在市场需求是一种依赖于销售价格的线性结构下,建立由一个制造商和一个零售商组成的两级双渠道供应链模型.在改进收入共享契约下,分别针对零售商不利不公平厌恶和有利不公平厌恶两种情形,探讨公平偏好对双渠道供应链最优定价策略及契约协调性的影响.研究表明,最优零售价格随零售商不利不公平厌恶偏好增大而减小,随其有利不公平厌恶偏好增大而增大;最优直销价格不受零售商公平偏好影响,制造商始终完全占有直销渠道的销售收入;最优批发价格大小与零售商收入共享比例和公平偏好程度有关;改进收入共享契约仅在零售商不利不公平厌恶偏好下能够实现双渠道供应链协调.  相似文献

Studies in the supply chain literature have typically focused on profit or revenue maximization and assumed that agents within the supply chain are self-interested and only care about their own monetary payoffs. Research in these areas, however, rarely considers an important phenomenon called inequity aversion in which the object pursued by agents within the supply chain is not only their own profit maximization but also the equity of profit allocation. In fact, when agents within a supply chain collaborate with each other to serve a market, the scheme of profit allocation between them usually plays a determinate role in cooperation. Taking into account the impact of agents’ behavior of inequity aversion on the coordination of the supply chain, this paper investigates the optimal contracts and the manufacturer’s pricing strategies in a single-manufacturer and single-retailer supply chain. In this way, we obtain two interesting results: (1) the retailer’s equity aversion largely affects the manufacturer’s decision making, which is not always bad for the manufacturer; and (2) the retailer’s inequity aversion as well as the consumer’s price-sensitive coefficient plays a dominant role in the manufacturer’s decision making.  相似文献

This paper investigates proportional and excess-loss reinsurance contracts in a continuous-time principal–agent framework, in which the insurer is the agent and the reinsurer is the principal. Insurance claims follow the classic Cramér–Lundberg process. The insurer believes that the claim intensity is uncertain and he chooses robust risk retention levels to maximize the penalty-dependent multiple-priors utility. The reinsurer designs reinsurance contracts subject to the insurer’s incentive compatibility constraints. The analytical expressions of the two robust reinsurance contracts are derived. Our results show that the robust reinsurance demand and price are greater than their respective standard values without model ambiguity, and increase as the insurer’s ambiguity aversion increases. Moreover, the reinsurer specifies a decreasing reinsurance price to induce increasing demand over time. Specifically, the price of excess-loss reinsurance is higher, relative to that of proportional reinsurance. Further, only if the insurer’s risk aversion is high or the reinsurer’s risk aversion is low, the insurer prefers the excess-loss reinsurance contract.  相似文献

文章以一个风险厌恶销售商与风险中性供应商所组成的两级供应链为背景,以条件风险价值(CVaR)和期望利润的加权平均作为销售商的决策目标,对期权契约下销售商的订购策略及供应链协调问题进行了研究,并对比分析了销售商以CVaR为目标时的情形。在给出销售商在不同风险厌恶程度下的最优订购策略后,文章进一步给出了供应链相应的协调条件,并分析了此时期权权利金,销售商的风险厌恶程度和期望利润权重等参数对供销双方收益的影响,发现“利润-CVaR”法下销售商的风险厌恶程度对供销双方利润的影响与CVaR法下的情况有所不同,但权利金依然起到了分配整体供应链利润的作用,且销售商期望利润权重的增加会降低自身收益水平而提高供应商利润。最后,文章通过数值模拟的方式对上述结论进行了验证。  相似文献

本文考虑由单个占优的零售商和单个供应商组成的二级供应链模型.在价格相依的随机需求下,研究分散系统下的批发价格合同与两部定价合同.在一定的条件下得到两种合同中供应链成员的最优决策和利润以及供应链系统的利润.分析表明,当零售商占优时两部定价合同比批发价格合同更有效.这在一定程度上说明当前零售业中收取通道费的合理性.  相似文献

以一个损失厌恶销售商与一个损失中性供应商组成的两级供应链为背景,利用期望损失厌恶理论对销售商在期权契约下的最优采购策略进行了研究,并证明了期望损失厌恶理论能有效克服传统基于前景理论的研究中因参考点外生且固定假设带来的弊端。在此基础上,进一步给出了供销双方在期权契约下实现协调共赢的条件,分析了销售商损失厌恶程度,期权契约价格等参数对供应链协调共赢机制的影响。结果显示:销售商的损失厌恶偏好并不会改变权利金分配整体供应链利润的作用,但会增强销售商分享收益的能力,改变供销双方利润或效用水平对权利金,产品销售价格和生产成本的敏感程度,且较高的损失厌恶偏好还会阻碍供销双方协调共赢目标的达成。  相似文献

