Reaction of group 12 metal dihalides with 2‐acetylpyridine‐N‐oxide 4N‐methylthiosemicarbazone (H4MLO) in ethanol afforded compounds [M(H4MLO)X2] (M = ZnII, CdII, HgII; X = Cl, Br, I), the structures of which were characterized by elemental analysis and by IR and 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. In addition, the complexes of ZnBr2 and ZnI2 were analysed structurally by X‐ray diffractometry. In [Zn(H4MLO)Br2] the ligand is O,N,S‐tridentate and the metal is pentacoordinated, while in [Zn(H4MLO)I2] the thiosemicarbazone is S,O‐bis‐monodentate and the ZnII cation has a distorted tetrahedral coordination polyhedron. In assays of antifungal activity against Aspergillus niger and Paecilomyces variotii, only the mercury compounds showed any activity, and only [Hg(H4MLO)Cl2] and [Hg(H4MLO)I2] were competitive with nystatin against A. niger.  相似文献

A series of Zn (II), Pd (II) and Cd (II) complexes, [(L) n MX 2 ] m (L = L‐a–L‐c; M = Zn, Pd; X = Cl; M = Cd; X = Br; n, m = 1 or 2), containing 4‐methoxy‐N‐(pyridin‐2‐ylmethylene) aniline ( L‐a ), 4‐methoxy‐N‐(pyridin‐2‐ylmethyl) aniline ( L‐b ) and 4‐methoxy‐N‐methyl‐N‐(pyridin‐2‐ylmethyl) aniline ( L‐c ) have been synthesized and characterized. The X‐ray crystal structures of Pd (II) complexes [L 1 PdCl 2 ] (L = L‐b and L‐c) revealed distorted square planar geometries obtained via coordinative interaction of the nitrogen atoms of pyridine and amine moieties and two chloro ligands. The geometry around Zn (II) center in [(L‐a)ZnCl 2 ] and [(L‐c)ZnCl 2 ] can be best described as distorted tetrahedral, whereas [(L‐b) 2 ZnCl 2 ] and [(L‐b) 2 CdBr 2 ] achieved 6‐coordinated octahedral geometries around Zn and Cd centers through 2‐equivalent ligands, respectively. In addition, a dimeric [(L‐c)Cd(μ ‐ Br)Br] 2 complex exhibited typical 5‐coordinated trigonal bipyramidal geometry around Cd center. The polymerization of methyl methacrylate in the presence of modified methylaluminoxane was evaluated by all the synthesized complexes at 60°C. Among these complexes, [(L‐b)PdCl 2 ] showed the highest catalytic activity [3.80 × 104 g poly (methyl methacrylate) (PMMA)/mol Pd hr?1], yielding high molecular weight (9.12 × 105 g mol?1) PMMA. Syndio‐enriched PMMA (characterized using 1H‐NMR spectroscopy) of about 0.68 was obtained with Tg in the range 120–128°C. Unlike imine and amine moieties, the introduction of N‐methyl moiety has an adverse effect on the catalytic activity, but the syndiotacticity remained unaffected.  相似文献

The reactions of 4N‐ethyl‐2‐[1‐(pyrrol‐2‐yl)methylidene(hydrazine carbothioamide ( 4 EL1 ) and 4N‐ethyl‐2[1‐(pyrrol‐2‐yl)ethylidene(hydrazine carbothioamide ( 4 EL2 ) with Group 12 metal halides afforded complexes of types [M(L)2X2] (M = Zn, Cd; L = 4 EL1, 4 EL2; X = Cl, Br, I; 1 – 6 , 14 – 19 ) and [M(L)X2] (M = Hg; L = 4 EL1, 4 EL2; X = Cl, Br, I; 7 – 9 , 20 – 22 ). In addition, reaction of 4 EL1 with salts of CuII, NiII, PdII and PtII afforded compounds of type [M(4 EL1–H)2] ( 10 – 13 ). The new compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, FAB mass spectrometry, IR and electronic spectroscopy and, for sufficiently soluble compounds, 1H, 13C and, when appropriate, 113Cd or 199Hg NMR spectrometry. The spectral data suggest that in their complexes with Group 12 metal cations, both thiosemicarbazones are neutral and S‐monodentate; and for [Zn(4 EL1)2I2] ( 3 ), [Cd(4 EL1)2Br2] ( 5 ) and [Hg(4 EL1)Cl2]2 ( 7 ) this was confirmed by X‐ray diffractometry. By contrast, in its complexes with CuII and Group 10 metal cations, 4 EL1 is monodeprotonated and S,N‐bidentate, as was confirmed by X‐ray diffractometry for [Ni(4 EL1–H)2] ( 11 ) and [Pd(4 EL1–H)2] ( 12 ).  相似文献

