) complexes, Cd2L2Cl2 (1) and Cd2L2(NCS)2 (2) (HL = N-(3-methoxylsalicylidene)-3-dimethylaminopropylamine) were synthesized and determined by EA, IR, TG and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystallographic data are as follows: monoclinic, space group P21/n, a = 9.2710(9), b = 18.0069(18), c = 18.5562(19) A^°, β= 99.741(4)°, V = 3053.1(5), Z = 4,μ = 1.605, F(000) = 1536, R = 0.0264 and wR = 0.0699 for 1; orthorhombic, space group Pca21, a = 16.196(3), b = 11.506(2), c = 36.126(7) A^°, V = 6732(2), Z = 8,μ = 1.428, F(000) = 3264, R = 0.0376 and wR = 0.0877 for 2. There are two geometrically different octahedral Cd(Ⅱ) atoms, with N4O2 and O4Cl2 donor sets for 1 while N4O2 and N2O4 for 2. In the dinuclear Cd(Ⅱ) centers, the Cd(Ⅱ) atoms are held together by two deprotonted phenolate oxygen atoms from tetradentate L^- ligands. The thermal gravity data show two step decompositions with the residues of CdO for two complexes.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound(C24H24N2O5, Mr = 420.45) has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of triclinic, space group P1 with a = 8.991(1), b = 11.166(1), c = 11.169(1) , α = 91.413(2), β = 105.887(2), γ = 90.992(2)°, V = 1077.8(2) 3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.296 g/cm3, F(000) = 444, μ(MoKα) = 0.091 mm-1, the final R = 0.0466 and wR = 0.1507 for 4185 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)). The single-crystal X-ray diffraction data indicated intermolecular C(17)–H(17)O(4), C(5)–H(5)… O(4) hydrogen bonds and C–H…π interaction in the structure.  相似文献

The binding properties of ethylene-N,N'-dianthranilate (EDA) and Ni(II) were studied by difference UV-Vis in 0.05 M Tris-HCl buffer (pH 7.4). The stoichiometric ratio of EDA to nickel (1:1) was confirmed and the conditional binding constant (IogKNi-EDA = 12.33 ± 0.06) was obtained. In addition, an interesting tetranuclear complex [Nin(EDA)4]·2CH3CH2OH-9H2O was obtained unexpectedly in alcohol-water solution and characterized by X-ray crystallography and electrospray ionization mass spectra (ESI-MS). It is found that EDA acts as a pentadentate ligand and performs a chelating-bridging coordination mode.  相似文献