基于条件风险值模型(CVaR),探讨了在一个风险中性制造商和一个风险规避零售商组成的制造商领导的斯塔克伯格博弈供应链中,制造商如何与风险规避零售商订立批发价契约以最大化其期望利润的问题。设计了价格补贴的契约协调机制,给出了该机制下风险规避程度对零售商和制造商最优决策的影响。证明了在一定的实施条件下,制造商通过设立价格补贴机制,可改善供应链双方利润与供应链效率。最后,用算例验证了模型和理论分析的可行性。  相似文献

为分析供应链金融中存货质押融资模式下的供应链协调问题,验证回购契约对该供应链的协调效果,文章在分析集中式供应链的基础上,利用优化理论和方法构建了无契约协调时供应链的基准模型、传统回购契约下的供应链模型以及考虑目标订购量的回购契约下的供应链模型,通过三种情况下供应链及供应链成员利润的对比,分析说明回购契约的协调效果。通过不同决策模式下供应链及供应链成员利润分析,给出回购契约完全协调该存货质押融资供应链的条件,最后通过仿真进一步验证了协调效果。  相似文献

构建了制造商通过销售回馈与惩罚契约来对具有不公平厌恶心理偏好的零售商群体的销售努力进行激励的计算实验模型,研究了零售商的不公平厌恶心理偏好对激励效果产生的影响。实验结果表明:零售商的不公平厌恶心理会对激励效果产生负面的影响;制造商设定的销售目标越高,不公平厌恶心理的负面影响就越大;当某零售商的销售量一旦低于目标销售量而遭受惩罚时,其会导致该零售商加剧不公平感知从而降低销售努力水平的路径依赖,导致制造商利润下降的主要原因是被惩罚零售商群体为其所带来的渠道利润降低;制造商在激励过程中应该更加重视被惩罚者的不公平厌恶心理。  相似文献

Consignment contracts have been widely employed in many industries. Under such contracts, items are sold at a retailer’s but the supplier retains the full ownership of the inventory until purchased by consumers; the supplier collects payment from the retailer based on actual units sold. We investigate how competition among retailers influences the supply chain decisions and profits under different consignment arrangements, namely a consignment price contract and a consignment contract with revenue share. First, we investigate how these two consignment contracts and a price only contract compare from the perspective of each supply chain partner. We find that the retailers benefit more from a consignment price contract than from a consignment contract with revenue share or a price only contract, regardless of the level of retailer differentiation. The supplier’s most beneficial contact, however, critically depends upon the level of retailer differentiation: a consignment contract with revenue share is preferable for the supplier if retailer differentiation is strong; otherwise a consignment price contract is preferable. Second, we study how retailer differentiation affects the profits of all supply chain partners. We find that less retailer differentiation improves the supplier’s profit for both types of consignment contract. Moreover, less retailer differentiation improves profits of the retailers in a consignment price contract, but not necessarily in a consignment contract with revenue share.  相似文献

研究了需求不确定条件下供应链回购契约协调问题。针对未知需求具体分布形式的两级供应链系统,建立了基于回购契约的供应链鲁棒协调模型。给出了仅知需求均值和方差信息条件下,集成供应链系统的鲁棒订货策略和分散供应链系统的鲁棒契约协调策略。分析了不同契约参数条件下的供应链及其成员利润情况。最后,进行了数值计算,验证了当获得需求的真实分布形式时.供应链鲁棒回购契约协调策略的有效性。结果表明,供应链鲁棒回购契约协调策略能够有效减少需求不确定性对系统及其成员利润的影响。  相似文献

This paper analyzes a decentralized global supply chain under a newsvendor setting, where a supplier delivers a certain quantity of a single product to a buyer in accordance with the terms of a mutually agreed upon contract. This contract is signed prior to the delivery of the product and subsequent payment, thus, exposing the supply chain to the risk of currency exchange rate fluctuations. We propose two types of currency exchange rate flexibility contracts to explore the characteristics of exchange rate risk mitigation policies for the buyer and the supplier. Furthermore, we investigate the effects of the contract structures on the optimal order quantity, as well as the expected profits of both supply chain members. Our results show that the optimal order quantity of the buyer decreases when the wholesale price is uncertain due to exchange rate volatility. Also, both our proposed contracts tend to improve the expected profits of both the buyer and the supplier, when the payment is made in the supplier’s currency, indicating the desirability of adopting such contractual agreements from the perspective of both parties. On the other hand, when the payment is made in the buyer’s currency, our suggested contracts do not yield such win-win scenarios. Finally, we examine the effectiveness of availing the services of a local vendor, which is capable of satisfying any demand in excess of the quantity ordered from the foreign source with short notice, in order to mitigate the risks associated with an overseas order.  相似文献

