为了研究瞬变脉冲下汽车发动机转速传感器的电磁敏感性,根据转速传感器功能与电磁效应现象提出了其电磁敏感度门限判定依据。以霍尔式转速传感器为研究对象,搭建转速测试平台,采用瞬变脉冲注入方式,分别测试了不同注入端口和不同脉冲重复频率条件下转速传感器的敏感度。试验结果表明:在瞬变脉冲干扰下,转速传感器性能降级具有随机性,失效概率符合正态分布累积分布函数;从电源线注入时传感器敏感度门限明显低于从信号线注入的情况,失效带宽也更窄;随着脉冲重复频率的增大,传感器的敏感度逐渐降低,最终趋于稳定。  相似文献

In this study, the coil-less fluxgate properties of the as-cast and annealed amorphous wires with the composition (Co0.94Fe0.06)72.5Si12.5B15 were investigated. As its name implies, a coil-less fluxgate is a new type of magnetic-field sensor without a coil. When the wire is periodically saturated in a magnetic field in the circumferential direction with a 30 kHz, 62 mA driving current under a 16.5π rad/m torsional strain, there is a linear variation in the second harmonic of the voltage from the wire ends as a function of the applied external DC magnetic field along the length of the wire.Current-stress annealing of each sample improved the sensitivity of the coil-less fluxgate sensor. This is the first time that it has been shown that a linear change in the output of the coil-less fluxgate sensor can be obtained using torsion annealed wire without the necessity of twisting the wire during measurement. We showed that the linear operating range of the sensor can be increased by increasing the demagnetization factor in the sensing direction, so that the coil-less fluxgate sensor can be miniaturised just by reducing the wire length.  相似文献

This work was aimed at measurements of the electrohydrodynamic (EHD) secondary flow in a non-thermal plasma reactor using three-dimensional particle image velocimetry (3D PIV) method. The wide-type non-thermal plasma reactor used in this work was an acrylic box with a wire discharge electrode and two plate collecting electrodes. The positive DC voltage was applied to the wire electrode through a 10 MΩ resistor. The collecting electrodes were grounded. The voltage applied to the wire electrode was 28 kV. Air flow seeded with a cigarette smoke was blown along the reactor duct with an average velocity of 0.6 m/s. The 3D PIV velocity fields measurements were carried out in four parallel planes stretched along the reactor duct, perpendicularly to the wire electrode and plate electrodes. The measured flow velocity fields illustrate complex nature of the EHD induced secondary flow in the non-thermal plasma reactor.  相似文献

Based on the microbend effect of optical fiber, a distributed sensor for real-time continuous monitoring of intrusion in application to buried pipelines is proposed. The sensing element is a long cable with a special structure made up of an elastic polymer wire, an optical fiber, and a metal wire. The damage point is located with an embedded optical time domain reflectometry (OTDR) instrument. The intrusion types can be indicated by the amplitude of output voltage. Experimental results show that the detection system can alarm adequately under abnormal load and can locate the intrusion point within 22.4 m for distance of 3.023 km.  相似文献

Ionization smoke sensors are amongst the best smoke sensors; however, the little radioactive source that they include is no longer desirable since recycling gets more complicated. In this paper we discuss an electrostatic system in which corona phenomena is used to generate the ions needed to smoke detection. We show how the velocity of ions is reduced in our system for a better interaction between smoke and drifting ions. Influence of smoke, temperature and moisture is studied. It is shown that the proposed sensor has a good sensitivity compared with conventional ionic and optical smoke sensors.  相似文献

A pulsed wire method is described for undulator field measurement. The results of the second field integral are compared with Hall probe results. The pulsed wire data are taken at different locations of the sensor along the length of the wire and with different gap of the undulator. A planar undulator with six periods is used in the pulsed wire set up. The total length of the undulator is 30 cm. The pulsed wire result shows good agreement with the Hall probe data.  相似文献

