Reactions of O‐aryl dihydrazinothiophosphinates ( 4, 5 ) or O,O′‐diarylhydrazinothio‐phosphonates ( 2 ) with glycosyl isocyanates ( 6 ) gave corresponding N‐(glycosylthioureylene)‐aminothiophosphonic and ‐diaminothiophosphinic O‐aryl esters. Their structures were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, 31P NMR, MS and elemental analyses.  相似文献

A series of O,O‐dialkyl‐5‐aryl‐1‐hydroxy‐2E,4E‐pentadienylphosphonates with structures similar to that of abscisic acid were synthesized by the reactions of dialkyl phosphites with 5‐aryl‐2E,4E‐pentadienaldehydes. The structures of all new compounds have been confirmed by 1H NMR, 31P NMR, and IR spectroscopy and by elemental analysis or MS. The configurations of carbon‐carbon double bonds were determined by X‐ray diffraction analyses. A variety of novel O,O‐Diphenyl N‐(trichlorogermanyl)propiono‐α‐aminophosphonates were synthesized by the reaction of β‐(trichlorogermanyl) propionyl chloride with diphenyl α‐aminophosphonates in the presence of triethylamine. The structures of all of the products were confirmed by 1H‐NMR spectroscopy, elemental analyses, and IR spectroscopy. Data of 1H‐NMR and IR spectroscopic determinations indicated the title compounds to be pentacoordinated organogermanium compounds. Novel functionalized bis‐thiazole derivatives ( 4a–d , 9a , b , 13a–e , and 16a–d ) were synthesized in good to excellent yields (70–90%) via the ring closure of benzo[d ]thiazol‐2‐amine and various α‐haloketones in the presence of carbon disulfide or aryl isothiocyanates as S‐nucleophiles. The structures of newly synthesized compounds were characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, elemental analysis, and mass spectroscopy techniques.  相似文献

5‐Substituted (amine, alkyl, aryl, heterocyclic) 4‐(1,3,4‐thiadiazol‐2‐yl)benzene‐1,3‐ diols were synthesized, and their antifungal properties were examined. The compounds were obtained by the one‐pot reaction of sulfinylbis((2,4‐dihydroxyphenyl)methanethione) with hydrazides or thiosemicarbazides. Their structures were identified from elemental, IR, 1H NMR, and MS spectra analyses. The activities of the derivatives against five phytopathogenic fungi in vitro were measured. Some new (S)‐1‐aryl‐N‐(1‐hydroxy‐3‐phenylpropan‐2‐yl)‐5‐methyl‐1 H‐1,2,3‐triazole‐4‐carboxamides 4a , 4b , 4c , 4d , 4e , 4f , 4g , 4h , 4i , 4j have been synthesized and established by 1H and 13C NMR, IR, MS spectra, CHN analyses, and x‐ray diffraction crystallography. The molecular conformation and packing is stabilized by interactions of intermolecular H‐bond O2’‐H2'···O1, O2‐H2···O1’ and intramolecular H‐bond N4’‐H4'N···N3’, N4’‐H4'N···O2’, N4‐H4N···N3, N4‐H4N···O2. The two rings of five numbers were formed by H‐bond in a molecular.  相似文献

