Supercapacitor (SC) electrodes fabricated with the combination of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) and metal oxides are showing remarkable advancements in the electrochemical properties. Herein, NiO decorated CNT/ZnO core-shell hybrid nanocomposites (CNT/ZnO/NiO HNCs) are facilely synthesized by a two-step solution-based technique for the utilization in hybrid supercapacitors. Benefitting from the synergistic advantages of three materials, the CNT/ZnO/NiO HNCs based electrode has evinced superior areal capacity of ~67 µAh cm−2 at a current density of 3 mA cm−2 with an exceptional cycling stability of 112% even after 3000 cycles of continuous operation. Highly conductive CNTs and electrochemically active ZnO contribute to the performance enhancement. Moreover, the decoration of NiO on the surface of CNT/ZnO core-shell increases the electro active sites and stimulates the faster redox reactions which play a vital role in augmenting the electrochemical properties. Making the use of high areal capacity and ultra-long stability, a hybrid supercapacitor (HSC) was assembled with CNT/ZnO/NiO HNCs coated nickel foam (CNT/ZnO/NiO HNCs/NF) as positive electrode and CNTs coated NF as negative electrode. The fabricated HSC delivered an areal capacitance of 287 mF cm−2 with high areal energy density (67 µWh cm−2) and power density (16.25 mW cm−2). The combination of battery type CNT/ZnO/NiO HNCs/NF and EDLC type CNT/NF helped in holding the capacity for a long period of time. Thus, the systematic assembly of CNTs and ZnO along with the NiO decoration enlarges the application window with its high rate electrochemical properties.  相似文献

The present study optimised the ultrasound-assisted extraction (UAE) of bioactive compounds from Amaranthus hypochondriacus var. Nutrisol. Influence of temperature (25.86–54.14 °C) and ultrasonic power densities (UPD) (76.01–273.99 mW/mL) on total betalains (BT), betacyanins (BC), betaxanthins (BX), total polyphenols (TP), antioxidant activity (AA), colour parameters (L*, a*, and b*), amaranthine (A), and isoamaranthine (IA) were evaluated using response surface methodology. Moreover, betalain extraction kinetics and mass transfer coefficients (KLa) were determined for each experimental condition. BT, BC, BX, TP, AA, b*, KLa, and A were significantly affected (p < 0.05) by temperature extraction and UPD, whereas L*, a*, and IA were only affected (p < 0.05) by temperature. All response models were significantly validated with regression coefficients (R2) ranging from 87.46 to 99.29%. BT, A, IA, and KLa in UAE were 1.38, 1.65, 1.50, and 29.93 times higher than determined using conventional extraction, respectively. Optimal UAE conditions were obtained at 41.80 °C and 188.84 mW/mL using the desired function methodology. Under these conditions, the experimental values for BC, BX, BT, TP, AA, L*, a*, b*, KLa, A, and IA were closely related to the predicted values, indicating the suitability of the developed quadratic models. This study proposes a simple and efficient UAE method to obtain betalains and polyphenols with high antioxidant activity, which can be used in several applications within the food industry.  相似文献

Difficulty of Pomegranate fruit peeling and arils separation are the main motivations of progressive ready-to-eat pomegranate fresh arils industry. Also, extracted pomegranate arils are highly perishable due to water loss and microbial contamination expose. The aim of the current work was then to evaluate the effect of ultrasound for 15 and 30 min on maintenance of bioactive compounds and microbial load reduction of pomegranate arils cv. Rabbab. Treated arils were kept at 5 °C and analyzed during 15 days of storage. The most and least weight loss of arils obtained in control and 30 min treated samples, respectively. After 12 days of storage, all samples were decayed except those treated for 15 and 30 min. The ultrasound treatment significantly prevented degradation of anthocyanin and ascorbic acid compounds. Total phenol and antioxidant activity decreased during storage. At the end of storage, the most total phenol content (3898.6 mg GAE L−1) was found in arils treated for 30 min whereas the most anthocyanin (91.93 mg L−1), total antioxidant activity (82.65%), and ascorbic acid (2.53 mg L−1) were found in arils treated for 15 min. Ultrasound treated arils had lower microbial load (total mesophilic bacteria in control and 30-min treated samples) in each stage during storage. At the end of storage, the microbial load in treated and control arils was 0.7 and 0.2 Log CFU g−1, respectively). Overall, ultrasound treatment effectively reduced weight loss and preserved bioactive compounds during storage.  相似文献

