Reactions of Ni(NO3)2 · 6H2O) in EtOH(iso-PrOH) with optically active bis(menthane) ethylene-diaminodioxime (H2L1), pinano-para-menthane ethylenediaminodioxime (H2L2), pinano-para-menthane propylenediaminodioxime (H2L3) and bis(pinane) propylenediaminodioxime (H2L4) were used to synthesize [Ni(H2L1)NO3[NO3 · 2H2O (I), [Ni(HL2)]NO3 (II), [Ni(HL3)]NO3 (III), and [Ni(HL4)]NO3 (IV). X-ray diffraction study of paramagnetic complex Ieff = 3.04 μB and diamagnetic complexes II and III revealed their ionic structures. A distorted octahedral polyhedron N4O2 in the cation of complex I is formed by the N atoms of tetradentate cycle-forming ligand, i.e., the H2L1 molecule, and the O atoms of the NO 3 ? anion acting as a bidentate cyclic ligand. In the cations of complexes II and III, containing a pinane fragment, the coordination core NiN4 has the shape of a distorted square formed on coordination of tetradentate cycle-forming ligands, i.e., anions of the starting dioximes. The structure of diamagnetic complex IV is likely to be similar to the structures of complexes II and III.  相似文献

Heating of an aqueous solution of [Pt(en)Py2Cl2]Cl2 · 2H2O (I) with KBr excess leads to the formation of [Pt(en)Py2Br2]Br2 · H2O (II). The interaction of a solution of II with bromine water results in the precipitation of polybromide ([Pt(en)Py2Br2]Br2 · Br2), which within a few days in the reaction solution partly transforms into oximide platinum(IV) complex, [Pt(HN-C(O)-C(O)-NH)Py2Br2] · H2O (III). Complex [Pt(en)PyBr3]Br · H2O (IV) with an impurity of II was prepared by reacting KBr excess and the product of [Pt(en)Py2]Cl2 oxidation with chlorine in 0.05 N HCl. The action of HNO3 on the solution of IV produced a nitrate derivative ([Pt(en)PyBr3]NO3, V). Complex IV, unlike II, does not react with bromine. The IR spectra of all the obtained compounds were recorded. Complexes II, III, and V were studied by X-ray crystallography. The crystals of II are monoclinic, space group P21/c, a = 15.640(2) Å, b = 9.345(1) Å, c = 14.167(2) Å, β = 102.63(1)°, V = 2020.5(5) Å3, Z = 4, R hkl = 0.033. The crystals of III are triclinic, space group P $\bar 1$ , a = 7.108(1) Å, b = 10.946(1) Å, c = 11.020(2) Å, α = 83.63(1)°, β = 80.31(1)°, γ = 75.02(1)°, V = 814.4(2) Å3, Z = 2, R hkl = 0.033. In the near-planar five-membered chelate ring (torsion angle NCCN is 7°), the C-O distances (1.23(1) Å) correspond to double bonds; the C-C (1.53(1) Å) and C-N (1.31(1) Å), distances correspond to ordinary bonds. The crystals of V are monoclinic, space group P21/c, a = 8.306(2) Å, b = 8.995(2) Å, c = 20.231(4) Å, β = 97.48(2)°, V = 1498.6(6) Å3, Z = 4, R hkl = 0.037.  相似文献

The composition of solid products of vacuum decomposition of K2O2 · 2H2O2 (I) on a glass fiber matrix was determined by Raman spectroscopy. The products were mainly mechanical mixtures of potassium superoxide KO2 (II) with KOH · nH2O (III) and, in some cases, with KOH (IV). The n value in III varies from sample to sample (most often, from 0.2 to 1). Component II is represented by the typical tetragonal phase (the ν(O-O) stretching maximum at 1146 ± 1 cm?1). The transformation of the tetragonal phase of II into cubic phase upon sample irradiation with a focused laser beam was studied. The phase transition was initiated by increasing the power of monochromatic radiation (λ = 514.5 nm). The formation of the cubic phase was indicated by a sharp increase in the width of the ν(O-O) stretching mode. Reaching the threshold power facilitates warming up of the sample in the focusing point to ~120°C. In pure II, the phase transition is enantiotropic; when the laser radiation power drops to the initial minimal level, the tetragonal phase is formed again. When III or IV is present in the sample, this does not take place. Stabilization of the cubic phase of II is attributable to the chemical reaction with IV taking place at phase transition temperature to give a binary compound or a solid solution of the KO2 · KOH type (V). The crystals of V correspond to the cubic system.  相似文献

