A novel NiII complex [{Ni(IBG)(4,4'-bipy)(H2O)2}·3H2O]n 1 (H2IBG = isophthaloylbisglycine and 4,4'-bipy = 4,4'-bipyridine) has been synthesized and characterized by singlecrystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, IR spectra and thermogravimetric analysis. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P2/c with a = 15.5420(7), b = 22.4344(1), c = 8.3455(5), β = 101.538(3)o, V = 2670.1(7)3, Z = 4, C22H32N4NiO13, Mr = 619.23, Dc = 1.443 g/cm3, F(000) = 1296.0, μ(MoKα) = 0.750 mm-1, the final R = 0.0570 and wR = 0.1445 for 2296 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). In the structure, the NiII metal center is coordinated in an octahedral environment arranged by two water molecules, two carboxylate oxygen atoms and two nitrogen atoms from two 4,4'-bipy ligands. Thermal decomposition and powder X-ray diffraction results indicate that the transformation from the crystal form, [{Ni(IBG)(4,4'-bipy)(H2O)2}·3H2O]n, to the amorphous powder, Ni(IBG)(4,4'-bipy)(H2O)2, is reversible, so the latter form may be utilized as an absorbing agent for water and water vapor.  相似文献

A novel complex [Zn(FcCOO)2(2,2'-bipy)(H2O)]2·H2O (Fc = (η5-C5H5)Fe(η5-C5H4), 2,2'-bipy = 2,2'-bipyridine) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 6.8187(4), b = 21.7155(13), c = 19.7411(12) A, α = 90, β = 97.7420(10), γ = 90o, C64H58Fe4Zn2N4O11, Mr = 1413.28, V = 2896.4(3) A3, Dc = 1.620 g/cm3, Z = 2, F(000) = 1444, μ(MoKα) = 1.857 mm-1, R = 0.0523 and wR = 0.0982 for 3219 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). Structural analysis shows that the zinc atom is coordinated with three oxygen atoms from two ferrocenemonocarboxylates and one water molecule together with two nitrogen atoms from 2,2'-bipyridine, giving a distorted square-pyramidal coordination geometry. The complex molecules are linked to form an infinite one-dimensional chain by both intermolecular hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions of the bipyridine rings.  相似文献

A novel NiⅡ complex {[Ni(IBG)(μ-H2O)(H2O)2]·2H2O}n 1(H2IBG = isophthaloylbisglycine) has been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,elemental analysis,IR spectra,and thermogravimetric analysis.It crystallizes in monoclinic,space group P2/c with a = 15.40(2),b = 6.960(10),c = 7.865(11) ,β = 90.32(3)o,V = 843(2) 3,Z = 2,C12H18NiN2O11,Mr = 424.99,Dc = 1.675 g/cm3,F(000) = 440,μ(MoKα) = 1.214 mm-1,the final R = 0.0514 and wR = 0.1247 for 1078 observed reflections with I 2σ(I).In the structure,each NiⅡcenter is situated in the center of a rather regular octahedron.Moreover,thermal stability has been studied and magnetic measurements show antiferromagnetic interactions for this complex.  相似文献

A new pseudo three-dimensional framework structure of the title compound {[CuⅡ(1,10-phen)]2[PMoⅥ11MoⅤO40]}[CuⅠ(C8N4H6)(C9H6NO)(H2O)](1) has been prepared by the hydrothermal method for the first time and characterized by elemental analyses,X-ray single-crystal diffraction and IR spectra.1 consists of two building blocks,one {[CuⅡ(1,10-phen)]2[PMoⅥ11MoⅤO40]} and one [CuⅠ(C8N4H6)(C9H6NO)(H2O)] coordinated group.Singlecrystal X-ray diffraction revealed that 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system,space group P2/c with a=13.498(4),b=12.890(3),c=21.465(8),β=97.314o,V=3704(2)3,Mr=2693.61,Z=2,Dc=2.415 Mg/m3,μ=2.915 mm-1,F(000)=2562,S=1.009,the final R=0.0583 and wR=0.1406 for 5129 observed reflections with I2σ(I).Furthermore,compound 1 shows strong fluorescent properties in the solid state at room temperature.The electrochemical behavior of 1 has also been studied by cyclic voltammograms.  相似文献

