A novel graphene/dodecanol floating solidification microextraction followed by HPLC with diode‐array detection has been developed to extract trace levels of four cinnamic acid derivatives in traditional Chinese medicines. Several parameters affecting the performance were investigated and optimized. Also, possible microextraction mechanism was analyzed and discussed. Under the optimum conditions (amount of graphene in dodecanol: 0.25 mg/mL; volume of extraction phase: 70 μL; pH of sample phase: 3; extraction time: 30 min; stirring rate: 1000 rpm; salt amount: 26.5% NaCl; volume of sample phase: 10 mL, and without dispersant addition), the enrichment factors of four cinnamic acid derivatives ranged from 26 to 112, the linear ranges were 1.0 × 10−2–10.0 μg/mL for caffeic acid, 1.3 × 10−3–1.9 μg/mL for p‐hydroxycinnamic acid, 2.8 × 10−3–4.1 μg/mL for ferulic acid, and 2.7 × 10−3–4.1 μg/mL for cinnamic acid, with r 2 ≥ 0.9993. The detection limits were found to be in the range of 0.1–1.0 ng/mL, and satisfactory recoveries (92.5–111.2%) and precisions (RSDs 1.1–9.5%) were also achieved. The results showed that the approach is simple, effective and sensitive for the preconcentration and determination of trace levels of cinnamic acid derivatives in Chinese medicines. The proposed method was compared with conventional dodecanol floating solidification microextraction and other extraction methods.  相似文献

The present work describes the evaluation of microfluidic electroanalytical devices constructed by a 3D printer using ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) polymer combined with cotton threads as microchannels. Screen‐printed carbon electrodes (SPCEs) were used as electrochemical detector for amperometric determination of gallic and caffeic acid in wine samples. Using optimal experimental conditions (flow rate of 0.71 μL s−1, applied potential of +0.30 V and volume of injection of 2.0 μL) the proposed method presented a linear response for a concentration range of 5.0×10−6 to 1.0×10−3 mol L−1. The detection limits for gallic and caffeic acid were found to 1.5×10−6 mol L−1 and 8.0×10−7 mol L−1, respectively, with a sample throughput of 43 h−1. The achieved results are in agreement with those found using the official Folin‐Ciocaulteu method.  相似文献

This study reports a comparison of adsorptive transfer and solution phase voltammetric methods for the study of caffeic acid. For this purpose, a platform was prepared by the modification of glassy carbon electrodes (GCEs) with MWCNTs and samarium nanoparticles (SmNPs) by means of an ultrasonic bath. The surface morphology of the platform was characterized using SEM, EDX and XRD. The adsorptive transfer voltammetric method was based on the adsorption of caffeic acid (CFA) at the surface of the modified electrode by keeping it into a solution of CFA. Afterwards, the modified electrode was transferred with the adsorbed species in a cell containing only 0.1 mol L−1 phosphate buffer solution (PBS) for the analysis. The current response of CFA was found to be linear over a concentration from 5.0 × 10−10 mol L−1 to 1.0 × 10−7 mol L−1. The values of the limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantification (LOQ) were 2.0 × 10−10 mol L−1 and 6.67 × 10−10 mol L−1, respectively. The adsorptive transfer method using the modified electrode (SmNPs/MWCNTs/GCE) has successfully been applied to food samples for determining CFA. The solution phase voltammetry was carried out by dipping the electrode into a voltammetric cell containing CFA. The plot of peak currents was linear over the concentration range of 5.0 × 10−9 mol L−1 –8.0 × 10−8 mol L−1. The values of LOD and LOQ were 2.0 × 10−9 mol L−1 and 6.67 × 10−9 mol L−1 for CFA using a classical solution phase voltammetry at the proposed platform. It was shown that the LOD obtained at adsorptive transfer voltammetry was 10-fold lower when compared to classical solution phase voltammetry.  相似文献

Herein, an organometallic Au(III) catalyst was easily prepared via self-assembly method using chloroauric acid (HAuCl4) and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB). The electrode fabricated by the catalyst not only shows extended anodic potential window compared to that of Au nanoparticle-based electrode, but also possess the high electrocatalytic activity in the selective oxidation of Ochratoxin A. Under optimized conditions, the modified electrode exhibits a wide linearity range from 1.0×10−7 to 1.0×10−5 mol/L and a low detection limit of 2.9×10−8 mol/L (S/N=3). Furthermore, the electrochemical sensor possesses good recoveries between 93.5 % and 98.2 % in real sample analysis, indicating high accuracy in real sample analysis.  相似文献

