基于原子的时间/频率、长度以及磁场、微波电场等方面的量子精密测量近年来引起广泛关注。里德堡原子作为微波精密测量工具,具有可溯源性好、空间分辨率高以及探测灵敏度高等优势。通过室温铯里德堡原子的电磁诱导透明光谱特征分析实现了微波电场矢量空间高分辨测量。利用铯原子蒸气池中共线的耦合光和探测光形成了6S1/2-6P3/2-51D5/2的阶梯型三能级系统,5.365 GHz微波电场将诱导相邻里德堡态51D5/2-52P3/2的共振跃迁,导致阶梯型三能级系统的电磁诱导透明光谱发生Autler-Townes分裂。通过计算光谱的分裂间隔可得到可溯源至普朗克常数的微波电场强度,微波电场测量的空间分辨率达到1/31被测微波波长。特别是提出一种新的微波电场极化方向测量方法,解决了基于里德堡原子进行微波电场极化方向测量时无法分辨互补角的问题。通过对射频识别标签的近场散射场进行矢量测量,实现了标签角度的有效识别,角度分辨率达到1.64°,测量结果与有限元分析方法仿真结果吻合地很好。该研究对于微波电场空间高分辨成像、射频识别标签的设计和识别以及电磁兼容测试等方面具有重要价值。  相似文献

利用自编1D3V PIC程序,数值研究了不同外加磁场方式对次级电子倍增抑制的物理过程,给出了次级电子数目、平均能量、密度、运动轨迹、渡越时间、介质表面静电场及沉积功率等物理量时空分布关系。模拟结果表明:不同方向外加磁场抑制次级电子倍增的机理有所不同。轴向外加磁场利用电子回旋运动干扰微波电场对电子加速过程,使其碰壁能量降低以达到抑制二次电子倍增的效果;横向外加磁场利用电子回旋漂移过程中,电子半个周期被推离介质表面(不发生次级电子倍增),半个周期被推回介质表面(降低电子碰撞能量)的作用机理,达到抑制二次电子倍增的效果。讨论了横向磁场在回旋共振下,电子回旋同步加速导致回旋半径增大,电子能量持续增加的特殊过程。两种外加磁场方式都可以通过增加磁场达到进一步抑制次级电子倍增的目的。轴向外加磁场加载容易,但对磁场要求较高;横向外加磁场需要磁场较低,但加载较为困难。  相似文献

里德堡原子具有大的极化率、低的场电离阈值和大的电偶极矩,对外部电磁场十分敏感,可以用来测量电场强度特别是微波电场的强度. 利用里德堡原子的量子干涉效应(电磁诱导透明和Autler-Townes效应)测量微波电场强度的灵敏度远高于传统采用偶极天线测量微波电场的灵敏度. 此外,里德堡原子电场计 可以溯源到标准物理量,不需要额外校准; 采用玻璃探头,对待测电场干扰少; 灵敏度也不依赖于探头的物理尺寸. 同时,该电场计还可以实现对微波电场的偏振方向的测量, 实现亚波长和近场区域电场成像与测量. 通过选择不同的里德堡能级,可以实现1-500 GHz超宽频段范围内微波电场强度的测量. 主要综述基于里德堡原子的电场精密测量研究, 详细介绍了里德堡原子电场计的原理与实验进展, 并简单讨论了其发展方向.  相似文献

在理论上分析了光轴任意方向的单轴晶体的折射率.根据布儒斯特角原理,当线偏振光的电场矢量平行于入射面时,通过测出对样品三个表面的布儒斯特角,就能同时确定单轴晶体的折射率和光轴方向.并利用分光计,在光轴不确定的情况下,测定了方解石的两个主折射率和光轴方向.  相似文献

Rapid nonthermal plasma-stimulated inflammation of liquid hydrocarbon (alcohol) films is realized under the conditions of a surface microwave discharge initiated in quiescent atmospheric-pressure air. The induction period is found, and the velocity of the intense combustion front is determined. Combustion is initiated by the low-temperature plasma of the surface microwave discharge that exists at high values of the reduced electric field. It is shown that the induction period varies between 10 and 100 μs depending on the input power, the plasma-stimulated inflammation occurs on the antenna at the site where the surface microwave discharge burns, and the velocity of the intense combustion front near the antenna reaches 300–350 m/s.  相似文献

