The voltammetric behavior of clopidogrel bisulfate (CLO), an antiplatelet agent, was investigated for the first time in the literature on a cathodically pretreated boron‐doped diamond electrode (CP‐BDDE) using cyclic (CV) and square‐wave voltammetry (SWV). It was observed an anodic peak for CLO, suitable for analytical purposes, at about 1.15 V (vs. Ag/AgCl (3.0 mol L?1 KCl)) by CV in Britton‐Robinson buffer solution (pH 5.0). On the physical‐chemical characterization of the interface phenomena, it was proved that electrode reaction of the analyte was controlled by a diffusion process. At optimized square‐wave parameters (pulse amplitude of 60 mV, frequency of 30 Hz and scan increment of 3 mV), the obtained analytical curve was linear for the CLO concentration range from 0.60 to 60.0 μmol L?1, with a detection limit of 0.60 μmol L?1. The simple, rapid and greener analytical method, based on CP‐BDDE electrochemical sensor, was successfully applied in real samples (pharmaceuticals and urine).  相似文献

An electrochemical method was developed for the sensitive determination of chlorogenic acid using a boron doped diamond electrode (BDDE) modified with nano‐carbon black (nano‐CB). The active surface areas were found to be 0.059 and 0.146 cm2 for the unmodified BDDE, and nano‐CB/BDDE, respectively. Compared with a BDDE, the nano‐CB/BDDE exhibited a well‐defined redox couple for chlorogenic acid. In addition, the plot of the peak current response changing from a square root to a linear dependence on scan rate is attributed to the transition from planar diffusion to surface behaviour. The anodic and cathodic peak separations (ΔEp) were 97 mV and 14 mV at BDDE and nano‐CB/BDDE, respectively. The decrease in ΔEp at the proposed electrode indicated that the process of chlorogenic acid was greatly accelerated. Square wave voltammetry (SWV) exhibited a dynamic range in which the current versus the concentration of chlorogenic acid were linear from 2.0×10?8 to 2.0×10?6 M with a LOD of 4.1×10?9 M (based on 3Sb/m). The nano‐CB modified BDDE provided improved electrochemical behavior, high electrocatalytic activity, high sensitivity and good reproducibility.  相似文献

Voltammetric method for the determination of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug mesalazine (5-ASA) is presented for the first time using boron-doped diamond electrode (BDDE). 5-ASA provides one well-developed SWV oxidation peak at about ?900 mV (vs. saturated silver/silver chloride reference electrode) on BDDE. Britton-Robinson buffer (pH 7.0) was chosen as an optimal supporting electrolyte for the determination of 5-ASA using square wave voltammetry (SWV). Parameters of SWV were developed and low limit of detection (7.0 × 10?7 mol L?1) was reached. In addition, relative standard deviation of repeated measurements (c 5-ASA = 5 × 10?5 mol L?1, RSDM = 2.7%) and relative standard deviation of repeated determinations (RSDD < 1.5%) were calculated and confirm obtained good results. Applicability of the proposed method was verified by an analysis of a pharmaceutical preparation and spiked human urine.  相似文献

In this article, for the first time, the analytical method for determination of a novel antagonist of A2A adenosine receptors (8‐(4‐methoxyphenyl)‐4‐oxo‐4,6,7,8‐tetrahydroimidazo[2,1‐c][1,2,4]triazine‐3‐carbohydrazide, namely IMT), which can be used as a drug for liver diseases, was presented. For this purpose a commercially available boron‐doped diamond electrode (BDDE) in combination with differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) was applied. It was found by cyclic voltammetry (CV) that IMT displays at BDDE, as a sensor, two well‐defined oxidation peaks at potentials of 0.81 and 1.18 V and one reduction peak at 1.1 V vs. Ag/AgCl in 0.1 mol L?1 acetate buffer (pH 4.5±0.1). The oxidation and reduction mechanism of IMT was proposed. The developed DPV method allowed the successful determination of IMT in the range of 0.05–50 μmol L?1 with detection limit equal to 0.0094 μmol L?1 and without any chemical modifications and electrochemical pretreatment of the electrode surface. The proposed procedure allows the determination of IMT in vitro directly from urine samples.  相似文献