After the accident at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant (NPP), outdoor school swimming pools at Fukushima were decontaminated to curb the redistribution of radioactivity into downstream farmlands. In the process, the radioactivity concentrations of the pool water and sediment substances (residue) were measured to estimate the deposition density of the fallout. At a pool situated 50 km away from the NPP, the average concentrations of radiocesium (134+137Cs) for the water and residue were quantified as 170 Bq L−1 and 3.6 × 105 Bq kg−1, respectively. Taking account of the radioactivity concentrations and of the water balance in and around the pool, the deposition density of radiocesium, as of August 2011, was precisely determined to be 0.32 ± 0.03 MBq m−2 (k = 1). The density corroborated the previous results obtained by other methods, i.e., airborne surveys, in-situ Ge surveys and soil samplings at neighboring locations. Other than radiocesium, the only gamma-emitting nuclide detected was 110mAg, with a concentration of 560 Bq kg−1 in the residue. The radioactivity concentrations of 89Sr, 90Sr, 238Pu and 239+240Pu in the water were all less than the minimum detectable activities – 2, 0.1, 0.002 and 0.002 Bq L−1, respectively.  相似文献

This study evaluated the application of ultrasound alone or combined with chlorine dioxide (ClO2) for Salmonella Typhimurium and Escherichia coli inactivation in poultry processing chiller tank water. A Full Factorial Design (FFD) 22 was conducted for each microorganism to evaluate the effect of ultrasound exposure time (x1: 1 to 9 min; fixed: 37 kHz; 330 W; 25 °C) using a bath, and ClO2 concentration (x2: 1 to 17 mg L−1) on microorganism count expressed in log CFU mL−1 in distilled water. Variable x2 had a negative effect on Salmonella Typhimurium (-5.09) and Escherichia coli (-2.00) count, improving the inactivation; while a x1 increase present no inactivation improvement, explaining the use of x1 lower level (1 min) and x2 higher level (17 mg L−1). The best condition for microorganism inactivation based on FFD was evaluated in chiller tank water (with organic matter) at 25, 16, and 4 °C; x1 was kept (1 min), however x2 was adjusted to obtain the same residual free chlorine (2.38 mg L−1) considering the ClO2 consumption by organic matter, achieving the value of 30 mg L−1. An inactivation of 49% and 31% were observed for Salmonella Typhimurium and Escherichia coli. When ultrasound was replaced by a simple agitation in the presence of ClO2, there was no inactivation for both microorganisms. Moreover, at poultry carcass pre-chilling (16 °C) and chilling (4 °C) conditions, the synergism of ultrasound combined with ClO2 was more pronounced, with microorganisms’ reductions up to 100%.  相似文献

A polycrystalline MgZnO/ZnO bi-layer was deposited by using a RF co-magnetron sputtering method and the MgZnO/ZnO bi-layer TFTs were fabricated on the thermally oxidized silicon substrate. The performances with varying the thickness of ZnO layer were investigated. In this result, the MgZnO/ZnO bi-layer TFTs which the content of Mg is about 2.5 at % have shown the enhancement characteristics of high mobility (6.77–7.56 cm2 V−1 s−1) and low sub-threshold swing (0.57–0.69 V decade−1) compare of the ZnO single layer TFT (μFE = 5.38 cm2 V−1 s−1; S.S. = 0.86 V decade−1). Moreover, in the results of the positive bias stress, the ΔVon shift (4.8 V) of MgZnO/ZnO bi-layer is the 2 V lower than ZnO single layer TFT (ΔVon = 6.1 V). It reveals that the stability of the MgZnO/ZnO bi-layer TFT enhanced compared to that of the ZnO single layer TFT.  相似文献

