Rotationally resolved pulsed field ionization and zero electronic kinetic energy photoelectron spectra for the transition F(2) (+)(X (2)Pi(g))<--F(2)(X (1)Sigma(g) (+)) have been recorded using the extreme ultraviolet coherence radiation. The vibrational energy spacings, rotational constants, and spin orbit coupling constants for the first three vibrational states of F(2) (+)(X (2)Pi(g)) have been determined accurately. The first adiabatic ionization potential (IP) of F(2) is determined as IP(F(2))=126 585.7+/-0.5 cm(-1). To determine the threshold E(tipp) for ion-pair production of F(2), the images of F(-)((1)S(0)) in the velocity mapping conditions have also been recorded at the photon energy of 126 751 cm(-1). Taking the Stark effect into account, the E(tipp) is determined as E(tipp)(F(2))=126 045+/-8 cm(-1) (15.628+/-0.001 eV). By combing the IP(F(2)) and the E(tipp)(F(2)) determined in this work and together with the reported ionization potential and electronic affinity of the F atom, the bond dissociation energies of F(2) and F(2) (+) are determined as D(0)(F(2))=1.606+/-0.001 eV and D(0)(F(2) (+))=3.334+/-0.001 eV, respectively.  相似文献

Anisotropic electron spin resonance (ESR) spectra are reported for the radical anions of hexafluorocyclopropane (c-C(3)F(6)(-)), octafluorocyclobutane (c-C(4)F(8)(-)), and decafluorocyclopentane (c-C(5)F(10)(-)) generated via gamma-irradiation in plastically crystalline tetramethylsilane (TMS) and rigid 2-methyltetrahydrofuran (MTHF) matrices. By combining the analysis of these experimental ESR spectra involving anisotropic hyperfine (hf) couplings with a series of quantum chemical computations, the geometrical and electronic structure of these unusual perfluorocycloalkane radical anions have been characterized more fully than in previous studies that considered only the isotropic couplings. Unrestricted Hartree-Fock (UHF) computations with the 6-311+G(d,p) basis set predict planar ring structures for all three radical anions, the ground electronic states being (2)A(2)(") for c-C(3)F(6)(-) (D(3h) symmetry), (2)A(2u) for c-C(4)F(8)(-) (D(4h)), and (2)A(2)(") for c-C(5)F(10)(-) (D(5h)), in which the respective six, eight, and ten 19F-atoms are equivalent by symmetry. A successful test of the theoretical computation is indicated by the fact that the isotropic 19F hf couplings computed by the B3LYP method with the 6-311+G(2df,p) basis set for the optimized geometries are in almost perfect agreement with the experimental values: viz., 19.8 mT (exp) vs 19.78 mT (calc) for c-C(3)F(6)(-); 14.85 mT (exp) vs 14.84 mT (calc) for c-C(4)F(8)(-); 11.6 mT (exp) vs 11.65 mT (calc) for c-C(5)F(10)(-). Consequently, the same computation method has been applied to calculate the almost axially symmetric anisotropic 19F hf couplings for the magnetically equivalent 19F atoms: (-4.90 mT, -4.84 mT, 9.75 mT) for c-C(3)F(6), (-3.54 mT, -3.48 mT, 7.02 mT) for c-C(4)F(8)(-), and (-2.62 mT, -2.56 mT, 5.18 mT) for c-C(5)F(10)(-). ESR spectral simulations performed using the computed principal values of the hf couplings and the spatial orientations of the 19F nuclei as input parameters reveal an excellent fit to the experimental anisotropic ESR spectra of c-C(3)F(6)(-), c-C(4)F(8)(-), and c-C(5)F(10)(-), thereby providing a convincing proof of the highly symmetric D(nh) structures that are predicted for these negative ions. Furthermore, using the computed 19F principal values and their orientations, the effective 19F anisotropic hf couplings along the molecular symmetry axes were evaluated for c-C(3)F(6)(-) and c-C(4)F(8)(-) and successfully correlated with the positions of the characteristic outermost features in both the experimental and calculated anisotropic spectra. In addition, the electronic excitation energies and oscillator strengths for the c-C(3)F(6)(-) , c-C(4)F(8)(-), and c-C(5)F(10)(-) radical anions were computed for the first time using time-dependent density functional theory (TD-DFT) methods.  相似文献

