A method is proposed for describing a moving film vortex structure and its interaction with surface acoustic waves. It is shown that the moving vortex structure can amplify (generate) surface acoustic waves. In contrast to a similar effect in semiconductor films, this effect can appear when the velocity of the vortex structure is much lower than the velocity of the surface acoustic waves. A unidirectional collective mode is shown to exist in the moving vortex structure. This mode gives rise to an acoustic analogue of the diode effect that is resonant in the velocity of the vortex structure. This acoustic effect is manifested as an anomalous attenuation of the surface acoustic waves in the direction of the vortex-structure motion and as the absence of this attenuation for the propagation in the opposite direction. 相似文献

基于大涡模拟和光线追踪方法, 对光线穿越流场后的光程分布与混合层流场中涡结构之间的关系进行了分析, 提出了一种基于涡核位置提取的涡结构瞬时对流速度定量计算方法, 并使用直接几何测量数据进行了验证. 通过对不同尺寸的涡结构、涡-涡配对及融合过程中的涡结构和强压缩性流场中涡结构瞬时对流速度的定量数值计算, 揭示了混合层流场中涡结构对流速度的特性: 对单个涡结构而言, 其瞬时对流速度具有脉动特性, 且脉动幅度随涡结构尺寸和流场压缩性而变化; 在涡-涡配对及融合过程中, 涡对中各个涡结构的瞬时对流速度都表现出类似正弦波动的特点. 针对混合层流场中涡结构对流速度的特性, 给出了其背后的物理原因. 相似文献

The magnetic structure of a solitary oscillating Abrikosov vortex in a magnetic superconductor is investigated. It is shown that the process of the vortex motion in the presence of the magnetic subsystem substantially modifies the shape of the vortex, with the result that there appears an “inverted forerunning” in front of the vortex and an “inverted wake” behind it that is far from its center. 相似文献

We use an approximate micromagnetic model, based on geometrical simplifications of the problem, to describe the vortex core structure observed in spherical Permalloy nanoparticles using off-axis electron holography. The magnetisation distribution inside the vortex core is directly calculated by minimising the micromagnetic energy functional and is compared with the experimental results. The symmetry constraints underlying the model are discussed envisaging possible generalisation to the case of vortex cores with structure strongly dependent on the coordinate directed along the axis of the vortex. Moreover the many-body effect associated with the presence of two small satellite particles is described by rescaling the size of the particle. 相似文献

The effect of enhancement of nonlinear properties of superconducting films is found in low-frequency magnetic field. Harmonic mixing of the electromagnetic radiation is detected. These results provide an argument in support of a new approach to design the active superconducting elements. A low-frequency oscillating magnetic field directed perpendicularly to the film surface forms an unstable vortex structure in the film. The frequency multiplication is intensified in the vortex unstable state. A transition of the vortex structure into the ground state synchronized by an external resonant circuit causes the generation of the electromagnetic radiation. Main advantage of these oscillators over Josephson junctions is high power emitted into a broadband system. 相似文献

An electrodynamic equation is derived for the magnetic field of an isolated Pearl vortex moving along an arbitrary trajectory in an ultrathin film of a magnetic superconductor. This equation is valid for any type of magnetic order in the magnetic subsystem. The magnetic structure of an isolated oscillating Pearl vortex is investigated in a thin magnetic superconductor film. Oscillations of the vortex and the presence of the magnetic subsystem are shown to lead to a significant renormalization of the vortex field in comparison with the Pearl solution. New phenomena of inverted satellites are predicted in which an inverted precursor appears in front of the vortex and an inverted wake is formed behind the latter at a distance of the order of 10λeff from the vortex center. A possibility of visualizing flows using random inhomogeneities of film thicknesses of different colors as particles for visualization is shown on an example of a vortex flow structure in an oscillating thin liquid film. Formation of vortex flows in a thin liquid film containing surface-active substances is investigated in experiments. The film is fixed horizontally along the edges of the cell vibrating in the vertical direction. Spatially homogeneous oscillations of the liquid film can excite different types of waves that generate two-dimensional vortex flows due to nonlinearity. We present results of experimental investigation of the structure of vortex flows in a thin film (0.5–10 μm) with rectangular boundaries. It has been revealed that, if the horizontal size of an inhomogeneous region is much smaller than the size of vortices, the inhomogeneities are transported by vortices and their interference pattern can be used for visualization of vortex flows. 相似文献

A magnetic-dipole vortex is generated in the behind of an ultraintense and ultrashort laser pulse in a near critical density plasma. The vortex is self-sustained by its magnetic field pressure which expels background electrons, and resulting sheath field accelerates electrons to drive high amplitude electric current inside the vortex. The electron energy spectra shows nonthermal distribution with relatively high energy. Interactions between magnetic and vortex rings are studied over a wide interval of interaction parameter values ranging from negligible magnetic effects on vorticity structure, to very strong effects. The employed interaction parameter measures the strength of the Lorentz force in units of the inertial force. At small interaction parameters, the vortex ring shapes part of the magnetic ring into a dissipative, curved, magnetic sheet structure. At high interaction parameters, the Lorentz force acts as an agent of proliferation of vortex rings, since it generates two vortex rings adjacent to the original magnetic structure, one of which is pulled (together with the advected magnetic field) into the wake of the original vortex ring, while the other escapes, ready to interact with another magnetic ring. Once within the initial vortex ring wake, both magnetic and vorticity structures are stretched into spirals, whilst the Lorentz force continuously generates new, intense vorticity at high magnetic field sites. 相似文献

The magnetic structure of an isolated two-dimensional Pearl vortex uniformly moving in a thin magnetic superconductor film is studied. The moving process and the magnetic subsystem sizably renormalize the Pearl vortex field and induce the formation of an “inversion wake” behind the vortex at a large distance on the order of 10λ eff from its center.