In this paper, a rapid and sensitive modified electrode for the simultaneous determination of hydroquinone (HQ) and bisphenol A (BPA) is proposed. The simultaneous determination of these two compounds is extremely important since they can coexist in the same sample and are very harmful to plants, animals and the environment in general. A carbon paste electrode (CPE) was modified with silver nanoparticles (nAg) and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP). The PVP was used as a reducing and stabilizing agent of nAg from silver nitrate in aqueous media. The nAg‐PVP composite obtained was characterized by transmission electron microscopy and UV‐vis spectroscopy. The electrochemical behavior of HQ and BPA at the nAg‐PVP/CPE was investigated in 0.1 mol L−1 B−R buffer (pH 6.0) using cyclic voltammetry (CV) and square wave voltammetry (SWV). The results indicate that the electrochemical responses are improved significantly with the use of the modified electrode. The calibration curves obtained by SWV, under the optimized conditions, showed linear ranges of 0.09–2.00 μmol L−1 for HQ (limit of detection 0.088 μmol L−1) and 0.04–1.00 μmol L−1 for BPA (limit of detection 0.025 μmol L−1). The modified electrode was successfully applied in the analysis of water samples and the results were comparable to those obtained using UV‐vis spectroscopy.  相似文献

This paper proposes the use of the boron‐doped diamond electrode (BDDE) in flow and batch injection analysis (FIA and BIA) systems with multiple‐pulse amperometric (MPA) detection for the determination of warfarin (WA) in pharmaceutical formulations. The electrochemical behavior of WA obtained by cyclic voltammetry (CV) in 0.1 mol L−1 phosphate buffer shows an irreversible oxidation process at +1.0 V (vs Ag/AgCl). The MPA was based on the application of two sequential potential pulses as a function of time on BDDE: (1) for WA detection at +1.2 V/100 ms and; (2) for electrode surface cleaning at −0.2 V/200 ms. Both hydrodynamic systems (FIA‐MPA and BIA‐MPA) used for WA determination achieved high precision (with relative standard deviations around 2 %, n =10), wide linear range (2.0−400.0 μmol L−1), low limits of detection (0.5 μmol L−1) and good analytical frequency (94 h−1 for FIA and 130 h−1 for BIA). The WA determination made by the proposed methods was compared to the official spectrophotometric method. The FIA‐MPA and BIA‐MPA methods are simple and fast, being an attractive option for WA routine analysis in pharmaceutical industries.  相似文献

An electrochemical study of the anthelmintic drug bithionol using edge plane pyrolytic graphite electrode (EPPGE) is presented for the first time by applying different electrochemical techniques, such as cyclic voltammetry (CV), square‐wave voltammetry (SWV), square‐wave adsorptive stripping voltammetry (SWAdSV), and alternating current (AC) impedance spectroscopy. Mechanistic aspects of the electrode reaction were studied implying a quasireversible electrode reaction from an adsorbed state of the reactant, coupled with a follow‐up chemical reaction to a final electroinactive product. The overall mechanism appears totally irreversible under conditions of CV at moderate scan rate, while being quasireversible under conditions of the fast SWV. Furthermore, an optimisation of the analytical procedure for quantitative determination of bithionol was conducted by applying SWV in an adsorptive stripping mode. The calibration curve was constructed in the concentration range of 0.1–1.0 μmol L?1 (R2=0.9984) with a sensitivity of 3.6 μA L μmol?1 and LOD of 26.7 nmol L?1. The simple and sensitive SWAdSV procedure was proved to be suitable for the analysis of spiked urine samples.  相似文献

Electrochemical oxidation of azoxystrobin, a systemic fungicide commonly used in agriculture to protect a wide variety of crops, was investigated using cyclic voltammetry with a boron‐doped diamond electrode (BDDE) in aqueous buffer solutions. Two pH independent irreversible anodic current peaks controlled mostly by diffusion were observed in wide pH range (2 to 12) at potentials +1600 mV and +2150 mV vs. saturated silver‐silver chloride electrode. Mechanism of the electrochemical oxidation was proposed and supported with high performance liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry analysis of azoxystrobin solutions electrolyzed on carbon fiber brush electrode. The main product of the first two‐electron oxidation step was identified as methyl 2‐(2‐{[6‐(2‐cyanophenoxy)pyrimidin‐4‐yl]oxy}phenyl)‐2‐hydroxy‐3‐oxopropanoate. An analytical method for the determination of azoxystrobin in water samples and pesticide preparation by differential pulse voltammetry with BDDE was developed. The method provides a wide linear dynamic range (3.0×10?7 to 2.0×10?4 mol L?1) with limit of detection 8×10?8 mol L?1. Accuracy of the method was evaluated by the addition and recovery method with recoveries ranging from 96.0 to 105.8 %. Interference study proved sufficient selectivity of the developed voltammetric method for the azoxystrobin determination in presence of azole fungicides as well as pesticides used to prevent the same crops.  相似文献