While reinvestigating the published synthesis of OPI(3), it became evident from the experiments that phosphoryl triodide may only be formed as an intermediate and that the end products of the reaction of OPCl(3) with LiI are P(V) oxides, PI(3), I(2), and LiCl. This is also in agreement with MP2/TZVPP calculations, which assign Delta(r)H degrees (Delta(r)G degrees ) [Delta(r)G degrees in CHCl(3)] for the disproportionation of OPI(3) as -7 (-18) [-17 kJ mol(-1)] (assuming P(4)O(10) as the P(V) oxide). The first products of this reaction visible in a low-temperature in situ (31)P NMR experiment are P(2)I(4) and PI(3), as well as traces of a compound that may be OPCl(2)I. By contrast, it was possible to prepare and structurally characterize Lewis acid [A] stabilized [A]<--OPX(3) adducts, where [A] is Al(OR(F))(3) for X=Br and Al(OR(F))(2)(mu-F)Al(OR(F))(3) for X=I (R(F)=C(CF(3))(3)). These adducts are formed on decomposition of PX(4) (+)[Al(OR(F))(4)](-); high yields of Br(3)PO-->Al(OR(F))(3) (delta((31)P)=-65) were obtained, while I(3)PO-->Al(OR(F))(3) (delta((31)P)=-337) and I(3)PO-->Al(OR(F))(2)(mu-F)Al(OR(F))(3) (delta((31)P)=-332) are only formed as by-products. The main product of the room-temperature decomposition of PI(4) (+)[Al(OR(F))(4)](-) is PI(4) (+)[(R(F)O)(3)Al(mu-F)Al(OR(F))(3)](-), which was also characterized by X-ray crystallography and was independently prepared from Ag(+)[(R(F)O)(3)Al(mu-F)Al(OR(F))(3)](-), PI(3), and I(2).  相似文献

Metal (hydr)oxides have different types of surface groups. Fluoride ions have been used as a probe to assess the number of surface sites. We have studied the F(-) adsorption on goethite by measuring the F(-) and H(+) interaction and F(-) adsorption isotherms. Fluoride ions exchange against singly coordinated surface hydroxyls at low F(-) concentrations. At higher concentrations also the doubly coordinated OH groups are involved. The replacement of a surface OH(-) by F(-) suggests that all F charge (-1) is located at the surface in contrast to oxyanions which have a charge distribution in the interface due to the binding structure in which the anion only partially coordinates with the surface. Analysis of our F(-) data with the CD-MUSIC approach shows that the formation of the fluoride surface complex is accompanied by a redistribution of charge. This is supposed to be due to a net switch in the H bonding as a result of the change of the type of surface complex from donating (FeOH, FeOH(2)) to proton accepting (FeF). The modeled redistribution of charge is approximately equivalent with the change of a donating H bond into an accepting H bond. At high F(-) concentrations precipitation of F(-), as for instance FeF(3)(s), may occur. The rate of formation is catalyzed by the presence of high electrolyte concentrations. A new phosphorescent iridium(III) complex [Ir(Bpq)2(bpy)](+)PF6(-) based on cyclometalated ligands (Bpq) containing a dimesitylboryl group was synthesized and characterized by photophysical and electrochemical studies. The excited-state properties of Bpq and [Ir(Bpq)2(bpy)](+)PF6(-) were investigated using molecular orbital calculations. Importantly, both Bpq and [Ir(Bpq)2(bpy)](+)PF6(-) could be used as highly selective chemosensors for a fluoride anion (F(-)) detected by the naked eye, owing to the interaction of the dimesitylboryl group (BMes2) with F(-). For the Bpq ligand, a red shift of the emission spectrum was observed upon the addition of F(-), which could be attributed to an excited-state switch from a pi-pi* transition to a charge-transfer transition upon complexation with F(-). The addition of F(-) to a solution of [Ir(Bpq)2(bpy)](+)PF6(-) induced a change in the solution color from yellow to orange-red and phosphorescent quenching, indicating that [Ir(Bpq)2(bpy)](+)PF6(-) could act as an excellent ON-OFF-type phosphorescent chemosensor for F(-).  相似文献

