In the title compound, C6H8N2O2S, also known as N‐acetyl‐2‐thiohydantoin–alanine, the molecules are joined by N—H...O hydrogen bonds, forming centrosymmetric R22(8) dimers; these dimers are linked by C—H...O interactions to form R22(10) rings, thus forming C22(10) chains that run along the [101] direction.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, alternatively called 3‐[4‐(benzyloxy)phenyl]‐2‐(Ntert‐butoxycarbonyl‐N‐methylamino)propionic acid, C22H27NO5, has been studied in order to examine the role of N‐methylation as a determinant of peptide conformation. The conformation of the tert‐butoxycarbonyl group is transtrans. The side chain has a folded conformation and the two phenyl rings are effectively perpendicular to one another. The carboxylate hydroxyl group and the urethane carbonyl group form a strong intermolecular O—H?O hydrogen bond.  相似文献

A new polymorph (denoted polymorph II) of 3‐acetyl‐4‐hydroxy‐2H‐chromen‐2‐one, C11H8O4, was obtained unexpectedly during an attempt to recrystallize the compound from salt–melted ice, and the structure is compared with that of the original polymorph (denoted polymorph I) [Lyssenko & Antipin (2001). Russ. Chem. Bull. 50 , 418–431]. Strong intramolecular O—H...O hydrogen bonds are observed equally in the two polymorphs [O...O = 2.4263 (13) Å in polymorph II and 2.442 (1) Å in polymorph I], with a slight delocalization of the hydroxy H atom towards the ketonic O atom in polymorph II [H...O = 1.32 (2) Å in polymorph II and 1.45 (3) Å in polymorph I]. In both crystal structures, the packing of the molecules is dominated and stabilized by weak intermolecular C—H...O hydrogen bonds. Additional π–π stacking interactions between the keto–enol hydrogen‐bonded rings stabilize polymorph I [the centres are separated by 3.28 (1) Å], while polymorph II is stabilized by interactions between α‐pyrone rings, which are parallel to one another and separated by 3.670 (5) Å.  相似文献

The molecules of N‐(3‐tert‐butyl‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐5‐yl)‐2‐chloro‐N‐(4‐methoxybenzyl)acetamide, C23H26ClN3O2, are linked into a chain of edge‐fused centrosymmetric rings by a combination of one C—H...O hydrogen bond and one C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bond. In N‐(3‐tert‐butyl‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐5‐yl)‐2‐chloro‐N‐(4‐chlorobenzyl)acetamide, C22H23Cl2N3O, a combination of one C—H...O hydrogen bond and two C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds, which utilize different aryl rings as the acceptors, link the molecules into sheets. The molecules of S‐[N‐(3‐tert‐butyl‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐5‐yl)‐N‐(4‐methylbenzyl)carbamoyl]methyl O‐ethyl carbonodithioate, C26H31N3O2S2, are also linked into sheets, now by a combination of two C—H...O hydrogen bonds, both of which utilize the amide O atom as the acceptor, and two C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds, which utilize different aryl groups as the acceptors.  相似文献

Disilylation of 2,6‐diethyl‐3,4,7,8‐tetramethyl‐1,5‐dihydro‐s‐indacene is regioselective and stereoselective. The stereoselectivity was modified by changing the experimental conditions, allowing an understanding of the reaction mechanism. The structure of the ‘meso’ diastereoisomer was established by X‐ray diffraction. Copyright © 2006 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

rac‐5‐Diphenylacetyl‐2,2,4‐trimethyl‐2,3,4,5‐tetrahydro‐1,5‐benzothiazepine, C26H27NOS, (I), and rac‐5‐formyl‐2,2,4‐trimethyl‐2,3,4,5‐tetrahydro‐1,5‐benzothiazepine, C13H17NOS, (II), are both characterized by a planar configuration around the heterocyclic N atom. In contrast with the chair conformation of the parent benzothiazepine, which has no substituents at the heterocyclic N atom, the seven‐membered ring adopts a boat conformation in (I) and a conformation intermediate between boat and twist‐boat in (II). The molecules lack a symmetry plane, indicating distortions from the perfect boat or twist‐boat conformations. The supramolecular architectures are significantly different, depending in (I) on C—H...O interactions and intermolecular S...S contacts, and in (II) on a single aromatic π–π stacking interaction.  相似文献