A mesoporous zirconia modified carbon paste electrode was developed for electrochemical investigations of methyl parathion (MP, Phen‐NO2). The significant increase of the peak currents and the improvement of the redox peak potential indicate that mesoporous zirconia facilitates the electronic transfer of MP. The oxidation peak current was proportional to the MP concentration in the range from 1.0×10−8 to 1.0×10−5 mol L−1 with a detection limit of 4.6×10−9 mol L−1 (S/N=3) after accumulation under open‐circuit for 210 s. The proposed method was successfully applied to the determination of MP in apple samples.  相似文献

We present a novel electrochemical sensor based on an electrode modified with molecularly imprinted polymers for the detection of chlorpyrifos. The modified electrode was constructed by the synthesis of molecularly imprinted polymers by a precipitation method then coated on a glassy carbon electrode. The surface morphology of the modified electrode was characterized by using field‐emission scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The performance of the imprinted sensor was thoroughly investigated by using cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry. The imprinted electrochemical sensor displayed high repeatability, stability, and selectivity towards the template molecules. Under the optimal experimental conditions, the peak current response of the imprinted electrochemical sensor was linearly related to the concentration of chlorpyrifos over the range 1 × 10−10–1 × 10−5 mol/L with a limit of detection of 4.08 × 10−9 mol/L (signal‐to‐noise ratio = 3). Furthermore, the proposed molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensor was applied to the determination of chlorpyrifos in the complicated matrixes of real samples with satisfactory results. Therefore, the molecularly imprinted polymers based electrochemical sensor might provide a highly selective, rapid, and cost‐effective method for chlorpyrifos determination and related analysis.  相似文献

A simple and reliable method was established for simultaneous determination of 4‐hydroxyphenyl acetic acid, 4‐hydroxyphenyl lactic acid, and 3,4‐hydroxyphenyl propionic acid in human urine by high‐performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection. Solid‐phase extraction was used to eliminate the interferences in urine. The separation of three analytes was achieved using a C18 column and a mobile phase formed by a 95:5 v/v mixture of 50 mmol/L ammonium acetate buffer at pH 6.8 that contained 5 mmol/L tetrabutyl ammonium bromide and acetonitrile. Under the optimized conditions, the detection limits of 4‐hydroxyphenyl acetic acid, 4‐hydroxyphenyl lactic acid, and 3,4‐hydroxyphenyl propionic acid were 4.8 × 10−3, 8.80 × 10−3, and 9.00 × 10−3 mg/L, respectively, and the recoveries were in the range of 85.0–120.0% with relative standard deviations of 1.5–3.1%. This method was used to analyze urine samples from breast cancer patients, healthy people and post‐surgery breast cancer patients. Significant differences in urinary levels of 4‐hydroxyphenyl acetic acid and 4‐hydroxyphenyl lactic acid could be found between the breast cancer patients group and other two groups. No effect of age and sex was observed on the urinary levels of 4‐hydroxyphenyl acetic acid and 4‐hydroxyphenyl lactic acid. This method might be helpful for cancer biomarkers discovery in urine.  相似文献

Electrochemical reduction of irinotecan was investigated on a static mercury drop electrode using square‐wave voltammetry. The mechanism of irinotecan electroreduction is a complex, pH‐dependent, quasireversible process and includes the transfer of two electrons and two protons. In acidic medium, the first electron transfer reaction is followed by the chemical reaction, and the product of this chemical reaction undergoes further electrochemical reduction at more negative potentials. Both irinotecan and the product of its reduction adsorb on the mercury electrode surface. Based on the adsorptive character of irinotecan, a new adsorptive stripping square‐wave voltammetric method for its electroanalytical determination has been proposed. The voltammetric response could be used to determine irinotecan in the concentration range from 1×10−7 mol/L to 1.5×10−6 mol/L and from 5×10−9 mol/L to 1.2×10−7 mol/L, if the accumulation time is 20 s and 300 s, respectively. The calculated limit of detection for irinotecan was found to be 8.7×10−9 mol/L (if tacc=300 s).  相似文献

Oxidation and reduction processes of the insecticide fenthion was comparatively investigated at a reduced graphene oxide modified glassy carbon electrode (RGO‐GCE) and a cyclic renewable silver amalgam film electrode (Hg(Ag)FE) using square wave stripping voltammetry (SWSV). The influence of pH and SW parameters was investigated. The linear concentration ranges were found to be 1 × 10−6 – 2 × 10−5 and 1 × 10−7 – 2 × 10−5 mol L−1 for Hg(Ag)FE and RGO‐GCE, respectively. The detection and quantification limits were calculated as 1.3 × 10−7 and 4.5 × 10−7 mol L−1 for Hg(Ag)FE and 7.6 × 10−9 and 2.5 × 10−8 mol L−1 for RGO‐GCE. Both of the developed electroanalytical methods offer rapid and simple detection of fenthion and were used on spiked tap and river water and apple juice samples. Scanning electron microscopy was used for RGO‐GCE surface characterization.  相似文献

