We present a scheme to generate tripartite continuous-variable entanglement at the steady state by using an ensemble of Na five-level double-Λ ? V atoms embedded in a three-mode cavity. The scheme is based on the two-channel resonant four-wave mixing, which leads to the parametric interaction between the sum mode of two fields from the upper double-Λ system and the mode from the lower V system. It is for such reason that three cavity modes are correlated and entangled. The present scheme has the following two striking features. One is that the steady-state tripartite entanglement is achieved under the full-resonance condition. Another feature is the fact that all the fields are coupled to the different atomic transitions, respectively. In particular, the tripartite entanglement occurs among the fields with the large frequency differences, which may be necessary for the progress of quantum information.  相似文献

We propose a theoretical method of generating a three-mode continuous-variable entanglement in an optical cavity with an atomic cloud. The scheme uses Raman transitions between stable atomic ground states and under the input-output theory a three-mode entangled light of the output fields can be produced. The characters of the tripartite entanglement, the degree of the quadrature-phase amplitude correlations among the three modes are discussed by applying a sufficient inseparability criterion for multipartite continuous-variable entanglement, which was proposed by van Loock and Furusawa. The dependences of the correlation on the effective coupling constants are theoretically analyzed.  相似文献

We calculate the quantum correlations existing among the three output fields (pump, signal, and idler) of a triply resonant nondegenerate optical parametric oscillator operating above threshold. By applying the standard criteria [P. van Loock and A. Furusawa, Phys. Rev. A 67, 052315 (2003)], we show that strong tripartite continuous-variable entanglement is present in this well-known and simple system. Furthermore, since the entanglement is generated directly from a nonlinear process, the three entangled fields can have very different frequencies, opening the way for multicolored quantum information networks.  相似文献

We devise the optimal form of Gaussian resource states enabling continuous-variable teleportation with maximal fidelity. We show that a nonclassical optimal fidelity of N-user teleportation networks is necessary and sufficient for N-party entangled Gaussian resources, yielding an estimator of multipartite entanglement. The entanglement of teleportation is equivalent to the entanglement of formation in a two-user protocol, and to the localizable entanglement in a multiuser one. Finally, we show that the continuous-variable tangle, quantifying entanglement sharing in three-mode Gaussian states, is defined operationally in terms of the optimal fidelity of a tripartite teleportation network.  相似文献

We investigate the dynamics of remote entanglement in the system consisting of a Jaynes-Cummings model and an atom-cavity-optomechanical system. Meanwhile, we find that the remote entanglement is related to the initial entanglement degree between two atoms, the coupling strength between atom and cavity. Moreover, the phenomenon of entanglement sudden death appears in the evolution of entanglement for some initial conditions. By investigating the entanglement transfer among two atoms and cavity 1, we show that the entanglement transfer can be realized at some special time. In particular, we evaluate the tripartite entanglement of the two atoms and cavity 1 through π-tangle, and prepare the larger tripartite entanglement. This implementation of tripartite entanglement might provide a potential way to realize improved information processing and distributed quantum computing.

A set of Bell inequalities classifying the quantum entanglement of arbitrary dimensional tripartite systems is presented. These inequalities can characterize full separable and bi-separable quantum states. In this Letter, we show that the fulfillment of uncertainty relations is a sufficient criterion for a quantum-mechanically permissible state. We specifically construct two pseudospin observables for an arbitrary nonpositive Hermitian matrix whose uncertainty relation is violated. This method enables us to systematically derive separability conditions for all negative partial-transpose states in experimentally accessible forms. In particular, generalized entanglement criteria are derived from the Schr?dinger-Robertson inequalities for bipartite continuous-variable states.  相似文献

We report on our research effort to generate large-scale multipartite optical-mode entanglement using as few physical resources as possible. We have previously shown that cluster-and GHZ-type N-partite continuous-variable entanglement can be obtained in an optical resonator that contains a suitably designed second-order nonlinear optical medium, pumped by at most \(\mathcal{O}\)(N 2) fields. In this paper, we show that the frequency comb of such a resonator can be entangled in an arbitrary number of independent 2 × 2 and 2 × 3 continuousvariable cluster states by a single optical parametric oscillator pumped by just a few optical modes.  相似文献

Quantum entangled states, especially those having particular properties, are key resources for quantum information and quantum computation. In this paper, we put forward a new scheme to produce 31 continuous–variable(CV) tripartite entanglement fields based on three optical frequency combs via cascade nonlinear processes in an optical parametric cavity,and investigate the spectral characteristics of three frequency combs. The center wavelengths of the three combs are designed as 852 nm, 780 nm(atomic transition lines), and 1550 nm(fiber communication wavelength). The positivity under partial transposition(PPT) criterion, which is sufficient and necessary, is used to evaluate the entanglement in each group of comb lines. This scheme is experimentally feasible and valuable for constructing quantum information networks in future.  相似文献