The syntheses, X‐ray structural investigations and calculations of the conformational preferences of the carbonyl substituent with respect to the pyran ring have been carried out for the two title compounds, viz. C15H14N2O2, (II), and C20H16N2O2·C2H3N, (III), respectively. In both molecules, the heterocyclic ring adopts a flattened boat conformation. In (II), the carbonyl group and a double bond of the heterocyclic ring are syn, but in (III) they are anti. The carbonyl group forms a short contact with a methyl group H atom in (II). The dihedral angles between the pseudo‐axial phenyl substituent and the flat part of the pyran ring are 92.7 (1) and 93.2 (1)° in (II) and (III), respectively. In the crystal structure of (II), intermolecular N—H⋯N and N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds link the molecules into a sheet along the (103) plane, while in (III), they link the molecules into ribbons along the a axis.  相似文献

In 2‐amino‐4,6‐dimethoxy‐5‐nitropyrimidine, C6H8N4O4, the molecules are linked by one N—H⋯N and one N—H⋯O hydrogen bond to form sheets built from alternating R(8) and R(32) rings. In isomeric 4‐amino‐2,6‐dimethoxy‐5‐nitropyrimidine, C6H8N4O4, which crystallizes with Z′ = 2 in P, the two independent molecules are linked into a dimer by two independent N—H⋯N hydrogen bonds. These dimers are linked into sheets by a combination of two‐centre C—H⋯O and three‐centre C—H⋯(O)2 hydrogen bonds, and the sheets are further linked by two independent aromatic π–π‐stacking interactions to form a three‐dimensional structure.  相似文献

In 1‐(4‐chloroanilinomethyl)‐5‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐1,3,5‐triazinane‐2‐thione, C16H16Cl2N4S, there are two independent molecules in the asymmetric unit which form inversion dimers via two weak N—H...S hydrogen bonds. The dimers are then linked into C(9)C(14) chains by a C—H...S hydrogen bond and a C—H...Cl contact. In 1‐(anilinomethyl)‐5‐phenyl‐1,3,5‐triazinane‐2‐thione, C16H18N4S, molecules are linked into complex sheets via a combination of N—H...S and C—H...π hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The title compounds, C8H10O2, (I), and C12H14O2, (II), occurred as by‐products in the controlled synthesis of a series of bis(gem‐alkynols), prepared as part of an extensive study of synthon formation in simple gem‐alkynol derivatives. The two 4‐(gem‐alkynol)‐1‐ones crystallize in space group P21/c, (I) with Z′ = 1 and (II) with Z′ = 2. Both structures are dominated by O—H?O=C hydrogen bonds, which form simple chains in the cyclohexane derivative, (I), and centrosymmetric dimers, of both symmetry‐independent molecules, in the cyclohexa‐2,5‐diene, (II). These strong synthons are further stabilized by C[triple‐bond]C—H?O=C, Cmethylene—H?O(H) and Cmethyl—H?O(H) interactions. The direct intermolecular interactions between donors and acceptors in the gem‐alkynol group, which characterize the bis(gem‐alkynol) analogues of (I) and (II), are not present in the ketone derivatives studied here.  相似文献

In the title monohydrated cocrystal, namely 1,3‐diamino‐5‐azaniumyl‐1,3,5‐trideoxy‐cis‐inositol iodide–1,3,5‐triamino‐1,3,5‐trideoxy‐cis‐inositol–water (1/1/1), C6H16N3O3+·I·C6H15N3O3·H2O, the neutral 1,3,5‐triamino‐1,3,5‐trideoxy‐cis‐inositol (taci) molecule and the monoprotonated 1,3‐diamino‐5‐azaniumyl‐1,3,5‐trideoxy‐cis‐inositol cation (Htaci+) both adopt a chair conformation, with the three O atoms in axial and the three N atoms in equatorial positions. The cation, but not the neutral taci unit, exhibits intramolecular O—H...O hydrogen bonding. The entire structure is stabilized by a complex three‐dimensional network of intermolecular hydrogen bonds. The neutral taci entities and the Htaci+ cations are each aligned into chains along [001]. In these chains, two O—H...N interactions generate a ten‐membered ring as the predominant structural motif. The rings consist of vicinal 2‐amino‐1‐hydroxyethylene units of neighbouring molecules, which are paired via centres of inversion. The chains are interconnected into undulating layers parallel to the ac plane, and the layers are further held together by O—H...N hydrogen bonds and additional interactions with the iodide counter‐anions and solvent water molecules.  相似文献

