Perfluoro-2-ethyl-2-phenylbenzocyclobutenone heated with SbF5 at 70 °C and then treated with water, forms perfluoro-3-ethyl-3-phenylphthalide. In contrast to this, heating of perfluoro-2,2-diethylbenzo-cyclobutenone with SbF5 at 70 °C gives, after treatment of the reaction mixture with water, perfluoro-2-(pent-2-en-3-yl)benzoic acid. When the reaction temperature is raised to 125 °C, a solution of a salt of perfluoro-4-ethyl-3-methylisochromenyl cation is obtained. Hydrolysis of the solution of the salt gives perfluoro-4-ethyl-3-methylisochromen-1-one.  相似文献

The reaction of perfluoro-1-methylindan with SiO2-SbF5 depending on the amount of SiO2 led to the formation after hydrolysis of the reaction mixture of perfluoro-3-methylindan-1-one, perfluoro-4-methylisochromen-1-one, 6-(1-carboxy-2,2,2-trifluoro-ethyl)-2,3,4,5-tetrafluoro-benzoic and 6-(carboxymethyl)-2,3,4,5-tetrafluorobenzoic acids. Heating in the SbF5 medium perfluoro-1-methylindan in a glass ampoule at 130°C, or perfluoro-3-methylindan-1-one at 70°C provided a solution of a perfluoro-4-methylisochromenium salt that on treating with anhydrous HF was converted into perfluoro-4-methyl-1H-isochromen, and on hydrolysis, into perfluoro-4-methylisochromen-1-one.  相似文献

The heating of perfluoro-3,3-diethylindan-1-one with SbF5 at 180°C after treatment of the reaction mixture with anhydrous HF afforded perfluoro-1,3-dimethyl-4-ethylisochromen, and after hydrolysis, perfluoro-1,3-dimethyl-4-ethyl-1H-isochromen-1-ol. The latter under the action of NaHCO3 converted into 5,6,7,8-tetrafluoro-1,3-bis(trifluoromethyl)-1H-isochromen-1-ol. Both isochromenols reacted with SOCl2 gave the corresponding polyfluoro-1-chloro-1H-isochromens. On dissolving isochromenols in CF3SO3H and isochromens in SbF5 perfluoro-1,3-dimethyl-4-ethylisochromenyl and 5,6,7,8-tetrafluoro-1,3-bis(trifluoromethyl)isochromenyl cations were generated which by hydrolysis were converted into the corresponding isochromenols.  相似文献

A reaction of perfluoro-1-methylbenzocyclobutene with pentafluorobenzene in SbF5 medium followed by treating the reaction mixture with water gave rise to perfluoro-1-methyl-1-phenylbenzocyclobutene, perfluoro-1-methyl-2-phenylbenzocyclobutene, 2-hydroxyperfluoro-1-methyl-2-phenylbenzocyclobutene, and also to small amounts of 1-(2-trifluoromethyltetrafluorophenyl)-1-pentafluorophenyl-2,2,2-trifluoroethane, and perfluoro-1-(2-methylphenyl)-1-phenylethylene. In a crystal of (E)-2-hydroxyperfluoro-1-methyl-2-phenylbenzocyclobutene for a dimer molecular pair a -stacking interaction between pentafluorophenyl groups was found.  相似文献

Perfluoro-1-ethylindan heated with excess of SiO2 in an SbF5 medium at 75 °C and then treated with water, gives 4-carboxy-perfluoro-3-methylisochromen-1-one. Perfluoro-3-ethylindan-1-one is converted, under the action of SbF5 at 70 °C, to perfluoro-2-(but-2-en-2-yl)benzoic acid as a mixture of E- and Z-isomers. When the reaction temperature is raised to 125 °C, a solution of salts of perfluoro-3,4-dimethyl-1H-isochromen-1-yl and perfluoro-4-ethyl-1H-isochromen-1-yl cations is obtained. Increase in the reaction time lowers the content of a salt of the latter cation in the solution. Hydrolysis of the solution of the salts gives perfluoro-3,4-dimethylisochromen-1-one and perfluoro-4-ethylisochromen-1-one.  相似文献

