An electro-oxidative method for generating silver acetylides from acetylenes with a Ag anode was developed. The reaction could be integrated into a Pd-catalysed electrochemical Sonogashira-type reaction. In the presence of the catalytic amount of Pd(OAc)(2) and 4-BzO-TEMPO, electro-generated silver acetylides reacted immediately with arylboronic acids to afford the corresponding coupling adducts in high yields.  相似文献

A variety of optically active carboxylic esters are produced by the kinetic resolution of racemic secondary benzylic alcohols using free carboxylic acids with benzoic anhydride and tetramisole derivatives. 4-Methoxybenzoic anhydride (PMBA) is the best reagent to use in producing the corresponding esters in high ee when the reaction is catalyzed by (+)-benzotetramisole (BTM); by contrast, when non-substituted benzoic anhydride is used as a coupling reagent, the resulting optically active alcohols are obtained with high selectivities. This protocol directly produces chiral carboxylic esters from free carboxylic acids and racemic secondary alcohols by utilizing the trans-acylation process to generate mixed anhydrides from acid components and benzoic anhydride derivatives under the influence of chiral catalysts.  相似文献

安全性是制约锂离子电池向电动汽车领域应用拓展的主要障碍. 本工作提出了一种能够有效改善锂离子电池安全性的电解液添加剂-3,4-乙烯二氧噻吩单体(EDOT),研究了其在有机电解液中的电氧化聚合行为,以及对LiCoO2电极高温热行为和电池安全性、电化学性能的影响. 循环伏安(CV)和透射电镜(TEM)表征结果表明,单体添加剂能够在电池充电过程发生电氧化聚合,在正极表面形成一层聚(3,4-乙烯二氧噻吩)(PEDOT)导电聚合物膜;差示扫描量热(DSC)分析结果显示,PEDOT隔离了电解液与正极表面的直接接触,减少了过热条件下电解液在正极表面的分解放热. 安全性测试结果表明,在电解液中仅添加0.1%的EDOT单体,即可将电池在150 oC高温热冲击下发生热失控的时间推迟13.8分钟. 电化学性能测试结果表明,聚合产物良好的电子导电性能有效改善正极的电子传导能力,在一定程度上提高电池的倍率性能和循环稳定性,而容量、低温性能等基本不受影响,展示出良好的应用前景.  相似文献

Palladium colloids obtained from the degradation of Hermann–Beller palladacycle proved to be an efficient catalytic system in combination with silver oxide as a selective oxidant for the oxidative esterification of differently substituted benzyl alcohols in MeOH as solvent. Excellent reactivity exhibited by the catalytic system also allowed the alcoholic coupling partner to be changed from MeOH to a wide range of alcohols having diverse functionalities. The mildness of the developed protocol also made it possible to employ propargyl alcohol as the coupling partner without any observation of any interference of the terminal alkyne. Selective oxidative coupling of a primary alcoholic functional group over secondary in the case of glycols and glycerols was also made possible using the developed catalyst system. To test the relevancy of Pd/Ag combined catalysis mixed Pd/Ag colloids were synthesized, characterized by TEM, XRD and XPS and applied to oxidative‐esterification successfully.  相似文献

Oxovanadium(V)-catalyzed deoxygenative coupling reaction of allyl alcohols with trimethylsilyl enol ethers was demonstrated to afford γ,δ-unsaturated carbonyl compounds in one-step. The catalytic deoxygenative coupling reaction of allyl alcohols proceeded smoothly with both aromatic and aliphatic trimethylsilyl enol ethers. This catalytic deoxygenative coupling system could be applied to the deoxygenative coupling reaction of benzyl alcohols with trimethylsilyl enol ethers, providing the corresponding carbonyl compounds. Furthermore, a gram-scale catalytic synthesis of the γ,δ-unsaturated carbonyl compound was successfully performed to validate the scalability of this catalytic deoxygenative coupling reaction.  相似文献

The name of Menshutkin is most frequently associated with his eponymous reaction (the quaternization of tertiary amines with alkyl halides). However, he made encyclopedic contributions to the field of reaction kinetics, where he carried out extensive studies of the effects of reactant structure on the rates of esterification of monohydric, dihydric and trihydric alcohols with monocarboxylic acids, and monobasic and dibasic carboxylic acids and anhydrides with monohydric alcohols. In these studies, he deduced an order of reactivity of alcohols in esterification on the basis of their reactions with acetic acid, and the effects of acid structure on the rates of esterification based on the reaction of the carboxylic acid with isobutyl alcohol. When his attention later turned to the substitution chemistry of amines, he defined the parameters that affected their reactions: anilines were less reactive than alkylamines, secondary more reactive than primary amines, and the reaction was accelerated by replacing benzene as a solvent with alcohols. The wide-ranging work of Menshutkin, the physical organic chemist, is discussed.  相似文献

A highly effective C−O coupling reaction of (hetero)aryl electrophiles with primary and secondary alcohols is reported. Catalyzed by a NiII-aryl complex under long-wave UV (390–395 nm) irradiation in the presence of a soluble amine base without any additional photosensitizer, the reaction enables the etherification of aryl bromides and aryl chlorides as well as sulfonates with a wide range of primary and secondary aliphatic alcohols, affording synthetically important ethers. Intramolecular C−O coupling is also possible. The reaction appears to proceed via a NiI–NiIII catalytic cycle.  相似文献