In this work, ultrasound was applied for the conversion of tannic acid into gallic acid using only diluted H2O2 as reagent. Experiments were carried out using several types of ultrasonic horns operating at 20 kHz (VC750W processor). The following experimental conditions were evaluated: H2O2 concentration (0.2 to 8.5 mol L−1), horn type (10 to 25 mm of diameter), ultrasound amplitude (20 to 70%), sonication time (10 to 45 min), tannic acid concentration (170 to 1360 mg L−1), and reaction temperature (50 to 90 °C). Gallic acid production was monitored with ultra-performance liquid chromatography with high-resolution time-of-flight mass spectrometry (UPLC-ToF-MS). The isolated gallic acid was confirmed with nuclear magnetic resonance (1H and 13C NMR). It is important to emphasize that this study was developed as a proof of concept to demonstrate the potential of ultrasound for tannic acid conversion into gallic acid using just diluted H2O2. Under selected conditions gallic acid production yield was 128 ± 4 mg g−1 of initial tannic acid (using 170 mg L−1 of tannic acid as starting material). Reaction time was set as 30 min, which was carried out using 1 mol L−1 H2O2 and ultrasound amplitude of 50% at 90 °C. At silent conditions (mechanical stirring, from 100 to 1000 rpm), gallic acid production was halved (less than 78 ± 4 mg g−1 of initial tannic acid).  相似文献

This paper reports on the contact resistance (Rc) between carbon filler/natural rubber (NR) nanocomposite and gold ball: three varieties of nanocomposites were prepared from carbon black (CB) and two kinds of multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) with different diameter. Rc of MWCNT/NR nanocomposite was remarkably less than that of CB/NR nanocomposites. The relationship between Rc of MWCNT/NR nanocomposites and applied load was expressed in the formula, Rc=C·Pn (P: load, C and n: constant): for the MWCNTs (diameters of 13 nm)/NR and MWCNTs (diameters of 67 nm)/ NR nanocomposites, they were expressed as Rc=1724·P−0.6 and Rc=344·P−0.37, respectively. The former (MWCNT, ϕ13 nm) showed higher Rc than the latter (MWCNT, ϕ67 nm) over whole region of applied load. The mechanical hardness of the former was higher (90 HsA) than that of the latter (82 HsA). Therefore, the smaller contact area between the nanocomposite and gold ball of the former resulted in higher Rc. The apparent specific contact resistivity was calculated from the observed values of Rc and contact area: 130 Ω mm2 and 127 Ω mm2 for the former (MWCNT, ϕ13 nm) and the latter (MWCNT, ϕ67 nm), respectively.  相似文献

A method based on application of ZnO nanorods loaded on activated carbon (ZnO-NRs-AC) for adsorption of Bromocresol Green (BCG) and Eosin Y (EY) accelerated by ultrasound was described. The present material was synthesized under ultrasound assisted wet-chemical method and subsequently was characterized by FE-SEM, TEM, BET and XRD analysis. The extent of contribution of conventional variables like pH (2.0–10.0), BCG concentration (4–20 mg L−1), EY concentration (3–23 mg L−1), adsorbent dosage (0.01–0.03 g), sonication time (1–5 min) and centrifuge time (2–6 min) as main and interaction part were investigated by central composite design under response surface methodology. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) was adapted to experimental data and guide the best operational conditions mass by set at 6.0, 9 mg L−1, 10 mg L−1, 0.02 g, 4 and 4 min for pH, BCG concentration, EY concentration, adsorbent dosage, sonication and centrifuge time, respectively. At these specified conditions dye adsorption efficiency was higher than 99.5%. The suitability and well prediction of optimum point was tested by conducting five experiments and respective results revel that RSD% was lower than 3% and high quality of fitting was confirmed by t-test. The experimental data were best fitted in Langmuir isotherm equation and the removal followed pseudo second order kinetics. The experimentally obtained maximum adsorption capacities were estimated as 57.80 and 61.73 mg g−1 of ZnO-NRs-AC for BCG and EY respectively from binary dye solutions. The mechanism of removal was explained by boundary layer diffusion via intraparticle diffusion.  相似文献

Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) were controllably coated with the uninterrupted CuO and CeO2 composite nanoparticles by a facile pyridine-thermal method and the high catalytic performance for CO oxidation was also found. The obtained nanocomposites were characterized by transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction as well as X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. It is found that the CuO/CeO2 composite nanoparticles are distributed uniformly on the surface of CNTs and the shell of CeO2/CuO/CNT nanocomposites is made of nanoparticles with a diameter of 30-60 nm. The possible formation mechanism is suggest as follows: the surface of CNTs is modified by the pyridine due to the π-π conjugate role so that the alkaline of pyridine attached on the CNT surface is more enhanced as compared to the one in the bulk solvent, and thus, these pyridines accept the proton from the water molecular preferentially, which result in the formation of the OH ions around the surface of CNTs. Subsequently, the metal ions such as Ce3+ and Cu2+ in situ react with the OH ions and the resultant nanoparticles deposit on the surface of CNTs, and finally the CeO2/CuO/CNT nanocomposites are obtained. The T50 depicting the catalytic activity for CO oxidation over CeO2/CuO/CNT nanocomposites can reach ∼113 °C, which is much lower than that of CeO2/CNT or CuO/CNT nanocomposites or CNTs.  相似文献

In this study dependency of simultaneous adsorption of Congo Red (CR), Phloxine B (BP) and Fast green FCF (FG) onto CuS/ZnS nanocomposites loaded on activated carbon (CuS/ZnS-NCs-AC) to pH, adsorbent mass, sonication time and initial dyes concentration were modeled and optimized, while CuS/ZnS-NCs-AC was identified by XRD, FESEM and EDS analysis. CR, PB and FG concentration determination were undertaken by first and second order derivative spectrophotometry in ternary mixture. According to central composite design (CCD) based on desirability function (DF), the best experimental conditions was set as pH 6.0, 0.02 g CuS/ZnS-NCs-AC, 5 min sonication time, 15 mg L−1 for PB and 10 mg L−1 for other dyes. Conduction of experiments to above conditions lead to highest dyes removal efficiency of 99.72, 98.8 and 98.17 for CR, PB and FG, respectively. The adsorption data efficiently fitted by Langmuir isotherm model, while the order of maximum adsorption capacity (Qmax) for PB (128.21 mg g−1) > CR (88.57 mg g−1) > FG (73.40 mg g−1) is related to their different structure and charges. Kinetics of process was efficiently explained according to pseudo-second-order kinetic in cooperation of Weber and Morris based on intraparticle diffusion.  相似文献

Ultrahigh-aspect-ratio V2O5 nanowires were successfully prepared using [VO(O2)2(OH2)] as the starting material by a template-free hydrothermal route without the addition of organic surfactant or inorganic ions. The prepared samples were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Brunauer–Emmet–Teller (BET), cyclic voltammetry (CV) and galvanostatic charge–discharge (GCD). The results revealed that the peroxovanadium (V) complexes can be easily transformed to V2O5 nanowires by this hydrothermal route. The uniform nanowires were with width about 50 nm and length about dozens of micron. The BET analysis showed the V2O5 nanowires had a high specific surface area of 25.6 m2 g−1. The synthesized V2O5 nanowires performed a high capacitance of 351 F g−1 when used as supercapacitor electrode in 1 mol L−1 LiNO3.  相似文献

Ultrasonic-assisted heterogeneous Fenton reaction was used for degradation of nitrobenzene (NB) at neutral pH conditions. Nano-sized oxides of α-Fe2O3 and CuO were prepared, characterized and tested in degradation of NB (10 mg L−1) under sonication of 20 kHz at 25 °C. Complete degradation of NB was effected at pH 7 in presence of 10 mM H2O2 after 10 min of sonication in presence of α-Fe2O3 (1.0 g L−1), (k = 0.58 min−1) and after 25 min in case of CuO (k = 0.126 min−1). α-Fe2O3 showed also effective degradation under the conditions of 0.1 g L−1 oxide and 5.0 mM of H2O2, even though with a lower rate constant (0.346 min−1). Sonication plays a major role in enhancing the production of hydroxyl radicals in presence of solid oxides. Hydroxyl radicals-degradation pathway is suggested and adopted to explain the differences noted in rate constants recorded on using different oxides.  相似文献