This paper studies the problem of how to effectively provide product service system (PSS) in a service-oriented manufacturing supply chain under asymmetric private demand information. The PSS in the supply chain is operated heterogeneously and complementarily, in which the manufacturer provides the product while the retailer who possesses private demand information is responsible for adding the necessary value-added service on the basic product. We address the issue of how different contracts affect the decisions and profitability of the supply chain members. Three types of contracts are developed to help supply chain partners to make decisions and enhance the supply chain’s efficiency. The first is the franchise fee (FF) contract, under which the manufacturer provides a two-part tariff contract (wholesale price and franchise fee) to influence the retailer’s decision and to detect her private demand information. The second is the franchise fee with service requirement (FFS) contract, under which the manufacturer specifies the service level required in addition to the two-part tariff contract terms. The third is the franchise fee with centralized service requirement (FFCS) contract, which is similar to the FFS contract but that the service level specified by the manufacturer is the system optimal solution. Our analytical results show that all three contracts enable the manufacturer to detect the retailer’s private demand information, with the FFCS contract achieving the greatest channel profit. Finally, numerical examples are presented, and sensitivity analysis of service level and profit are conducted to compare the performance of the three contracts under different settings. The paper provides managerial guidelines for the manufacturer in contract offering under different conditions.  相似文献

It is common for multiple manufacturers to compete in one common market. This paper considers a three-stage supply chain consisting of two competing manufacturers, one distributor, and one retailer. The two manufacturers’ products are substitutable with each other, and both manufacturers sell their products through the common distributor and the common retailer. In this supply chain, three contract mechanisms are discussed. The first one is wholesale-price (WP) contracts. The second one is pairwise revenue-sharing (PRS) contracts indicating that the revenues are shared by all pairs of adjacent entities. The third one is spanning revenue-sharing (SRS) contract indicating that the retailer simultaneously shares his revenues with all supply chain members. First, we discuss the effects of competition between manufacturers on both decentralized and centralized supply chains under the WP contracts. Second, we discuss the coordination mechanisms. The PRS and SRS contracts are used to coordinate the entire supply chain. We present the drawbacks of the PRS contracts in coordinating this competing supply chain and suggest using the SRS contract instead. After an SRS contract is adopted, it is evaluated using the WP contracts as a benchmark. The conditions necessary for an SRS contract to achieve a win–win outcome are then presented. Finally, some numerical examples are provided.  相似文献

We analyse a decentralized supply chain consisting of a supplier and a retailer. The terms of trade between the two agents are specified by a quantity flexibility (QF) contract. We first identify the Pareto QF contracts for the supply chain where each agent adopts a satisficing objective, that is, to maximize the probability of achieving his/her predetermined target profit. It is shown that to coordinate such a supply chain, QF contracts have to degenerate into wholesale price (WP) contracts. This provides an additional justification for the popularity of WP contracts besides their simplicities and lower administration costs. Next, we consider the supply chain where each agent adopts multiple objectives, namely the satisficing objective and the objective of expected profit maximization (EPM). It is shown that there always exist QF contracts that coordinate the supply chain under the objective of EPM and are simultaneously Pareto optimal for the satisficing objective.  相似文献

当供应链中的企业都是完全理性时,一个合理设计的期权合约可使得供应链达到协调。本文考虑一个具有公平关切的零售商的供应链系统,分析期权合约下零售商的订货决策,以及使供应链达到协调的条件。研究发现,零售商的公平关切偏好对期权合约的协调作用有着显著的影响:尽管与完全理性的供应链系统相比,可协调供应链的期权合约的定价规则没有变化,但是随着零售商公平关切程度的提高,供应商可能获得的最大利润减小,协调性期权合约的可选择范围不断缩小,直至消失.算例分析进一步验证了以上结论,并说明了即使存在协调性期权合约,零售商可能会因为对不公平的厌恶而极大降低自身效用,出现负的效用值,导致该合约被拒绝。  相似文献

This paper analyzes the impact of price-sensitivity factors on characteristics of returns policy contracts in a single-period product supply chain. The contract considers stochastic and price-dependent demand. We present an analytical model and then use numerical methods with the Stackelberg game to identify the contract properties. We numerically show that a returns policy indeed improves supply chain performance. However, the benefits earned from the returns policy, under price-sensitive and variable demand, are different for different supply chain partners. First, when price-sensitivity is high, profit of the manufacturer decreases with increase in demand variability. Second, when price-sensitivity is sufficiently high and demand variability increases, the manufacturer has to surrender part of the profits to the retailer, in order to continue sales. However, even after surrendering part of the profits to the retailer, the manufacturer still earns profits that are higher than those available in a wholesale price contract. Last, from the perspective of division of channel profits, the retailer is always worse off in case of returns policies than in a wholesale price contract. Therefore, to apply this form of incentive in practice, managements should consider the impact of price-sensitivity on the returns policy and its performance.  相似文献
