The unreconstructed TiO(2)(110) surface is prepared in well-defined states having different characteristic stoichiometries, namely reduced (r-TiO(2), 6 to 9% surface vacancies), hydroxylated (h-TiO(2), vacancies filled with OH), oxygen covered (ox-TiO(2), oxygen adatoms on a stoichiometric surface) and quasi-stoichiometric (qs-TiO(2), a stoichiometric surface with very few defects). The electronic structure and work function of these surfaces and transition states between them are investigated by ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy (UPS) and metastable impact electron spectroscopy (MIES). The character of the surface is associated with a specific value of the work function that varies from 4.9 eV for h-TiO(2), 5.2 eV for r-TiO(2), 5.35 eV for ox-TiO(2) to 5.5 eV for qs-TiO(2). We establish the method for an unambiguous characterization of TiO(2)(110) surface states solely based on the secondary electron emission characteristics. This is facilitated by analysing a weak electron emission below the nominal work function energy. The emission in the low energy cut-off region appears correlated with band gap emission found in UPS spectra and is attributed to localised electron emission through Ti(3+)(3d) states.  相似文献

We describe an investigation of Ba3MIIMIVWO9 oxides for MII = Ca, Zn, and other divalent metals and MIV = Ti, Zr. In general, a 1:2-ordered 6H (hexagonal, P63/mmc) perovskite structure is stabilized at high temperatures (1300 degrees C) for all of the Ba3MIITiWO9 oxides investigated. An intermediate phase possessing a partially ordered 1:1 double perovskite (3C) structure with the cation distribution, Ba2(Zn2/3Ti1/3)(W2/3Ti1/3)O6, is obtained at 1200 degrees C for Ba3ZnTiWO9. Sr substitution for Ba in the latter stabilizes the cubic 3C structure instead of the 6H structure. A metastable Ba3CaZrWO9 that adopts the 3C (cubic, Fmm) structure has also been synthesized by a low-temperature metathesis route. Besides yielding several new perovskite oxides that may be useful as dielectric ceramics, the present investigation provides new insights into the complex interplay of crystal chemistry (tolerance factor) and chemical bonding (anion polarization and d0-induced distortion of metal-oxygen octahedra) in the stabilization of 6H versus 3C perovskite structures for the Ba3MIIMIVWO9 series.  相似文献

Crystalline phases of Ti(IV) tungstosilicate and Ti(IV) tungstophosphate have been synthesised. The ion-exchange capacities of Ti(IV) tungstosilicate and Ti(IV) tungstophosphate have been reported as 0.44 and 0.80 mequiv./g, respectively. Both materials show monofunctional ion-exchange characteristic and are stable in 0.1 M solutions of HNO3, HCl, H2SO4 and acetone and benzene. Ti(IV) tungstosilicate is found to be more stable thermally than Ti(IV) tungstophosphate (loss in ion-exchange capacity was found as 58 and 80%, respectively for samples heated at 200 degrees C). The Kd values for heavy metals such as Pb, Hg, Cd, Sb, Co, Zn, Ni, Fe, Cr etc. have been reported in demineralised water and two surfactant media by batch processes. Cr3+, Fe3+ and Sn4+ are totally adsorbed on both the materials in demineralised water while a decrease in Kd value with increase in concentration of two surfactants is reported. On the basis of Kd values for metal ions, thirteen binary separations and five ternary separations on Ti(IV) tungstosilicate and thirteen different binary separations and four different ternary separations on Ti(IV) tungstophosphate have been achieved. Separation of methylamine from ethylamine has been done by GC on a column packed with Ti(IV) tungstophosphate.  相似文献

<正>A series of nominal composition Ti/(ZrO_2)_x(RuO_2)_(1-x) (0.1≤x≤0.9) coatings chan- ged in 10% steps was deposited on titanium substrate from RuCl_3·nH_2O and ZrCl_4 containing ethanol solution by thermal decomposition method. The X-ray diffraction (XRD), high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HR-TEM) and electrochemical tests were performed to clarify the effects of ZrO_2 content on the structure and capacitive property of Ti/(ZrO_2)_x(RuO_2)_(1-x). The results show that by adding ZrO_2 into the coatings the degree of crystallization of RuO_2 decreases. The specific capacitance firstly increases and then deceases with the increase of ZrO_2 content in the mixed oxide coatings. The film of Ti/(ZrO_2)_(0.6)(RuO_2)_(0.4) consisting of amorphous matrix and fine nano-crystalline RuO_2 (about 4 nm) has the maximum specific capacitance of 713.27 F/g(RuO_2).  相似文献

