Some spiro[piperidine-4,2'(1'H)-quinazolin]-4'(3'H)-ones 3 and spiro[piperidine-4,5'(6'H)-[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-c]quinazolines] 4 were synthesized and evaluated as ligands of the nociceptin receptor. The examined compounds showed partial agonistic activity, except compounds 3, 4n that proved to be pure antagonists.  相似文献

Propyl O-(α-L-rhamnopyranosyl)-(1→3)-[2,4di-O-(2s-methylbutyryl)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl]-(1→2)-(3-O-acetyl-β-glucopyranosyl)-(1→2)-β-D-fucopyranoside (1), the tetrasaccharide moiety of Ricolorin A, was synthesized in total 23 steps with a longest linear sequence of 10 steps, and overall yield of 3.7% from D-Glucose. The isomerization of the dioxolane-type benzylidene in the prance of NIS/AgOTf was observed. Tetrasaccharide 1 exhibited no activity against the cultured P388 cell as Tricolorin A did.  相似文献

Diastereoselective synthesis of a series of (Z)-1-[3-aryl-2-(phenylsulfanyl)-2-oxiranyl]-1-ethanones was effected from the reaction of (Z)-4-aryl-3-(phenylsulfanyl)-3-buten-2-ones with alkaline hydrogen peroxide in tetrahydrofuran. The stereochemistry of the oxiranes has been deduced from two-dimensional NOESY spectrum.  相似文献

The molecular structures of two byproducts 1,1'-diphenyl-3',4'-dihydrodispiro[indole-2,2'-furan-5',2'-indole]-3,3'(1H, 1'H)-dione (3) and 1,5'-diphenyl-4',5'-dihydro-3'H-spiro[indole-2,2'-pyrano[3,2-b]indol]-3(1H)-one (4), which accompanied the rearrangement of 3-hydroxy-3-methyl-1-phenylquinoline-2,4(1H,3H)-dione (1) to 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenyl-1,2-dihydro-3H-indol-3-one (2), have been elucidated by NMR, MS, and X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

The title compound trans-4-[(5-(2,4-dichlorophenoxy)-3-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyra-zol-4-yl)methyleneamino]-1,5-dimethyl-2-phenyl-1,2-dihydropyrazol-3-one 3 (C28H23Cl2N5O2, Mr = 532.41) has been synthesized and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1 with a = 8.9438(4), b = 11.6065(5), c = 14.2215(6) , α = 112.566(1), β = 92.324(2), γ = 102.91(1)o, V = 1315.65(10) 3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.344 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 0.282 mm-1, λ = 0.71073 , F(000) = 552, the final R = 0.0587 and wR = 0.1578 for 5071 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). X-ray analysis reveals that the product is a thermodynamically stable trans isomer. Intra-and intermolecular C(12)-H(12)···O(1) and C(28)-H(28)···O(1)#1 hydrogen bonds were observed in the title compound.  相似文献

Sulfuric acid ([3-(3-silicapropyl)sulfanyl]propyl)ester is employed as a recyclable catalyst for the condensation reaction between aromatic aldehydes and 3-methyl-l-phenyl-5-pyrazolone. This condensation reaction was performed in ethanol under refluxing conditions giving 4,4'-alkylmethylene-bis(3-methyl-5-pyrazolones) in 74-90% yields. The heterogeneous catalyst was recycled and used in eleven runs for the reaction between benzaldehyde and 3-methyl-l-phenyl-5-pyrazolone without losing catalytic activity.  相似文献

The structures of tetrahydro-4-phenylspiro([1]benzopyran-2,4(1H)-pyrimidin)-2(3H)-ones and-thiones4 a, b resp., are proved by synthesis. 3-(2-methoxy-3,5-dimethylphenyl)-3-phenylpropionic acid11 b is prepared from 3,4-dihydro-6,8-dimethyl-4-phenylcoumarin10. The lithium salt of11 b reacts with isobutenyl-lithium to 1-(2-methoxy-3,5-dimethylphenyl)-5-methyl-1-phenyl-4-hexen-3-on12 a. 12 a is transferred with urea in acid medium and NH4CNS resp. in a mixture of dihydro-6-[2-(2-methoxy-3,5-dimethylphenyl)-2-phenyläthyl]-4,4-dimethyl-2(1H)-pyrimidinone and-thione13 a, b and tetrahydro-6-[2-(2-methoxy-3,5-dimethylphenyl)-2-phenyläthyliden]-4,4-dimethyl-2(1H)-pyrimidinone and-thione14 a, b resp.14 b leads to13 a, b with H2O2. Abstract

