The(3+1)-dimensional variable-coefficient nonlinear Schr?dinger equation with linear and parabolic traps is studied, and an exact Kuznetsov–Ma soliton solution in certain parameter conditions is derived. These precise expressions indicate that diffraction and chirp factors influence phase, center and widths, while the gain/loss parameter only affects peaks. By adjusting the relation between the maximum accumulated time Tm and the accumulated time T0 based on maximum amplitude of Kuznetsov–Ma soliton, postpone, maintenance and restraint of superposed Kuznetsov–Ma solitons are investigated.  相似文献

A new estimation based on the Shannon entropy for the power-law distribution parameter is presented, The maximum likelihood estimation (MLE) of the parameter is discussed and the relation between the MLE and the moment estimation of the parameter is given out. It is shown that the minimum Shannon entropy estimation is equivalent to the MLE giving the log expectation.  相似文献

This paper investigates the dynamical behaviour of the Liu system with time delayed feedback. Two typical situations are considered and the effect of time-delay parameter on the dynamics of the system is discussed. It is shown that the Liu system with time delayed feedback may exhibit interesting and extremely rich dynamical behaviour. The evolution of the dynamics is shown to be complex with varying time-delay parameter. Moreover, the strange attractor like ‘wormhole' is detected via numerical simulations.  相似文献

We investigate the decay process of photoelectrons from a luminescent material of ZnO:Zn using a microwave dielectric spectrometry. Electrons in the conduction band are found to decay exponentially and the lifetime is 781 ns, while the time interval of decay from the maximum to half of this value is 470ns. ZnO:Zn is a green luminescent material at its central wavelength of 510 nm. Compared to the decay of electrons in the conduction band, the decay process of the luminescence is faster, and the time interval of decay from the maximum to half of the maximum is about 100 ns. We believe that the mechanism of the ZnO:Zn visible luminescence is recombination luminescence, and find that our theoretical simulation is in agreement with the experimental results.  相似文献

A single-mode laser system with colored cross-correlated additive and multiplicative noise terms is considered. By the means of projection operator method, we study the effects of the cross-correlation timeτand the cross-correlation intensityλbetween noises on the normalized intensity correlation function C(s). It is found that ifλ> 0 (λ< 0), the normalized intensity correlation function C(s) increases (decreases) with increasing the cross-correlation timeτ, and at large value ofτ, the variation of the normalized intensity correlation function C(s) becomes small. With the increase of the net gain a0, C(s) exhibits a maximum whenλis larger. However, a minimum and a maximum appear on C(s) curves with the increase of a0 whenλbecomes smaller and smaller.  相似文献

This paper investigates an analytical expression of teleportation fidelity in the teleportation scheme of a single mode of electromagnetic field.The fidelity between the original squeezed coherent state and the teleported one is expressed in terms of the squeezing parameter r and the quantum channel parameter(two-mode squeezed state) p.The results of analysis show that the fidelity increases with the increase of the quantum channel parameter p,while the fidelity decreases with the increase of the squeezing parameter r of the squeezed state.Thus the coherent state(r = 0) is the best quantum signal for continuous variable quantum teleportation once the quantum channel is built.  相似文献

We study the system of a single qubit couples to a single mode thermal field according to a multi-photon Jaynes-Cummings-type interaction with phase decoherence. Both the time evolving entanglement and the stationary state entanglement are calculated by adopting the log-negativity as a measure. It is found that the multi-photonprocess can enhance the stationary state entanglement of this system and can enlarge the range of the parameter Δ/g and the mean photon number of initial thermal field in which the stationary state is distillable.  相似文献

The concept of nonparaxial dark-hollow Gaussian beams (DHGBs) is introduced. By using the Rayleigh-Sommerfeld diffraction integral, the analytical propagation equation of DHGBs in free space is derived. The on-axis intensity, far-field equation and, in particular, paraxial expressions are given and treated as special cases of our result. It is shown that the parameter f = 1/κω0 with κ being the wave number and ω0 being the waist width determines the nonparaxiality of DHGBs. However, the parameter range, within which the paraxial approach is valid, depends on the propagation distance. The beam order affects the beam profile and position of maximum on-axis intensity.  相似文献

We study the probability current of the Brownian Particles in a tilted periodic piecewise linear “saw-tooth” Potential.It is found that the stationary probability current takes on a maximum value at a given additive noise if the intensity of the multiplicative noise is appropriate and at the same time both noises are correlated;and the direction of the stationary probability current is reversed more than once upon some certain corelation intensities between both noises.It is proven that the occurrence of current reversal is only dependent on the relative intensity of the multiplicative and additive noises,but has nothing to do with the absolute intensities of the two noises.  相似文献

We have synchronized a 102-MHz ultrafast self-mode-locked Ti:sapphire laser to a 2856-MHz rf source with thesample-locking technology. The relative root-mean-square time-jitter is 0.57 ps and the maximum time jitter is2.60ps. This is the first time that synchronization between the ultrafast laser pulse and the s-band microwavehas been accomplished in China. Potential applications include synchronization of lasers and rf power sources inparticle accelerator experiments and high-resolution pump-probe experiments.  相似文献

基于自聚焦的非线性薛定谔方程,研究了自陡峭效应和自频移效应对Peregrine怪波(PS)、Akhmediev呼吸子(AB)和Kuznetsov-Ma孤子(KMS)传输特性的影响。数值模拟结果表明:这两种效应使三种有限背景解分裂加快,相邻最大压缩脉冲间的距离减小,脉冲中心发生偏移,且参数越大,分裂得越早,脉冲中心偏移量越大。  相似文献