量子纠缠是一种重要的量子资源,在多个空间分离的量子存储器间建立确定性的量子纠缠,然后在用户控制的时刻将所存储的量子纠缠转移到量子信道中进行信息的分发和传送,这对于实现量子信息网络是至关重要的.本文介绍了用光学参量放大器制备与铷原子D1吸收线对应的非经典光场,而且在三个空间分离的原子系综中确定性量子纠缠的产生、存储和转移.利用电磁感应透明光和原子相互作用的原理,将制备的多组分光场纠缠态模式映射到三个远距离的原子系综以建立原子自旋波之间的纠缠.然后,存储在原子系综中的纠缠态通过三个量子通道,纠缠态的量子噪声被转移到三束空间分离的正交纠缠光场.三束释放的光场间纠缠的存在验证了该系统具有保持多组分纠缠的能力.这个方案实现了三个量子节点间的纠缠,并且可以直接扩展到具有更多节点的量子网络,为未来实现大型量子网络通信奠定了基础.  相似文献

We derive a family of necessary separability criteria for finite-dimensional systems based on inequalities for variances of observables. We show that every pure bipartite entangled state violates some of these inequalities. Furthermore, a family of bound entangled states and true multipartite entangled states can be detected. The inequalities also allow us to distinguish between different classes of true tripartite entanglement for qubits. We formulate an equivalent criterion in terms of covariance matrices. This allows us to apply criteria known from the regime of continuous variables to finite-dimensional systems.  相似文献

For a tripartite pure state superposed by two individual states, the bipartitely shared entanglement can always be achieved by local measurements of the third party. Consider the different aims of the third party, i.e. maximizing or minimizing the bipartitely shared entanglement, we find bounds on both the possible bipartitely shared entanglement of the superposition state in terms of the corresponding entanglement of the two states being superposed. In particular, by choosing the concurrence as bipartite entanglement measure, we obtain calculable bounds for tripartite (2 ⊗ 2 ⊗ n)-dimensional cases.  相似文献

We investigate polygamy relations of multipartite entanglement in arbitrary-dimensional quantum systems. By improving an inequality and using the βth (0 ≤ β ≤ 1) power of entanglement of assistance, we provide a new class of weighted polygamy inequalities of multipartite entanglement in arbitrary-dimensional quantum systems. We show that these new polygamy relations are tighter than the ones given in Kim (Phys. Rev. A 97, 042332 2018).

We investigate tripartite entanglement in an atom-cavity-optomechanical system consisting of a two-level atom coupled to a cavity with an oscillating mirror at one end. The maximally entangled state between the atom, the field and the oscillating mirror can be prepared in the ideal case. It is shown that the atomic coherent angle that is relatively small makes tripartite entanglement much stronger against dissipative effects in a finite time interval. The parameter k plays a very important role in the oscillating frequency of the tripartite entanglement. More importantly, the π-tangle decays more quickly with the increasing of spontaneous emission rate γ and mean photon number n.  相似文献

We theoretically show that the process of inner-shell photoionization in an atom A, followed by the spontaneous sequential emission of two Auger electrons, produces various kinds of spin-entangled states of three flying electronic qubits. All properties of these states are completely pre-determined by the total spin quantum numbers of the electronic states of four atomic species (i.e., A, A+, A2+, A3+) participating in this process in the Russell-Saunders coupling. These tripartite states are readily characterized experimentally by measuring only energies of the three emitted electrons, without requiring any entanglement witness or other such protocols.  相似文献

This paper proposes a feasible scheme for the quantum teleportation of tripartite entangled coherent states by using linear optical devices such as beam splitters, phase shifters and photo detectors. The scheme is based on the bipartite maximally entangled coherent state and the tripartite entangled coherent state with bipartite maximal entanglement as quantum channels. It shows that when the mean number of photons is equal to 2, the total minimum of the average fidelity for an arbitrary tripartite entangled state is 1-0.67×10 -3.  相似文献

We propose a simple scheme to generate two-mode entangled coherent state in two separated cavities and realize the entanglement reciprocation between the superconducting charge qubits and continuous-variable system. By measuring the state of charge qubits, we find that the entanglement of two charge qubits, which are initially prepared in the maximally entangled state, can be transferred to the two-cavity field, and at this time the two-cavity field is in the entangled coherent state. We also find that the entanglement can be retrieved back to the two charge qubits after measuring the state of the two-cavity field.   相似文献

Whispering gallery microresonator (WGM) filled with nonlinear material has proven to be valuable for enhancing nonlinear optical effects. Here we explore the production of the pump-signal-idler tripartite entanglement based on the integrated high-Q whispering gallery mode cavities filled with lithium niobate. Our theoretical analysis about the entanglement condition when the van Loock and Furusawa criteria are violated paves the way for future investigation of integrated entanglement based on nonlinear high-Q microresonator. In addition, we present parameters used in our designed generator and our theoretical model is highly expansible to further exploration of entanglement over general χ (2) whispering gallery microresonator.  相似文献

Entanglement witnesses are nonpositive Hermitian operators which can detect the presence of entanglement. In this paper, we provide a general parametrization for orthonormal basis of ℂ n and use it to construct projector-based witness operators for entanglement detection in the vicinity of pure bipartite states. Our method to parameterize entanglement witnesses is operationally simple and could be used for doing symbolic and numerical calculations. As an example we use the method for detecting entanglement between an atom and the single mode of quantized field, described by the Jaynes-Cummings model. We also compare the detection of witnesses with the negativity of the state, and show that in the vicinity of pure stats such constructed witnesses able to detect entanglement of the state.  相似文献