The paper presents the use of a renewable silver‐amalgam film electrode (Hg(Ag)FE) for the determination of the insecticide thiamethoxam (TMO) in Britton‐Robinson buffer pH 7.0 (LOD=0.25 µg mL?1, LOQ=0.70 µg mL?1) by direct cathodic square‐wave voltammetry (SWV). The voltammetric response for TMO obtained at this electrode was the same as that obtained with a hanging mercury drop electrode, represented by two distinct reduction peaks. Since the electron transfer processes are coupled with chemical reactions involving protons, the SWV signals strongly depend on the pH of the supporting electrolyte. The developed Hg(Ag)FE‐SWV method was tested for the determination of TMO in spiked honey and river water samples, as well as for the determination of its content in the commercial formulation Actara 25 WG.  相似文献

A novel electrochemical sensor for sensitive detection of methyldopa at physiological pH was developed by the bulk modification of carbon paste electrode (CPE) with graphene oxide nanosheets and 3‐(4′‐amino‐3′‐hydroxy‐biphenyl‐4‐yl)‐acrylic acid (3,′AA). Applying square wave voltammetry (SWV), in phosphate buffer solution (PBS) of pH 7.0, the oxidation current increased linearly with two concentration intervals of methyldopa, one is 1.0×10?8–1.0×10?6 M and the other is 1.0×10?6–4.5×10?5 M. The detection limit (3σ) obtained by SWV was 9.0 nM. The modified electrode was successfully applied for simultaneous determination of methyldopa and hydrochlorothiazide. Finally, the proposed method was applied to the determination of methyldopa and hydrochlorothiazide in some real samples.  相似文献

Electrochemical behavior of baicalin (BA) at an electrochemically activated glassy carbon electrode (GCE) had been investigated in Britton‐Robinson (B‐R) buffer solution (pH = 2.87) by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and square wave voltammetry (SWV). The experimental results suggested that the electrode exhibited an electrocatalytic activity toward the redox of BA. The electron transfer coefficient (α) and the standard rate constant (ks) of BA at the electrochemically activated glassy carbon electrode were calculated. The reaction mechanism was proposed and discussed in this work. Under the selected conditions, the reduction peak current was linearly dependent on the concentration of BA in the range of 5.0 × 10?8 to 3.0 × 10?6 mol L?1 (r = 0.9990), with a detection limit of 2.0 × 10?8 mol L?1. The relative standard deviation (R.S.D.) for five times successful determination of 1.0 × 10?6 mol L?1 baicalin were 2.9%. The proposed method was also successfully applied for the determination of BA in human blood serum.  相似文献

A multiwall carbon nanotube/silicone rubber (MWCNT/SR) composite electrode has been used for the determination of hydrochlorothiazide (HCTZ) in pharmaceutical formulations by differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). The electro-oxidation process was evaluated by cyclic voltammetry, from which it was observed that HCTZ presents an irreversible oxidation peak at 0.82 V vs. saturated calomel electrode (SCE) in the potential range from 0.5 to 1.1 V, in Britton-Robinson buffer pH 7.0 at MWCNT/SR. HCTZ was determined by DPV using a MWCNT/SR 70% (MWCNT, m/m) composite electrode after the optimization of the experimental parameters. The linear range was from 5.0 to 70.0 µ mol L?1, with a limit of detection (LOD) of 2.6 µ mol L?1. The HCTZ was determined in pharmaceutical formulations using the proposed composite electrode and the results agreed with those from the official high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method within 95% confidence level, according to the t-Student test.  相似文献