A new anionic phosphorothioate ligand that incorporates the bioactive cholesteryl group was obtained ( 2 ), Na(RR′P(S)O; R, O‐phenyl; R′, O‐cholesteryl) from the phenylphosphoramidate ( 1 ) and NaH in dioxane. In order to test the coordination ability of 2, two organoarsenic derivatives were prepared, O(C6H4)2AsS(O)PRR′ ( 3 ) and S(C6H4)2AsS(O)PRR′ ( 4 ) by reacting 2 with 10‐chlorophenoxarsine or 10‐chlorophenothiarsine. Compounds 2, 3 , and 4 were characterized by elemental microanalysis, IR, multi‐element NMR (1H, 13C, and 31P), and mass spectrometry. The spectroscopic data suggest that the ligand is bonded to the arsenic only through the sulfur donor atom in both organoarsenic derivatives. © 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. In continuation of our work, we synthesized 2‐(sulfamoylphenyl)‐4′‐amino‐4‐(4″‐hydroxyphenyl)‐thiazole ( 3a ), which were reacted with various (aryl/hetroaryl) aldehyde to form 2‐(sulfamoylphenyl)‐4′‐(iminoaryl/hetroaryl)‐4‐(4″‐hydroxyphenyl)‐thiazoles ( 4a , 4b , 4c , 4d , 4e , 4f ). Glucosylation of compounds ( 4a , 4b , 4c , 4d , 4e , 4f ) have been done by using acetobromoglucose as a glucosyl donor to afford 2‐(sulfamoylphenyl)‐4′‐(iminoaryl/hetroaryl)‐4‐(2,3,4,6‐tetra‐O‐acetyl‐4″‐O‐β‐D ‐glucosidoxyphenyl)‐thiazoles ( 5a , 5b , 5c , 5d , 5e , 5f ), further on deacetylation to produce 2‐(sulfamoylphenyl)‐4′‐(iminoaryl/hetroaryl)‐4‐(4″‐O‐β‐D ‐glucosidoxyphenyl)‐thiazoles ( 6a , 6b , 6c , 6d , 6e , 6f ). Seven novel fluorescence‐traced 1‐aryl‐2‐substituted‐3‐allyl‐1H‐benzimidazolium bromides ( 5a , 5b , 5c , 5d , 5e , 5f , 5g ) were synthesized by alkylation and quaternization of compounds 1‐aryl‐2‐substituted‐1H‐benzimidazoles ( 4a , 4b , 4c , 4d , 4e , 4f , 4g ) with excess allyl bromide in acetonitrile at refluxing temperature. Their structures were characterized by 1H‐NMR, MS, and elemental analysis. They emit violet‐blue light (λEmmax = 386–438 nm) with fluorescence quantum yields of 0.54 to 0.75 in aqueous solution.  相似文献

The reaction of N‐methyl‐2,2′‐diphenolamine 1 and 2,2′‐diphenolamine 2 with some diorganotin(IV) oxides [R1/2SnO: R1 = Me, n‐Bu, t‐Bu and Ph] led to the syntheses of diorgano[N‐methyl‐2,2′‐diphenolato‐O,O′,N]tin (IV) 3–6 and diorgano[2,2′‐diphenolato‐O,O′,N]tin (IV) 7–9 . All compounds (except 7 ) studied in this work were characterized by 1H, 13C, 119Sn NMR, infrared, and mass spectroscopy. The tautomerism of the synthesized 3‐arylpyrimido[4,5‐c]pyridazine‐5,7(6H,8H)‐diones ( 1a–d ) and 3‐aryl‐7‐thioxo‐7,8‐dihydro‐6H‐pyrimido[4,5‐c]pyridazine‐5‐ones ( 2a–d ) was studied in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO)‐d6. 1H NMR spectra of 1a–d showed a clustered water molecule in the structure backbone that is attached by strong intermolecular H bonding. The relation between the temperature and H bonding of the clustered water molecule with 1a was also studied as representative. The relation between the electronegativity (χ) of the substituent on phenyl ring and the chemical shifts of clustered water protons in 1a–d was also studied. All of 1a–d and also 2d compounds existed in lactam ( I ) form, whereas 2a–c compounds have two distinguished tautomers in DMSO‐d6 [lactam ( I ) and lactim ( II ) forms]. The solvent‐substrate proton exchange was examined in compounds 1a–d and 2a–d by adding one drop of D2O. All compounds (except 1d ) showed proton/deuterium exchange of the clustered water protons in DMSO by adding one drop of D2O. Some compounds (but not all of them) that are easily soluble in DMSO‐d6 containing D2O showed isotopic splitting (β‐isotope effect) in their 13C NMR spectra. Among them, compound 1a was the best evidence to help the spectral assignments and structure determination of predominant tautomer by carbon‐13 splitting (β‐isotope effect). An efficient and simple method developed for the synthesis of 6‐methyl‐1,2,3,4‐tetrahydro‐N‐aryl‐2‐oxo/thio‐4‐arylpyrimidine‐5‐carboxamide derivatives ( 4a‐o ) using UO2(NO3)2.6H2O catalyst under conventional and ultrasonic conditions. The ultrasound irradiation synthesis had shown several advantages such as milder conditions, shorter reaction times and higher yields. The structures of all the newly synthesized compounds have been confirmed by FT‐IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and mass spectra.  相似文献