One novel complex [Co(p-MBA)2(2,2'-bipy)(H2O)]·(H2O) has been synthesized by the reaction of p-methylbenzoic acid with 2,2'-bipyridine in the solvent mixture of water and methanol. It crystallizes in triclinic, space group P-1 with a=0.70479(14), b=1.1211(2), c=1.6718(3) nm, α=103.806(3), β=90.795(3), γ=104.207(3)°, V=1.2399(4) nm3, Mr=512.41, Dc=1.373 g/cm3, Z=2, F(000)=532, μ=0.733 mm-1, R=0.0432 and wR=0.0957. The crystal structural analysis shows that the cobalt atom is coordinated with three oxygen atoms from two p-methylbenzoic acids and one water molecule and two nitrogen atoms from one 2,2'-bipyridine,forming a distorted square-pyramidal coordination geometry. The cyclic voltammetry behavior of the complex is also reported.  相似文献

A chain-like coordination polymer with the chemical formula of {[Ni2Mn2L2(CH3CH2OH)-(H2O)]·CH3OH·2H2O}n has been synthesized by the assembly reaction of K2NiL·H2O and Mn(OAC)2·4H2O with a 1:1 mole ratio in methanol,where OAC-=CH3COO-and H4L=2-hydroxy-3-[(E)-({2-[(2-hydroxybenzoyl)imino]ethyl}imino)methyl]benzoic acid.The crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.It belongs to the triclinic system,space group P1,with a=9.9464(8),b=13.4718(11),c=14.3877(12),α=87.1930(10),β=85.4280(10),γ=74.6470(10)°,V=1852.4(3)3,Z=2,Dc=1.807g/cm3,Mr=1008.03,λ(MoKα)=0.71073,μ(MoKα)=1.794 mm-1,F(000)=1032,R=0.0527 and wR=0.1284(Ⅰ2σ(Ⅰ)).The compound exhibits a chain-like structure formed by dissymmetrical tetranuclear units.  相似文献

A new nickel citrate compound Ni(H2cit)(phen)(H2O).3H2O(H4cit = citrate acid,phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) has been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.It crystallizes in the trigonal system,space group P31 with a = 13.8319(13),c = 10.425(2),V = 1727.3(4)3,Dc = 1.445 g/cm3,Mr = 501.09,F(000) = 780,μ = 0.901 mm-1,Z = 3,R = 0.0760 and wR = 0.1730 for 3859 observed reflections(I > 2σ(I)).In this compound,Ni2+ cation is chelated by a phen molecule,one H2cit2-anion and one H2O molecule.The citric acid coordinates to the Ni2+ center through three functional groups:α-hydroxyl,α-carboxylate and β-carboxylate while another α-carboxylate forms hydrogen bond with surrounding H2O molecule.And the citric acid is doubly protonated.The temperature-dependent magnetic susceptibility data revealed that the compound is a paramagnetic material.  相似文献

A new copper(Ⅱ) compound has been prepared and fully characterized by elemen-tal analysis,IR,TG and single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The compound [Cu(4-hba)2(inta)(H2O)]·H2O (4-hba=4-hydroxybenzoic acid,inta=isonicotinamide) 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system,space group P21/c with a=7.590(5),b=11.027(5),c=23.761(5),β=102.5740(10)o,V=1974.1(16) 3,Mr=991.84,Z=2,Dc=1.669 g/cm3,F(000)=1020,μ=1.166 mm-1,R=0.0353 and wR=0.0604 for 3166 observed reflections (I 2σ(I)).In compound 1,the copper cation is penta-coordinated with two carboxylate oxygen atoms from two different 4-hba ligands,two oxygen atoms from two coordinated water molecules and one nitrogen atom from inta ligand,showing a slightly distorted square-pyramidal geometry.  相似文献