Modulation instability can be used to convert a continuous light wave into a train of pulses on a constant background. It is a longstanding discussion whether these pulses can be converted into solitons. We clarify the situation by using a more general mathematical context, invoking the Akhmediev breather, Peregrine soliton and Kuznetsov-Ma soliton solutions of the wave equation, and suggest the use of a Mach–Zehnder interferometer to remove the background. Expressions for the pulse widths and peak powers thus obtained are presented, and their soliton content is determined. It turns out that more than 95 % of each pulse’s energy can be converted to a soliton.  相似文献

Explicit expressions and results for Tc(n) of the layer compounds of Bi and T1 are obtained within the generalized soliton pairing framework, in which Tc, is raised by the cooperation l i of the two couplings, intralayer and interlayer. In terms of Darboux transformation, we have exactly solved the higher-order nonlinear Schrdinger equation that describes the propagation of ultrashort optical pulses in optical fibers. We discuss the modulation instability(MI) process in detail and find that the higher-order term has no effect on the MI condition. Under different conditions, we obtain Kuznetsov–Ma soliton and Akhmediev breather solutions of higher-order nonlinear Schrdinger equation. The former describes the propagation of a bright pulse on a continuous wave background in the presence of higher-order effects and the soliton's peak position is shifted owing to the presence of a nonvanishing background, while the latter implies the modulation instability process that can be used in practice to produce a train of ultrashort optical soliton pulses.  相似文献

研究了(1+1)维的变系数Gross-Pitaevskii方程, 获得了该方程的精确畸形波解. 基于该精确畸形波解, 深入研究了非自治物质畸形波在随时间指数变化的相互作用下的传播动力学行为, 发现非自治畸形波除具有“来无影、去无踪”的不可预测特性外, 也可实现完全激发、抑制激发以及维持激发等操控. 研究表明, 畸形波操控的关键是对累积时间的最大值Tmax 与峰值位置T0 (或TI,TII)值大小关系的调节. 当Tmax > T0 (或TI,TII)时畸形波被快速地完全激发, 热原子团中的原子增加到凝聚体中. 当Tmax = T0 (或TI,TII) 时畸形波激发到最大振幅, 可以维持相当长的时间而不消失, 热原子团中的原子增加到凝聚体中. 当Tmax < T0 (或TI,TII)时畸形波没有充足的时间来激发而被抑制甚至消失, 凝聚体中的原子减少. 这些结果在理论和实际应用上具有启迪意义.  相似文献

We study dynamical behaviors of a Bose-Einstein condensate (BEC) containing a dark soliton reflected from potential wells and potential barriers, respectively. The orientation angle of the dark soliton and the width of the potential change play key roles on the reflection probability Rs. Variation of the reflection probability with respect to the orientation angle θ of the dark soliton can be well described by a cosine function Rs~cos[λ(θ-π/2)], where λ is a parameter determined by the width of the potential change. There are two characteristic lengths which determine the reflection properties. The dependence of the reflection probability on the width of the potential change shows distinct characters for potential wells and potential barriers. The length of the dark soliton determines the sensitive width of potential wells, whereas for potential barriers, the decay length of the matter wave in the region of the barrier qualifies the sensitive width of the barrier. The time evolution of the density profiles of the system during the reflection process is studied to disclose the different behaviors of matter waves in the region of the potential variation.  相似文献

One-dimensional spin-1-2 anisotropic Heisenberg antiferromagnet in a longitudinal external magnetic field is studied using bosonization method and Gaussian wave functional techniques which take account of the spatial structure.The magnetization and the energy of the ground state which depend on the external magnetic field are calculated.For the case of anisotropic parameter △>△0,increasing of the external magnetic field above the threshold value leads to the appearance of the soliton lattice state in the ground state,until to an another critical field where the ground state changes to the canted state phase.Therefore,with increasing external magnetic field,the ground state experiences four different phases successively,namely,antiferromagnetic Ising,soliton lattice state canted state,and magnetization saturated phases.When △<△0,the soliton lattice state phase does not appear,with increasing external field,the paramagnetic phase smoothly evolves into the canted state phase,finally reaches magnetization saturated phase.  相似文献

Based on the picture of nonlinear and non-parabolic symmetry response, i.e., Δn2(I)≈ρ(a0+a1x-a2x2), we propose a model for the transversal beam intensity distribution of the nonlocal spatial soliton. In this model, as a convolution response with non-parabolic symmetry, Δ n2(I)≈ρ(b0+b1f-b2f2 with b2/b1>0 is assumed. Furthermore, instead of the wave function Ψ, the high-order nonlinear equation for the beam intensity distribution f has been derived and the bell-shaped soliton solution with the envelope form has been obtained. The results demonstrate that, since the existence of the terms of non-parabolic response, the nonlocal spatial soliton has the bistable state solution. If the frequency shift of wave number β satisfies 0<4(β-ρb0/μ)<3η0/8α, the bistable state soliton solution is stable against perturbation. It should be emphasized that the soliton solution arising from a parabolic-symmetry response kernel is trivial. The sufficient condition for the existence of bistable state soliton solution b2/b1>0 has been demonstrated.  相似文献

Based on the computerized symbolic system Mapte, a new generalized expansion method of Riccati equation for constructing non-travelling wave and coefficient functions‘ soliton-like solutions is presented by a new general ansatz. Making use of the method, we consider the (2 1)-dimensional breaking soliton equation, ut buxxy 4buvx 4buxv = O,uv=vx, and obtain rich new families of the exact solutions of the breaking sofiton equation, including then on-traveilin~ wave and constant function sofiton-like solutions, singular soliton-like solutions, and triangular function solutions.  相似文献