Diffraction of uniformly polarized laser beams with vortex phase singularity is theoretically analyzed using the plane wave expansion. It is shown that for a high numerical aperture, an intense longitudinal electric field component is formed on the optical axis in this case. It is numerically demonstrated that an analogous effect is ensured for diffraction of a conventional Gaussian beam from asymmetric binary axicons. The field intensity on the optical axis can be varied either by rotating the optical element or by changing the direction of polarization of radiation.  相似文献

以介质填充的平行板放电结构为例,本文主要研究了介质填充后微波低气压放电和微放电的物理过程.为了探究介质材料特性对微波低气压放电和微放电阈值的影响,本文采用自主研发的二次电子发射特性测量装置,测量了7种常见介质材料的二次电子发射系数和二次电子能谱.依据二次电子发射过程中介质表面正带电的稳定条件,计算了介质材料稳态表面电位与二次电子发射系数以及能谱参数的关系.在放电结构中引入与表面电位相应的等效直流电场后,依据电子扩散模型和微放电中电子谐振条件,分别探讨了介质表面稳态表面电位的大小对微波低气压放电和微放电阈值的影响.结果表明,介质材料的二次电子发射系数以及能谱参数越大,介质材料的稳态表面电位也越大,对应的微波低气压放电和微放电阈值也越大.所得结论对于填充介质的选择有一定的理论指导价值.  相似文献

本文利用自编P3D3V PIC程序, 数值研究了BJ32矩波导传输TE10模式高功率微波在介质窗内、 外表面引发的次级电子倍增过程, 给出了次级电子3维空间位置分布特征、介质窗表面法向静电场分布规律以及电子数密度分布特性. 模拟结果表明: 对于介质窗内侧, 微波强场区域率先进入次级电子倍增过程; 而对于介质窗外侧, 则是微波弱场区域优先进入次级电子倍增过程. 形成机理可以解释为: 微波坡印廷矢量方向与介质窗外表面法向相同而与内表面法向相反, 内侧漂移运动导致强场区域电子易于被推回表面, 有利于次级电子倍增优先形成; 外侧漂移运动导致强场区域电子易于被推离表面, 不利于次级电子倍增形成. 准3维模型相对1维模型: 介质窗内侧次级电子倍增过程中, 次级电子倍增进入饱和时间长、饱和次级电子数目少、平均电子能量高、 入射微波功率低、沉积功率低; 介质窗外侧次级电子倍增过程中, 次级电子倍增进入饱和时间短、饱和次级电子数目少、平均电子能量低、 入射微波功率低、沉积功率低. 沉积功率与入射微波功率比值与微波模式、强度及介质窗内外侧表面关系不大, 准3维和1维模型计算结果均在1%–2%左右水平. 关键词: 高功率微波 介质表面次级电子倍增 粒子模拟 横向电磁场分布  相似文献

采用密度泛函(DFT)方法LSDA在6-311++G(d,p)基组水平上优化得到了分子轴方向不同电场(-0.03~0.05a.u.)作用下,BF分子的基态结构参数、电偶极矩μ、电荷分布、HOMO能级、LUMO能级等。在优化构型下,用同样的基组采用杂化CIS-DFT方法(CIS-LSDA)研究了同样外电场条件下对BF分子的激发能和振子强度的影响。结果表明:随着电场的增加,分子结构与外电场有着强烈的依赖关系,且对电场方向的依赖呈现非对称性。分子总能量先增大后减小,电偶极矩μ先增大,后减小,最后不断增大。电场对振子强度的影响比较复杂,有的增大有的减小,表明电子跃迁光谱强度受外场影响。  相似文献