The palladacycle‐catalyzed esterification of a variety of aldehydes with alcohols was developed. This reaction allows formation of esters in moderate to excellent yields not only for various aldehydes but also alcohols. Br?nsted acidic ionic liquids were employed as a series of efficient catalysts and solvents in the esterification of alcohols with acetic anhydride at room temperature. 用自制的硫酸氢1-甲基-3-(3-磺酸基丙基)咪唑([MIMPS]HSO4)酸性离子液体作为水杨酸与醇的酯化反应催化剂,考察了温度、时间、物料配比和离子液体用量等因素对酯化反应的影响,优化的最佳反应条件为: 微波辐射时间20 min,反应温度95 ℃,醇与酸摩尔比3∶1(水杨酸的量为0.02 mol),[MIMPS]HSO4用量10 mmol,水杨酸甲酯的产率和选择性分别为91.9%和99.0%。 离子液体回收循环使用4次,催化效率不变。 与热催化酯化反应相比,微波辐射可缩短反应时间;水杨酸与不同碳链醇的酯化产率随着碳链的增加而降低,同碳链的伯醇酯化率比仲醇高。  相似文献

A novel iridium‐catalyzed intermolecular coupling reaction of primary alcohols or aldehydes with 2‐alkynes was successfully achieved with high regioselectivity to give hydroacylation products such as α,β‐unsaturated ketones in good yields. The mechanistic investigation of the reaction strongly indicated that the coupling proceeds through the initial formation of homoallylic alcohols followed by dehydrogenation to β,γ‐unsatutated ketones and then isomerisation, which leads to the hydroacylation products.  相似文献

Herein, we report a manganese-catalyzed three-component coupling of secondary alcohols, primary alcohols and methanol for the synthesis of β,β-methylated/alkylated secondary alcohols. Using our method, a series of 1-arylethanol, benzyl alcohol derivatives, and methanol undergo sequential coupling efficiently to construct assembled alcohols with high chemoselectivity in moderate to good yields. Mechanistic studies suggest that the reaction proceeds via methylation of a benzylated secondary alcohol intermediate to generate the final product.  相似文献

利用对氨基苯磺酸氟硼酸重氮盐与Fe3O4磁性纳米粒子(MNPs)的偶联反应,非常方便地制备出表面含有磺酸基的Fe3O4磁性纳米粒子。 透射电子显微镜(TEM) 测试结果表明,粒子的平均粒径在 20 nm左右。 溶解性实验表明,该纳米粒子具有较好的水溶性,但不溶于常用的有机溶剂,因此可利用其磁性回收并循环使用。 将该纳米粒子用于催化羧酸与醇的酯化反应,产物酯的收率为71%~86%。 催化剂在酯化反应中的最优使用量为1.5%(质量分数)。 同时,该催化剂可催化果糖合成5-羟甲基糠醛(HMF),收率为32%。  相似文献

An electro-oxidative cyclization pathway in which hydrazones are selected as starting materials to generate amphiphiles by reacting with benzylamines and benzamides was reported. This strategy successfully prepared a series of 1,2,4-triazoles in satisfactory yields. Moreover, the use of cheap stainless steel as the anode, the feasibility to conduct the transformation as a one-pot reaction and the proof that scaling-up these reactions is possible make this transformation attractive for potential application in industry.  相似文献

The esterification of octanoic acid with octanol in microemulsion and emulsion system is studied. In the presence of 5–10% dodecylbenzene-sulfonic acid (DBSA), which is a surfactant-type catalyst, high conversion of esterification can be given both in microemulsion and in emulsion system. Compared with emulsion system, single-phase microemulsion is a more effective reaction system for esterification, with the advantages of comparatively little influence by the amount of water, no need of hard stirring, and stable state when laid long. The esterification of other fatty acids and alcohols in this reaction system were also accomplished in favorable conversion.  相似文献

The oxidative coupling of sp(3) hybridized carbon atoms by photocatalysis is a valuable synthetic method as stoichiometric oxidation reagents can be avoided and dihydrogen is the only byproduct of the reaction. Cadmium sulfide, a readily available semiconductor, was used as a visible light heterogeneous photocatalyst for the oxidative coupling of benzyl alcohols and benzyl amines by irradiation with blue light. Depending on the structure of the starting material, good to excellent yields of homocoupling products were obtained as mixtures of diastereomers. Cross-coupling between benzyl alcohols and benzyl amines gave product mixtures, but was selective for the coupling of tetrahydroisoquinolines to nitromethane. The results demonstrate that CdS is a suitable visible light photocatalyst for oxidative bond formation under anaerobic conditions.  相似文献

In this Communication, we outline a new one-pot, multicomponent coupling reaction that allows easy access to (Z)-trisubstituted allylic alcohols. Our strategy is based on E to Z isomerization of the 1-bromo-1-dialkylvinylborane upon reaction with dialkylzinc reagents, and subsequent transmetalation to give (Z)-trisubstituted vinylzinc species. In situ trapping of the reactive vinylzinc intermediates with aldehydes furnished a series of (Z)-trisubstituted allylic alcohols. This method represents a viable alternative to the Still-Gennari modification of the HWE olefination reaction, and it has the advantage that it allows coupling of larger fragments.  相似文献

An efficient method to synthesize functionalized tetraarylphosphonium salts is described. This palladium-catalyzed coupling reaction between aryl iodides, bromides, or triflates and triphenylphosphine generates phosphonium salts in high yields.