Reaction of the ligand 2, 2′‐diamino‐4, 4′‐bithiazole (DABTZ) with Zn(ClO4)2, CdCl2, and Hg(SCN)2 gives complexes with composition [Zn(DABTZ)2](ClO4)2, [Cd(DABTZ)2Cl2], and [Hg(DABTZ)(SCN)2]. The complexes were characterized by elemental analyses and infrared spectroscopy. The crystal structure of the [Hg(DABTZ)(SCN)2] was determined by X‐ray crystallography. The complex is built up of a monomeric Hg(SCN)2 unit with one 2, 2′‐diamino‐4, 4′‐bithiazole ligand coordinated to the Hg atom via the two N atoms giving rise to a five‐member chelate ring in a distorted tetrahedral environment. There is π‐π stacking interaction between the parallel aromatic rings belonging to adjacent chain as planar species in which the mean molecular planes are close to parallel and separated by a distance of ~ 3.5Å, close to that of the planes in graphite. The coordinated 2, 2′‐diamino‐4, 4′‐bithiazole molecule is involved in hydrogen bonding acting as hydrogen‐bond donors with N atoms from the SCN ligand as potential hydrogen‐bond acceptors. The hydrogen bonding yields infinite chains parallel to the crystallographic vectors a and b. Each molecule is bonded to three neighbours. Both amine H atoms are hydrogen bonded to N atoms.  相似文献

A series of late transition metal complexes, [(bpma)Co(μ – Cl)Cl] 2 , [(bpma)Cu(μ – Cl)Cl] 2 , [(bpma)Zn(μ – Cl)Cl] 2 and [(bpma)Cd(μ – Br)Br] 2 (where bpma is 4‐bromo‐N‐((pyridin‐2‐yl)methylene)benzenamine) have been synthesized and structurally characterized. The X‐ray structures of dimeric complexes [(bpma)M(μ – X)X] 2 (M = Co, Cu and Zn, X = Cl; M = Cd, X = Br) showed a distorted 5‐coordinate trigonal bipyramidal geometry involving two nitrogen atoms of N,N‐bidentate ligand, two bridged and one terminal halogen atoms. The complex [(bpma)Cu(μ – Cl)Cl] 2 revealed the highest catalytic activity for the polymerisation of methyl methacrylate in the presence of modified methylaluminoxane with an activity of 9.14 × 104 g PMMA/mol·Cu·h at 60 °C and afforded syndiotactic poly (methylmethacrylate) (rr = 0.69).  相似文献

The reaction of N‐(2‐pyridyl)carbonylaniline (L) with Zn(NO3)2, CdCl2, and Hg(SCN)2 gives the following complexes: [Zn(L)2](NO3)2, [Cd(L)2Cl2], and [Hg(L)(SCN)2]. The new complexes were characterized by elemental analyses and IR‐, 1H‐, 13C‐NMR spectroscopy. The crystal structure of the [Hg(L)(SCN)2] was determined by single crystal X‐ray analysis. The monomeric complex is built up of a Hg(SCN)2 unit with one N‐(2‐pyridyl)carbonylaniline (L) ligand coordinated to the Hg atom via the ring pyridinic nitrogen atom and the carbonyl oxygen atom forming a five‐membered chelate ring. The Hg atom has a distorted tetrahedral environment. There is π‐π stacking interaction between the parallel aromatic rings belonging to adjacent chain as planar species in which the mean molecular planes are close to parallel and separated by a distance of ~ 3.5Å, close to that of the planes in graphite. The coordinated N‐(2‐pyridyl)carbonylaniline (L) molecule is involved in hydrogen bonding acting as hydrogen‐bond donors with S and N atoms from SCN ligand as potential hydrogen‐bond acceptors. There is a shortest intermolecular contacts between the S and N atoms. The hydrogen bonding and shortest intermolecular contacts between the S and N atoms yields infinite chains parallel to the crystallographic vector c. Each molecule is bonded to two neighbors.  相似文献