Rydberg原子具有极大的极化率和微波跃迁偶极矩,对外界电磁场非常敏感,可实现基于Rydberg原子的超宽频带射频电场的高分辨高灵敏测量.通过Rydberg原子的全光学无损的电磁感应透明探测手段,可以实现基于原子的快速免校准宽频带(0.01-1000 GHz)外电场的精密测量.对于频率大于1 GHz的微波场,由微波场耦合相邻Rydberg能级形成的Autler-Townes分裂进行测量;而对于频率小于1 GHz的长波射频场,由Rydberg能级的射频边带能级进行测量.这种方法是基于原子能级参数,可溯源到基本物理常量,不依赖于外界参考;且对电场无干扰,易于实现微型化和集成化,具有广泛的应用前景.本文主要综述了基于Rydberg原子的外电场测量的最新研究进展,重点介绍长波长射频场的测量,包括电场强度、频率以及极化方向的测量,详细介绍了其测量原理和探测灵敏度,并讨论了其应用前景及未来发展方向.  相似文献

To realize a CO2 laser using a fast-axial-flow high-output-power microwave discharge excitation, we devised a technology for making the microwave discharge uniform by varying the oscillation direction of an electric field with time. We also verified the effectiveness of this technology. As a result, we succeeded in increasing the discharge uniformity to 70% of the laser-tube cross-sectional area and realized a high laser output power and a high laser efficiency. In the case of a microwave input power of 1450 W, a maximum laser output power of 273 W and a laser efficiency of 18.8% were achieved; in the case of a microwave input power of 1070 W, a laser output power of 214 W and a laser efficiency of 20.0% were achieved. At the time of maximum output power, a high input power density of 280 W/cm3, which is approximately 20 times that in a dc discharge method, was achieved. The electrical breakdown of air (under a pressure from several tens of Torr to several hundreds of Torr) is initiated in a linearly polarized quasi-optical microwave beam using a rounded-end cylindrical metallic electromagnetic vibrator placed parallel to the electric component of the microwave field. The vibrator is much shorter than the wavelength of the field. The field strength at the top of the vibrator as a function of its length is determined. An empiric expression relating the field strength at the top with the vibrator length-to-diameter ratio is found for the vibrator length range studied. The practicability of locally measuring the field in a quasioptical microwave beam is substantiated. The idea is to determine the maximal air pressure at which electrical breakdown of air initiated by a short vibrator placed at a given point of the beam takes place.  相似文献

We describe the results of experiments on initiation of an electric discharge in air in a quasi-optical microwave beam by an electromagnetic vibrator fixed above the screen. This method for initiating the electrical breakdown makes it possible to obtain a discharge at a level of the electric field component in the microwave, which two orders of magnitude lower than the minimal critical field of the electrodeless breakdown of air. In our experiments, the threshold value of the air pressure determining the low- and high-temperature forms of the microwave discharge are determined depending on the field level.  相似文献

Ordering of dust grains suspended in glow discharge plasmas into quasi-steady liquid-or crystallike structures in an external field is considered. The self-consistent electric field generated by free electrons, ions, and dust grains is found. An estimate is obtained for the confining potential required to hold dust grains in the direction perpendicular to the discharge axis. It is shown that the potential energy of interaction between ordered dust particles has the form characteristic of ionic crystals. Critical parameters are estimated for a liquidlike dust structure. The correlation function calculated for a dusty plasma by using this approach is compared with a measured one.  相似文献

The kinetics of main types of charged and excited particles present in a low-current discharge in an argon–mercury vapor mixture used in gas-discharge illuminating lamps has been investigated in a wide interval of the reduced electric field strength and temperature. Mechanisms behind the production and loss of ions and metastable atoms have been discovered, and the temperature dependences of their contributions to maintaining their balance have been determined. It has been shown that, when the discharge is initiated in the lamp and the mercury content in the mixture is low, the ionization coefficient exceeds that in pure argon, which is almost exclusively due to the Penning reaction. The influence of this reaction grows with a reduction of the electric field strength in the interelectrode gap. The dependences of the discharge ignition voltage on the interelectrode gap (Paschen curves) for different temperatures of the mixture have been calculated, and the nonmonotonicity of the temperature dependence of the ignition voltage has been explained.  相似文献