Novel 2,10‐dichloro‐6‐substituted‐4,8‐dinitro‐12H‐dibenzo[d,g][1,3,2]dioxaphosphocin 6‐oxides ( 4a–h ) were synthesized by reacting 5,5′‐dichloro‐3,3′‐dinitro‐2,2′‐dihydroxydiphenylmethane ( 2 ) with different aryl phosphorodichloridates ( 3a–g ) or bis(2‐chloroethyl)phosphoramidic dichloride ( 3h ) in the presence of triethylamine at 55–60°C, and the compounds 4i–l were prepared by reacting the 2,6,10‐trichloro‐4,8‐dinitro‐12H‐dibenzo[d,g][1,3,2]dioxaphosphocin 6‐sulfide ( 5 ) in situ with substituted phenols and thiophenol 5 was prepared by condensing 2 with thiophosphoryl chloride. IR, 1H, 13C, 31P NMR, and mass spectra supported all the proposed structures. Several title compounds exhibited significant activity in the assays against the bacteria Bacillus subtilis and Escherichia coli and fungi Curvularia lunata and Aspergillus niger. © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. The first examples of S‐thiophosphate derivatives of 2‐bromo‐2‐deoxy sugars 7–12 were synthesized by reacting alkyl ammonium salts 1–4 of thiophosphoric acids with α‐1,2‐cis (5) or α‐1,2‐trans dibromo sugars (6) and addition of free thiophosphoric acids 1a or 2a to 2‐bromo‐D‐glucal (13). It was observed that the solvent determines formation of either the O‐ or S‐glycosyl compound. β‐Thiophosphates can be transformed to the α‐configuration in the presence of acid in quantitative yield. Some new compounds (E)‐3‐aryl‐1‐(5‐methyl‐1‐p‐tolyl‐1H‐1,2,3‐triazol‐4‐yl)‐prop‐2‐en‐1‐ones 5a–e were prepared by 1‐(5‐methyl‐1‐p‐tolyl‐1H‐1,2,3‐triazol‐4‐yl)‐ethanone and various aromatic aldehydes. Then one pot reaction was happened by compounds 5a–e with hydrazine hydrate in acetic acid or propionic acid, respectively, to give the title compounds 1acyl‐5‐aryl‐3‐(5‐methyl‐1‐p‐tolyl‐1H‐1,2,3‐triazol‐4‐yl)‐4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrazoles 6a–i . Syntheses of 2‐aryloxy/2‐chloro ethoxy‐2,3‐dihydro‐5‐benzoyl‐1H‐1,3,2‐benzodiaza‐phosphole 2‐oxides 3a–h were accomplished by reactions of equimolar quantities of 3,4‐diaminobenzophenone ( 1 ) with various aryl/chloroethoxy phosphorodichloridates 2a–g and 2h in the presence of triethylamine at 50–60°C. Compounds 3i–k were prepared by reacting 3,4‐diaminobenzophenone ( 1 ) with aryl thiophosphorodichloridates 2i–k under similar conditions. N‐stearoylethanolamine (NAE18:0) was reacted with O‐alkyl O‐aryl chlorophosphate and a series of O‐alkyl O‐aryl O‐2‐(stearamido)ethyl phosphates were synthesized to explore their antifungal activity. In both the title structures, O‐ethyl N‐(2,3,4,6‐tetra‐O‐acetyl‐β‐d ‐gluco­pyran­osyl)­thio­carbam­ate, C17H25NO10S, and O‐methyl N‐(2,3,4,6‐tetra‐O‐acetyl‐β‐d ‐gluco­pyran­osyl)­thiocar­bam­ate, C16H23NO10S, the hexo­pyran­osyl ring adopts the 4C1 conformation. All the ring substituents are in equatorial positions. The acetoxy­methyl group is in a gauchegauche conformation. The S atom is in a synperi­planar conformation, while the C—N—C—O linkage is antiperiplanar. N—H?O intermolecular hydrogen bonds link the mol­ecules into infinite chains and these are connected by C—H?O interactions.  相似文献

A series of new 5‐(1‐aryl‐1H‐pyrazole‐4‐yl)‐1H‐tetrazoles 4a‐l were synthesized via [3 + 2] cycloaddition reaction from 1‐aryl‐1H‐pyrazole‐4‐carbonitriles 3a‐l , sodium azide and ammonium chloride, using dimethylformamide (DMF) as solvent, in good yields: 64–85%. 1,2‐O‐Cyclohexylidene‐4‐aza‐8‐aminooctane (L) has been synthesized starting from 1‐chloro‐2,3‐O‐cyclohexylidene, which has been prepared by the reaction of epichlorohydrin with cyclohexanone. The complexes of this ligand with Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), and UO2(VI) salts were prepared.
