An efficient and direct procedure has been developed for the preparation of amidoalkyl naphthols by a one-pot condensation of aryl aldehydes, 2-naphthol and urea or amides, in the presence of HClO4-SiO2 as a heterogeneous catalyst. The reactions were carried out under reflux and solvent-free conditions. The present methodology offers several advantages such as excellent yields, simple procedure, easy work-up and ecofriendly reaction condition. The catalyst is easily prepared, stable, reusable and efficient under the reaction conditions.  相似文献

A novel heterogeneous catalyst,amorphous Cu^0 on the carbon nanofibers was developed and characte-rized by means of several characterization techniques.The prepared Cu^0 was investigated as a heterogeneous catalyst for N-arylation reaction.The results show it is an excellent catalyst with recyclability,high consistency and catalytic activity.After the catalyst was used for 5 cycles in the N-arylation reaction,amorphous Cu^0 reunited into crystalline copper nanoparticles with different particle sizes and its good heterogeneity in the catalytic system was confirmed after the catalyst recovery.  相似文献

A simple and practical method for the synthesis of N-substituted-2-aminobenzothiazoles via a crosscoupling reaction of 2-iodo anilines with isothiocyanates is envisaged using nano copper oxide as a recyclable catalyst and Cs2CO3as a base in PEG-400,as a bio-degradable,reusable,inexpensive and nontoxic reaction medium,under ligand-free conditions.The present tandem process underlines environmental acceptability to access a wide range of N-substituted-2-aminobenzothiazoles in good to excellent yields.  相似文献

In(OTf)3 plays the role of a Lewis acid catalyst in the Pechmann condensation of phenols with β-ketoesters under solvent-free conditions to give coumarin derivatives. This novel and inexpensive method has advantages such as short reaction time, excellent product yields, and avoids the use of organic solvents in agreement with green chemistry principles. Catalyst loadings can be as low as 1 mol% to give high yields of the corresponding coumarins at 80 °C. The catalyst can be recovered after the reaction, and reused with only a slight decrease in the yield.  相似文献

A one pot three‐component coupling reaction of phenylacetylene, aldehyde, and amine derivatives in the presence of Cu(II) Salen complex as an efficient heterogeneous catalyst under solvent‐free conditions is reported. The catalyst displayed high activity and afforded the corresponding propargylamines in good to excellent yields. This method provides a wide range of substrate applicability. The catalyst was reused several times without significant loss of its catalytic activity.  相似文献

Aminohalogenation reaction of β-nitrostyrenes with N-halosuccinimides(N-chloro and N-bromosuccinimides) has been successfully conducted by using nickel acetate as a catalyst in the presence of potassium carbonate and succinimide as co-additives.The reaction was easily performed at room temperature under nitrogen gas protection to give dihalorinaed haloamino products in good to excellent yields(60%-98%).The structure has been confirmed by X-ray crystal structure analysis.  相似文献

Palladium polyether diphosphinite complex anchored on polyethylene glycol is reported as an efficient catalyst for Heck coupling reactions. The catalyst is soluble in the solvent with reactants and products during reaction and can be separated from reaction media in biphasic form by the addition of anti-solvent like n-hexane and further recycled. The developed methodology offers mild reaction condition, short reaction time with an excellent recyclability of the catalyst. Aryl iodides as well as aryl bromides are well tolerated giving excellent yields.  相似文献

Silica‐supported terpyridine palladium(II) was prepared and used as an effective and recyclable catalyst in Mizoroki–Heck and Suzuki–Miyaura coupling reactions. The catalyst was very effective for the Mizoroki–Heck reaction of aryl halides with olefins and conversion was in most cases excellent. The catalyst showed good thermal stability (up to 230 °C) and could be recovered and reused for four reaction cycles. The Suzuki coupling of aryl iodides with aryl boronic acids in the presence of the catalyst was also investigated and the reaction proceeded with a short reaction time and excellent conversion. The development of environmentally friendly heterogeneous catalysts for organic reactions in water is becoming of growing importance for the development of sustainable processes. In this work, a porous organic polymer‐supported palladium catalyst (Pd@UPOP‐1) was successfully fabricated from 3,3′‐diaminobenzidine and methylenediphenyl diisocyanate through a facile urea‐forming condensation reaction. The structure and composition of the catalyst were characterized using several physicochemical methods. Pd@UPOP‐1 was found to possess good porous structure and excellent amphiphilicity. Under mild reaction conditions, the catalyst showed excellent catalytic activity and good substrate compatibility for the Suzuki–Miyaura coupling reaction of aryl bromides, as well as the hydroxycarbonylation reaction of aryl iodides. In addition, the catalyst could be used for several consecutive recycles in both cases.  相似文献