An accurate and sensitive method based on the combination of pyrohydrolysis-ion chromatography (PH-IC) is proposed for the simultaneous separation and determination of boron as borate, chloride and fluoride in nuclear fuels such as U(3)O(8), (Pu,U)C and Pu-alloys. The determination is based on the initial pyrohydrolytic extraction of B, Cl and F from the samples as boric acid, HCl and HF, respectively, which are subsequently separated by ion chromatography (IC). The proposed method significantly improves the existing analytical methodology as it combines the determination of boron, a critical trace constituent in nuclear materials, along with F(-) and Cl(-) for chemical quality control measurements. Various experimental parameters were optimized to achieve maximum recoveries of the analytes during the pyrohydrolysis and to get better ion chromatographic (IC) separation of borate, F(-) and Cl(-) along with other anions such as CH(3)COO(-), NO(2)(-), NO(3)(-), Br(-), PO(4)(3-) and SO(4)(2-). Recoveries of more than 93% could be obtained for all the analytes in the sample (0.5-1.5 g) at 1200+/-25K and distilled with pre-heated steam at the flow rate of 0.3 mL/min. An isocratic elution with a mobile phase of 0.56 M d-mannitol in 6.5mM NaHCO(3) was used for the IC separation. The detection limits for B (as borate), F(-) and Cl(-) were 24, 13 and 25 microgL(-1), respectively. Precision of about 5% was achieved for determination of boron, Cl(-) and F(-) in the samples containing 1-5 ppm(w) of boron, and 10-25 ppm(w) of Cl and F. The method was validated with reference materials and successfully applied to the nuclear fuels. The methodology is easy to adapt on routine basis.  相似文献

Density functional calculations for [M(CH3)F5], [M(CF3)F5], [M(CH3S)F5], and [M(CF3S)F5] (M=Mo, W) show that they are expected to be nonrigid molecules, with energy barriers for the octahedral-trigonal-prismatic interchange as low as 7.2 kJ mol(-1). The ground state for the CH3- and CF3- compounds is trigonal prismatic, for the CH3S- and CF3S- compounds, (distorted) octahedral. All calculated compounds [M(C6F5)nF(6-n)] (M=Mo, W) have a trigonal-prismatic ground state, whereas the situation for [M(C6H5)nF(6-n)] (M=Mo, W) is more complex.  相似文献

We previously reported 18F-labeled pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine derivatives: 7-(2-[18F]fluoroethylamino)-5-methylpyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-3-carbonitrile ([18F]1) and N-(2-(3-cyano-5-methylpyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidin-7-ylamino)ethyl)-2-[18F]fluoro-4-nitro- benzamide ([18F]2). Preliminary biodistribution experiments of both compounds showed s slow clearance rate from excretory tissues which warranted further investigation for tumor imaging with PET. Here we modified [18F]1 and [18F]2 by introducing polar groups such as ester, hydroxyl and carboxyl and developed three additional 18F-18 labeled pyrazolo[1,5-a] pyrimidine derivatives: (3-Cyano-7-(2-[18F]fluoroethylamino)pyrazolo[1,5-a]-pyrimidin-5- yl)methyl acetate ([18F]3), 7-(2-[18F]fluoroethylamino)-5-(hydroxymethyl)pyrazolo[1,5-a]- pyrimidine-3-carbonitrile ([18F]4) and (S)-6-(3-cyano-5-methylpyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidin-7-ylamino)-2-(2-[18F]fluoro-4-nitrobenzamido)hexanoic acid ([18F]5). The radiolabeled probes were synthesized by nucleophilic substitution of the corresponding tosylate and nitro precursors with 18F-fluoride. In Vitro studies showed higher uptake of [18F]3 and [18F]4 than that of [18F]5 by S180 tumor cells. In Vivo biodistribution studies in mice bearing S180 tumors showed that the uptake of both [18F]3 and [18F]4 in tumors displayed an increasing trend while the uptake of [18F]5 in tumor decreased through the course of the 120 min study. This significant difference in tumor uptake was also found between [18F]1 and [18F]2. Thus, we compared the biological behavior of the five tracers and reported the tumor uptake kinetic differences between 2-[18F]fluoroethylamino- and 2-[18F]fluoro-4-nitro- benzamidopyrazolo[1,5-a] pyrimidine derivatives.  相似文献