We have searched for new species of small oxygen-containing gas-phase dianions produced in a secondary ion mass spectrometer by Cs+ ion bombardment of solid samples with simultaneous exposure of their surfaces to O2 gas. The targets were a pure zinc metal foil, a copper-contaminated zinc-based coin, two silicon-germanium samples (Si(1-x)Ge(x)(with x= 6.5% or 27%)) and a piece of titanium metal. The novel dianions Zn3O(4)(2-), Zn4O(5)(2-), CuZn2O(4)(2-), Si2GeO(6)(2-), Ti2O(5)(2-) and Ti3O(7)(2-) have been observed at half-integer m/z values in the negative ion mass spectra. The heptamer dianions Zn3O(4)(2-) and Ti2O(5)(2-) have been unambiguously identified by their isotopic abundances. Their flight times through the mass spectrometer are approximately 20 micros and approximately 17 micros, respectively. The geometrical structures of the two heptamer dianions Ti2O(5)(2-), and Zn3O(4)(2-) are investigated using ab initio methods, and the identified isomers are compared to those of the novel Ge2O(5)(2-) and the known Si2O(5)(2-) and Be3O(4)(2-) dianions.  相似文献

采用化学萃取技术对表层沉积物(生物膜)的非残渣态组分(铁、锰氧化物及有机质)进行了分离, 并研究了表层沉积物(生物膜)非残渣态和残渣态组分吸附铜、锌的特性. 结果表明, 0.1 mol/L NH2OH·HCl+0.1 mol/L HNO3, (NH4)2C2O4-H2C2O4缓冲溶液和体积分数为30%的H2O2可选择性地萃取分离表层沉积物(生物膜)非残渣态的锰氧化物、铁锰氧化物和有机质, 萃取率为63.15%~97.59%, 同时对非目的组分影响较小; 表层沉积物(生物膜)及其各组分对铜的吸附能力均大于对锌的吸附能力, 且生物膜及其各组分对铜、锌的吸附能力均高于表层沉积物及其相应组分对铜、锌的吸附能力; 表层沉积物(生物膜)非残渣态组分对铜、锌的吸附能力均大于残渣态组分, 且非残渣态组分中锰氧化物的单位吸附能力最强, 其次是铁氧化物, 而有机质的单位吸附能力较弱, 比锰氧化物低2个数量级, 说明生物膜对水体中痕量重金属的迁移转化作用强于表层沉积物, 而表层沉积物(生物膜)中金属(铁、锰)氧化物对水中痕量重金属起主要控制作用.  相似文献

在乙醇介质中,以Fe(OH)3/C为催化剂,用80%水合肼将2,2-二(4-羟基-3-硝基)苯基丙烷还原为2,2-二(4-羟基-3-氨基)苯基丙烷。产率99.0%,纯度98.5%。考察了10种金属离子对催化剂活性的影响,结果发现Pb^2 会引起催化剂中毒;Mg^2 ,Cu^2 和Zn^2 钝化了催化剂的催化活性;Ba^2 和Cr^3 不影响催化剂的活性;Al^3 ,Ni^2 ,Ti^3 和Ti^4 能活化催化剂,使反应速度加快,但它们单独使用时无催化活性。  相似文献

研究了温度、时间、浓度等对 A3钢片上 Ni-P-Zn3(PO4)2、 Ni-P-ZnSnO3和 Ni-P-ZnSiO3纳米复合化学镀层外貌的影响。用扫描电子显微镜( SEM)观察外貌;称重法测定厚度;通过 10% NaCl溶液、 1% H2S气体加速腐蚀试验、 10% CuSO4溶液点滴试验等多种手段测定其耐腐蚀性能;用 X-射线光电子谱 (XPS)及俄歇电子能谱 (AES)测定其价态及组成。结果表明:在最佳施镀条件下,可得光亮、致密、耐腐蚀性强于 A3钢、磷化膜及 Ni-P镀层的纳米复合化学镀层。镀层的原子百分组成约为 (% ): Ni-P-Zn3(PO4)2: Ni 70.00,P 12.47,Zn3(PO4)2 13.93,C 3.6; Ni-P-ZnSnO3: Ni 77.56,P 10.00,ZnSnO3 9.84,C 2.6; Ni-P-ZnSiO3: Ni 83.00,P 10.96,ZnSiO3 5.15,C 0.89。  相似文献

