Electro-optically guided weapons are the most potent and widely used munitions on land-based, aerial and ship-borne platforms
because of their proven precision strike capability. Two such guided weapon categories include the IR guided surface-to-air
and air-to-air missiles and laser guided bombs and missiles. The efficacy of the mission is critically dependent on the successful
deployment of the weapon. This not only necessitates that periodic functionality check be carried out on these weapons, it
should also be possible to perform functionality check also known as serviceability check even after they are strapped on
to the launch platform. Serviceability check in the strap-on condition ensures a much higher hit probability. This paper presents
the design and development of a portable electro-optic device that generates IR signatures in 3–5-μm band having the desired
amplitude and spectral shape to match the IR signatures of target aircraft. A prototype was built using the proposed concept.
The prototype was characterized in terms of its output amplitude and wavelength spectrum. The prototype was used to perform
serviceability check on IR seekers of foreign origin. Test results are presented in the paper. 相似文献

An integrated computer software system for on‐site and remote collection of macromolecular crystallography (MX) data at the Canadian Light Source (CLS) is described. The system consists of an integrated graphical user interface for data collection and beamline control [MX Data Collector (MxDC)] which provides experiment‐focused control of beamline devices, and a laboratory information management system [MX Laboratory Information Virtual Environment (MxLIVE)] for managing sample and experiment information through a web browser. The system allows remote planning and transmission of sample and experiment parameters to the beamline through MxLIVE, on‐site or remote data collection through MxDC guided by information from MxLIVE, and remote monitoring and download of experimental results through MxLIVE. The system is deployed and in use on both MX beamlines at the CLS which constitute the Canadian Macromolecular Crystallography Facility. 相似文献

The advent of integrated microsystems for genetic analysis allows the acquisition of information at unprecedented length and time scales. The convergence of molecular biology, chemistry, physics, and materials science is required for their design and construction. The utility of the microsystems originates from increased analysis speed, lower analysis cost, and higher parallelism leading to increased assay throughput. In addition, when fully integrated, this technology will enable portable systems for high-speed in situ analyses, permitting a new standard in disciplines such as clinical chemistry, personalized medicine, forensics, biowarfare detection, and epidemiology. 提出了采用激光主动三维成像技术配合被动红外成像技术共同工作的复合导引体制,用于提升地对地导弹的作战效能及对于隐身目标的识别能力。给出了各分系统的设计方案,并提出了合理的导引策略。该套系统能够兼顾红外大视场搜索及激光小视场三维成像,丰富的目标图像信息更加有利于对作战目标进行准确识别。整套复合光学导引系统结构简单、加工难度适中,在将整套导引系统口径控制在100 mm左右的情况下,同样能够实现4 km以上距离的导引。该项技术的提出对于我国复合导引技术的发展及我军导弹作战能力的提升有着重要意义。 相似文献

为了解决精确农业中高密度的、全面的农田信息采集、数据无线传输和实时处理分析的需要,文章中所讨论的系统利用计算机技术和无线数传技术对GPS, GIS和RS进行有机集成,一方面系统通过AT89lv52单片机,使差分GPS和高光谱仪有机集成,能为采集到的光谱数据提供高精度的空间位置属性,实现光谱数据采集、定位一体化;另一方面利用nRF905数传模块实现数据采集控制系统与微机的数据信息和控制信息互传;同时利用Visual Basic和Map Objects控件集成GIS,实现了具有空间属性的光谱数据可视化管理和分析处理,实时地显示动点轨迹、各图层对应点属性,计算作物微分光谱和植被指数NDVI等功能,为专家系统和决策支持系统提供充足的信息。 相似文献

A theoretical model of a novel planar integrated refractive index sensor based on surface plasmon-polariton (SPP) excitation with a corrugated metal long period grating (LPG) is presented and comprehensively investigated. The main principle of the operation this device is based on co-directional energy transfer by means of a corrugated metal LPG between a p-polarized guided mode propagating in a waveguide layer and the SPP propagating a metal layer separated from the waveguide layer by a buffer. The corrugated LPG is engraved in the metal layer in contact with the sensed medium. The power transmitted through the LPG in the guided mode serves as an input signal for an interrogation unit. This device is free from any moving parts and can be simply integrated into any planar waveguide system. Our sensor simulations are based on the local-normal-mode transfer matrix method and performed in telecom wavelength range. 相似文献

A 54-parameter high-order 3-D edge-element construction based on full magnetic vector variational formulas is discussed. This approach eliminates the spurious solutions efficiently with high accuracy. The analyses of the scattering characteristics of some 3-D discontinuity problems in guided wave structures verify the effective and reliability of the present method. The comparison between the numerical results obtained with 54 and 12-parameter edge element method shows that the present approach is more accurate and efficient. 相似文献