在高能同步辐射光源中,为了提高磁铁的准直精度,采用磁中心代替机械中心进行磁铁标定,通过振动线或旋转线等技术获得磁铁的磁中心位置,以及通过电容式位移传感器测量得到丝线的位置,从而实现磁中心与准直靶标的关联。为了实现丝线位置的高精度测量,必须对电容传感器进行精确标定,因此介绍了一种电容式位移传感器,并对其标定方法进行了研究,提出了网格化的数据采集方式以及高阶多项式拟合的数据处理方法,搭建了传感器标定平台并开发了相应的标定控制程序,实现了对传感器的自动控制、数据采集和高精度标定过程。经过分析与对比,标定后的电容传感器达到μm级的位移测量精度,为磁铁的高精度准直提供了基础。  相似文献

Reliable presence detection is a requirement in energy-efficient occupancy-adaptive indoor lighting systems. A system of multiple ultrasonic sensors is considered for presence detection, and the performance gain from optimum fusion is studied. Two cases are considered wherein an individual sensor determines presence based on (i) local detection by processing echoes at its receiver, and (ii) the optimum Chair-Varshney fusion rule using multiple sensor detection results. The performance gains of using optimum fusion over local detection are characterized under different sensor system configurations and it is shown that improved detection sensitivity is obtained over a larger detection coverage region.  相似文献

基于迈克尔逊干涉原理设计了金属丝杨氏模量的测量装置。在金属丝上施加持续而又均匀增加的力,引起金属丝细微伸长,通过灵敏杠杆带动移动镜的移动,从而引起光屏上干涉圆环数目的变化;用一种光电传感器捕捉干涉圆环的光强信号,将光信号转换为电信号,再通过模数转换,精确算出干涉圆环的条数,就可以实现对金属丝微小伸长量的测量。采用Origin软件处理实验数据,避免了人为因素所造成的误差,智能化计算出金属丝的杨氏模量。  相似文献

Chemical sensing properties of single wire and mat form sensor structures fabricated from the same carbon nanotubes (CNT) materials have been compared. Sensing properties of CNT sensors were evaluated upon electrical response in the presence of five vapours as acetone, acetic acid, ethanol, toluene, and water. Diverse behaviour of single wire CNT sensors was found, while the mat structures showed similar response for all the applied vapours. This indicates that the sensing mechanism of random CNT networks cannot be interpreted as a simple summation of the constituting individual CNT effects, but is associated with another robust phenomenon, localized presumably at CNT–CNT junctions, must be supposed.  相似文献

This paper reports on the results of an investigation into the aging of drift tubes with anodes fabricated from gold-plated tungsten wires under continuous irradiation with a 90Sr beta source. The accumulated charge is as high as 9 C cm?1. The process of aging is studied in a gaseous mixture containing Ar, CO2, and CF4. It is revealed that the aging brings about a severe damage of the gold coating on a tungsten wire and an increase in the diameter of the wire in the irradiated zone from 35 to 42 μm. The observed swelling of the anode wire under forces applied from the inside is apparently a new mechanism of aging of anode wires. The swelling effect is assumed to be caused by the oxidation of the tungsten wire. It is demonstrated using the nuclear reaction analysis that the deposits containing tungsten, oxygen, carbon, and fluorine are distributed along the anode wire in the direction of the gas flow. The oxygen and fluorine distributions over the depth and along the length of the anode wire are determined.  相似文献

Experimental heat-transfer data for a small-diameter hot wire have been obtained and generalized in a wide range of Reynolds numbers typical of hot-wire anemometry. The experiments were carried out using an IRVIS-TA5 digital hot-wire anemometer and standard critical nozzles used for regulating the flow in the test section of the Eiffel chamber in which the hot-wire sensor was installed. Approaches to carrying out hot-wire anemometric measurements without a labor-consuming calibration procedure for the hot-wire sensor are substantiated.  相似文献

A silicon nanowire (Si-NW) sensor for pH detection is presented. The conductance of the device is analytically obtained, demonstrating that the conductance increases with decreasing oxide thickness. To calculate the electrical conductance of the sensor, the diffusion-drift model and nonlinear Poisson-Boltzmann equation are applied. To improve the conductance and sensitivity, a Si-NW sensor with nanoscaie side gate voltage is offered and its characteristics are theoretically achieved. It is revealed that the conductance and sensor sensitivity can be enhanced by adding appropriate side gate voltages. This effect is compared to a similar fabricated structure in the literature, which has a wire with a rectangular cross section. Finally, the effect of NW length on sensor performance is investigated and an inverse relation between sensor sensitivity and NW length is achieved.  相似文献