Lately, due to its accessibility and eco-friendliness, walnut shell biochar (WS-BC) is gaining attention as an electrode material component in the electrochemical detection of water pollutants. The overall performance of WS-BC is reliant on the nature of raw biomass and the production methods as well. In our concept, biochar, prepared from raw walnut shell (WS) by pyrolysis, was added to a carbon paste electrode (CPE), and poly-tyrosine (p-Tyr) was electrodeposited on the surface of the BC-doped electrode. The conditions of the elaboration of the electrode, such as pH, potential, and the number of deposition cycles, pH were optimized. The obtained p-Tyr-BC-CPE platform was tested for the determination of cadmium, lead, copper, and mercury ions in water and soil samples, using square wave voltammetry (SWV). The raw WS biomass and its BC were examined by thermal analysis (TG-DSC), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), and scanning electron microscopy coupled with energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (SEM/EDX) techniques. The synergistic effects of the coexistence of the WS-BC and the thin film of p-Tyr, for the detection of traces of heavy metal ions were investigated by electrochemical tests. The electrochemical characterization of the unmodified and modified electrodes was performed using the cyclic voltammetry (CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) methods, while the Cd2+, Pb2+, Cu2+, and Hg2+ detection experiments were studied using the CV and SWV techniques. The optimized experimental conditions for the p-Tyr-BC-CPE platform were evaluated. The obtained electrochemical results showed that the p-Tyr-BC-CPE platform produced excellent sensitivity toward the heavy metal ions: LOD of 0.086, 0.175, 0.246, and 0.383 nM for Cd(II), Pb(II), Cu(II) and Hg(II), respectively. The modified electrode platform displayed high selectivity, stability, and good reproducibility.  相似文献

In this work, a simple and low‐cost method was developed for the simultaneous determination of the antioxidants tert‐butylhydroquinone (TBHQ) and butylated hydroxyanisole (BHA) in the presence of the cationic surfactant CPB by square wave voltammetry (SWV) technique using a carbon black paste electrode (CBPE). The performance of the method was investigated by varying parameters such as pH, electrolyte, and type and concentration of surfactant. Under the optimum conditions of 0.2 mol L?1 phosphate buffer (pH 7.0), 600.0 μmol L?1 of cetylpyridinium bromide surfactant and SWV operating parameters optimized through the Doehlert matrix, the method presented low limits of quantification for TBHQ and BHA (0.23 and 0.26 μmol L?1, respectively) and high precision in successive measurements. The proposed method was applied in mayonnaise, margarine and biodiesel and the accuracy of method was checked by the HPLC technique.  相似文献

Electrochemical oxidation of (?)‐epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), the main monomer flavanol found in green tea, has been investigated over a wide pH range at a glassy‐carbon electrode using square‐wave voltammetry (SWV). Square‐wave voltammograms of (?)‐epigallocatechin (EGC) and gallic acid have been studied as well. The I–E profile of EGCG, i.e. the oxidation potentials and the current responses of the first and the second peak, is pH dependent. The oxidation of EGCG is a quasireversible process over the studied pH range, which was also confirmed by the non‐linear relationship between the peak currents and squre root of frequency. The best SWV responses for EGCG were obtained at pH 2.0, frequency of 100 Hz, step of 2 mV and amplitude of 50 mV. Under these conditions, linear responses for EGCG were obtained for concentrations from 1×10?7 M to 1×10?6 M, and calculated LOD and LOQ for the first oxidation peak were 6.59×10?8 M and 2.19×10?7 M, respectively. The proposed electroanalytical procedure was applied for the determination of EGCG content in green tea. Developed SWV methodology represents a potential analytical tool in determination of catechins in tea samples.  相似文献

A highly sensitive and selective chemical sensor was prepared based on metallic copper‐copper oxides and zinc oxide decorated graphene oxide modified glassy carbon electrode (Cu?Zn/GO/GCE) through an easily electrochemical method for the quantification of bisphenol A (BPA). The composite electrode was characterized via scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X‐Ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The electrochemical behavior of BPA in Britton‐Robinson (BR) buffer solution (pH 7.1) was examined using cyclic voltammetry (CV). Under optimized conditions, the square wave voltammetry (SWV) response of Cu?Zn/GO/GCE towards BPA indicates two linear relationships within concentrations (3.0 nmol L?1?0.1 μmol L?1 and 0.35 μmol L?1?20.0 μmol L?) and has a low detection limit (0.88 nmol L?1). The proposed electrochemical sensor based on Cu?Zn/GO/GCE is both time and cost effective, has good reproducibility, high selectivity as well as stability for BPA determination. The developed composite electrode was used to detect BPA in various samples including baby feeding bottle, pacifier, water bottle and food storage container and satisfactory results were obtained with high recoveries.  相似文献