The title compound,{[MnL2·(2,2'-bipy)·H2O]·(HL)},has been synthesized (HL =p-methoxybenzoic acid,2,2'-bipy = 2,2'-bipyridine) by the reaction of MnCl2·6H2O with p-methoxybenzoic and 2,2'-bipyridine in an alcohol-water solution.It crystallizes in the triclinic system,space group P1 with a = 10.1138(5),b = 11.2811(5),c = 16.2210(8)(A),a = 77.5920(10),β= 72.1890(10),γ = 66.2320(10)°,Mr = 683.56,V= 1603.65(13) (A)3,Z= 2,Dc = 1.416 g/cm3,F(000)= 710,μ =0.473 mm-1,the final R = 0.0619 and wR = 0.1571 for 4724 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I).The structure determined demonstrated that it is an isomeric modification of the structure reported before.The Mn atom is six-coordinated by two N and four O atoms,forming a distorted octahedral geometry.All Mn-O and Mn-N distances range from 2.113(3)~2.410(3) (A).There also.exists a dissociative p-methoxybenzoic acid beside the octahedron.  相似文献

A heterometallic 4f-5d inorganic-organic metal-isonicotinato hybrid Gd(C6NO2H5)3-(H2O)22n·(nH5O2)(nHgCl5)(2nHgCl4)·(2nH2O) 1 has been synthesized via hydrothermal reaction and structurally characterized.Complex 1 crystallizes in the space group C2/c of monoclinic system with four formula units in a cell:a=24.234(8)=b=20.816(7)=c=15.333(3)=β=128.091(8)°=V=6088(3)3=C36H47Cl13Gd2Hg3N6O20=Mr=2260.92=Dc=2.467 g/cm3=S=0.896=μ(MoKα)=10.331 mm-1=F(000)=4216=R=0.0344 and wR=0.0629.The crystal structure analysis reveals that the title complex is characteristic of a one-dimensional chain-like structure.Photoluminescent investigation reveals that the title complex displays a broad and intense emission in the green region.  相似文献

A new 1D coordination polymer,{[Mn2(4',4-hbc)4(4',4-Hhbc)2(H2O)]·H2O}n(4',4-Hhbc=4'-hydroxyl-biphenyl-4-carboxylic acid),has been hydrothermally synthesized and struc-turally characterized by elemental analysis,IR spectroscopy and single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system,space group C2/c with a=52.421(10),b=7.5388(15),c=16.478(3),β=106.12(3)°,V=6256(2)3,Z=4,C78H62Mn2O21,Mr=1445.16,Dc=1.534g/cm3,μ(MoKα)=0.490mm-1,F(000)=2992,R=0.0764 and wR=0.2006 for 2984 observed reflections with I2σ(I).X-ray diffraction analyses reveal that the title compound is a one-dimensional infinite chain,in which the MnⅡ atom adopts a distorted octahedral geometry coordinated by four 4',4-hbc ligands,one 4',4-Hhbc ligand and one water molecule.Furthermore,the luminescent property of title compound was investigated.  相似文献

A novel hybrid compound [Co(4,4'-bipy)2(H2O)4](4,4'-H2bipy)2[H2W12O40]·5.5H2O has been synthesized from an acidified aqueous solution and characterized by elemental and thermal analyses,IR and UV spectroscopy,and single-crystal X-ray structure determination. Structure analysis indicates that the title compound is of monoclinic,space group C2/c,with a=21.315(9),b=15.303 (7),c=24.139(10),β=105.170(5)o,V=7599(6)3,Mr=3706.99,Z=4,F(000)=6616,Dc=3.231,μ=18.395 mm-1,R=0.0652 and wR=0.1594. X-ray crystallographic study shows that the title compound consists of one [Co(4,4'-bipy)2(H2O)4]2+ cation,two diprotonated 4,4'-bipyridine molecules,5.5 water molecules of crystallization,and one metatungstate polyoxoanion [H2W12O40]6-,which approaches an effective Td point symmetry. TG-DTA analysis indicates that the framework of the metatungstate polyoxoanion is collapsed at 587.0 ℃.  相似文献

A new dinuclear manganese complex [Mn2(L)2(2,2'-bipy)2(H2O)5]2·3H2O has been synthesized with Mn SO4·H2O, 2,2'-bibenzoic acid(H2L) and 2,2'-bipyridine(2,2'-bipy) in the mixed solvent ethanol and water. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P1 with a = 9.9944(10), b = 21.939(2), c = 25.628(3) ?, α = 108.429(3), β = 100.613(4), γ = 102.821(3)o, V = 4997.9(9) ?3, Dc = 1.355 g/cm3, Z = 2, F(000) = 2108, GOOF = 1.074, the R = 0.0626 and w R = 0.1531. The structure of the complex contains two [Mn2(L)2(2,2'-bipy)2] units, ten coordinated H2 O molecules and three uncoordinated H2 O molecules. The fluorescence, thermal stability and magnetic properties of the complex were investigated.  相似文献