N-ethylcarbazole/dodecahydro-N-ethylcarbazole (NEC/12H-NEC) is one of the most attractive LOHCs, and it is of great significance to develop catalysts with high activity and reduce the hydrogen storage temperature. Layered double hydroxides-carbon nanotubes composites (LDH-CNT) were synthesized by a simple in-situ assembly method. Due to the introduction of CNT, a strong interaction occurred between LDH and CNT, which effectively improved the electron transfer ability of LDH-CNT. Ru/LDH-CNT catalysts were prepared via ultrasound-assisted reduction method without adding reducing agents and stabilizers. Under the cavitation effect of ultrasound, the hydroxyl groups on the surface of LDH were excited to generate hydrogen radicals (•H) with high reducibility, which successfully reduced Ru3+ to Ru NPs. Ru/LDH-3.9CNT-(300-1) catalyst was of 1.63 nm average Ru particle size with CNT amount of 3.9 wt% and the ultrasonic power of 300 W at 1 h, and its electron transfer resistance was less than that of Ru/LDH-(300-1). The synergy of ultrafine Ru NPs and fast electron transfer made it exhibit exceptional catalytic performance in NEC hydrogenation. Even if the reaction temperature was lowered to 80 °C, its hydrogenation performance was better than that of commercial Ru/Al2O3 catalyst at 120 °C. The ultrasound-assisted method is efficient, green and environmentally friendly, and the operation process is simple and economical. It is expected to be used in practical industrial production, which provides a reference for the preparation of high-activity and low-temperature hydrogen storage catalysts.  相似文献

Multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) and Vulcan carbon (VC) decorated with SnO2 nanoparticles were synthesized using a facile and versatile sonochemical procedure. The as-prepared nanocomposites were characterized by means of transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and Fourier transform infra red spectroscopy. It was evidenced that SnO2 nanoparticles were uniformly distributed on both carbon surfaces, tightly decorating the MWCNTs and VC. The electrochemical performance of the nanocomposites was evaluated by cyclic voltammetry and galvanostatic charge/discharge cycling. The as-synthesized SnO2/MWCNTs nanocomposites show a higher capacity than the SnO2/VC nanocomposites. Concretely, the SnO2/MWCNTs electrodes exhibit a specific capacitance of 133.33 F g−1, whereas SnO2/VC electrodes exhibit a specific capacitance of 112.14 F g−1 measured at 0.5 mA cm−2 in 1 M Na2SO4.  相似文献

The ultrasonic process has been examined to exfoliate layered materials and upgrade their properties for a variety of applications in different media. Our previous studies have shown that the ultra-sonication treatment in water without chemicals has a positive influence on the physical and electrochemical performance of layered materials and nanoparticles. In this work, we have probed the impact of ultrasonication on the physical properties and the oxygen evolution reaction (OER) of the NiFe LDH materials under various conditions, including suspension concentration (2.5–12.5 mg mL−1), sonication times (3–20 min) and amplitudes (50–90%) in water, in particular, sonication times and amplitudes. We found that the concentration, amplitude and time play significant roles on the exfoliation of the NiFe LDH material. Firstly, the NiFe LDH nanosheets displayed the best OER performance under ultrasonic conditions with the concentration of 10 mg mL−1 (50% amplitude and 15 min). Secondly, it was revealed that the exfoliation of the NiFe LDH nanosheets in a short time (<10 min) or a higher amplitudes (≥80%) has left a cutdown on the OER activity. Comprehensively, the optimum OER activity was displayed on the exfoliated NiFe LDH materials under ultrasonic condition of 60% (amplitude), 10 mg mL−1 and 15 min. It demanded only 250 mV overpotentials to reach 10 mA cm−2 in 1 M KOH, which was 100 mV less than the starting NiFe LDH material. It was revealed from the mechanism of sonochemistry and the OER reaction that, after exfoliation, the promoted OER performance is ascribed to the enriched Fe3+ at the active sites, easier oxidation of Ni2+ to Ni3+, and the strong electrical coupling of the Ni2+ and Fe3+ during the OER process. This work provides a green strategy to improve the intrinsic activity of layered materials.  相似文献

We report the effect of germanium doping on the active layer of amorphous Zinc–Tin-Oxide (a-ZTO) thin film transistor (TFT). Amorphous thin film samples were prepared by RF magnetron sputtering using single targets composed of Zn2Ge0.05Sn0.95O4 and Zn2SnO4 with variable oxygen contents in the sputtering gases. In comparison with undoped, Ge-doped a-ZTO films exhibited five order of magnitude lower carrier density with a significantly higher Hall-mobility, which might be due to suppressed oxygen vacancies in the a-ZTO lattice since the Ge substituent for the Sn site has relatively higher oxygen affinity. Thus, the bulk and interface trap densities of Ge-doped a-ZTO film were decreased one order of magnitude to 7.047 × 1018 eV−1cm−3 and 3.52 × 1011 eV−1cm−2, respectively. A bottom-gate TFT with the Ge-doped a-ZTO active layer showed considerably improved performance with a reduced SS, positively shifted Vth, and two orders of magnitude increased Ion/Ioff ratio, attributable to the doped Ge ions.  相似文献