Interaction of perfluoro-1-ethyl-1-phenylbenzocyclobutene with SbF5 at room temperature gives, after treatment of the reaction mixture with H2O, perfluoro-4-[1-(2-methylphenyl)propylidene]cyclohexa-2,5-dienone as a main product. The reaction at 90-95 °C leads, after treatment with H2O, to a mixture of perfluorinated 9-ethyl-9-methyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-9H-fluorene, 9-ethyl-4a-methyl-4,4a-dihydrofluoren-1-one, 3-ethyl-3-phenylphthalide, 1-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenylindan, 3-methyl-2-phenylindenone and small amounts of other products.  相似文献

Perfluorinated 2-methyl- and 2-ethylbenzocyclobutenones on heating in SbF5 underwent isomerization into perfluoroindan-1-one and perfluoro(2-methylindan-1-one), while their reaction with SiO2—SbF5 gave perfluorinated 3-methyl- and 3-ethylphthalides, respectively. Perfluorinated 2-ethyl-2-methyl- and 2,2-diethylbenzocyclobutenones reacted with SbF5 to produce perfluorinated 2-(but-2-en-2-yl)- and 2-(pent-2-en-3-yl)-benzoic acids, and their transformations in SbF5 over SiO2 afforded 5,6,7,8-tetrafluoro-1-oxo-3-trifluoromethyl-1H-isochromene-4-carboxylic acid and perfluoro(4-ethyl-3-methyl-1H-isochromen-1-one), respectively.  相似文献

In the presence of antimony pentafluoride at 130 °C, the four-membered ring of perfluoro-1-(2-ethylphenyl)benzocyclobutene (2) undergoes cleavage, forming perfluoro-2-ethyl-2′-methyldiphenylmethane (5). Compound 5 is converted, under the action of SbF5 at 170 °C, to perfluoro-8,9-dimethyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydrofluorene (8). Perfluoro-1-(4-ethylphenyl)benzocyclobutene (3) remains unchanged at 130 °C, whereas at 170 °C it gives a mixture of perfluorinated 4′-ethyl-2-methyldiphenylmethane (9), 6-ethyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroanthracene (11) and 2-ethyl-9,10-dihydroanthracene (12). When heated with SbF5 at 170 °C, perfluoro-1-phenylbenzocyclobutene (1) remains unchanged. Solution of compounds 2, 3, 5 and 9 in SbF5-SO2ClF generated the perfluorinated 1-(2-ethylphenyl)-1-benzocyclobutenyl (29), 1-(4-ethylphenyl)-1-benzocyclobutenyl (30), 2-ethyl-2′-methyldiphenylmethyl (31) and 4′-ethyl-2-methyldiphenylmethyl (32) cations, respectively.  相似文献

Perfluoro-1,2-diethyl-1-phenylbenzocyclobutene under the action of SbF5 gives, after treatment of the reaction mixture with water, perfluoro-4-[1-(6-propyl-phenyl)-propylidene]cyclohexa-2,5-dienone along with the products of unusual pentafluorobenzene ring expansion - perfluorinated 4b,10-diethylbenzo[a]azulen-7(4bH)-one and 10-ethylbenzo[a]azulen-6(10H)-one.  相似文献

The reactions of perfluorinated tetralin, indan and benzocyclobutene with tetrafluoroethylene in the presence of SbF5 led to the formation of the respective perfluoro-1-ethylbenzocycloalkenes transformed further to disubstituted derivatives. In the case of perfluorotetralin, the reaction gave perfluoro-1,4-diethyltetralin. Perfluorobenzocyclobutene gave perfluoro-1,1- and -1,2-diethylbenzocyclobutenes in about equal quantities, and perfluoroindan- practically only perfluoro-1,1-diethylindan. To explain this orientation, the electronic and steric effects are considered, which can influence the reactivity and the relative stability of the intermediate carbocations. The perfluoro-1-benzocyclobutenyl cation has been generated in the reaction of antimony pentafluoride with perfluorobenzocyclobutene.  相似文献

The reaction of perfluorinated benzocyclobutene and tetraline with SiO2-SbF5 led to the formation in a high yield of their mono- and further dicarbonyl derivatives. The monocarbonyl derivatives on heating with SbF5 underwent disproportionation into the corresponding perfluorobenzocycloalkenes and diketones. Both mono- and diketones in the SbF5 medium are liable to suffer skeleton rearrangements yielding five- and six-membered oxygen-containing heterocycles and/or products of the opening of the alicyclic fragment of the substrate, and from the perfluorobenzocyclobutenone compounds were also obtained with a number of carbon atoms greater than that of the initial ketone.  相似文献