Abstract. The five‐membered heteroelement cluster THF · Cl2In(OtBu)3Sn reacts with the sodium stannate [Na(OtBu)3Sn]2 to produce either the new oxo‐centered alkoxo cluster ClInO[Sn(OtBu)2]3 ( 1 ) (in low yield) or the heteroleptic alkoxo cluster Sn(OtBu)3InCl3Na[Sn(OtBu)2]2 ( 2 ). X‐ray diffraction analyses reveal that in compound 1 the polycyclic entity is made of three tin atoms which together with a central oxygen atom form a trigonal, almost planar triangle, perpendicular to which a further indium atom is connected through the oxygen atom. The metal atoms thus are arranged in a Sn3In pyramid, the edges of which are all saturated by bridging tert‐butoxy groups. The indium atom has a further chloride ligand. Compound 2 has two trigonal bipyramids as building blocks which are fused together at a six coordinate indium atom. One of the bipyramids is of the type SnO3In with tert‐butyl groups on the oxygen atoms, while the other has the composition InCl3Na with chlorine atoms connecting the two metals. The sodium atom in 2 has further contacts to two plus one alkoxide groups which are part of a[Sn(OtBu)2]2 dimer disposing of a Sn2O2 central cycle. The hetero element cluster in 2 thus combines three closed entities and its skeleton SnO3InCl3NaO2Sn2O2 consists of three different metallic and two different non‐metallic elements.  相似文献

The title compound, C12H12O2N2·H2O, is described. Although the keto–enol form of the ligand in solution is known, the compound crystallized in the orthorhombic space group P212121 with only the monohydrated 1,3‐diketo form. The intermolecular hydrogen bond between the imino N—H group of the ligand and O atom of the water molecule recorded an H?O distance of 1.73 (3) Å.  相似文献

Details of the structures of two conformational polymorphs of the title compound, C12H17N2OS+·Cl, are reported. In form (I) (space group P), the two N—H groups of the cation are in a trans conformation, while in form (II) (space group P21/c), they are in a cis arrangement. This results in different packing and hydrogen‐bond arrangements in the two forms, both of which have extended chains lying along the a direction. In form (I), these chains are composed of centrosymmetric R42(18) (N—H...Cl and O—H...Cl) hydrogen‐bonded rings and R22(18) (N—H...O) hydrogen‐bonded rings. In form (II), the chains are formed by centrosymmetric R42(18) (N—H...Cl and O—H...Cl) hydrogen‐bonded rings and by R42(12) (N—H...Cl) hydrogen‐bonded rings.  相似文献

The molecules of racemic 3‐benzoylmethyl‐3‐hydroxyindolin‐2‐one, C16H13NO3, (I), are linked by a combination of N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds into a chain of centrosymmetric edge‐fused R22(10) and R44(12) rings. Five monosubstituted analogues of (I), namely racemic 3‐hydroxy‐3‐[(4‐methylbenzoyl)methyl]indolin‐2‐one, C17H15NO3, (II), racemic 3‐[(4‐fluorobenzoyl)methyl]‐3‐hydroxyindolin‐2‐one, C16H12FNO3, (III), racemic 3‐[(4‐chlorobenzoyl)methyl]‐3‐hydroxyindolin‐2‐one, C16H12ClNO3, (IV), racemic 3‐[(4‐bromobenzoyl)methyl]‐3‐hydroxyindolin‐2‐one, C16H12BrNO3, (V), and racemic 3‐hydroxy‐3‐[(4‐nitrobenzoyl)methyl]indolin‐2‐one, C16H12N2O5, (VI), are isomorphous in space group P. In each of compounds (II)–(VI), a combination of N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds generates a chain of centrosymmetric edge‐fused R22(8) and R22(10) rings, and these chains are linked into sheets by an aromatic π–π stacking interaction. No two of the structures of (II)–(VI) exhibit the same combination of weak hydrogen bonds of C—H...O and C—H...π(arene) types. The molecules of racemic 3‐hydroxy‐3‐(2‐thienylcarbonylmethyl)indolin‐2‐one, C14H11NO3S, (VII), form hydrogen‐bonded chains very similar to those in (II)–(VI), but here the sheet formation depends upon a weak π–π stacking interaction between thienyl rings. Comparisons are drawn between the crystal structures of compounds (I)–(VII) and those of some recently reported analogues having no aromatic group in the side chain.  相似文献