The transesterification between poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) and dibutyl succinate functionalized polyethylene (POF) was studied by preparing blends in a discontinuous mixer in the presence of different Zn and Ti catalysts. In particular the catalytic activities of Zn(OOCCH3)2, Ti(OBu)4, ZnO and TiO(OCCH3)2 were compared. The mechanism of reactions occurring in the melt was studied both by a model compounds approach and by characterizing the macromolecular products of the melt processing by means of selective extractions, infrared analysis and the determinations of the molecular weight of PET. The results are discussed in terms of electrophilicity and nucleophilicity of the different catalysts. The catalysts structure also affected the phase distribution. In fact from a morphologic point of view in PET matrix blends the use of zinc derivatives yielded preferentially dispersed-like phase distribution, while the use of titanium derivatives resulted in partially co-continuous phase morphology. The stability of the attained phase distribution was also monitored during compression moulding and it evolved rapidly in fully dispersed phase morphology. The tensile properties of compression moulded films revealed that the occurred reactions and morphological assessment induced a general decrease of tensile modulus and an increase of elongation at break.  相似文献

A field oriented and economical method of coprecipitation of trace elements like Al, Au, Bi, Cd, Co, Cu, Fe, Mo, Ni, Pb, Pd, Ti, V, W, Zn and REE has been developed. A novel reductant D-glucose, reduces KMnO4 in solution to form a precipitate of MnO2. Two liters of clear natural water sample is adjusted to pH 3.5–4.0, and is treated with 10 ml of 1% KMnO4 and 20 ml of 0.1% D-glucose. The sample is heated at a temperature of 75–80 °C, MnO2 is formed which coprecipitates the above trace elements. The precipitate is separated by filtration, dissolved in 2 ml of 50% HCl and 2 ml of 30% H2O2 and diluted to 25 ml for analysis using AAS and ICP-AES. The recoveries were found to be 96–105%. The preconcentration factor is 80. Limits of determination by the proposed method in natural waters are 1 μg l−1 for Al, Cd, Mo, V, W, Ti and Zn, 5 μg l−1 for Au, Bi, Co, Cu, Fe, Ni, Pb and Pd and 8 μg l−1 for REE. The RSD of the present procedure (n=5) is 8% at 5 μg l−1 level. Twenty water samples can be analyzed by an analyst in an 8-h day.  相似文献

In this study, TiO2–ZnO nanostructured films prepared from different Ti/water mole ratios were deposited on glass plates by a sol–gel dip-coating method. The structural and surface properties, adherence, and photoactivity of synthesized TiO2–ZnO coatings in methylene blue degradation were investigated. Among the as-prepared TiO2–ZnO coatings from sols with different Ti/water mole ratios (1, 0.66, 0.5, and 0.4), the highest sol concentration (Ti/water mole ratio of 1) showed the highest methylene blue photodegradation of almost 80% after 400 min of UV irradiation. X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), Transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Energy-dispersive X-ray (EDX), and UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectra (DRS) confirmed that at high sol concentrations (Ti/water mole ratios of 1 and 0.66), a mixed phase of anatase and rutile is formed, whereas at a Ti/water mole ratio of 0.5, just pure rutile is formed. In detail, decreasing the sol concentration increases the cracks, degree of agglomeration, and the thickness of coatings. UV-vis DRS studies also confirm that decreasing the sol concentration in synthesized TiO2–ZnO films leads to a shift in the absorption region of the coating to the UV region. Moreover, decreasing the sol concentration declines the coating adherence onto glass plates. TEM images of the TiO2–ZnO coating synthesized from sol with a Ti/water mole ratio of 1 revealed the formation of ZnO nanorods around a spherical TiO2, which indicates the presence of strong interaction between TiO2 and ZnO nanoparticles. The TiO2–ZnO coating synthesized from sol with a Ti/water mole ratio of 1 was then evaluated at different methylene blue concentrations, pH values, and number of coatings. After five consecutive runs, no significant decrease in the photodegradation efficiency was observed. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) picture of used coating showed a smooth and stable layer without any detachment. Thermogravimetric analysis (TG) and sonication test confirmed thermal and mechanical stabilities of this coating as well.  相似文献