Copper(II) salts were reacted with various quinoline aldehyde chalcogensemicarbazones to yield compounds formulated as Cu(HL)X2 · nH2O (I: HL = quinoline aldehyde thiosemicarbazone (HL1), X = ClO4, n = 2; II: HL = quinoline aldehyde 4-C2H5-thiosemicarbazone (HL1a), X = NO3, n = 0; III: HL = quinoline aldehyde semicarbazone (HL2), X = ClO4, n = 3 and IV: HL = quinoline aldehyde 4-Ph-semicarbazone (HL2a), X = NO3, n = 1). Regardless of the reagent ratio, the products were compounds having the metal: ligand ratio of 1: 1, where the organic ligand was coordinated tridentate in a molecular form. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction showed that, depending on the chalcogen atom in the organic ligand (S or O), the substituent in the 4th position (at the terminal nitrogen atom), and the specifics of the acido ligand, complexes I–IV had appreciably differing molecular structure organizations. The structures of I and III are formed by a 1D charged coordination polymer, ClO 4 ? anions, and water molecules and may be described by the formula [Cu(HL)(H2O)(ClO4)] n (ClO4) n · nH2O. Copper(II) coordination polyhedra in I and II are (4 + 2) and (4 + 1 + 1) tetragonal bipyramids, respectively. In II and IV, the structures are monomeric and can be described as [Cu(HL1a)(NO3)2] with the metal coordination polyhedron shaped as a (4 + 1) tetragonal pyramid in II and as [Cu(HL2a)(H2O)(NO3)](NO3) with the metal coordination polyhedron shaped as a (3 + 2) trigonal bipyramid in IV. The structure of II is built of molecular complexes, each comprising, apart from ligand HL1a, two monodentate coordinated NO 3 ? groups. The oxygen atom of one anion together with the NNS donor atom set of ligand HL1a form the base, and the oxygen atom of the other anion is in the apex of the coordination polyhedron. In IV, the structure is ionic and built of NO 3 ? anions and [Cu(HL2a)(H2O)(NO3)]+ complex cations, where a cationic coordination polyhedron has a trigonal-bipyramidal configuration with organic ligand HL2a positioned along the long edge. The bipyramidal base is made up by the oxygen atoms of the coordinated water molecule and monodentate nitrato group and the nitrogen atom N2 of the azomethyne group.  相似文献

Four new fluorochromatouranylates, namely, K[UO2(CrO4)F] · 1.5H2O (I), Rb[UO2(CrO4)F] · 1.5H2O (II), Rb[UO2(CrO4)F] · 0.5H2O (III), and Cs[UO2(CrO4)F] · 0.5H2O (IV), have been synthesized, and their crystallographic characteristics have been determined. All the compounds crystallize in monoclinic system, space group P21/c, with the unit cell parameters a = 13.1744(5) Å, b = 9.4598(3) Å, c = 13.0710(4) Å, β = 103.746(1)°, Z = 4, R = 0.0235 (I); a = 13.5902(7) Å, b = 9.5022(4) Å, c = 13.2271(6) Å, β = 102.914(2)°, Z = 4, R = 0.0247 (II); a = 24.7724(8) Å, b = 12.6671(4) Å, c = 9.4464(3) Å, β = 97.661(1)°, Z = 8, R = 0.0448 (III); a = 25.725(1) Å, b = 12.8261(5) Å, c = 9.4929(4) β = 97.208(1)°, Z = 8 (IV). The pairs of compounds I and II and compounds III and IV are isostructural. Crystals of compounds I–III have been subjected to complete X-ray diffraction study. It has been established that the structures of compounds I–III are built of [UO2(CrO4)F] n n? layers, which are parallel to the (100) plane and linked into a framework by alkali-metal cations located between layers, together with water molecules. The effect of topological and geometric isomerism on the structural features of 34 known uranyl compounds of the AT3M2 crystallochemical group, to which the studied compounds I–III also belong, is discussed.  相似文献