The reactivity of perfluorinated benzocyclobutene, indan, and tetralin in reaction with pentafluorobenzene in SbF5 medium, and also the relative stability of generated therewith perfluoro-1-phenylbenzocycloalkenyl cations decrease with increasing alicyclic fragment in the benzocycloalkene. Treating the solutions of salts of the above cations with anhydrous HF results in the corresponding perfluoro-1-phenylbenzocycloalkenes, and the hydrolysis of salts furnishes their 1-hydroxy derivatives. In a reaction of 1-hydroxyperfluoro-1-phenylbenzocyclobutene, -indan, and -tetralin with SOCl2 the hydroxy group is replaced by chlorine. Besides with indan and tetralin derivatives form respectively 7-pentafluorophenyloctafluoro-3-chlorobicyclo[4.3.0]hepta-1,4,6-triene and 7-pentafluorophenyldecafluoro-3-chlorobicyclo[4.4.0]octa-1,4,6-triene.  相似文献

Perfluoro-1-ethylindane on heating with SbF5 is isomerized to perfluoro-1,1-dimethylindane, perfluoro-,-o-trimethylstyrene, and perfluoro-1,2-dimethylindane. In the presence of SbF5, the latter two products are converted one into the other. In addition, in SbF5 perfluoro-1,2-dimethylindane is defluorinated to perfluoro-2,3-dimethylindene and fluorinated to perfluoro-2,3-dimethyl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydroindene which is further fluorinated to perfluoro-1,2-dimethyl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydroindane and is converted at 200C to perfluoro-1,7-dimethylindane. The latter is also formed on heating perfluoro-,-o-trimethylstyrene with SbF5 at 200C.Translated from Izvestiya Akademii Nauk SSSR, Seriya Khimicheskaya, No. 3, pp. 645–652, March, 1990.  相似文献

Taking perfluoro-1,1-dialkylbenzocyclobutenes as examples, it has been shown to be possible to enlarge the four-membered ring in polyfluorobenzocyclobutenes to five-membered in the presence of SbF5, by cleavage of the four-membered ring followed by cyclization of the resulting polyfluorostyrene to the polyfluoroindane, which then undergoes further reactions. Perfluoro-1-methyl-1-ethylbenzocyclobutene isomerizes at 50°C in the presence of SbF5 to perfluoro-,-o -trimethylstyrene, which is reversibly converted at 130°C into perfluoro-1,2-dimethylindane. Perfluoro-l,l-diethylbenzocyclobutene isomerizes at 130°C in the presence of SbF5 to give perfluoro- -ethyl-,o -dimethylstyrene, which at 170°C gives perfluoro-2-methyl-3-ethylindene- and perfluoro-2-methyl-3-ethyl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydroindene. The last two compounds, together with perfluoro-o-dipropylbenzene, are obtained from per fluoro-1,2-diethylbenzocyclobutene-with SbF5 at 170°C. From perfluoro-1-methyl-2-ethylbenzocyclobutene with SbF5 at 95°C there is obtained perfluoro-1-ethylindane, while at 130°C, in addition to the latter compound, there are obtained perfluorinated 1,1-dimethylindane, 1,2-dimethylindane, ,,o-trimethylstyrene, 2,3-dimethylindene, and 2,3-dimethyl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydroindene.Translated from Izvestiya Akademii Nauk SSSR, Seriya Khimicheskaya, No. 5, pp. 1114–1120, May, 1990.  相似文献

Interaction of polyfluorinated benzocycloalkenes containing four-, five- and six-membered cycles with a number of Lewis acids (SbF5, AlCl3, AlBr3) have been investigated. An unknown ring expansion of halogenated benzocycloalkenes has been found when perfluoro-1-methylbenzocyclobutene (I) was reacted with Lewis acids. Perfluoroindane was formed under heating of compound (I) with SbF5. The interaction of compound (1) with AlBr3 (25–30°C) depends on the amounts of AlBr3 and gives compounds (II) or (IV), or a mixture of compounds (II), (III) and (IV). Some of the investigated transformations are shown on the scheme. The ring expansion in these reactions perhaps proceeds via intermediate cation (V) (or crypto-ion).Some reactions of compound (IV) and other compounds have been investigated. The reaction pathways of the titled transformations will be discussed.

