残疾大学生就业能力结构及对就业结果的影响

为探究残疾大学生就业能力的结构及其对就业结果的影响,在对467名残疾大学生进行问卷调查的基础上,采用探索性因子分析得到残疾大学生就业能力的4因子结构模型,运用验证性因子分析对该模型进行了验证;并利用多元回归分析考察了残疾大学生就业能力4因子对就业结果的影响.结果表明:1)残疾大学生的就业能力包含四个因子,分别为职业认同、自我效能感、人际交往、人力资本;2)职业认同、自我效能感和人力资本对残疾大学生就业结果中的工作满意度有正向影响,职业认同、自我效能感、人际交往和人力资本对残疾大学生就业结果中的月收入有正向影响.     

天津市大学生创业环境评价模型的构建与实测

旨在得到天津市大学生创业环境评价模型.借鉴创业环境的相关文献,结合专家讨论,得到大学生创业环境评价的七个因子,据此设计调查问卷.然后运用spss18.0和amos17.0对调查问卷进行因子分析,修正后得到大学生创业环境的五个因子:1)商务环境,2)政府政策,3)政府施政,4)创业教育培训,5)创业氛围,并构建天津市大学生创业环境评价模型.再利用评价模型对天津市整体创业情况进行评价,得出天津创业环境处于"不满意"状态,五个影响因子的排序分别是:5)1)2)4)3).     

基于解释结构模型的大学生就业影响因素分析

针对大学生就业率低的问题,构建大学生就业评价指标体系,利用解释结构模型的实用化方法对大学生就业影响因素进行了分析,并构建大学生就业影响因素的解释结构模型.根据解释结构模型层次化处理结果,分析各个因素之间的联系,将大学生就业影响因素分为四个层次,明确大学生就业影响因素的层次结构关系,找出导致大学生就业率低的最直接因素和最根本因素.     

基于多层次模糊评价模型的学习效果评价体系实证研究

课程是培养大学生的科学素养与人文情怀的重要载体,而科学的评价体系在课程建设中发挥着承前启后的关键作用.在建构主义学习理论的指导下,从大学生开展学习活动的视角出发,设计了包含两个一级指标、六个二级指标以及十六个三级指标的大学数学课程学习效果的综合评价体系,然后运用层次分析法和模糊评价法,对北京市某高校的五百多名大学生进行了数学课程学习效果的实证研究.研究发现,丰富的学习情景有助于学生全面掌握数学的基础知识,跨学科教学才能真正培养学生的核心能力.     

基于因子分析法的各地城镇就业情况综合评价模型

对各地区城镇单位就业情况进行综合评价,以期为各地区长期就业规划提供客观依据.构建各地区城镇单位行业就业指标体系评价模型,选择全国29个省市2008年的相关数据采用因子分析法,计算各省市的各因子得分和综合得分.将就业指标归结为第一产业信息因子、第二产业信息因子和第三产业信息因子3个因子,得出各省市在各因子上的排名和就业情况综合排名.客观地分析了各地区城镇单位就业情况在各行业间的优势和劣势,为各地认清优劣,做出适合的产业结构调整,构建扩大就业发展规划提供借鉴.     

乡村振兴战略背景下大学生农村就业影响因素评价研究

乡村振兴战略是新时代"三农"工作的总抓手,大学生是乡村振兴战略的重要生力军,高校肩负着为乡村振兴战略培育人才的重要任务.对接乡村振兴战略,深入分析大学生农村就业影响因素,探索大学生就业影响因素的变化,对有针对性地做好大学生就业指导、就业引导及就业服务工作具有重要的现实意义.用层次分析法构建大学生农村就业影响因素层次模型,用Matlab软件求解并对结果分析得知,乡村振兴战略实施以来,性别、社会保障体系及家庭观念因素跃升成为影响大学生农村就业的主体因素.政府、高校、企业应积极发挥自身职能作用,不仅要为大学生农村就业解除后顾之忧,更要激发其学习热情,做好大学生农村择业引导工作和就业指导工作,提高大学生农村就业的适应能力.     

基于消错理论的大学生就业供需矛盾研究

把"消错学"应用于大学生就业供需矛盾问题,通过建立就业供需矛盾问题的错误模型,并用消除错误的"十五、六、三"方法来分析错误发生的原因和机制,研究错误传递、转化的方法和关系,最后辅以实例.     