A prolonged storage of a solution of RhCl3·nH2O in N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) at room temperature is attended by the consecutive formation of two precipitates, which mainly contain the [(CH3)2NH2][RhCl5(DMF)] complex (I) and the complex [RhCl3(DMF)3] (II) liberates. The addition of PPh4Cl to an aqueous solution of complex I brings about the precipitation of [PPh4][RhCl4(H2O)2] (III). Complex II (a mixture of mer-and fac-isomers) can be obtained also by treatment of [RhCl3(CH3CN)3] with DMF. In the course of the latter reaction, the formation of intermediate complex [RhCl3(CH3CN)2(DMF)] (IV) is observed. Complexes I–IV are characterized by elemental analysis; complexes I, II, and IV are characterized by the IR and 1H and 13C NMR spectra. The structures of III and IV are determined by X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

A series of compounds of the general formula Cu(HL)X2 · nH2O (compound I, X = ClO4, n = 3; compound II, X = NO3, n = 2; compound III, X = Cl, n = 0.5; compound IV, X = 1/2SO4, n = 0) is isolated by the reactions of the copper(II) salts with quinolinaldehyde semicarbazone (HL). Regardless of the reactant ratio, only the compounds with a metal to ligand mole ratio of 1: 1 are formed, where the organic reactant is coordinated in the molecular form. The X-ray diffraction analyses of the [Cu(HL)(NO3)(H2O)](NO3) · H2O (II) and [Cu(HL)Cl2] · 0.5H2O(III) compounds show their substantially different organizations of the molecular structures depending on the specifics of the acido ligand. An ionic structure with one NO 3 ? anion incorporated into the inner coordination sphere of the metal as a bidentate chelate ligand is observed in compound II. Molecular tetragonal pyramidal complexes associated into a dimer due to the bridging function of one coordinated Cl? anion are formed in structure III. The coordination polyhedron of the copper atom in structures II and III is an asymmetrically extended tetragonal bipyramid. The CuClCu angle equal to 90° and the distance between two planes in compound III equal to 2.978 Å determine the insignificant antiferromagnetic interaction in this compound (g = 2.1, J = ?2.5 cm?1).  相似文献

Crystal III is triclinic: space group $P\bar 1$ , a = 7.3600(6), b = 2.7549(11), c = 18.2241(16) Å, α = 106.225(2)°, β = 98.0150(10)°, γ = 99.5400(10)°, V = 1588.5(2) Å3, Z = 2. All the three complexes contain sandwich-like crystal structures, in which anionic sheets built up from different anions (Pzdc2?, Bpdc2?, Sa?) and lattice water molecules via rich hydrogen-bonding interactions are inserted between the cationic silver complexes layers. The lattice water molecules are situated among the framework of the crystal structure and stabilized by rich hydrogen-bonding interactions, and lattice water molecules may play a role in the orientation of the organic anions in the crystal packing.  相似文献

