本文采用的有限元网格节点优化排序方法是一种归纳,演绎方法,通过对在网格半带宽最小时节点排列的一些特征进行了分析,从其中归纳的出三条规律,通过大量的算例来验证一和可靠性,结果表明,对于任意划分有限单元网格,该方法通过对节点的重新排序,能够优化出最佳的半带宽值,大大减少了计算机内存有空间,提高了运算效率。  相似文献

迭代算法对于非概率可靠性指标的求解及其优化问题具有重要意义。本文基于不确定参数的超椭球描述,研究求解非概率可靠性指标的迭代算法。针对极限状态方程非线性情况较高时可能存在不收敛的问题,提出一个检测严重迂回振荡的判据,并在HL-RF迭代公式的基础上引入修正解,在一定程度上克服迭代不收敛的问题。数值算例验证了迭代算法的正确性和有效性。  相似文献

对刚塑性有限元用于正交切削分析中的切屑与基体材料分离准则、切屑与前刀面脱离判据等关键技术问题进行了系统的研究;建立了求解该问题的刚塑性有限元基本方程,给出了单元刚度矩阵和节点载荷列阵的详细算法以及金属大变形过程中网格畸变问题的处理技术。利用自行开发的正交切削模拟计算程序,对铝合金ZL-301创削过程进行了全程模拟,计算结果与试验结果吻合。  相似文献

建立了机械系统的摩擦磨损与动力学行为的耦合分析模型和数值计算框架,以间隙铰接副为对象分析其磨损和动力学行为的交互影响机制.磨损通过有限元理论及ANSYS软件开发的通用程序来计算,其中通过移动边界节点的方法来描述磨损过程,利用结构优化算法中的边界位移法解决了边界节点变动导致的内部网格畸变问题.应用将位移约束转化为接触力约束的方法建立含间隙铰碰撞的多体动力学模型.通过序贯耦合的模式计算出不同寿命时段的磨损间隙和性能特性.结果表明:磨损与动力学行为耦合数值分析可对整个寿命周期内磨损和性能做出预测,可显著提高摩擦学设计的效率和准确性.  相似文献

从弹性力学平面问题位移解析构造通解的基本原理出发,针对含未知参量的位移函数确定问题,分析了应力边界、位移边界、混合边界的离散节点需要满足的函数关系,构建了以位移解析构造解中未知参量为设计变量,以边界离散节点满足的代数关系为目标函数的优化问题,提出了获得任意边界平面问题的位移构造解中未知参量的优化求解算法,编制了任意节点边界条件的未知参量通用求解程序,给定误差计算的判定方法。求解了平面应力问题的具体实例,通过本文算法与有限元计算结果的误差对比,表明所研究算法的正确性,为任意边界的复杂工程问题求解提供依据。  相似文献

针对结构声学耦合系统的界面载荷传递问题,提出了一种基于约束最优化模型的局部参数插值算法。耦合界面处结构和流体单元表面坐标通过各自的形状函数进行插值,把界面载荷在互不匹配的网格节点间的传递问题转化为一个点到用自然坐标表示的有限边界曲面的最小距离问题,以便利用成熟稳定的优化算法对其进行高效求解。与已有方法相比,该算法在耦合界面单元为曲面的情况下仍能保持较高的计算精度。本文给出的数值算例验证了本算法的有效性和可靠性。  相似文献

智能计算方法在大型空间智能桁架结构的主动杆优化配置问题中有着广泛的应用。为有效避免传统遗传算法编码方式在算法实现过程中容易出现无效染色体的问题,本文基于字典序整数编号的遗传算法,给出了一个由整数编号还原到对应组合的快速还原算法。利用此方法对空间T型桁架结构的主动杆位置优化进行仿真并与传统编码方法结果进行比较,验证了本文方法的有效性和优越性。  相似文献

从Inglis 和Griffith 的著名论文到Irwin 和Rice 等的奠基性贡献,对断裂力学中的线弹性断裂力学的K判据,界面断裂力学的G判据,和弹塑性断裂力学的J 判据作了扼要的综述. 介绍了在界面断裂力学G判据的基础上提出的界面断裂力学的K判据,以说明断裂力学的判据存在改进的可能性. 在综述中归纳出断裂力学判据中目前还没有较好解决的几个问题. 在总结以往断裂力学研究经验的基础上,指出裂纹端应力奇异性的源是对断裂力学判据存在的问题作进一步研究的切入点. 探讨了裂纹端应变间断的奇点是裂纹端应力奇异性的源的问题,从而对裂纹端应力强度因子的物理意义进行了讨论. 最后,阐述了进行可靠的裂纹端应力场的弹塑性分析是改进弹塑性断裂力学判据的关键,而进行可靠的裂纹端应力场的弹塑性分析的前提是要通过裂纹端应力奇异性的源的研究来获得作用在裂纹端的造成裂纹端应变间断的有限值应力.   相似文献