A concise synthesis of (2E,4Z)-2,4-heptadien-1-ol and (2E,4Z)-2,4-heptadienal is presented. Commercially available (Z)-2-penten-1-ol was converted to ethyl-(2E,4Z)-2,4-heptadienoate by reaction with activated MnO2 and (carboethoxymethylene)triphenylphosphorane in the presence of benzoic acid as a catalyst. Ethyl-(2E,4Z)-2,4-heptadienoate was converted to (2E,4Z)-2,4-heptadien-1-ol with LiAlH4. The alcohol was partially oxidized to (2E,4Z)-2,4-heptadienal with MnO2. The title compounds are male-specific, antennally active volatile compounds from the Saltcedar leaf beetle, Diorhabda elongata Brulle (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae) and have potential use in the biological control of the invasive weed saltcedar (Tamarix spp).  相似文献

Raney nickel-catalyzed hydrogenation of 5-substituted spiro[cyclopropane-3-(1-pyrazoline)]-5-carboxylates occurs with N—N bond cleavage with simultaneous cyclocondensation to give 3-aminopyrrolidin-2-ones containing a spirocyclopropane fragment. The presence of the second ester group in the pyrazoline side chain, in the position ensuring the formation of a five-membered ring results in 6,11-diazadispiro[2.1.4.2]undecane-7,10-dione, the product of double cyclocondensation of the intermediate diamine. Hydrogenation of the aryl-substituted spiro[cyclopropane-3-(1-pyrazolines)] in the presence of acetone affords hexahydrospiro[cyclopropane-4-pyrimidines], which can be converted into the cyclopropane-containing 1,3-diamines in the individual state or as salts. Substituted 3-hydroxypyrazoles, which were prepared based on ethyl esters of substituted 4-(pyridin-2-ylthio)- or 4-(1,4-dihydropyridin-2-ylthio)acetoacetic acids and hydrazine hydrate, were used in the synthesis of 6-amino-4-aryl-5-cyano-3-(pyridin-2-ylthiomethyl)-2,4-dihydropyrano[2,3-c]pyrazoles. The molecular and crystal structure of 6-amino-5-cyano-3-(3-cyano-4,6-dimethylpyridin-2-ylthiomethyl)-4-(2-nitrophenyl)-2,4-dihydropyrano[2,3-c]pyrazole was established by X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

用三苯基氢化锡,三对甲苯基氢化锡作为锡氢化试剂与9-乙炔基-9-芴醇进行反应,合成了2个有机锡化合物:[Z]-2-(三苯基锡基)-1-(9-芴醇)乙烯(1)和[Z]-2-(三对甲苯基锡基)-1-(9-芴醇)乙烯(2)。化合物1和2分别与ICl,Br~2,I~2反应,得到6个有机锡一卤化物,6个有机锡二卤化物和2个有机锡混合卤化物(3-16)。有机锡一碘化物7,13和有机锡二碘化物8,14与KOH乙醇溶液反应,分别得到相应的有机锡氢氧化物17,18和有机锡氧化物19,20。有机锡二碘化物8,14分别与含氮双齿配体1,10-邻菲罗啉(Phen),2,2'-联吡啶(Bipy),8-羟基喹啉(Oxin)反应,得到6个相应的配合物21-26。26个新化合物通过元素分析,锡含量测定,IR,^1HNMR测定对其结构进行了表征。同时测定了化合物2的晶体结构,晶体属单斜晶系,空间群P2~1/c。化合物2是以Sn原子为中心扭曲的四面体构型。  相似文献

The corresponding 1-(2-quinoxalyl)-, 1-[3,5-di(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-, and 1-ethoxycarbonyl-3-methyl-4-oxo-4,5,6,7-tetrahydroindazoles have been obtained from reactions of 2-acetyl-1,3-cyclohexanedione, its 5,5-dimethyl and 5-(2-furyl) derivatives, with 2-hydrazinoquinoxaline, 3,5-di(trifluoromethyl)phenylhydrazine, and ethoxycarbonylhydrazine. On interaction with ethoxycarbonylhydrazine the intermediate 2-[1-(-ethoxycarbonyl)hydrazino]ethylidene-1,3-cyclohexanediones were also isolated. From the potassium salt of 2-formyldimedone and 2-carboxyphenylhydrazine hydrochloride, 2-(2-carboxyphenyl)hydrazinomethylene-5,5-dimethyl-1,3-cyclohexanedione was obtained, the cyclization of which in ethanol in the presence of HCl led to 1-(2-carboxyphenyl)- and 1-(2-ethoxycarbonylphenyl)-6,6-dimethyl-4-oxo-4,5,6,7-tetrahydroindazole.  相似文献