A new iodoplumbate polymer incorporating copper iodide complex cation {[Cu(Ⅱ)(bipy)2I][PbI3](H2O)2}n 1(bipy = 2,2'-bipyridine) has been synthesized and structurally determined.It crystallizes in the triclinic system,space group P1 with a = 7.979(4),b = 14.538(11),c = 15.853(8),α = 110.77(2),β = 97.955(18),γ = 104.88(2)°,V = 1607.3(17)3,Z = 2,C20H16CuI4N4O2Pb,Mr = 1122.72,Dc = 2.320 g/cm3,F(000) = 1006,μ(MoKα) = 9.753,the final R = 0.0627 and wR = 0.1741 for 4846 observed reflections with Ⅰ 2σ(Ⅰ).Structural analysis indicates that 1 consists of 2-D {[Cu(Ⅱ)(bipy)2I]}nn+ cation layers(based on π-π interaction and hydrogen bonds) and [PbI3]nn-polyanions.The C-H···I hydrogen bonds between {[Cu(Ⅱ)(bipy)2I]}nn+ cation layers and [PbI3]nn-polyanions lead to the formation of an interesting 3-D network.Optical absorp-tion spectrum indicates that 1 is a semiconductor,which is further validated by DFT calculation.Its electronic structure is also discussed.  相似文献

The title compound, a novel Ag(Ⅰ) carboxyarylphosphonate [Ag(H2BCP)(4,4'- bipy)]·2H2O (H3BCP = p-H2O3PCH2C6H4COOH, 4,4'-bipy = 4,4'-bipyridine), was synthesized by a hydrothermal reaction and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It belongs to monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 5.7038(11), b = 22.397(4), c = 5.602(4) ?, β = 106.26(3)°, V = 1913.4(7) 3, Z = 4, C18H20N2O7PAg, Mr = 515.20, Dc = 1.788 g/cm3, μ = 1.182 mm-1, F(000) = 1040, the final R = 0.0404 and wR = 0.1216 for 4178 observed reflections with I 2σ(Ⅰ). In the structure, the Ag(Ⅰ) cations are bridged by 4,4'-bipy to give rise to 1D chains running along the b axis. These chains are linked further by the interactions of O (from BCP ligands) and Ag atoms to yield 2D layers. Hydrogen bonding interactions and weak π-π stacking interactions between 4,4'-bipy rings assemble such adjacent layers to generate a 3D supramolecular architecture.  相似文献

The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group P-1, with a = 7.230(3), b = 11.626(5), c =14.001(6) (A), α = 108.12(0)°, β= 95.85(0)°, V= 1095.33(157)(A)3, C20H20CoN2O12, Mr= 539.31,Z=2, Dc = 1.635 g/cm3,μ = 0.855 mm-1, F(000) = 554, R = 0.0427 and wR = 0.1042 for 3883 observed reflections (Ⅰ > 2σ(Ⅰ)). The title compound features a discrete molecular structure, which is connected with each other through extensive O-H…O hydrogen bonds into an intricate 3D supramolecular network. Additionally, two different patterns of π-π stacking interactions further consolidate the framework.  相似文献

The title compound, {CdI2(2,2'-bipy)}n, was prepared by the hydrothermal reaction of CdI2 and 2,2'-bipy in an aqueous solution, and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray single-crystal analysis. Crystallographic data for 1: C10H8N2CdI2, monoclinic system, space group C2/c, a = 16.927(1), b = 10.0925(7), c = 7.7422(3) (A), β = 106.0629(4)°, V = 1271.00(14)(A)3, Z = 4, F(000) = 944, μ = 6.546 mm-1, Dc= 2.730 g/cm3, Mr = 522.38, the final R = 0.0309 and wR = 0.0805 for 1310 observed reflections (I>2σ(Ⅰ)). X-ray crystal structure analysis shows that the Cd atom is coordinated by four iodines and two N atoms from one 2,2'-bipy to form an 1-D chain-like structure through bridging iodines. The fluorescene of the title compound was also discussed.  相似文献