传统采用微分求积(differential quadrature,DQ)法求解动力问题时都是以位移响应作为基本未知量,而将速度响应和加速度响应表示为位移响应的加权和的形式.如此做法需要处理线性方程组或者矩阵方程(Sylvester方程)才能求得动力响应,导出的算法一般为有条件稳定算法.本文利用动力响应的Duhamel积分解,逆用DQ原理,提出了一种计算卷积的高精度显式算法.该算法可以逐时段地求解出动力时程响应,当各时段内DQ节点分布完全一致时,仅须进行一次Vandermonde矩阵求逆计算即可应用于各个时段,一次性获得时段内多个时刻的位移响应值,因而具有计算效率高的优点.通过分析动力方程积分格式,证明本文动力算法传递矩阵的谱半径恒等于1,因而该算法具有无条件稳定特性,且计算过程中不会产生数值耗散. 本文算法的数值精度取决于分析时段内布置的DQ节点数量$N$,具有$N-1$阶代数精度.实际操作时可以取10个甚至更多的DQ节点数,从而获得比较高的数值精度.   相似文献

Compared to a smooth channel,a finned channel provides a higher heat transfer coefficient;increasing the fin height enhances the heat transfer.However,this heat transfer enhancement is associated with an increase in the pressure drop.This leads to an increased pumping power requirement so that one may seek an optimum design for such systems.The main goal of this paper is to define the exact location and size of fins in such a way that a minimal pressure drop coincides with an optimal heat transfer based on the genetic algorithm.Each fin arrangement is considered a solution to the problem (an individual for genetic algorithm).An initial population is generated randomly at the first step.Then the algorithm has been searched among these solutions and made new solutions iteratively by its functions to find an optimum design as reported in this article.  相似文献

Bag breakup of nonturbulent liquid jets in crossflow   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
An experimental investigation of the bag breakup of round nonturbulent liquid jets in gaseous crossflow at room temperature and pressure is described. Pulsed photography, pulsed shadowgraphy, and high-speed imaging were used to observe the column and surface waves along the liquid jet and the formation and breakup of bags. Measurements included: wavelengths of column and surface waves, jet velocities, the number of bags along the liquid jet, the number of nodes per bag, droplets sizes and velocities, and trajectories of droplets. Present results show that the column waves of a nonturbulent liquid jet in crossflow within bag breakup regime can be explained based on Rayleigh–Taylor instability. The number of nodes per bag affected the breakup mechanism of the bags. Three distinctive sizes of droplets were produced due the breakup of the bag membrane, the ring strings and the ring nodes. The size of the droplets resulting from the breakup of the bag membrane was constant independent of the crossflow Weber number. Finally different trajectories were observed for the three groups of droplets.  相似文献

光伏支架是一种典型的不等高单层框架,有侧移失稳的光伏支架柱计算长度系数需考虑多方面因素的影响,无法直接套用现有规范公式.综合考虑了光伏支架短柱和长柱的刚度比γ、短柱和长柱的高度比β以及梁柱线刚度比K1的影响,进行了理论推导,得出了不等高单层框架柱有侧移失稳计算长度系数的计算公式,并制作表格以便工程人员查阅使用.然后以某典型光伏支架实际工程为算例,建立了有限元数值分析模型,并分别进行了线性屈曲分析和考虑几何非线性以及材料非线性的极限承载力分析.分析结果表明,提出的理论公式和计算表格能够精确地计算光伏支架有侧移失稳的极限承载力.  相似文献