Reactions of divalent Zn‐Hg metal ions with 1,3‐imidazolidine‐2‐thione (imdtH2) in 1 : 2 molar ratio have formed monomeric complexes, [Zn(η1‐S‐imdtH2)2(OAc)2] ( 1 ), [Cd((η1‐SimdtH2)2I2] ( 2 ), [Cd(η1‐S‐imdtH2)2Br2] ( 3 ), and [Hg(η1‐S‐imdtH2)2I2] ( 4 ). Complexes 1 – 4 , have been characterized by elemental analysis (C, H, N), spectroscopy (IR, 1H, NMR) and x‐ray crystallography ( 1 ‐ 4 ). Hydrogen bonding between oxygen of acetate and imino hydrogen of ligand, {N(2)–H(2C)···O(2)#} in 1 , ring CH and imino hydrogen, {C(2A)–H(2A)···Br(2)#} in 3 have formed H‐bonded dimers. Similarly, the interactions between molecular units of complexes 2 and 4 have yielded 2D polymers. The polymerization occurs via intermolecular interactions between thione sulfur and imino hydrogen, {N(2)–H(2)···S(1)#}, imino hydrogen and the iodine atom, {NH(1)···I(2)#} in 2 and imino hydrogen – iodine atom {N(2A)–H(2A)···I(2)} and I···I interaction in 4 . Three new complexes: [M(L)(H2O)] [M = Zn ( 1 ), Co ( 2 ), Ni ( 3 ); H2L = 5‐(pyridin‐2‐ylmethyl)aminoisophthalic acid] were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions at 180 °C and were characterized by elemental analysis, FT‐IR spectroscopy, single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The results of X‐ray diffraction analysis reveal that complexes 1 – 3 are isostructural and crystallize in the monoclinic system with space group P21/c. Each of the complexes displays a (3,3′)‐connected two‐dimensional (2D) wave‐like network with (4,82) topology, within which five‐membered uncoplanar N,N‐chelated metallacycles are shaped. Delicate N–H ··· O and O–H ··· O hydrogen bonding interactions exist in complexes 1 – 3 . Adjacent 2D layers are linked by intermolecular interactions, resulting in the construction of extended metal‐organic frameworks (MOFs) in complexes 1 and 2 .  相似文献

Reaction of a new type of bidentate ligand PhPQu [PhPQu = 2‐diphenylphosphino‐4‐methylquinoline] with Fe(CO)5 in butanol gave trans‐Fe(FpPQu‐P)(CO)3 (1). Compound 1, which can act as a neutral tridentate organometallic ligand, was reacted with I B, II B metal compounds and a rhodium complex to give six binuclear complexes with Fe? M bonds, Fe(CO)3 (μ‐Ph2PQu)MXn (2–7) [M= Zn(II), Cd(II), Hg(II), Cu(I), Ag(I), Rh(I)], and an ion‐pair complex [Fe(CO)3 (μ‐Ph2PQu)2HgI][HgI3]? (8). The structure of 8 was determined by X‐ray crystallography. Complex 8 crystallizes in the space group P‐1 with a = 1.0758(3), b = 1.6210(4), c=1.7155(4)nm; a=75.60(2), β=71.81(2), γ=81.78(2)° and Z = 2 and its structure was refined to give agreement factors of R=0.050 and Rw = 0.057. The Fe‐Hg bond distance is 0.2536nm.  相似文献