The CX3(+) salts [CCl(3)](+)[Al(OR(F))(4)](-)1, [CCl(3)](+)[(R(F)O)(3)Al-F-Al(OR(F))(3)](-)2, [CBr(3)](+)[Al(OR(F))(4)](-)3, [CBr(3)](+)[(R(F)O)(3)Al-F-Al(OR(F))(3)](-)4 (R(F) = C(CF(3))(3)) were prepared in 56 to 85% yield from CX(4) (X = Cl, Br) and the corresponding silver salts (weight balance, NMR, IR, X-ray structure of 1). The most convenient solvent for the preparation of 1 and 2 is SO(2)ClF but for 3 and 4 it is SO(2). The reactions are complete after about three days stirring at -30 to -40 °C. The salts are stable for weeks in solution at -40 °C and stable for a few hours at RT in the solid state. In SO(2)ClF (1, 2) or SO(2) (3, 4) solution they decompose slowly at -20 °C and within several hours at RT; in general the CBr3(+) salts are more stable than the CCl3(+) homologues. The decomposition products were assigned as CCl(3)F and primarily CBr(2)F(2) (which likely forms as a Lewis acid induced disproportionation product of the initial CBr(3)F). The C-X vibrations of the salts were found in the expected range and the assignments were made based on experimental and calculated data. The IR spectrum of a CBr3(+) salt is for the first time reported here.  相似文献

Bis(fluorophenyl) tellurides R2Te (R = C6F2H3 (1), CF3C6F4 (2), CF3C6F4OC6F4 (3), and C6F5 (4)) are synthesized by the facile reaction of Na2Te with bromo-fluorobenzenes, RBr. The corresponding bis(fluorophenyl)tellurium(IV) dihalides, R2TeHal2 (Hal = F, Cl, and Br) (5-16), are obtained by the oxidation of 1-4 with mild halogenating agents (XeF2, SO2Cl2, and Br2). The dihalides show temperature-dependent NMR spectra. On the basis of the 19F NMR spectra of the two series, (C6F2H3)2TeHal2 (Hal = F (5), Cl (9), and Br (13)) and R2TeCl2 (R = C6F2H3 (9), CF3C6F4 (10), CF3C6F4OC6F4 (11), and C6F5 (12)), the coalescence temperatures, T(c), and free enthalpies, DeltaG, of rotation of the TeC bonds are determined. The activation enthalpies for the dichlorides/dibromide 9-13 are in the range of 14.4-15.2 kcal mol(-1) and that for the difluoride 5 is considerably lower at 10.7 kcal mol(-1). In addition to thorough spectroscopic characterization of 1-16, the crystal structures of the monotellurides 2 and 4 as well as of the tellurium(IV) dihalides 5, 6, 9, 10, and 13 were determined. The dihalides show interesting intermolecular Te...Hal contacts, significantly shorter than the sum of the van der Waals radii, leading to different networks of association.  相似文献

Unc-51样自噬激活激酶1(unc-51-like autophagy activating kinase 1,ULK1)作为自噬启动的重要调控因子,是肿瘤治疗的关键靶点之一。首先,以已知ULK1抑制剂为基础构建药效团模型,通过药效团模型筛选、分子对接以及分子力学广义波恩表面积(Molecular Mechanics/Generalized Born Surface Area,MM/GBSA)结合自由能计算等方法,对含有52万多个类药性小分子的数据库进行虚拟筛选,得到具有较高理论亲和力的化合物。随后,50ns的分子动力学模拟验证了蛋白质-配体复合物结合的稳定性,最后10ns的平均结合自由能的计算研究进一步验证了配体的结合能力。结果表明,6个化合物(F5258-0159、F3407-0428、F0529-1100、F0696-3531、F3222-5280、F6525-5596)具有骨架新颖、分子对接分数和结合自由能数值优异及与ULK1的结合状态稳定等特点,可以作为新型潜在的ULK1抑制剂用于肿瘤治疗的研究,也为新型ULK1抑制剂的设计和研发提供新的研究思路。  相似文献

