1,6‐ and 1,7‐regioisomers of dinitro‐substituted perylene bisimides ( 1a — 1b and 2a — 2b ) were synthesized under mild condition in high yields. The 1,6‐ and 1,7‐regioisomers were successfully isolated from the regioisomeric mixture using conventional methods of separation and subsequently characterized by 500 MHz 1H NMR spectroscopy. This is the first time when 1,6‐dinitroperylene bisimides ( 1a — 1b ) are obtained in pure form. Furthermore, the photophysical and electrochemical properties of 1 and 2 were found to be almost the same. The nitro functionalities provide stability of n‐type charge carriers by lowering the LUMO to resist ambient oxidation, which may offer potential applications in air‐stable n‐type organic semiconductors.  相似文献

A series of chiral 1,3‐dioxolanes, 3 – 12 , with >99% ee values, have been synthesized. This is the first study of chiral ketalization reaction starting from ketones with aryl, monosubstituted aryl, and long alkyl chains (C11—AC13). Their ee values were determined by chiral high‐performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) on Chiralcel OD column, using their racemic 1,3‐dioxolanes rac‐ 3 – 12 , which were also synthesized for the first time. These chiral and racemic 1,3‐dioxolanes were characterizated by infrared, NMR (1H, 13C), mass spectrometry, elemental analysis, optical rotation, and chiral HPLC.  相似文献

A series of 2‐substituted benzimidazoles, benzoxazoles were synthesized by the condensation reactions of 1‐aryl‐4‐carboxy‐2‐pyrrolidinones and aromatic ortho‐diamines or ortho‐aminophenol. Alkylation of benzimidazoles with iodoalkanes led to 1‐aryl‐4‐(1‐alkyl‐1H‐benzimidazol‐2‐yl)‐2‐pyrrolidin‐ ones or 1,3‐dialkylbenzimidazolium iodides. N‐Subs‐ tituted γ‐amino acids were prepared by the hydrolysis of 1‐aryl‐4‐(1H‐benzimidazol‐2‐yl)‐2‐pyrrolidinones in sodium hydroxide solution, followed by treatment with acetic acid. The structure of the synthesized pro‐ ducts was investigated using IR and 1H, 13C NMR spectra, MM2 molecular mechanics, and AM1 semi‐ empirical quantum mechanical methods. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The synthesis and characterization of barbiturate‐ and thiobarbiturate‐functionalized polystyrene from polystyrene homopolymer by polymer‐modification reactions is discussed. Polystyrene homopolymer quantitatively functionalized at the para postion with diethyl oxomalonate functionality was subjected to a condensation reaction with urea and thiourea in the presence of sodium methoxide in methanol. This reaction proceeded essentially to quantitative conversion to the barbiturate‐ (BAPS) and thiobarbiturate‐functionalized polystyrenes (TBAPS) as estimated by 1H NMR, UV, and IR spectroscopies. Thus, several copolymers of styrene with barbiturate‐ and thiobarbiturate‐functionalized styrene were synthesized. The detailed characterizations of quantitatively functionalized polystyrene using gel permeation chromatographic, IR, UV, and 1H NMR spectroscopic techniques as well as thermogravimetric analysis are discussed. An application of the newly synthesized polymer in removing Cu(II) ions from aqueous solution is demonstrated. This is the first report on the synthesis of BAPS and TBAPS by the polymer‐modification route or otherwise. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. On the 1H NMR timescale, 2,2′‐biindolyls with (R)‐configured (1‐alkoxyprop)‐2‐yl, (1‐hydroxyprop)‐2‐yl, or (1‐siloxyprop)‐2‐yl substituents at C‐1 and C‐1′ are atropisomerically stable at <0 °C and interconvert at >30 °C. A 2,2′‐biindolyl (R,R)‐ 17 a of that kind and achiral (!) brominating reagents gave the atropisomerically stable 3,3′‐dibromobiindolyls (M)‐ and/or (P)‐ 18 a at best atropselectively—because of point‐to‐axial asymmetric inductions—and atropdivergently, exhibiting up to 95 % (M)‐ and as much (P)‐atropselectivity. This route to atropisomerically pure biaryls is novel and should extend to other substrates and/or different functionalizations. The dibromobiindolyls (M)‐ and (P)‐ 18 a furnished the biindolyldiphosphanes (M)‐ and (P)‐ 14 without atropisomerization. These syntheses did not require the resolution of a racemic mixture, which distinguishes them from virtually all biaryldiphosphane syntheses known to date. (M)‐ and (P)‐ 14 acted as ligands in catalytic asymmetric allylations and hydrogenations. Remarkably, the β‐ketoester rac‐ 25 c was hydrogenated trans‐selectively with 98 % ee; this included a dynamic kinetic resolution.  相似文献