The 1H, 13C and 15N NMR spectra in DMSO‐d6 were measured for eight nitraminopyridine N‐oxides, ten 4‐nitropyridine N‐oxides, four 2‐nitraminopyridines and five 4‐nitropyridines. Their chemical shift assignments are based on PFG 1H,X (X = 13C and 15N) HMQC and HMBC experiments. The relative energies for the tautomers of two nitraminopyridine N‐oxides were determined by ab initio HF/6–311G** calculations. A single‐crystal x‐ray structural analysis was made for 4‐methyl‐2‐nitraminopyridine: C6H7O2N3, M = 153.15, triclinic, space group P‐1 (No. 2), a = 7.0275(4), b = 6.8034(3), c = 8.6086(5) Å, α = 103.620(2), β = 90.309(2), γ = 122.215(3)°, V = 334.11(3) Å3, Z = 2. The behavior of N,N′‐bis(pyridin‐2‐ylmethylene)benzene‐1,4‐diamine (L) towards zinc(II), cadmium(II), and mercury(II) chlorides was studied in methanol solutions. In the presence of metal ions, the organic molecule was decomposed to N‐(pyridin‐2‐ylmethylene)benzene‐1,4‐diamine (L′), and complexes of general formula M(L′)Cl2 were isolated from the mixture. The complexes were identified by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR, and 13C NMR spectra, and their structures were further confirmed by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis of Zn(L′)Cl2 and Hg(L′)Cl2. In the solid state of both complexes, the molecules are stabilized by N–H ··· Cl hydrogen bonds and aromatic π–π stacking interactions.  相似文献

Reaction of CdII and ZnII thiocyanate with 3‐acetylpyridine leads to the formation of the new CdII and ZnII coordination compounds [Cd(NCS)2(3‐acetylpyridine)4] ( 1A ), [Cd(NCS)2(3‐acetylpyridine)2]n ( 1B ), [Cd(NCS)2(3‐acetylpyridine)]n ( 1C ) and [Zn(NCS)2(3‐acetylpyridine)2] ( 2A ). Compound 1A consists of discrete complexes, in which the metal centers are octahedrally coordinated by four terminal bonded N‐donor co‐ligands and two terminal N‐bonded thiocyanato anions. In compound 2A the metal centers are only tetrahedrally coordinated by two terminal bonded N‐donor co‐ligands and two terminal N‐bonded thiocyanato anions. In compound 1B the CdII cations are octahedrally coordinated by two terminal bonded N‐donor co‐ligands and four thiocyanato anions. The metal centers are linked by μ‐1, 3 bridging thiocyanato anions into chains. In compound 1C the metal cations are octahedrally coordinated by two μ‐1, 5 bridging 3‐acetyl‐pyridine ligands and four μ‐1, 3 bridging thiocyanato anions building up a three‐dimensional coordination network. Investigations on the thermal degradation behavior of all compounds using simultaneous differential thermoanalysis and thermogravimetry as well as X‐ray powder diffraction and IR spectroscopy prove that on heating compound 2A decompose without the formation of 3‐acetylpyridine‐deficient intermediates. In contrast, for compound 1A a stepwise decomposition is observed, leading to the formation of the 3‐acetylpyridine‐deficient compound [Cd(NCS)2(3‐acetylpyridine)2]n ( 1B ) which decomposes on further heating  相似文献

Two new mixed‐anion zinc(II) and cadmium(II) complexes of 3‐(2‐pyridyl)‐5,6‐diphenyl‐1,2,4‐triazine (PDPT) ligand, [Zn(PDPT)2Cl(ClO4)] and [Cd(PDPT)2(NO3)(ClO4)], have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR‐ and 1H NMR spectroscopy. The single crystal X‐ray analyses show that the coordination number in these complexes is six with four N‐donor atoms from two “PDPT” ligand and two of the anionic ligands, ZnN4ClOperchlorate, CdN4OnitrateOperchlorate. Self‐assembly of these compounds in the solid state via ππ‐stacking interactions is discussed.  相似文献

