本工作研究了几种中心部分被束缚的双[对一N,N-二甲基氨基苄叉]酮类化合物的光物理行为.发现中心五元环的化合物比中心六元环的化合物有着高得多的荧光量子产率.在改变介质粘度、研究粘度对荧光量子产率的影响时发现中心六元环化合物最易受粘度变化的影响.对上述这些有趣的现象进行了扼要的分析和讨论.  相似文献

为开发新的高强度的有机电致发光材料, 用含烷氧基的取代苯甲酸(2)与2,6-吡啶二甲酰肼(3)在POCl3作用下, “一锅煮”法合成6个结构对称的含吡啶环的芳香醚-噁二唑4a~4f. 通过MS, IR, 1H NMR, 元素分析等手段对其结构进行了表征. 化合物的荧光性能测定结果显示此类化合物具有良好的荧光性, 其荧光发射波长均在347~507 nm范围内, 最大荧光发射波长在384 nm附近处, 且荧光强度较强. 在芳环上引入5-Br基团(4e, 4f), 化合物的荧光发射波长发生红移, 荧光强度有所减弱. 以硫酸奎宁作参比, 测定6个目标产物的荧光量子产率, 5-Br基团的引入对荧光量子产率没有明显影响. 同时讨论了代表性产物4a在不同溶剂中最大荧光激发波长处的荧光量子产率, 发现溶剂极性对该类化合物的荧光量子产率基本没有影响.  相似文献

首次研究了铝试剂的荧光光谱和荧光量子产率,发现pH3至pH12条件下,用紫外光照射铝试剂溶液可以产生荧光,最大激发波长和最大发射波长分别为297nm和409nm,荧光强度与铝试剂浓度之间存在良好的线性关系,线性范围为0.01~3μg/mL,检测下限为0.01μg/mL,以硫酸奎宁为参比,测得铝试剂的荧光量子产率为0.16。  相似文献

合成了一系列含有萘环和蒽环的不同链长的二元化合物, 简写为N-Mn-A(n=2,4,6,8,10)。在有机溶剂中做了上述系列化合物的荧光光谱。激发波长为λex=280nm时, 发现荧光光谱中有两个发射峰, λem1=370nm, λem2=450nm。前者为萘的荧光峰, 后者为蒽的荧光峰。实验证明, 只有萘吸收280nm的光, 而蒽无吸收。所以在激发萘的条件下, 能量由处于激发态的萘环传向了外于基态的蒽环。在不同的有机溶剂中, 分别做了该系列化合物的荧光光谱随浓度的变化。实验结果指出, 两个荧光峰强度的比值不随浓度的变化而变化, 表明其能量传递为分子内的能量传递。另外在1%的糖淀粉水溶液中, N-Mn-A的浓度为1.0×10^-^5mol.dm^-^3,通过荧光光谱发现没有发生能量传递。表明处于伸展状态的N-Mn-A化合物分子不能发生能量传递。  相似文献

本工作合成了两种旋转受阻取代的苯乙烯基吡嗪衍生物。详细研究了环境温度、极性和粘度对其光物理及发光行为的影响。结果表明两化合物在基态时可能存在着"平面构象与扭曲构象"间的平衡, 环境的温度、极性和粘度对于化合物存在的构象有很大影响。扭曲构象为较好的发光构象。分子受激后, 平面构象可经旋转松弛到扭曲构象。两化合物的荧光量子产率在室温条件下基本不随溶剂极性变化而变, 仅与溶剂粘度有关, 利用该性质可建议其作为一种有效的粘度荧光探针。  相似文献

对双(苯并噁唑)茋化合物在不同极性溶剂中的光谱、光物理及光顺反异构化问题进行了详细研究.在测定其荧光寿命及荧光量子产率基础上计算出它们的辐射及非辐射衰变速度常数.发现化合物(1)在极性溶剂中有较高的荧光量子产率,而在非极性溶剂中则有较高的异构化能力.工作还测定了化合物在两种溶剂中反顺异构化过程的活化能,并对所得结果进行了初步讨论.  相似文献

Both fluorescence and excitation spectra of 4-acetoxy-chalcone (4-AC) are bathochromically shifted as the medium polarity increases. The fluorescence quantum yields are sensitive to medium viscosity and increase sharply as the medium viscosity increases due to prohibition of radiationless deactivation pathways. The fluorescence lifetime of 4-AC in glycerol has been measured as τ = 1.9 ns. The photochemical quantum yields (thought to be a trans-cis photo-isomerization) are also sensitive to medium viscosity with minimum φc values obtained in highly viscous solvents. The effect of medium viscosity on the quenching of 4-AC fluorescence using picric acid as a quencher has been studied. A static-type quenching mechanism is proposed to account for the quenching efficiency as the medium viscosity increases.  相似文献