A detailed exploration of the atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) of a sugar‐carrying monomer, 6‐O‐methacryloyl‐1,2;3,4‐di‐O‐isopropylidene‐D‐galactopyranose (MAIPGal) was performed. The factors pertinent to ATRP, such as initiators, ligands, catalysts, and temperature were optimized to obtain good control over the polymerization. The kinetics were examined in detail when the polymerization was initiated by methyl 2‐bromoisopropionate (2‐MBP), ethyl 2‐bromoisobutyrate (2‐EBiB), or a macroinitiator, [α‐(2‐bromoisobutyrylate)‐ω‐methyl PEO] (PEO–Br), with bipyridine (bipy) as the ligand at 60 °C or by 2‐EiBB with N,N,N′,N″,N″‐pentamethyldiethylenetriamine (PMDETA) as the ligand at room temperature (23 °C). The effects of the catalysts (CuBr and CuCl) were also investigated. We demonstrate that the successful ATRP of MAIPGal can be achieved for 2‐EBiB/CuBr/bipy and 2‐MBP/CuCl/bipy at 60 °C and for 2‐EBiB/CuBr/PMDETA at room temperature. The initiation by 2‐EBiB at room temperature with PMDETA as the ligand should be the most optimum operation for its moderate condition and suppression of many side reactions. Chain extension of P(MAIPGal) prepared by ATRP with methyl methacrylate (MMA) as the second monomer was carried out and a diblock copolymer, P(MAIPGal)‐b‐PMMA, was obtained. Functional polymers, poly(D‐galactose 6‐methacrylate) (PGMA), PEO‐b‐PGMA, and PGMA‐b‐PMMA were obtained after removal of the protecting groups. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The dipole moments of twelve 2‐N‐substituted amino‐5‐nitro‐4‐methylpyridines ( I‐XII ) and three 2‐N‐substituted amino‐3‐nitro‐4‐methylpyridines ( XIII‐XV ) were determined in benzene. The polar aspects of intramolecular charge‐transfer and intramolecular hydrogen bonding were discussed. The interaction dipole moments, μint, were calculated for 2‐N‐alkyl(or aryl)amino‐5‐nitro‐4‐methylpyridines. Increased alkylation of amino nitrogen brought about an intensified push‐pull interaction between the amino and nitro groups. The solvent effects on the dipole moments of 2‐N‐methylamino‐5‐nitro‐4‐methyl‐( I ), 2‐N,N‐dimethylamino‐5‐nitro‐4‐methyl‐ ( II ) and 2‐N‐methylamino‐3‐nitro‐4‐methylpyridines ( XIII ) were different. Specific hydrogen bond solute‐solvent interactions increased the charge‐transfer effect in I , but it did not disrupt the intramolecular hydrogen bond in XIII.  相似文献

The molecules of 3‐amino‐4‐anilino‐1H‐isochromen‐1‐one, C15H12N2O2, (I), and 3‐amino‐4‐[methyl(phenyl)amino]‐1H‐isochromen‐1‐one, C16H14N2O2, (II), adopt very similar conformations, with the substituted amino group PhNR, where R = H in (I) and R = Me in (II), almost orthogonal to the adjacent heterocyclic ring. The molecules of (I) are linked into cyclic centrosymmetric dimers by pairs of N—H...O hydrogen bonds, while those of (II) are linked into complex sheets by a combination of one three‐centre N—H...(O)2 hydrogen bond, one two‐centre C—H...O hydrogen bond and two C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds.  相似文献