A reaction of ammonium tetra(isothiocyanato)diamminechromate(III) (ammonium reineckate) with ?-caprolactam in aqueous solution at different pH values gave the novel complexes (NH4)[Cr(NH3)2(NCS)4] · 7Cpl (I), (NH4)[Cr(NH3)2(NCS)4] · 2.5Cpl · 0.5(H2O) (II), and (HCpl2)[Cr(NH3)2(NCS)4] (III), where Cpl is ?-caprolactam (?-C6H11NO). The crystals of complexes I?CIII are triclinic, space group $P\bar 1$ ; I: a = 12.7058(4) ?, b = 13.2544(4) ?, c = 19.4487(7) ?, ?? = 105.2360(10)°, ?? = 106.6410(10)°, ?? = 91.5290(10)°, V = 3009.37(17) ?3, ??calc = 1.245 g/cm3, Z = 2; II: a = 12.3144(5) ?, b = 12.6518(5) ?, c = 23.3300(8) ?, ?? = 75.4580(10)°, ?? = 80.0760(10)°, ?? = 61.0830(10)°, V = 3074.1(2) ?3, ??calc = 1.358 g/cm3, Z = 4; III: a = 6.4701(4) ?, b = 12.5973(9) ?, c = 16.5556(12) ?, ?? = 108.769(2)°, ?? = 98.543(2)°, ?? = 90.345(2)°, V = 1261.36(15) ?3, ??calc = 1.437 g/cm3, Z = 2. The structure refinement for (HCpl2)3[Cr(NCS)6] (IV) was revised. Like complex III, complex IV contains the cation (HCpl2)+ stabilized by a strong hydrogen bond between the O atoms of the ?-caprolactam molecules; the cation was structurally characterized for the first time.  相似文献

Two new coordination polymers, [Pb(IDPT)2(NO3)2] (I) and [Mn(IDPT)(SO4)(H2O)2] (II) (IDPT = imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthroline), were synthesized by hydrothermal method and characterized by elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction technique. The results reveal that the complex I belongs to monoclinic crystal system, space group C2/c and complex II belongs to monoclinic crystal system, P21/c space group. The cell parameters are: a = 19.1970(13), b = 7.3875(5), c = 17.3825(12) Å, β = 100.47(10)°, V = 2424.0(3) Å3, Z = 4, F(000) = 1488 for I; a = 10.9135(6), b = 7.0230(4), c = 19.7034(10) Å, β = 99.32(10)°, V = 1490.25(14) Å3, Z = 4, F(000) = 828 for II. In the structure of complex I, the metal center Pb(II) is six-coordinated, displays an octahedral geometry. Each molecule is further connected with neighboring one via π-π interactions into 1D chain. In complex II, Mn(II) is six-coordinated to form a distorted octahedral geometry. Compound II displays 1D supramolecular chain formed through hydrogen bonds. Additionally, the fluorescent properties for the complexes were investigated. Complexes I and II exhibit strong photoluminescence with emission maximum at 583 and 529 nm at room temperature.  相似文献

Treatment of platinum(II) diamine [Pt(N,N-DimeTm)Cl2] (I) with pyridine gave tetramine [Pt(N,N-DimeTm)Py2]Cl2 (II); by oxidation with chlorine this was converted to Pt(IV) triamine, [Pt“(N,N-DimeTm(Py)Cl3]Cl (III) with a six-membered chelate ring. According to X-ray diffraction data, the reaction of complex II with chlorine is accompanied by removal of the pyridine molecule from the trans-position to the NH2 group of N,N-dimethyltrimethylenediamine. The reaction of complex III with chlorine at 20°C afforded a mixture of compounds (IV) and the complex [Pt“(CH3)2N(CH2)2C(O)NH”(Py)Cl3] (V) with an amidate six-membered metal ring, dimethylpropioamide, which was also isolated upon refluxing a mixture of IV in an aqueous solution. The UV/Vis and IR spectra of the obtained complexes were studied, and X-ray diffraction analysis of I, III, and V was performed. The crystals of I are triclinic, space group P $ \bar 1 $ ; a = 7.6526(4) Å, b = 11.5571(6) Å, c = 12.4432(7) Å, α = 113.85(1)°, β = 96.54(2)°, γ = 106.78(2)°; Z = 4; R hkl = 0.051. The crystals of III are monoclinic, space group C2/c; a = 36.715(2) Å, b = 7.8179(4) Å, c = 29.721(16) Å, β = 127.80(1)°; Z = 16; R hkl = 0.036. The crystals of V are monoclinic, space group P21/n; a = 7.0398(6) Å, b = 27.458(2) Å, c = 7.687(6) Å, β = 106.270(1)°; Z = 4; R hkl = 0.052.  相似文献