Experimental data for switching initiated by the electrical breakdown of air gaps up to 1.9 m long with an arbitrary geometry that are produced by an exploding copper wire 90 μm in diameter are presented. At an initial voltage of 11 kV, the stored energy equals 100–2100 J. Two channel formation conditions are possible: explosion of a wire without electrical breakdown and electrical breakdown in a channel produced by an exploding wire with a delay (current pause) no longer than 250 μs. Current and voltage waveforms across the discharge gap, as well as the resistivity values, under the electrical breakdown conditions are shown. Mechanisms and conditions for streamer initiation at a mean electric field strength in the discharge gap of 5.3–17.0 kV/m are discussed. The geometrical dimensions of plasma objects in the forming channel, the run of the electrical current under breakdown, and the formation mechanism of wire explosion products are found from color microphotographs. The formation mechanism of large aerosols in the form of tiny spherical copper and copper oxide (CuO, Cu2O) particles under wire explosion conditions is discussed.  相似文献

We investigate size effects in nanocrystalline nickel nanowires using molecular dynamics and an EAM potential. Both compressive and tensile deformation tests were performed for nanowires with radii ranging from 5 to 18?nm and a grain size of 10?nm. The wires contained up to four million atoms and were tested using a strain rate of 3.33?×?108?s?1. The results are compared with similar tests for a periodic system, which models a bulk macroscopic sample size of the same nanocrystalline material. The importance of dislocation-mediated plasticity decreases as the wire diameter is decreased and is more relevant under compression than under tension. A significant tension–compression asymmetry was observed, which is strongly dependent on the wire size. For the bulk nanocrystalline samples and larger wire radii, the flow stresses are higher under compression than under tension. This effect decreases as the wire radius decreases and is reversed for the smallest wires tested. Our results can be explained by the interplay of nano-scale effects in the grain sizes and in the wire radii.  相似文献

In the present work we obtain the wave function and the corresponding energy of exciton confined within a quantum wire. What we do is to obtain the approximate analytical solution of the corresponding Schrödinger equation for the quantum wire in the presence of Coulomb and confining terms. We then calculate the energy and the binding energy of the exciton. By using the obtained energy of exciton, we calculate the corresponding wave length. The comparison of the obtained wave length with the emitted wave length from the semiconductor under study shows a good agreement with experimental results.  相似文献

Experimental results concerning pool film boiling on a wire under the action of an externally imposed electric field are reported. The working fluid was saturated R113 at atmospheric pressure, the heaters were platinum wires of 0.2, 0.3, and 0.6 mm diameter. An electrostatic field of cylindrical geometry was created around the wire by means of a 60-mm-diameter cylindrical cage in order to assess electrohydrodynamic (EHD) effects on boiling. Voltages up to 15 kV d.c. were applied. The results showed that two different film boiling regimes, separated by an additional boiling crisis, can exist in the presence of an electric field. The first regime, at low wire superheat, is strongly influenced by the electric field, showing a remarkable heat transfer enhancement with increasing voltage. The second one, at higher superheat, is weakly dependent on the field strength and almost coincident with the zero field one. The two film boiling regimes are separated by a transition characterized by a hysteresis cycle, similar to the one between nucleate boiling and first film boiling regime.  相似文献

The possibility of using a vibrating wire as a target in the method of scanning transverse profiles of the thin beams in particle accelerators has been studied. In the case where the transverse dimensions of the beam are comparable to the amplitude of the wire oscillations, the vibrating wire can be used for a fast measurement of the transverse beam profile without moving the sensor. The scanning procedure is replaced by the use of the movement of the wire during its mechanical oscillations. The method is tested on a focused beam of a semiconductor laser with a spot size at the focus of ~0.1 mm. The reconstruction of the transverse profile is performed on the basis of the measurements of the photons reflected from the vibrating wire by using fast photodiodes.  相似文献