Heterobimetallic [Zn(II)Ln(III)] complexes have been obtained using a compartmental Schiff-base ligand, H(2)valdmpn, resulting from the 2:1 condensation between o-vanillin and 2,2-dimethyl-propilenediamine: [Zn(H(2)O)(valdmpn)Sm(O(2)NO)(3)] 1, [Zn(H(2)O)(valdmpn)Tb(O(2)NO)(3)] 2a, [Zn(H(2)O)(valdmpn)Tb(O(2)NO)(3)]·H(2)O 2b, and [Zn(H(2)O)(valdmpn)Gd(O(2)NO)(3)]·H(2)O 3. The crystal structures of 1, 2b, and 3 have been solved. Compounds 1 and 2a crystallize in a non-centrosymmetric space group (P2(1)2(1)2(1)), being isomorphous. Crystals 2b and 3 are also isomorphous (space group P1[combining macron]). The complex entities in the four crystals are similar and their structures consist of binuclear species with the pentacoordinated zinc(II) ion hosted into the N(2)O(2) compartment and the lanthanide(III) ion in the large, open compartment, with a coordination number of 10. The photophysical properties of the four compounds have been investigated. Strong visible excited (excitation tails extend up to 420-430 nm) one photon antenna sensitization was obtained with the samarium(III) and terbium(III) derivatives. Following femtosecond Ti:Sapphire laser at λ(ex) = 775 nm, both second-harmonic generation at λ(em) = 775/2 nm and two-photon induced emission in the VIS range were obtained, extending thus the excitation range of these complexes from the VIS to the NIR spectral range. The two-photon induced emission and second harmonic generation effect for a samarium(III) complex are reported for the first time.  相似文献

Surface properties of pristine and water-aged polymeric films made of alpha,omega-dihydroxypoly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS) cross-linked with (heptadecafluoro-1,1,2,2-tetrahydrodecyl)triethoxysilane (FTEOS17) or tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) were investigated. The FTEOS17-cured coatings showed stable advancing and receding contact angles over a period of 3 months of water exposure, compared to a 70 degrees decrease in receding contact angle for the TEOS-cured coatings. After immersion in water, hydroxyl groups were detected on the TEOS-cured coatings with attenuated total reflection infrared spectroscopy (ATR-FT/IR). Tapping-mode atomic force microscopy (TM-AFM) on pristine FTEOS17-cured coatings showed surfaces topologies ranging from smooth and featureless to topologically complex, depending on FTEOS17 concentration. The fluorinated coatings showed a stable surface morphology after water immersion, which we believe is due to the formation of a fluorinated siliceous phase that prevented the surface reconstruction, water penetration, and hydrolysis. The smooth pristine TEOS-cured coatings showed an increased roughness with cracks and erosion pits present on the surface after water immersion.  相似文献

A novel two-dimensional coordination polymer Zn(tda)H2O [tda = S(CH(2)COO)2(2-)] was synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. The compound crystallized in monoclinic space group P2(1) with a = 16.4154(17) A, b = 5.2133(6) A, c = 16.4210(17) A, beta = 114.165(2) degrees , V = 1282.1(2) A3, and Z = 8. The structure features two-dimensional, noncentrosymmetric networks with a pseudohexagonal network of Zn2+ coordinated by tda and water molecules. Zn(tda)H2O decomposed at T > 300 degrees C to form a ZnO sponge with a surface area approximately 40 m2/g, which makes it an attractive precursor for nanoporous ZnO.  相似文献

