A method for solving a certain system of singular integral equations with constant coefficients is proposed. It is based on a procedure for reducing singular equations to equations with continuous difference kernel; the solution of the latter is constructed by using the classical Fourier transform in the class of absolutely integrable functions. Explicit expressions for the solution of the singular integral equations under consideration are obtained.  相似文献

We consider some examples of systems whose functionality can be described with the help of mathematical models based on singular integral equations with non-Carleman shift. For this type of equations, we have obtained an estimate for the dimension of the kernel of the corresponding operator and proposed numerical methods for both evaluating the dimension of the kernel and constructing solutions.  相似文献

Using the method of localization, the authors obtain the permutation formula of singular integrals with Bochner-Martinelli kernel for a relative compact domain with C(1) smooth boundary on a Stein manifold. As an application the authors discuss the regularization problem for linear singular integral equations with Bochner-Martinelli kernel and variable coefficients; using permutation formula, the singular integral equation can be reduced to a fredholm equation.  相似文献

In the paper, a reproducing kernel method of solving singular integral equations (SIE) with cosecant kernel is proposed. For solving SIE, difficulties lie in its singular term. In order to remove singular term of SIE, an equivalent transformation is made. Compared with known investigations, its advantages are that the representation of exact solution is obtained in a reproducing kernel Hilbert space and accuracy in numerical computation is higher. On the other hand, the representation of reproducing kernel becomes simple by improving the definition of traditional inner product and requirements for image space of operators are weakened comparing with traditional reproducing kernel method. The final numerical experiments illustrate the method is efficient.  相似文献

In this article, our main goal is to render an idea to convert a nonlinear weakly singular Volterra integral equation to a non‐singular one by new fractional‐order Legendre functions. The fractional‐order Legendre functions are generated by change of variable on well‐known shifted Legendre polynomials. We consider a general form of singular Volterra integral equation of the second kind. Then the fractional Legendre–Gauss–Lobatto quadratures formula eliminates the singularity of the kernel of the integral equation. Finally, the Legendre pseudospectral method reduces the solution of this problem to the solution of a system of algebraic equations. This method also can be utilized on fractional differential equations as well. The comparison of results of the presented method and other numerical solutions shows the efficiency and accuracy of this method. Also, the obtained maximum error between the results and exact solutions shows that using the present method leads to accurate results and fast convergence for solving nonlinear weakly singular Volterra integral equations. The collocation method for the numerical solution of Fredholm integral equations of the second kind is applied, properly modified, to the numerical solution of Cauchy type singular integral equations of the first or the second kind but with constant coefficients. This direct method of numerical solution of Cauchy type singular integral equations is compared afterwards with the corresponding method resulting from applying the collocation method to the Fredholm integral equation of the second kind equivalent to the Cauchy type singular integral equation, as well as with another method, based also on the regularization procedure, for the numerical solution of the same class of equations. The solvability of a class of singular integral equations with reflection in weighted Lebesgue spaces is analyzed, and the corresponding solutions are obtained. The main techniques are based on the consideration of certain complementary projections and operator identities. Therefore, the equations under study are associated with systems of pure singular integral equations. These systems will be then analyzed by means of a corresponding Riemann boundary value problem. As a consequence of such a procedure, the solutions of the initial equations are constructed from the solutions of Riemann boundary value problems. In the final part of the paper, the method is also applied to singular integral equations with the so-called commutative and anti-commutative weighted Carleman shifts.  相似文献

In this paper, the weakly singular Volterra integral equations with an infinite set of solutions are investigated. Among the set of solutions only one particular solution is smooth and all others are singular at the origin. The numerical solutions of this class of equations have been a difficult topic to analyze and have received much previous investigation. The aim of this paper is to present a numerical technique for giving the approximate solution to the only smooth solution based on reproducing kernel theory. Applying weighted integral, we provide a new definition for reproducing kernel space and obtain reproducing kernel function. Using the good properties of reproducing kernel function, the only smooth solution is exactly expressed in the form of series. The n-term approximate solution is obtained by truncating the series. Meanwhile, we prove that the derivative of approximation converges to the derivative of exact solution uniformly. The final numerical examples compared with other methods show that the method is efficient.  相似文献