There is a paucity of data concerning the structures of six‐ and seven‐membered tellurium‐ and nitrogen‐containing (Te—N) heterocycles. The title compounds, C8H7NOTe, (I), and C9H9NOTe, (II), represent the first structurally characterized members of their respective classes. Both crystallize with two independent molecules in the asymmetric unit. When compared to their sulfur analogs, they exhibit slightly greater deviations from planarity to accommodate the larger chalcogenide atom, with (II) adopting a pronounced twist‐boat conformation. The C—Te—C angles of 85.49 (15) and 85.89 (15)° for the two independent molecules of (I) were found to be somewhat smaller than those of 97.4 (2) and 97.77 (19)° for the two independent molecules of (II). The C—Te bond lengths [2.109 (4)–2.158 (5) Å] are in good agreement with those predicted by the covalent radii. Intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonding in (I) forms centrosymmetric R22(8) dimers, while that in (II) forms chains. In addition, intermolecular Te...O contacts [3.159 (3)–3.200 (3) Å] exist in (I).  相似文献

A series of new 5‐(1‐aryl‐1H‐pyrazole‐4‐yl)‐1H‐tetrazoles 4a‐l were synthesized via [3 + 2] cycloaddition reaction from 1‐aryl‐1H‐pyrazole‐4‐carbonitriles 3a‐l , sodium azide and ammonium chloride, using dimethylformamide (DMF) as solvent, in good yields: 64–85%. The structures of these newly synthesized compounds were determined from the IR, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR spectroscopic data and elemental analyses.  相似文献

2‐Benzothiazolyl‐N‐(arenesulfonyl)‐sulfinimidoyl fluorides were synthesized by the treatment of benzothiazolyl‐2‐sulfur trifluoride with sulfonamides. The reaction of 2‐benzothiazolyl‐N‐ (p‐toluenesulfonyl)‐sulfinimidoyl fluoride with tert‐ butylamine and morpholine gave 2‐benzothiazolyl‐ N‐(arenesulfonyl)‐sulfinimidoyl amides. The reaction of 2‐benzothiazolyl‐N‐(p‐toluenesulfonyl)‐sulfinimi‐ doyl fluoride or 2‐benzothiazolyl‐15N‐(p‐tosyl)sul‐ finimidoyl fluoride with S‐trimethylsilylbenzenethiol gave di(benzothiazolyl‐2) disulfide, fluorotrimethylsi‐ lane and N,N′‐bis(p‐toluenesulfonyl)‐N,N′‐bis(phenyl‐ thio)‐hydrazine or 15N,15N′‐bis(p‐toluenesulfonyl)‐15N, 15N′‐bis(phenylthio)‐hydrazine, respectively. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The new monomer N′‐(β‐methacryloyloxyethyl)‐2‐pyrimidyl‐(p‐benzyloxy‐ carbonyl)aminobenzenesulfonamide (MPBAS) (M1) is synthesized using sulfadiazine as parent compound. It could be homopolymerized and copolymerized with N‐phenyl maleimide (NPMI) (M2) by radical mechanism using AIBN as initiator at 60 °C in dimethylformamide. The new monomer MPBAS and polymers were identified by IR, element analysis and 1H NMR in detail. The monomer reactivity ratios in copolymerization were determined by YBR method, and r1 (MPBAS) = 2.39 ± 0.05, r2 (NPMI) = 0.33 ± 0.02. In the presence of ammonium formate, benzyloxycarbonyl groups could be broken fluently from MPBAS segments of copolymer by catalytic transfer hydrogenation, and the copolymer with sulfadiazine side groups are recovered. © 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. cis‐ and trans‐2‐imino‐1,3‐ and ‐3,1‐perhydrobenzoxazines and the N‐methyl derivatives of the latter were synthesized from the corresponding cyclic 1,3‐amino alcohol with cyanogen bromide. The configurations of the studied compounds were confirmed by 1H and 13C NMR spectra. All trans‐fused compounds exist in biased chair–chair conformations as expected, whereas the cis‐fused 1,3‐benzoxazines attain exclusively the O‐in conformations. The cis‐fused 3,1‐benzoxazines, especially the 1‐methyl‐substituted derivatives, tend to favor the N‐out form, obviously owing to the favorable axial orientation of this N‐methyl. An efficient Pd‐catalyzed three‐component coupling reaction of allyl carboxylates, norbornenes and diboronates is described, which allows efficient assembly of C(sp3)—C(sp3) and C(sp3)—B bonds in a single process. The new L ‐lysine alkali‐metal salts 1 – 5 (M+=Na+ and K+) with different alkyl groups at the Nα‐position were easily synthesized, and their hydro‐ and organogelation properties were investigated. All compounds were H2O‐soluble, and some salts, especially the potassium salts, functioned as a hydrogenator that could gel water below 2 wt‐%. These salts also had organogelation abilities for many organic solvents.  相似文献