 Sputtered (Ti,Al)N hard coatings are successfully used for dry high speed cutting. These films show a lower oxidation rate than TiN or TiC coatings. In our work (Ti,Al)N films were deposited on WC-6%Co substrates at a temperature of 490°C by plasma-assisted chemical vapour deposition (PACVD) using a gas mixture of TiCl4/AlCl3/N2/Ar/H2. Investigation of microstructure, crystalline structure and chemical composition was carried out using SEM, WDXS, TEM, AES and XRD techniques. The chemical composition of the deposited films showed a Al to Ti ratio of 1.33. The film thickness was 5.5 μm. Films showed a fine crystalline size, the metastable fcc crystal structure and a columnar growth. The film surface was under low compressive stress up to several 100 MPa. For (Ti,Al)N/WC-Co compounds the oxidation behaviour up to 1100°C (high temperature range) was studied. Therefore, samples were annealed or rapidly heated in air and under high vacuum condition using the laser shock method. The results show decomposition of the (Ti,Al)N structure to the TiN and the AlN phases at temperature values above 900°C. Heating in air causes growing of a thin aluminum oxide layer at the film surface, which is a barrier for further oxygen diffusion to the alumina-film boundary. Additionally, at temperatures above 900°C oxidation of the WC-6%Co substrate surface was obtained in regions of opened cracks and film delamination.  相似文献

The present work reports the results obtained for the electrodeposition of composite Zn coatings on steel by using Ti and Ce oxides nanopowders, separately or in mixture, and a TiO2·CeO2 binary oxide. In an attempt to correlate the effects of nanoparticles on corrosion behavior of the composite deposits, the properties of Zn–TiO2·CeO2 layers were compared with those referring to similar coatings prepared by using a simple mixture of the two oxides or individual oxides. Corrosion measurements were performed in 0.2 g?L?1 Na2SO4 solution (pH?=?5). The results of electrochemical measurements (open circuit potential measurements, polarization curves, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy) were corroborated with those obtained by using X-ray diffraction, atomic force microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and salt spray tests. The results indicate that the composite Zn–(TiO2?+?CeO2) coatings exhibit the highest corrosion resistance from all investigated Zn coatings.  相似文献

Titanium porphyrin hydrazido complexes (TTP)Ti = NNR2 (TTP = meso-tetra-p-tolylporphyrinato dianion; R = Me (1), Ph (2)) were synthesized by treatment of (TTP)TiCl2 with 1,1-disubstituted hydrazines H2NNR2 (R = Me, Ph) in the presence of piperdine. The nucleophilic character of the hydrazido moiety was demonstrated in the reactions of complexes 1 and 2 with p-chlorobenzaldehyde, which yielded the titanium oxo complex (TTP)-Ti = O and the respective hydrazones. Protonation of complexes 1 and 2 with phenol or water produced the 1,1-disubstituted hydrazine along with (TTP)Ti(OPh)2 or (TTP)Ti = O, respectively. Similar reactivity of p-chlorobenzaldehyde and phenol with (TTP)Ti = NiPr, 3, was observed. The reaction of complex 3 with nitrosobenzene cleanly formed the azo compound iPrN = NPh and the terminal oxo product (TTP)Ti = O.  相似文献