Copper oxide decorated multi‐walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT) modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was prepared for determination of isoniazid (INZ) in various matrices. The electrochemical behavior of INZ was tested with the aid of Cyclic Voltammetry (CV) and quantitative experiments were performed by using Linear Sweep Voltammetry (LSV). Morphological and structural characterization of the modified electrode was performed by utilizing Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), X‐Ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) while electrochemical characterization was performed by using CV and Electrochemical Impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The proposed sensor exhibited well defined anodic peak at 0.30 V for INZ at pH 6.0 medium. Under the optimum conditions, a linear relation between INZ concentration and peak current was observed in the range of 2.0×10?7 to 5.0×10?5 M. Limit of detection was calculated as 1.0×10?8 M and repeatability and accuracy was found as 5.60 % and 91.0 % for 5.0 10?7 M INZ by using 3 successive measurement, respectively. Then, the analytic performance of the electrode developed was tested by analyzing commercial tablets, artificial human serum and urine samples. The results indicated that satisfactory recoveries was observed for all issue.  相似文献

The present research involves the report on electrochemical deportment of Carbendazim (MBC) at multiwalled carbon nanotubes and calcium‐doped zinc oxide nanoparticles altered nanocomposite based carbon paste electrode (MWCNTs/Ca‐ZnO‐CPE). The modified carbon paste evidenced manifest electrocatalytic behavior for MBC in 0.2 M phosphate buffer (PB) solutions. Cyclic voltammetry (CV), linear sweep voltammetry (LSV), and square wave voltammetry (SWV) techniques were used for the analysis. The working electrode assembly exhibits faster electron transfer of MBC with increase in the peak current. At bare CPE, MBC showed maximum peak current of 1.098 μA at potential 0.7568 V whereas at MWCNT/Ca‐ZnO/CPE peak current of 5.203 μA was observed at potential 0.7541 V in 0.2 M PBS of pH 7.0 at the sweep rate of 50 mV s?1. The synthesized 5 % Ca‐ZnO nanoparticles (NPs) were characterized by X‐ray diffraction (XRD), Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Energy dispersive X‐ray analysis (EDX), and Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) analysis. Various factors influencing the voltammetry of MBC such as pre‐concentration time, pH, sweep rate, and amount of MBC were studied and from the studies we observed that the response was found to be diffusion‐controlled. The concentration variation studies for MBC was watched in the linear working range of 0.01 μM to 0.45 μM and the detection limit was found by SWV technique.  相似文献

An electrode modified with ZnS and gold nanoparticles (Au‐ZnS NPs) is introduced for highly sensitive voltammetric determination of ganciclovir (GCV). Surface structure and topography of the modified electrode was studied by SEM, EDX and XRD techniques. Electrochemical oxidation of GCV was investigated by cyclic (CV) and square wave voltammetry (SWV) in Briton‐Robinson buffer solution (pH 1.5). The results showed that electrochemical oxidation of GCV at the Au‐ZnS modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) is irreversible and exhibited diffusion controlled electrode process over the pH range from 1.0 to 6.0. The oxidation potential peak and pH relationship showed that electrons and protons were transferred simultaneously over the electrochemical oxidation process. Using the proposed sensor, the linear calibration curves were obtained in the ranges of 0.04–1.50 μM and 1.5–70.0 μM with detection limit of 0.01 μM GCV by SWV technique. The modified electrode was successfully applied as a sensitive, reproducible and repeatable sensor for determination of the trace amount of GCV in human serum, urine and cymevene vials. Reasonable results were obtained from comparing the measurements of the real samples by the new sensor to high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) as a standard method.  相似文献

The electrochemical oxidation of ibuprofen at a boron‐doped diamond electrode (BDDE) and its voltammetric determination is reported for the first time. A well‐defined oxidation peak was observed at around 1.6 V in 0.1 mol L?1 H2SO4 solution with 10 % (v/v) ethanol at the BDDE surface activated by either cathodic or anodic pretreatments. A differential‐pulse voltammetric method for the determination of ibuprofen in pharmaceutical formulations was optimized with a detection limit of 5 µmol L?1 and compared with the British Pharmacopeia method.  相似文献