In this study, an electrochemical sensor was developed and used for selective determination of bisfenol‐A (BPA) by integrating sol‐gel technique and multi‐walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) modified paste electrode. BPA bounded by covalently to isocyanatopropyl‐triethoxy silane (ICPTS) was synthesized as a new precursor (BPA‐ICPTS) and then BPA‐imprinted polymer (BPA‐IP) sol‐gel was prepared by using tetramethoxysilane (TMOS) and BPA‐ICPTS. Non‐imprinted polymer (NIP) sol‐gel was obtained by using TMOS and (3‐Aminopropyl) triethoxysilane. Both BPA‐IP and NIP sol‐gels were characterized by nitrogen adsorption‐desorption analysis, FTIR, SEM, particle size analyzer and optical microscope. Carbon paste sensor electrode was fabricated by mixing the newly synthesized BPA‐IP with MWCNTs, graphite powder and paraffin oil. The electrochemical characterization of the sensor electrode was achieved with cyclic and differential pulse voltammetric techniques. The response of the developed sensor under the most proper conditions was linear in BPA concentration range from 4.0×10−9 to 1.0×10−7 mol L−1 and 5.0×10−7 to 5.0×10−5 mol L−1 and the detection limit was 4.4×10−9 mol L−1. The results unclosed that the proposed sensor displayed high sensitivity and selectivity, superior electrochemical performance and rapid response to BPA.  相似文献

Graphene oxide (GO) was chemically modified with a poly(propylene)imine Generation 3.0 dendrimer (DAB-Am-16). The characterization, structure and properties of hybrid graphene oxide/DAB-Am-16 dendrimer was studied by Raman spectroscopy, Fourier-Transforming Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-Ray Photoelectron Spectroscopic (XPS), X-ray Diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Thermogravimetric analysis. After functionalized the hybrid material (GOD) can interact with copper and subsequently with hexacyanoferrate (III) ions (GODHCu). The GODHCu incorporated into a graphite paste electrode (20% w/w) was applied to an electrocatalytic detection of neurotransmitter l-dopamine using differential pulse voltammetry. The analytical curve showed a linear response in the concentration range from 1.0 × 10−7 to 1.0 × 10−5 mol L−1 with a corresponding equation Y(A) = 1.706 × 10−5 + 0.862 [l-dopamine] and a correlation coefficient r2 = 0.998. The detection limit was 6.36 × 10−7 mol L−1 with a relative standard deviation of ±4% (n = 3) and an amperometric sensitivity of 0.862 A/mol L−1.  相似文献

The preparation of a glassy carbon electrode modified by CeO2 nanoparticles was described, which was characterized by cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. In pH 6.0 buffer, the CeO2 nanoparticle modified electrode (CeO2 NP/GC) gave an excellent electrocatalytic activity for the oxidation of uric acid (UA). The catalytic current of UA versus its concentration had a good linear relation in the range of 2.0 × 10^-7-5.0 × 10^- 4 mol/L, with the correlation coefficient of 0.9986 and detection limit of 1.0 ×10^-7 mol/L. The modified electrode can be used for the determination of UA in urine, which can tolerate the interference of ascorbic acid up to 1000-fold. The method was simple, quick and sensitive.  相似文献

We developed a sensitive, simple and low cost method to determine methimazole based on capillary electrophoresis with electrochemical detection (CE‐EC) at a carbon fiber microdisk electrode (CFE). We investigated the effects of detection potential, the concentration and pH value of the phosphate buffer, and injection time as well as separation voltage on the detection of methimazole. Under the optimized conditions: the detection potential at 1.30 V, 10 mmol/L phosphate buffer (pH 7.0), injection time 30 s at a height of 20 centimeter and separation voltage at 15 kV, the linear range was obtained from 1.0×10?7 to 2.0×10?4 mol/L, covering 3 orders of magnitude with a correlation coefficient of 0.9995. The LOD (S/N=3) obtained was 5.0×10?8 mol/L. The RSD of migration time and peak current for 2.0×10?4 mol/L methimazole was 1.04% and 1.54% (n=10), respectively. The method was also used to analyze methimazole tablets and human urine sample.  相似文献