2, 4‐Dimethylpenta‐1, 3‐diene and 2, 4‐Dimethylpentadienyl Complexes of Rhodium and Iridium The complexes [(η4‐C7H12)RhCl]2 ( 1 ) (C7H12 = 2, 4‐dimethylpenta‐1, 3‐diene) and [(η4‐C7H12)2IrCl] ( 2 ) were obtained by interaction of C7H12 with [(η2‐C2H4)2RhCl]2 and [(η2‐cyclooctene)2IrCl]2, respectively. The reaction of 1 or 2 with CpTl (Cp = η5‐C5H5) yields the compounds [CpM(η4‐C7H12)] ( 3a : M = Rh; 3b : M = Ir). The hydride abstraction at the pentadiene ligand of 3a , b with Ph3CBF4 proceeds differently depending on the solvent. In acetone or THF the “half‐open” metallocenium complexes [CpM(η5‐C7H11)]BF4 ( 4a : M = Rh; 4b : M = Ir) are obtained exclusively. In dichloromethane mixtures are produced which additionally contain the species [(η5‐C7H11)M(η5‐C5H4CPh3)]BF4 ( 5a : M = Rh; 5b : M = Ir) formed by electrophilic substitution at the Cp ring, as well as the η3‐2, 4‐dimethylpentenyl compound [(η3‐C7H13)Rh{η5‐C5H3(CPh3)2}]BF4 ( 6 ). By interaction of 2, 4‐dimethylpentadienyl potassium with 1 or 2 the complexes [(η4‐C7H12)M(η5‐C7H11)] ( 7a : M = Rh; 7b : M = Ir) are generated which show dynamic behaviour in solution; however, attempts to synthesize the “open” metallocenium cations [(η5‐C7H11)2M]+ by hydride abstraction from 7a , b failed. The new compounds were characterized by elemental analysis and spectroscopically, 4b and 5a also by X‐ray structure analysis.  相似文献

The title compound was prepared by reaction of N, N‐dimethyldithiocarbamate sodium with l‐bromo‐l‐(4‐methoxyphenylcarbonyl)‐2‐(1, 2, 4‐triazole‐l‐yl) ethane. Its crystal structure has been determined by X‐ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to triclinic with space group Pī, a = 0.7339(2) nm, b = 1.1032(2) nm, c = 1.1203(2) nm, a = 90.27(3)°, β = 102.03(3)°, γ = 104.91(3)°, Z=2, V = 0.8556(3) nm3, Dc = 1.360 g/cm3, μ =0.325 mm?1, F(000)=368, final R1 =0.0475. The planes of 4‐methoxybenzyl group and triazole ring are nearly perpendicular to each other. The dihedral angle is 83.97°. There is an obvious π‐π stacking interaction between the molecules in the crystal lattice. The results of biological test show that the title compound has fungicidal and plant growth regulating activities.  相似文献

Self‐assembly of the rigid organic ligand 2‐propyl‐4,5‐dicarboxy‐1H‐imidazole ( L ) with different metal ions (Zn2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, Cd2+) led to four new complexes, namely, [M( L )(phen)] [M = Zn ( 1 ); Ni ( 2 ); Cd ( 3 )] and [Cu( L )( 4 )] (phen = 1,10‐phenanthroline). Their structures were determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analyses, and they were further characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, and thermogravimetric analysis. Whereas compounds 1 , 2 , and 3 are discrete units, hydrogen‐bonding interactions play a vital role in these complexes. Compounds 1 and 2 form one‐dimensional (1D) and two‐dimensional (2D) structures through hydrogen‐bondinginteractions with helical character. In 1 , the hydrogen bonds (O–H ··· O) alternately bridge the MII cations of the discrete units to form a one‐dimensional (1D) infinite helical chain. Complex 2 forms a 2D helical layer through parallel hydrogen bonds (N/O–H ··· O/N) between two adjacent helical chains. In 3 , the hydrogen bonds (N–H ··· O) connect adjacent discrete units into a ten‐membered ring with extension into a one‐dimensional double‐chain supramolecular structure. Complex 4 is a two‐dimensional gridlike (4,4) topological layer which is extended to a 3D network by hydrogen bonding. The solid‐state fluorescence spectrum of complex 3 was determined.  相似文献

Reactions of pyrimidine‐2‐thione (HpymS) with PdII/PtIV salts in the presence of triphenyl phosphine and bis(diphenylphosphino)alkanes, Ph2P‐(CH2)m‐PPh2 (m = 1, 2) have yielded two types of complexes, viz. a) [M(η2‐N, S‐ pymS)(η1‐S‐ pymS)(PPh3)] (M = Pd, 1 ; Pt, 2 ), and (b) [M(η1‐S‐pymS)2(L‐L)] {L‐L, M = dppm (m = 1) Pd, 3 ; Pt, 4 ; dppe (m = 2), Pd, 5 ; Pt, 6 }. Complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis (C, H, N), NMR spectroscopy (1H, 13C, 31P), and single crystal X‐ray crystallography ( 1 , 2 , 4 , and 5 ). Complexes 1 and 2 have terminal η1‐S and chelating η2‐N, S‐modes of pymS, while other Pd/Pt complexes have only terminal η1‐S modes. The solution state 31P NMR spectral data reveal dynamic equilibrium for the complexes 3 , 5 and 6 , whereas the complexes 1 , 2 and 4 are static in solution state.  相似文献

