In this paper, the ‐expansion method is proposed to establish hyperbolic and trigonometric function solutions for fractional differential‐difference equations with the modified Riemann–Liouville derivative. The fractional complex transform is proposed to convert a fractional partial differential‐difference equation into its differential‐difference equation of integer order. We obtain the hyperbolic and periodic function solutions of the nonlinear time‐fractional Toda lattice equations and relativistic Toda lattice system. The proposed method is more effective and powerful for obtaining exact solutions for nonlinear fractional differential–difference equations and systems. In this paper, combining with a new generalized ansätz and the fractional Jacobi elliptic equation, an improved fractional Jacobi elliptic equation method is proposed for seeking exact solutions of space‐time fractional partial differential equations. The fractional derivative used here is the modified Riemann‐Liouville derivative. For illustrating the validity of this method, we apply it to solve the space‐time fractional Fokas equation and the the space‐time fractional BBM equation. As a result, some new general exact solutions expressed in various forms including the solitary wave solutions, the periodic wave solutions, and Jacobi elliptic functions solutions for the two equations are found with the aid of mathematical software Maple. In this article, the new exact travelling wave solutions of the nonlinear space‐time fractional Burger's, the nonlinear space‐time fractional Telegraph and the nonlinear space‐time fractional Fisher equations have been found. Based on a nonlinear fractional complex transformation, certain fractional partial differential equations can be turned into ordinary differential equations of integer order in the sense of the Jumarie's modified Riemann–Liouville derivative. The ‐expansion method is effective for constructing solutions to the nonlinear fractional equations, and it appears to be easier and more convenient by means of a symbolic computation system. The current article devoted on the new method for finding the exact solutions of some time‐fractional Korteweg–de Vries (KdV) type equations appearing in shallow water waves. We employ the new method here for time‐fractional equations viz. time‐fractional KdV‐Burgers and KdV‐mKdV equations for finding the exact solutions. We use here the fractional complex transform accompanied by properties of local fractional calculus for reduction of fractional partial differential equations to ordinary differential equations. The obtained results are demonstrated by graphs for the new solutions. Copyright © 2016 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

This paper aims to formulate the fractional quasi‐inverse scattering method. Also, we give a positive answer to the following question: can the Ablowitz‐Kaup‐Newell‐Segur (AKNS) method be applied to the space–time fractional nonlinear differential equations? Besides, we derive the Bäcklund transformations for the fractional systems under study. Also, we construct the fractional quasi‐conservation laws for the considered fractional equations from the defined fractional quasi AKNS‐like system. The nonlinear fractional differential equations to be studied are the space–time fractional versions of the Kortweg‐de Vries equation, modified Kortweg‐de Vries equation, the sine‐Gordon equation, the sinh‐Gordon equation, the Liouville equation, the cosh‐Gordon equation, the short pulse equation, and the nonlinear Schrödinger equation.  相似文献

In this article, numerical study for both nonlinear space‐fractional Schrödinger equation and the coupled nonlinear space‐fractional Schrödinger system is presented. We offer here the weighted average nonstandard finite difference method (WANSFDM) as a novel numerical technique to study such kinds of partial differential equations. The space fractional derivative is described in the sense of the quantum Riesz‐Feller definition. Stability analysis of the proposed method is studied. To show that this method is reliable and computationally efficient different numerical examples are provided. We expect that the proposed schemes can be applicable to different systems of fractional partial differential equations. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. In this paper, we apply the boundary integral equation technique and the dual reciprocity boundary elements method (DRBEM) for the numerical solution of linear and nonlinear time‐fractional partial differential equations (TFPDEs). The main aim of the present paper is to examine the applicability and efficiency of DRBEM for solving TFPDEs. We employ the time‐stepping scheme to approximate the time derivative, and the method of linear radial basis functions is also used in the DRBEM technique. This method is improved by using a predictor–corrector scheme to overcome the nonlinearity that appears in the nonlinear problems under consideration. To confirm the accuracy of the new approach, several examples are presented. The convergence of the DRBEM is studied numerically by comparing the exact solutions of the problems under investigation. In this paper, an effective numerical approach based on a new two‐dimensional hybrid of parabolic and block‐pulse functions (2D‐PBPFs) is presented for solving nonlinear partial quadratic integro‐differential equations of fractional order. Our approach is based on 2D‐PBPFs operational matrix method together with the fractional integral operator, described in the Riemann–Liouville sense. The main characteristic behind this approach is to reduce such problems to those of solving systems of algebraic equations, which greatly simplifies the problem. By using Newton's iterative method, this system is solved, and the solution of fractional nonlinear partial quadratic integro‐differential equations is achieved. Convergence analysis and an error estimate associated with the proposed method is obtained, and it is proved that the numerical convergence order of the suggested numerical method is O(h3) . The validity and applicability of the method are demonstrated by solving three numerical examples. Numerical examples are presented in the form of tables and graphs to make comparisons with the exact solutions much easier.  相似文献

