在一台毛细管快放电软x射线激光实验装置上,在相同主脉冲条件下(电流峰值18—30kA,半周期80ns),通过观测放电产生的软x射线辐射,研究了该装置固有的高幅值(2—5kA)和外加的低幅值(10—20A)两种预脉冲,对聚乙烯毛细管和高纯度陶瓷毛细管(99.9%)放电的管壁烧蚀及等离子体状态的影响.采用装置固有的几kA预脉冲和聚乙烯毛细管,放电 过程中产生了大量的管壁烧蚀,并且这种情况下的等离子体均匀性差,没有可能获得激光输 出.而采用20A的预脉冲和高纯度陶瓷毛细管,管壁烧蚀量大大减少,预电离等离子体的均匀 性好,在这种情况下,实验上利用x射线二极管观测到了激光尖峰信号.

利用x射线二极管(XRD),实验上测量了毛细管放电激励下类氖氩469nm软x射线激光的尖 峰信号. 改变毛细管的充气气压和主脉冲放电电流,研究了激光尖峰的产生时间随实验参数 的变化情况. 实验结果表明,激光产生于主脉冲电流波形的前沿,此时的主脉冲电流是其峰 值的65%—75%. 增加毛细管充气气压或者减小主脉冲峰值电流,激光的产生时间将会稍有延 迟. 同时改变毛细管充气气压时,激光尖峰信号在42Pa存在最大值.

介绍了脉冲功率技术在离子准分子、准分子和软X射线激光研究中的应用情况。给出了三种激光产生对泵浦源电学参数的要求,并给出实现这些电学参数的实验装置以及实验装置的性能指标。在软X射线激光研究方面,利用10级Marx发生器和Blumlein传输线,建立了最高电流峰值40 kA,前沿为26.6 ns的毛细管放电装置,并实现了46.9 nm激光输出。建立了输出电压600 kV、输出电流20 kA的电子束装置,并作为泵浦源实现了离子准分子光腔效应。为了泵浦S2准分子,采用横向放电方式和低电感放电回路,实现了电压脉冲宽度为29.2 ns的窄脉冲放电。 相似文献

高气压氯化氙准分子激光放电的稳定性与HCl的浓度有关。本文分析了放电等离子体的电子连续性方程,指出均匀放电的持续时间与HCl浓度平方根成反比。该结果与X射线预电离脉冲形成网络泵浦氯化氙激光的实验能很好地符合。

Under the condition of the low main current pulse, the capillary discharge soft X-ray laser is obtained. The laser energy of the same discharge current amplitude at different Ar pressures and of different current amplitudes at the same Ar pressure are compared, respectively. At different Ar pressures, the amplitude of the main current pulse evidently impacts the soft X ray, especially at a pressure higher than 30 Pa. In order to obtain the laser output at a high Ar pressure, the amplitude should be increased. However, at the same Ar pressure, it might have an optimum current, in which case the laser spike is the highest and the most stationary. The laser achieving time at different amplitudes is also discussed. As far as we know, this is the first time the influence of the amplitude of the main current pulse has been analyzed. 相似文献

With pure Ar and gaseous mixtures of Ar-He, the laser spike of Ne-like Ar 46.9 nm pumped by capillary discharge is measured
with XRD (X-ray diode) at low pressure. We observe the effects of the Ar pressure and the He ratio on the amplitude of laser
pulse. Compared with the laser spike of pure Ar, a mixture of Ar and a small quantity of He enhances the laser output. The
time of lasing onset and the duration of laser pulses are not affected by mixing He. In addition, a monochromator is used
to measure the laser pulse at 46.9 nm. This is the first observation of laser output with a Ar-He mixture. 相似文献

A capillary discharge pumped soft x‐ray laser operating at 46.9 nm on the 3p–3s transition of the Ne‐like Ar has been realized by pumping the active medium with a relatively slow current pulse (dI/dt ≈ 6 · 1011 A/s). In order to study the role of the ablation in the production of the laser effect, the intensity of the amplified 46.9 nm line has been investigated using the same pumping current pulses in the plastic (polyacetal) and ceramic (Al2O3). We showed that the ablation of the capillary walls is unfavorable both for the compression and stability of the plasma and consequently for the soft x‐ray laser production. The amplification and lasing effects are observed only in the ceramic channel. The measurements of the line intensity at 46.9 nm showed the lasing with a gain‐length product of ≈ 9, a laser pulse energy of ≈ 5 μJ, a pulse duration of 1.3 ns and a beam divergence of ≈ 3.5 mrad. In addition, effect of the scaling of the time of lasing with the initial plasma diameter was demonstrated experimentally and compared with a one‐dimensional MHD model. 相似文献

A capillary discharge 46.9 nm Ne-like Ar laser is achieved with peak current of 20–23 kA. The variation of laser pulse duration
with initial Ar pressure and rise-time of main current is reported. Measurements show that the laser pulse durations slightly
increase with the increased pressure and increased rise-time of current. A comparison of the experimental results with the
calculation of snow-plow model indicates that the increase of laser pulse duration is the result of decreased Z-pinch velocity
at the pinch time when the radius of plasma is minimal. 相似文献