A glassy carbon electrode chemically modified with nickel nanoparticles coupled with reversed‐phase chromatography with pulsed amperometric detection was used for the quantitative analysis of furanic aldehydes in a real sample of sugarcane bagasse hydrolysate. Chromatographic separation was carried out in isocratic conditions (acetonitrile/water, 1:9) with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, a detection potential of – 50 mV vs. Pd, and the process was completed within 4 min. The analytical curves presented limits of detection of 4.0 × 10?7 mol/L and 4.3 × 10?7 mol/L, limits of quantification of 1.3 × 10?6 and 1.4 × 10?6 mol/L, amperometric sensitivities of 2.2 × 106 nA mol/L and 2.7 × 106 nA mol/L for furfural and 5‐hydroxymethylfurfural, respectively. The values obtained in this sample by the standard addition method were 1.54 ± 0.02 g/kg for 5‐hydroxymethylfurfural and 11.5 ± 0.2 g/kg for furfural. The results demonstrate that this new proposed method can be used for the quick detection of furanic aldehydes without the interference of other electroactive species, besides having other remarkable merits that include excellent peak resolution, analytical repeatability, sensitivity, and accuracy.  相似文献

The electrochemiluminescent (ECL) behavior of lucigenin on a multi-wall carbon nanotube/nano-Au modified glassy carbon electrode (MWNT/nano-Au/GCE) was studied in this paper. Compared with the bare GCE, the ECL intensity of lucigenin can be greatly enhanced at MWNT/nano-Au/GCE. Based on the fact that superoxide dimutase (SOD) could obviously inhibit the ECL of lucigenin at MWNT/nano-Au/GCE, a sensitive ECL biosensor for determination of SOD was developed with a wide linear range of 5.0 × 10−8–5.0 × 10−6 mol/L with detection limit of 2.5 × 10−8 mol/L.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Potential dependent inhibition and enhancement effects of gallic acid on the electrochemiluminescence (ECL) of luminol in alkaline solutions were found. On the basis of the enhancement effect, a flow injection method was developed for the determination of gallic acid. The method was simple, convenient and sensitive. A detection limit of 1.8×10?8 mol/L, linear range of 3.0×10?8 - 1.0×10?4 mol/L, relative standard deviation of 1.0% for eleven measurements of 5.0×10?6 mol/L of gallic acid was found. This method was successfully applied to determine the content of gallic acid in Chinese gall (moshizi).  相似文献

A conductive composite film consisted of natural nanostructure attapulgite (AT) with poly(methylene blue) (PMB) was constructed on glassy carbon (GC) electrode. The electrode exhibited an effective electrocatalytic activity towards the oxidation of ascorbic acid (AA) and well-defined oxidation peaks were observed in 0.1 M phosphate buffer solutions (PBS, pH 7.0) via cyclic voltammetry. Linear calibration plot was obtained over the range of 1.0 × 10−5 to 5.0 × 10−2 M for ascorbic acid with the detection limit value of 1.0 × 10−6 M. The main interfering factor in biological samples was experimentally excluded. In addition, UV–Vis spectra were applied to reveal the formation of the nanocomposite film of PMB-AT.  相似文献

Selected from a series of structurally related heteroaromatic thiols, a newly synthesized reagent 2‐amino‐5‐mercapto‐[1,3,4] triazole (MATZ) was used to fabricate self‐assembled monolayers (SAMs) on gold electrode for the first time. The MATZ/Au SAMs was characterized by electrochemical methods and scanning electronic microscopy (SEM). In 0.04 mol/L Britton–Robinson buffer solution (pH 5), the electrochemical behavior of dopamine showed a quasireversible process at the MATZ/Au SAMs with an electrode kinetic constant 0.1049 cm/s. However, the electrochemical reaction of uric acid at the SAMs electrode showed an irreversible oxidation process, the charge‐transfer kinetics of uric acid was promoted by the SAMs. By Osteryoung square‐wave voltammetry (OSWV), the simultaneous determination of dopamine and uric acid can be accomplished with an oxidation peak separation of 0.24 V, the peak current of dopamine and uric acid were linearly to its concentration in the range of 2.5×10?6–5.0×10?4 mol/L for dopamine and 1×10?6–1×10?4 mol/L for uric acid with a detection limit of 8.0×10?7 mol/L for dopamine and 7.0×10?7 mol/L for uric acid. The MATZ/Au SAMs electrode was used to detect the content of uric acid in real urine and serum sample with satisfactory results.  相似文献