In this paper, we investigate the space-time fractional symmetric regularized long wave equation. By using the Bäcklund transformations and nonlinear superposition formulas of solutions to Riccati equation, we present infinite sequence solutions for space-time fractional symmetric regularized long wave equation. This method can be extended to solve other nonlinear fractional partial differential equations.  相似文献

In this article, the homotopy analysis method is applied to solve nonlinear fractional partial differential equations. On the basis of the homotopy analysis method, a scheme is developed to obtain the approximate solution of the fractional KdV, K(2,2), Burgers, BBM‐Burgers, cubic Boussinesq, coupled KdV, and Boussinesq‐like B(m,n) equations with initial conditions, which are introduced by replacing some integer‐order time derivatives by fractional derivatives. The homotopy analysis method for partial differential equations of integer‐order is directly extended to derive explicit and numerical solutions of the fractional partial differential equations. The solutions of the studied models are calculated in the form of convergent series with easily computable components. The results of applying this procedure to the studied cases show the high accuracy and efficiency of the new technique. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. In this study, we present convergence analysis along with an error estimate for time-fractional biological population equation in terms of the Caputo derivative using a new technique called the fractional decomposition method (FDM). Further, we present exact solutions to four test problems of nonlinear time-fractional biological population models to show the accuracy and efficiency of the FDM. This method based on constructing series solutions in a form of rapidly convergent series with easily computable components and without the need of linearization, discretization and perturbations. The results prove that the FDM is very effective and simple for solving fractional partial differential equations in multi-dimensional spaces, special cases of which we have described in this paper.  相似文献

In this article, the Exp‐function method is applied to nonlinear Burgers equation and special fifth‐order partial differential equation. Using this method, we obtain exact solutions for these equations. The method is straightforward and concise, and its applications are promising. Dynamical behavior of many nonlinear systems can be described by fractional‐order equations. This study is devoted to fractional differential–difference equations of rational type. Our focus is on the construction of exact solutions by means of the (G'/G)‐expansion method coupled with the so‐called fractional complex transform. The solution procedure is elucidated through two generalized time‐fractional differential–difference equations of rational type. As a result, three types of discrete solutions emerged: hyperbolic, trigonometric, and rational. Copyright © 2016 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The aim of this paper is to deal with the existence of mild solutions and exact controllability for a class of fractional evolution inclusions with damping (FEID, for short) in Banach spaces. Firstly, we provide the representation of mild solutions for FEID by applying the method of Laplace transform and the theory of (α,κ)‐regularized families of operators. Next, we are concerned with the existence and exact controllability of FEID under some suitable sufficient conditions by using the method of measure of noncompactness and an appropraite fixed point theorem. Finally, an application to nonlinear partial differential equations with temporal fractional derivatives is presented to illustrate the effectiveness of our main results. In this paper, an efficient and accurate numerical method is presented for solving two types of fractional partial differential equations. The fractional derivative is described in the Caputo sense. Our approach is based on Bernoulli wavelets collocation techniques together with the fractional integral operator, described in the Riemann‐Liouville sense. The main characteristic behind this approach is to reduce such problems to those of solving systems of algebraic equations, which greatly simplifies the problem. By using Newton's iterative method, this system is solved and the solution of fractional partial differential equations is achieved. Some results concerning the error analysis are obtained. The validity and applicability of the method are demonstrated by solving four numerical examples. Numerical examples are presented in the form of tables and graphs to make comparisons with the results obtained by other methods and with the exact solutions much easier.  相似文献

In this letter, a new auxiliary function method is presented for constructing exact travelling wave solutions of nonlinear partial differential equations. The main idea of this method is to take full advantage of the solutions of the elliptic equation to construct exact travelling wave solutions of nonlinear partial differential equations. More new exact travelling wave solutions are obtained for the generalized coupled Hirota–Satsuma KdV system.  相似文献

Using the solutions of an auxiliary differential equation, a direct algebraic method is described to construct several kinds of exact travelling wave solutions for some Wick-type nonlinear partial differential equations. By this method some physically important nonlinear equations are investigated and new exact travelling wave solutions are explicitly obtained. In addition, the links between Wick-type partial differential equations and variable coefficient partial differential equations are also clarified generally.  相似文献

This paper presents numerical solutions for the space‐ and time‐fractional Korteweg–de Vries equation (KdV for short) using the variational iteration method. The space‐ and time‐fractional derivatives are described in the Caputo sense. In this method, general Lagrange multipliers are introduced to construct correction functionals for the problems. The multipliers in the functionals can be identified optimally via variational theory. The iteration method, which produces the solutions in terms of convergent series with easily computable components, requiring no linearization or small perturbation. The numerical results show that the approach is easy to implement and accurate when applied to space‐ and time‐fractional KdV equations. The method introduces a promising tool for solving many space–time fractional partial differential equations. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Numer Methods Partial Differential Eq 2007  相似文献