A number of polyfluoroindenyl cations has been generated by the interaction of polyfluoroindenes with SbF5. In particular perfluoro-2-methylindenyl cation has been generated from perfluoro-2-methylindene (“open-chain” perfluoro-2-indenylmethyl ion has not been fixed). On this basis it has been proposed, that perfluoro-2-methylindenyl cation has an aromatic character (according to the Dewar and Breslow's criterion of the aromati-city).  相似文献

The Dicyanation of 1,4-Diaminoanthraquinones and the Reactivity of 1,4-Diamino-9,10-dioxo-9,10-dihydroanthracene-2,3-dicarbonitriles towards Nucleophilic Reagents The reaction of 1-amino-9, 10-dioxo-4-phenylamino-9,10-dihydroanthracene-2-sulfonic acid ( 1 , R?C6H5) with cyanide in water yields a mixture of 1-amino-9,10-dioxo-4-phenylamino-9,10-dihydroanthracene-2-carbonitrile ( 3 , R ? C6H5) and 1-amino-4-(phenylamino)anthraquinone ( 4 , R ? C6H5) under the usual reaction conditions (Scheme 1). In dimethylsulfoxide, however, a second cyano group is introduced, and 1-amino-9,10-dioxo-4-phenylamino-9,10-dihydroanthracene-2,3-dicarbonitrile (7) is formed (Scheme 2). The cyano groups are very reactive towards nucleophiles. The cyano group in 2-position can be substituted by hydroxide and aliphatic amines (Schemes 5 and 6). The cyano group in 3-position can be eliminated by aliphatic amines and hydrazine (Scheme 7). Nucleophilic attack at the cyano C-atom of the 2-cyano group by suitable reagents leads to ring formation, yielding e.g. 2-(Δ2-1, 3-oxazolin-2-yl)-, 2-(benz[d]imidazol-2-yl)- and 2-(1H-tetrazol-5-yl)anthraquinones (Schemes 8 and 10).  相似文献

Complexation in a KF-SbF3-H2O system is studied in a range of molar ratios of fluorides KF : SbF3= (0.1–2) : 1 by calorimetric titration. The equilibrium formation constants of complexes KSb2F7, KSbF4, and K2SbF5 (5.8×105±800, 3.3×104±500, and 1.9×106± 950, respectively) and the changes in enthalpy (–31.75± 0.74, –28.15±0.44, and –25.5±0.64 J mol–1, respectively) and entropy (4±7, –8±5, and –35±9 J mol–1 K–1, respectively) are determined. The thermodynamic stability of the antimony(III) fluoride complexes is found to increase on going from KSb2F7 to K2SbF5.Translated from Koordinatsionnaya Khimiya, Vol. 31, No. 3, 2005, pp. 168–171.Original Russian Text Copyright © 2005 by Kovaleva, Zemnukhova, Lebedeva, Fedorishcheva. This revised version was published online in April 2005 with a corrected cover date. This revised version was published online in April 2005 with a corrected cover date.  相似文献

Perfluorotetrahydrofuran-2-carboxylic acid was converted through a series of transformations into perfluoro-2,3-dihydrofuran and perfluoro-2,5-dihydrofuran; likewise, from (2-perfluorotetrahydrofuryl)difluoroacetic acid 2-trifluoromethylpentafluoro-2,3-dihydrofuran was obtained. Perfluoro-2,3-dihydrofuran and 2-trifluoromethylpentafluoro-2,3-dihydrofuran underwent isomerization into perfluoro-2,5-dihydrofuran and 2-trifluoromethylpentafluoro-2,5-dihydrofuran by the action of cesium fluoride. Treatment of perfluoro-2,5-dihydrofuran with SbF5 resulted in ring opening and formation of cis-perfluoro-2-butenoyl fluoride, while 2-trifluoromethylpentafluoro-2,3-dihydrofuran was converted into 2-trifluoromethylpentafluoro-2,5-dihydrofuran under the same conditions. Perfluoro-3,4-epoxytetrahydrofuran and 2-trifluoromethyl-3,4-epoxypentafluorotetrahydrofuran containing fused oxirane and tetrahydrofuran rings were synthesized by reactions of perfluoro-2,5-dihydrofuran and 2-trifluoromethylpentafluoro-2,5-dihydrofuran, respectively, with sodium hypochlorite.  相似文献