To prepare thermally stable and high‐performance polymeric films, new solvent‐soluble aromatic polyamides with a carbamoyl pendant group, namely poly(4,4′‐diamino‐3′‐carbamoylbenzanilide terephthalamide) (p‐PDCBTA) and poly(4,4′‐diamino‐3′‐carbamoylbenzanilide isophthalamide) (m‐PDCBTA), were synthesized. The polymers were cyclized at around 200 to 350 °C to form quinazolone and benzoxazinone units along the polymer backbone. The decomposition onset temperatures of the cyclized m‐ and p‐PDCBTAs were 457 and 524 °C, respectively, lower than that of poly(p‐phenylene terephthalamide) (566 °C). For the p‐PDCBTA film drawn by 40% and heat‐treated, the tensile strength and Young's modulus were 421 MPa and 16.4 GPa, respectively. The film cyclized at 350 °C showed a storage modulus (E′) of 1 × 1011 dyne/cm2 (10 GPa) over the temperature range of room temperature to 400 °C. © 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. Ester‐terminated polyamide dendrimers up to the third generation and amide‐terminated polyamide dendrimers of the first generation were synthesized by convergent growth. The Williamson ether synthesis and diphenylphosphoryl azide (DPPA) coupling of amines to carboxylic acids were used for the construction of the dendrimers, having alternate ether and amide generations. The methyl ester‐ and N,N‐diethylamide‐terminated dendrimers were readily soluble in common organic solvents while the N‐methylamide‐ and N‐benzylamide‐terminated dendrimers were soluble only in DMF and DMSO. Both the end and internal amide groups of the N,N‐diethylamide‐terminated dendrimer were reduced by LiAlH4 to form a polyamine dendrimer. © 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. Colorless and highly air‐ and moisture‐sensitive powders of M[o‐C6H4O(OH)] with M = K, Rb, or Cs have been synthesized from reaction mixtures of the appropriate alkali metal and catechol in thf. All compounds were structurally characterized by means of powder X‐ray diffraction using the Rietveld profile refinement technique including restraints for the C—C/C—O bond distances and the C—C—C angles. The atomic arrangements of M[o‐C6H4O(OH)] (K: monoclinic P21/c; Rb/Cs: orthorhombic Pbcm) are characterized by polymeric chains of [M1[4]O2[2]η6] units connected by hydrogen bonds, thereby making up layered structures similar to the one of catechol. The coordinatively unsaturated alkali metals are forming edge‐sharing MO4 pyramids and exhibit asymmetrical η6‐interactions with the phenylene rings. The symmetry of the unit cells increases with increasing size of the cation, and this results in a decrease of the monoclinic angle from 118.5° (catechol) to 93.7° (K compound), eventually leading to orthorhombic cells for the Rb and Cs compounds.  相似文献

A series of benzo-fused heteroaromatic compounds with 5-, 6- and 7-membered tings, such as benzimidazole,quinoxaline and 1H-1,5-benzodiazepine derivatives, were synthesized through condensation reaction of o-pheny1-enediamine with ary1 aldehydes or ketones. The experimental conditions were carefully examined, and the products were characterized by ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR, MS, IR and elemental analyses. Three kinds of OH‐terminated polylactides were synthesized by the ring‐opening polymerization of lactide, with an alcohol such as dodecanol, glycerol, or pentaerythritol, in the presence of stannous octoate. Moreover, Cl‐, NH2‐, and COOH‐terminated polylactides were synthesized from OH‐terminated polylactides. The end groups of the polylactides were identified by 1H NMR and 13C NMR. According to thermal analysis, the cold crystallization temperatures of Cl‐, NH2‐, and COOH‐terminated polylactides were higher than those of OH‐terminated polylactides. The thermal stability of OH‐terminated polylactides was poor, whereas NH2‐ and Cl‐terminated polylactides were more resistant to thermal degradation. In a hydrolysis degradation test, the mass and molecular weight loss of COOH‐terminated polylactides were high, whereas those of Cl‐ and NH2‐terminated polylactides were much lower. Some new and optically active 1,2,4‐triazolo thiadiazoles bearing N‐phthaloyl‐l ‐amino acids were synthesized by reaction of 4‐amino‐5‐(3‐ or 4‐)pyridyl‐3‐mercapto‐(4H)‐1,2,4‐triazoles with N‐phthaloyl‐l ‐amino acids in the presence of phosphorus oxychloride. Chiral 2‐amino‐butanols ( 4 and 5 ) were obtained via the isolation of diastereomeric salt. Then, chiral compounds ( 6 – 9) were synthesized by a sequential procedure involving condensation of chiral 2‐amino‐butanol with ketone and dichloroacetyl chloride. All the compounds were characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and element analysis. The absolute configurations of ( S )‐ 8 was determined by X‐ray crystallography.  相似文献