The alkali metal/group 4 metal/polychalcogenides Cs(4)Ti(3)Se(13), Rb(4)Ti(3)S(14), Cs(4)Ti(3)S(14), Rb(4)Hf(3)S(14), Rb(4)Zr(3)Se(14), Cs(4)Zr(3)Se(14), and Cs(4)Hf(3)Se(14) have been synthesized by means of the reactive flux method at 823 or 873 K. Cs(4)Ti(3)Se(13) crystallizes in a new structure type in space group C(2)(2)-P2(1) with eight formula units in a monoclinic cell at T = 153 K of dimensions a = 10.2524(6) A, b = 32.468(2) A, c = 14.6747(8) A, beta = 100.008(1) degrees. Cs(4)Ti(3)Se(13) is composed of four independent one-dimensional [Ti(3)Se(13)(4-)] chains separated by Cs(+) cations. These chains adopt hexagonal closest packing along the [100] direction. The [Ti(3)Se(13)(4-)] chains are built from the face- and edge-sharing of pentagonal pyramids and pentagonal bipyramids. Formal oxidation states cannot be assigned in Cs(4)Ti(3)Se(13). The compounds Rb(4)Ti(3)S(14), Cs(4)Ti(3)S(14), Rb(4)Hf(3)S(14), Rb(4)Zr(3)Se(14), Cs(4)Zr(3)Se(14), and Cs(4)Hf(3)Se(14) crystallize in the K(4)Ti(3)S(14) structure type with four formula units in space group C(2)(h)()(6)-C2/c of the monoclinic system at T = 153 K in cells of dimensions a = 21.085(1) A, b = 8.1169(5) A, c = 13.1992(8) A, beta = 112.835(1) degrees for Rb(4)Ti(3)S(14);a = 21.329(3) A, b = 8.415(1) A, c = 13.678(2) A, beta = 113.801(2) degrees for Cs(4)Ti(3)S(14); a = 21.643(2) A, b = 8.1848(8) A, c = 13.331(1) A, beta = 111.762(2) degrees for Rb(4)Hf(3)S(14); a = 22.605(7) A, b = 8.552(3) A, c = 13.880(4) A, beta = 110.919(9) degrees for Rb(4)Zr(3)Se(14); a = 22.826(5) A, b = 8.841(2) A, c = 14.278(3) A, beta = 111.456(4) degrees for Cs(4)Zr(3)Se(14); and a = 22.758(5) A, b = 8.844(2) A, c = 14.276(3) A, beta = 111.88(3) degrees for Cs(4)Hf(3)Se(14). Each [M(3)Q(14)] unit contains six Q(2)(2-) dimers, with Q-Q distances in the normal single-bond range 2.0616(9)-2.095(2) A for S-S and 2.367(1)-2.391(2) A for Se-Se. Ammonolyses of mono(pentamethylcyclopentadienyl) titanium(IV) derivatives [Ti(eta5-C5Me5)X3] (X = NMe2, Me, Cl) have been carried out in solution to give polynuclear nitrido complexes. Reaction of the tris(dimethylamido) derivative [Ti(eta5-C5Me5)(NMe2)3] with excess of ammonia at 80-100 degrees C gives the cubane complex [[Ti(eta5-C5Me5)]4(mu3-N)4] (1). Treatment of the trimethyl derivative [Ti(eta5-C5Me5)Me3] with NH3 at room temperature leads to the trinuclear imido-nitrido complex [[Ti(eta/5-CsMes)(mu-NH)]3(mu3-N)] (2) via the intermediate [[Ti(eta5-C5Me5)Me]2(mu-NH)2] (3). The analogous reaction of [Ti(eta5-C5Me5)Me3] with 2,4,6-trimethylaniline (ArNH2) gives the dinuclear imido complex [[Ti(eta5-C5Me5)Me])2(mu-NAr)2] (4) which reacts with ammonia to afford [[Ti(eta5-C5Me5)(NH2)]2(mu-NAr)2] (5). Complex 2 has been used, by treatments with the tris(dimethylamido) derivatives [Ti(eta5-C5H5-nRn)(NMe2)3], as precursor of the cubane nitrido systems [[Ti4(eta5-C5Me5)3(eta5-C5H5-nRn)](mu3-N)4] [R = Me n = 5 (1), R = H n = 0 (6), R = SiMe3 n = 1 (7), R = Me n = 1 (8)] via dimethylamine elimination. Reaction of [Ti(eta5-C5Me5)Cl3] or [Ti(eta5-C5Me5)(NMe2)Cl2] with excess of ammonia at room temperature gives the dinuclear complex [[Ti2(eta5-C5Me5)2Cl3(NH3)](mu-N)] (9) where an intramolecular hydrogen bonding and a nonlineal nitrido ligand bridge the "Ti(eta5-C5Me5)Cl(NH3)" and "Ti(eta5-C5Me5)Cl2" moieties. The molecular structures of [[Ti(eta5-C5Me5)Me]2 (mu-NAr)2] (4) and [[Ti2(eta5-C5Me5)2Cl3(NH3)](mu-N)] (9) have been determined by X-ray crystallographic studies. Density functional theory calculations also have been conducted on complex 9 to confirm the existence of an intramolecular N-H...Cl hydrogen bond and to evaluate different aspects of its molecular disposition.  相似文献