The synthesis, characterization and ε‐caprolactone polymerization behavior of lanthanide amido complexes stabilized by ferrocene‐containing N‐aryloxo functionalized β‐ketoiminate ligand FcCOCH2C(Me)N(2‐HO‐5‐But‐C6H3) (LH2, Fc = ferrocenyl) are described. The lanthanide amido complexes [LLnN(SiMe3)2(THF)]2 [Ln = Nd ( 1 ), Sm ( 2 ), Yb ( 3 ), Y ( 4 )] were synthesized in good yields by the amine elimination reactions of LH2 with Ln[N(SiMe3)2]3(µ‐Cl)Li(THF)3 in a 1:1 molar ratio in THF. These complexes were characterized by IR spectroscopy and elemental analysis, and 1H NMR spectroscopy was added for the analysis of complex 4 . The definitive molecular structures of complexes 1 and 3 were determined by X‐ray diffraction studies. Complexes 1 – 4 can initiate the ring‐opening polymerization of ε‐caprolactone with moderate activity. Copyright © 2011 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The reaction of [Pd(CH3CN)2Cl2] with N ‐functional group‐substituted 2‐iminomethylpyrrole‐based ligands, namely N 1‐((1H‐pyrrol‐2‐yl)methylene)‐N 3,N 3‐dimethylpropane‐1,3‐diamine (LA), N 1‐((1H‐pyrrol‐2‐yl)methylene)‐N 3‐methyl‐N 3‐phenylpropane‐1,3‐diamine (LB), N ‐((1H‐pyrrol‐2‐yl)methylene)‐3‐(methylthio)propan‐1‐amine (LC) and N ‐((1H‐pyrrol‐2‐yl)methylene)‐3‐methoxypropan‐1‐amine (LD), resulted in [Ln PdCl] (Ln  = LA–LD) complexes in high yield via N─H bond activation of pyrrole moiety without use of base. [Ln PdCl] existed as monomeric four‐coordinated complexes with slightly distorted square planar geometries around the palladium metal center. The ligands show N ,N ′,X ‐tridentate binding mode to the palladium metal center to give two fused ring metallacycles. [LBPdCl] gave the highest activity (3.29 × 105 g PMMA (mol Pd)−1 h−1) for a methyl methacrylate (MMA) polymerization in the presence of modified methylaluminoxane at 60 °C compared to the other Pd(II) analogues, and resulted in PMMA with higher molecular weight (M w = 7.16 × 105 g mol−1) and narrower polydispersity index. Syndiotactic‐enriched PMMA resulted in all cases.  相似文献

The bifunctional ligand 2,6‐dipicolinoylbis(N,N‐diethylthiourea) (H2L) readily reacts with mixtures of Zn(CH3COO)2 and LnCl3 in MeOH at ambient temperature with formation of trinuclear heterobimetallic complexes [Zn2Ln(L)2(OAc)3] ( 1a – 1f ) (Ln = Ce, Nd, Sm, Gd, Dy, Er). The X‐ray single‐crystal diffraction and structural studies of the complexes revealed their isostructural nature, in which two doubly‐charged ligands {L2–} bind two Zn2+ ions with the terminal acylthiourea sites and one Ln3+ ion with the central 2,6‐pyridinedicarboxamide site. In the complexes, the coordination numbers of LnIII and ZnII ions are 9 and 5, respectively. Magnetic properties of the complexes were studied by temperature‐dependent dc magnetic measurements. The observed μeff values at room temperature are all closed to the calculated values. Fitting χM and M data of [Zn2Gd(L)2(OAc)3] ( 1d ) shows a giso value of 1.94.  相似文献