The lifetimes and the relative quantum yields for fluorescence of two laser dyes Coumarin 1 and Rhodamine 6G have been determined in cross-linked polyvinyl alcohol matrix. The cross-linking has been achieved using gamma radiation. The relative fluorescence quantum yields of the dyes increased with increasing cross-linking of the polymer, but the fluorescence lifetimes remained unchanged within experimental error. The results have been attributed to a reduction in the loss of the excitation energy via the internal conversion of the excited singlet state due to increase in the viscosity of the medium brought about by the increased cross-linking of the polymer.  相似文献

Dependences of the fluorescence and triplet state quantum yields of kynurenic acid (1) and kynurenine yellow (2) in water—glycerol mixtures on medium viscosity have been studied. The main channel of the singlet excited state decay of compound 1 is the intersystem crossing, which rate weakly depends on the viscosity; only a small (approximately 1.5-fold) increase in the fluorescence yield was found for this compound with the increase of the solution viscosity from 0.84 cP (aqueous solution) to 78 cP (86% glycerol). The deactivation of the S1 state of compound 2 is caused mainly by the internal conversion, and a noticeable increase of the fluorescence yield (approximately 3-fold), as well as the change in the photolysis product yields, was observed with the increasing percentage of glycerol in the mixture. The triplet state quantum yields for compounds 1 and 2 remained unchanged with the variation of the glycerol content in the mixture.  相似文献

研究了4-位苯基取代基旋转受阻和旋转自由的2,4,6-三苯基氧盐的光物理性质。实验结果表明,当4-位苯基取代基旋转受阻时,氧盐化合物在激发态时引起的分子内极化程度比4-位取代基旋转自由的氧盐化合物大,即在激发态时旋转受阻氧盐化合物发生的分子内电荷转移能力较强;4-位取代基旋转自由的化合物的荧光量子产率随溶剂粘度的增大而有所增大,但旋转受阻化合物在相同的条件下则出现相反的结果。实验结果还表明,4-位取代苯基旋转受阻对化合物的荧光发射不利。  相似文献

Photophysical properties of hemicyanine dyes (1 - 3) were investigated in solvents of varying polarity and viscosity. Hemicyanines possess relatively low fluorescence quantum yields (1%) in polar solvents. A significant increase in fluorescence quantum yield and lifetimes was observed with increase in viscosity of the solvent medium. The radiative, as well as nonradiative decay channels from the singlet-excited state were investigated by varying the viscosity of the medium. The viscosity-dependent radiationless relaxation observed in hemicyanine dyes is suggestive of a restricted rotor motion in the singlet excited state.  相似文献

The fluorescence properties of 4-[4-(dimethylamino)styryl]-1-n-alkylpyridinium bromide (hemicyanine) dissolved in solvents of different polarities and viscosities (methanol, ethylene glycol, tetra-ethylene glycol, glycerol, benzyl alcohol, pyridine, and two ionic liquids, 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate, [BMIM]BF4, and 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate, [BMIM]PF6) were investigated. Significant increase in the fluorescence quantum yield and the fluorescence decay lifetime was observed with the increase in the viscosity of the solvent medium. It is because the intramolecular rotational motion of the molecule becomes more difficult in viscous liquid, which leads to a decrease in the nonradiative decay processes. The fluorescence quantum yields for all of the solutions followed a semiempirical law that depends only on the solvent viscosity. The correlation function C(t) was obtained for each solution by joining fluorescence decay curves measured at different wavelengths. From the fitted results of C(t), we observed the distinctive feature unique to the ionic liquids, in which the correlation functions for ionic liquid solutions are fitted to be biphasic, while they are monophasic for other solvents. The fluorescence maximum of hemicyanine dissolved in these ionic liquids red-shifted following the increase in the excitation wavelength.  相似文献

Thermotropic liquid crystalline quaterphenyl analogues constituting a central 2,2'-bi-1,3,4- thiadiazole ring, the compounds 5,5'-bis(4-methoxy- and 4-octyloxy-phenyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazole, have been prepared and their photoluminescent (PL) and electroluminescent (EL) properties evaluated. The materials form enantiotropic smectic and nematic phases. The PL spectra showed that they emit blue and green fluorescence in the solid state. The octyloxy compound exhibited an EL spectrum with blue emission and is a candidate for organic EL applications.  相似文献

A new class of diarylethenes bearing a pyridine unit has been firstly developed and their properties such as photochromism, fatigue resistance, and fluorescence have been discussed. The pyridine unit was connected directly to the central cyclopentene ring as one aryl moiety and availably participated in the photoinduced cyclization reaction even in the crystalline phase. All of these diarylethenes exhibited excellent photochromism, remarkable fatigue resistance, and notable fluorescence photoswitches both in solution and in poly(methylmethacrylate) films. Moreover, the different substituents had a significant effect on their properties. The results indicated that the electron-donating substituent could significantly enhance the cyclization quantum yield and depress the cycloreversion quantum yield while the electron-withdrawing group had a notable contribution to the cycloreversion quantum yield and fluorescence quantum yield for these diarylethenes.  相似文献