A new efficient heterogeneous catalyst was introduced for the epoxidation of styrene. The catalyst was obtained from deposition of gold nanoparticles on the cellulose aerogel. The catalyst was characterized with XRD, TGA, EDX, BET, FAAS and SEM. High yield and excellent selectivity were achieved for the epoxidation of styrene in solvent-free conditions at room temperature using H2O2 as a green oxidant during 1 h. The reaction has some advantages such as solvent-free and mild reaction conditions, low catalyst loading, high yield, excellent selectivity, green oxidant and short reaction duration. In addition, the catalyst is recyclable and applicable for six times without decrease in yield.  相似文献

An efficient method for synthesis of 1,8-dioxo-octahydroxanthenes using EPZ-10 as a heterogeneous catalyst is developed. In this method, aldehydes and dimedone / cyclohexane-1,3-dione are heated at 70 °C in the presence of a catalytic amount of EPZ-10 in water as a universal solvent, affording the corresponding 1,8-dioxo-octahydroxanthenes in moderate to excellent yields. Also, domino Knoevenagel / hetero-Michael-addition reaction is described in water without any catalyst with excellent yields. The major advantages of this method are excellent yields, short reaction time, and ease of operation. This green protocol works well with dimedone as well as cyclohexane-1,3-dione.  相似文献

An efficient, green and eco-friendly protocol has been developed for the synthesis of 2,4,5-trisubstituted and 1,2,4,5-tetrasubstituted imidazoles via one-pot condensation reaction using Dendrimer-PWAn as catalyst under solvent-free conditions or ultrasonic irradiation in excellent yields. The reactions under conventional heating conditions were compared with the ultrasonic-assisted reactions. The operational simplicity, practicability and applicability of this protocol to various substrates make it an interesting alternative to previous procedures. The present methodology offers several advantages such as excellent yields, short reaction times, a cleaner reaction, and the absence of any tedious work-up or purification. The catalyst is easily separated from the products by filtration and also exhibits remarkable reusable activity. SEM, BET and DLS of the catalyst were also investigated after each reaction cycle.  相似文献

A new heterogeneous copper catalyst was synthesized by immobilization of copper ions onto magnetic nanoparticles with a new ligand based on triazole. The catalyst was characterized using scanning and transmission electron microscopies, atomic absorption and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopies, and thermogravimetric, elemental and energy‐dispersive X‐ray analyses. The results confirmed that a good level of organic groups was immobilized on the magnetic nanoparticles. Huisgen cycloaddition reaction was chosen as a model reaction for the investigation of catalyst activity under green conditions. Phenylacetylene and benzyl bromide derivatives were used for the synthesis of triazoles. The reaction proceeded with good to excellent yields for various alkynes and alkyl halides. To investigate catalyst activity for inactive alkynes, aliphatic alkynes were used in the model reaction. The corresponding triazoles were obtained in good to excellent yields and a high regioselectivity for products was obtained. The catalyst was easily separated using an external magnetic field and subsequently reused in ten reaction cycles without any loss of catalytic activity. In this study, 1-(1-alkylsulfonic)-3-methylimidazolium chloride as a new, green, and reusable Brønsted acid catalyst was prepared. In this protocol, we used for the regioselective ring-opening reactions of various epoxiodes with sodium azide to afford the corresponding β-azido alcohols in excellent yields and short reaction time under mild and neutral reaction conditions. This method offers several advantages including excellent regioselectivity, clean reactions, simple work-up procedure, a recyclable catalyst, and use of an eco-friendly catalyst.  相似文献