In the present study soil samples were collected from the region around a National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) at Dadri (U.P.), India. Radon activity and radon exhalation rates were measured by using “sealed can technique” using LR 115-type II nuclear track detectors. Radon activities are found to vary from 177.5 ± 23.1 to 583.4 ± 4.9 Bq m−3 with an average value of 330.5 ± 30.4 Bq m−3. Surface exhalation rates in these samples vary from 63.9 ± 8.3 to 210.2 ± 15.1 mBq m−2 h−1 with an average value of 119.1 ± 11.1 mBq m−2 h−1, whereas mass exhalation rates vary from 2.5 ± 0.3 to 8.1 ± 0.6 mBq kg−1 h−1 with an average of 4.6 ± 0.4 mBq kg−1 h−1.Activity concentrations of naturally occurring radionuclides (226Ra, 232Th and 40K) were also measured in these soil samples using high resolution γ–ray spectroscopic system. Activity concentrations of 226Ra, 232Th, and 40K vary from 32.2 ± 6.0 to120.9 ± 4.5 Bq kg−1, 19.3 ± 0.9 to 44.6 ± 1.5 Bq kg−1 and 195.4 ± 2.8 to 505.4 ± 6.3 Bq kg−1 with overall mean values of 70.0 ± 8.9 Bq kg−1, 34.8 ± 1.2 Bq kg−1 and 436.1 ± 5.6 Bq kg−1 respectively. From the activity concentrations of 226Ra, 232Th and 40K, radium equivalent activity (Raeq) and the external hazard index (Hex) were calculated and found to vary from 73.4 to 214.7 Bq kg−1 and from 0.2 to 0.6 respectively.  相似文献

Pure and Li-doped CuSCN nano-powders were prepared using an in situ method. Structural, optical and electrical properties of the prepared samples were investigated using X-ray diffraction (XRD), UV–Visible spectrophotometer and simple electrical circuit. XRD measurements showed that all pure and doped samples with 1%–7% Li have the hexagonal structures. The crystallite size of CuSCN decreased from 39.46 nm to 36.42 nm with increasing Li concentration from 0 to 7%. The values of direct and indirect optical band gap energies of pure and Li-doped CuSCN nano-powders were calculated. Direct optical band gap energy increased from 3.60 eV to 4.20 eV and indirect optical band gap energy increased from 2.36 eV to 3.20 eV by doping CuSCN with Li. The dc electrical conductivity was calculated at room temperature for all prepared CuSCN samples. Electrical conductivity decreased from 6.04 × 10−8 (Ω.cm)−1 to 2.82 × 10−8 (Ω.cm)−1 with increasing Li concentration from 0 to 7%. The optoelectronic performance of CuSCN was improved by doping with Li. As a result, Li-doped CuSCN could be a good candidate material as a window layer and as a hole transport layer (HTL) for producing more efficient solar cells.  相似文献

The present study evaluated inactivation efficiency of a sonophotocatalytic process using ZnO nanofluids including ultrasonic parameters such as power density, frequency and time. The result showed that inactivation efficiency was increased by 20% when ultrasonic irradiation was combined with photocatalytic process in the presence of natural light. Comparison of inactivation efficiency in photocatalytic, ultrasonic and sonocatalytic processes using Escherichia coli as a model bacteria identified that inactivation efficiencies are shown in the following order: ultrasonic irradiation < sonocatalysis < photocatalysis < sonophotocatalysis. Furthermore, inactivation mechanism of sonophotocatalysis was proposed. Studies of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and zinc ions (Zn2+) release evaluation revealed that ROS play a key role in bacterial inactivation rather than Zn2+. Permeability of outer membrane (OM) and inner membrane (IM) of E. coli bacterial cells were studied and exhibited that sonophotocatalysis increased the permeability of OM and IM significantly. The enhanced bacterial inactivation effect in sonophotocatalytic process contributed to acoustic cavitation, sonocatalysis of ZnO and sonoporation phenomenon.  相似文献