墩柱是桥梁结构的主要承载构件,研究爆炸荷载在墩柱上的分布规律是分析爆炸荷载作用下桥梁结构动态响应的前提。以圆截面桥梁墩柱为研究对象,基于LS-DYNA软件建立了桥梁墩柱的有限元模型,综合考虑炸药当量、爆心高度、爆炸距离和墩柱直径等影响因素,基于数值模拟得到爆心高度低于0.3倍墩柱高度,比例距离为0.5~2.1 m/kg1/3和墩柱直径为0.15~1 m时,爆炸荷载冲量沿墩柱高度和横截面方向上的分布。结果表明:沿墩柱高度方向,地面爆炸或爆心高度为0.1倍柱高时,墩柱前表面冲量近似“单线性”分布,当爆心高度距地面0.2和0.3倍柱高时,墩柱前表面冲量近似“双线性”分布;沿横截面方向的平均净冲量与其前表面冲量之比为常数。基于上述爆炸荷载冲量分布规律,进一步提出了爆炸荷载作用在桥梁墩柱上总净冲量的计算方法,从而为桥梁墩柱抗爆响应分析与设计提供一定的理论基础。  相似文献

采用时域局部人工边界同有限元或有限差分相结合的方法分析无界域中的波动问题时可能出现由边界引起的数值失稳现象.本文提出一种分析局部人工边界稳定性的实用方法.该方法从时域逐步积分格式出发,考虑了边界节点运动和内部节点运动的耦合以及离散化的影响,可以给出局部人工边界在多维波动数值模拟中的稳定性近似准则.文中对多次透射边界在一维及二维出平面波动模拟中稳定性的分析结果,表明了该方法的合理性  相似文献

用有限元法求解近场波动问题,须选取人工边界条件以实现对无限域稳定、高效的数值模拟. 该文探讨了SH波导 有限元数值模拟中透射边界引发的高频失稳问题. 从离散模型出发,分析了内节点与人工边界节点运动方程频散曲线之间的匹配关系,揭示了高频失稳的一种机理,即二者相互耦合所 得计算方案支持自发从人工边界向计算区域内行进的高频波动. 提出通过调整内节点运动方程以改变这一匹配关系,从而消除失稳的措施. 理论分析与数值结果表明该措施能有效地消除高频振荡失稳.  相似文献

The non-conservative stability of an intermediate spring supported uniform column clastically restrained at one end and subjected to a follower force at the other unsupported end is studied. It is found that when the intermediate spring support is far from the unsupported end, the instability mechanism is flutter. As the intermediate spring support approaches the unsupported end, the instability mechanism is changed from flutter to divergence with the increase of intermediate spring stiffness. For the hinged-intermediate and guided-intermediatc spring supported columns, the critical buckling load of flutter instability will first decrease, then increase as the intermediate spring stiffness is increased. Nevertheless, when the instability mechanism is divergence, the critical buckling load depends on the location of the intermediate spring support only, whereas for the clamped-intermediate spring supported column the critical buckling load of divergence instability decreases monotonically to a fixed value as the intermediate spring stiffness is increased. Finally, the influence of elastic end restraints on the stability of the column is also investigated.  相似文献

Acting as an operating mode of fluidization, the flow characteristics of a countercurrent liquid–solid fluidized bed (CCLSFB) were experimentally investigated using a Plexiglas column of 1.5 m in height. Countercurrent liquid-upward and solid-downward fluidization was achieved under a limited solid flowrate before flooding occurred.The “flooding” phenomena and the flooding velocity were identified by measuring the variations in pressure drop in the axial direction of the column. Two different methods were used to quantify the flooding point that led to the instability of the system. Axial solids holdup profiles were also obtained from the pressure drop data along the column and the influences of device structure and operating conditions on the solids holdup were also studied. Seven types of particles with different diameters and densities were used. An agreement was found between the experimental results and the mathematic prediction derived from the Richardson–Zaki equation on the data of the solids holdup.  相似文献

A linear instability analysis was performed in order to investigate which variables have a significant effect on the onset of the instability of an unsaturated viscoplastic material subjected to water infiltration. It was found that the onset of the growing instability of the material system mainly depends on the specific moisture capacity, the suction, and the hardening parameter. Then, in order to simulate the water infiltration process of a one-dimensional unsaturated soil column, a multiphase coupled elasto-viscoplastic finite element analysis was performed based on the theory of porous media. The results of the numerical simulations are discussed with respect to the effect of the specific moisture capacity and the initial suction on the development of volumetric strain. We found that rapid transitions from unsaturated to saturated states and higher levels of initial suction lead to the contractive behavior of the material and instability. The instability detected by the numerical results is consistent with the theoretical results obtained through the linear instability analysis.  相似文献