基于问卷调查数据的某研究型综合性大学教师口碑的影响因素统计分析

基于某研究型综合大学本科生的"大学教师口碑在大学生群体中的生成与传播"问卷调查数据,使用因子分析对自变量降维,结合Logistic回归对调查数据进行统计建模与分析,主要解决以下两个问题:一、分析教师口碑影响因素及影响程度,得到了影响因子:学生背景因子(专业与性别)、教师教学能力因子(教学关注度与亲和度)、教师严格程度因子(考勤频率和评分高低)及教师魅力因子(教师形象与声誉、课堂互动情况);二、根据学生所获教师口碑信息预测选课情况,Logistic回归模型回代预测准确率较高。     

地方应用型本科院校数学与应用数学专业课程体系的改革与实践——以太原工业学院为例

以太原工业学院为例,分析了数学与应用数学专业培养应用型人才所面临的挑战.结合该校地方性和应用型的特点,基于岗位需求为导向,围绕"毕业生未来就业岗位—培养目标—能力与素质要求—课程设置"这条主线完成了金融数学和软件开发两个方向的课程设置,以此建立"模块化教学,分流培养"的培养体系,为应用型本科院校数学与应用数学专业课程体系设置提供参考.     

灰色理论和BP神经网络在大学生就业信心指数预测中的应用

采用大学生就业信心指数来分析预测其就业信心是值得研究的问题.提出一种灰色理论和BP神经网络相结合的方法对大学生就业信心指数进行预测.首先对影响就业信心的主要因素建立不同的灰色模型,然后将每个灰色模型的预测值作为神经网络的输入,利用神经网络进行组合预测以作为其最终的预测值.结果表明组合模型的预测值相对误差更小,精度更高.     

Estimation of the number of components of finite mixtures of multivariate distributions

An estimator of the number of components of a finite mixture ofk-dimensional distributions is given on the basis of a one-dimensional independent random sample obtained by a transformation of ak-dimensional independent random sample. A consistency of the estimator is shown. Some simulation results are given in a case of finite mixtures of two-dimensional normal distributions.     

Galois Structure of K-Groups of Rings of Integers

N/Kbe a Galois extension of number fields with finite Galois group G.We describe a new approach for constructing invariants of the G-module structure of the K groups of the ring of integers of N in the Grothendieck group of finitely generated projective Z[G]modules. In various cases we can relate these classes, and their function field counterparts, to the root number class of Fröhlich and Cassou-Noguès.     

Eigenvector p-Bases of Rings of Constants of Derivations

Let A be a UFD of characteristic p > 0, let 𝒵 be a set of some eigenvectors of a derivation of A. We prove, under some additional assumptions, a necessary and sufficient condition for 𝒵 to be a p-basis of the minimal ring of constants containing 𝒵. The main preparatory result is the unique decomposition theorem with respect to a factor from a given subalgebra containing A^p.     

有资格限制的指派问题的求解方法

在实际的指派工作中，常会遇到某个人有没有资格去承担某项工作的问题，因此，本建立了有资格限制的指派问题的数学模型。在此数学模型中，将效益矩阵转化为判定矩阵，由此给出了判定此种指派问题是否有解的方法；在有解的情况下，进一步将效益矩阵转化为求解矩阵，从而将有资格限制的指派问题化为传统的指派问题来求解。最后给出了一个数值例子来说明这样的处理方法是有效的。     

On Sums of Coefficients of Products of Polynomials

We study the nilpotency of the sums of all coefficients of some sorts of products of polynomials over reversible, IFP, and NI rings, and introduce an SCN ring as a generalization. We characterize SCN rings in relation with related ring properties, and also provide several useful properties and ring extensions of SCN rings.     

Convergence of sequences of sets of associated primes

It is a well-known result of M. Brodmann that if is an ideal of a commutative Noetherian ring , then the set of associated primes of the -th power of is constant for all large . This paper is concerned with the following question: given a prime ideal of which is known to be in for all large integers , can one identify a term of the sequence beyond which will subsequently be an ever-present? This paper presents some results about convergence of sequences of sets of associated primes of graded components of finitely generated graded modules over a standard positively graded commutative Noetherian ring; those results are then applied to the above question.

Let L be the Euclidean functional with p-th power-weighted edges. Examples include the sum of the p-th power-weighted lengths of the edges in minimal spanning trees, traveling salesman tours, and minimal matchings. Motivated by the works of Steele, Redmond and Yukich (Ann. Appl. Probab. 4, 1057–1073, 1994, Stoch. Process. Appl. 61, 289–304, 1996) have shown that for n i.i.d. sample points {X ₁,…,X _n } from [0,1] ^d , L({X ₁,…,X _n })/n ^(d−p)/d converges a.s. to a finite constant. Asymptotics of families of solutions of nonlinear difference equations

One method to determine the asymptotics of particular solutions of a difference equation is by solving an associated asymptotic functional equation. Here we study the behaviour of the solutions in an asymptotic neighbourhood of such individual solutions. We identify several types of attraction and repulsion, which range from almost orthogonality to almost parallelness. Necessary and sufficient conditions for these types of behaviour are given.