A laser flash photolysis-resonance fluorescence technique has been employed to determine absolute rate coefficients for the CH3F + Cl reaction in N2 bath gas in the temperature range of 200-700 K and pressure range of 33-133 hPa. The data were fitted to a modified Arrhenius expression k(T) = 1.14 x 10(-12) x (T/298)2.26 exp{-313/T}. The OH and Cl reaction rates of (13)CH3F and CD3F have been measured by long-path FTIR spectroscopy relative to CH3F at 298 +/- 2 K and 1013 +/- 10 hPa in purified air. The FTIR spectra were fitted using a nonlinear least-squares spectral fitting method including line data from the HITRAN database and measured infrared spectra as references. The relative reaction rates defined by alpha = k(light)/k(heavy) were determined to be k(OH+CH3F)/k(OH+CD3F) = 4.067 +/- 0.018, k(OH+CH3F)/k(OH+(13)CH3F) = 1.067 +/- 0.006, k(Cl+CH3F)/k(Cl+CD3F) = 5.11 +/- 0.07, and k(Cl+CH3F)/k(Cl+(13)CH3F) = 1.016 +/- 0.006. The carbon-13 and deuterium kinetic isotope effects in the OH and Cl reactions of CH3F have been further investigated by quantum chemistry methods and variational transition state theory.  相似文献

A density functional theory study at the B3LYP/6-31++G** + RECP(Sb) level of the HF/SbF(5) superacid system was carried out. The geometries of possible electrophilic species, such as H(2)F(+).Sb(2)F(11)(-) and H(3)F(2)(+).Sb(2)F(11)(-), were calculated and correspond with available experimental results. Calculations of different equilibrium reactions involving HF and SbF(5) allowed the relative concentration of the most energetically favorable species present in 1:1 HF/SbF(5) solutions to be estimated. These species are H(+).Sb(2)F(11)(-), H(2)F(+).Sb(2)F(11)(-), H(3)F(2)(+).Sb(2)F(11)(-), and H(4)F(3)(+).Sb(2)F(11)(-), which correspond to 36.9, 16.8, 36.9, and 9.4%, respectively. Calculations of the acid strength of the electrophilic species were also performed and indicated that, for the same anion, the acid strength increases with the solvation degree. The entropic term also plays a significant role in proton-transfer reactions in superacid systems.  相似文献

The multifaceted potentialities of expanded pyridiniums (EPs), based on one pyridinium core bearing a 4-pyridyl or 4-pyridylium as the N-pyridinio group, are established at both experimental and theoretical levels. Two classes of head-to-tail (htt) EPs were designed, and their first representative elements were synthesized and fully characterized. The branched (B) family is made up of 2,6-diphenyl-4-aryl-1,4'-bipyridin-1-ium (or 1,1'-diium) species, denoted 1B and 2B for monocationic EPs (with aryl = phenyl and biphenyl, respectively) and 1B(Me) and 2B(Me) for related quaternarized dicationic species. The series of fused (F) analogues comprises 9-aryl-benzo[c]benzo[1,2]quinolizino[3,4,5,6-ija][1,6]naphthyridin-15-ium species, denoted 1F and 2F, and their 2,15-diium derivatives referred to as 1F(Me) and 2F(Me). Electrochemistry (in MeCN vs SCE) reveals that branched EPs undergo a single reversible bielectronic reduction at ca. -0.92 V for 1B/2B and -0.59 V for 1B(Me)/2B(Me), whereas pericondensed species show two reversible monoelectronic reductions at ca. -0.83 and -1.59 V for 1F/2F and ca. -0.42 and -1.07 V for 1F(Me)/2F(Me). Regarding electronic absorption features, all htt-EP chromophores show absorptivity in the range of ca. 1-4 × 10(4) M(-1) cm(-1), with red-edge absorptions extending toward 450 and 500 nm (in MeCN) for 2B(Me) and 2F(Me), respectively. These lowest-energy pi-pi* transitions are ascribed to intramolecular charge transfer between the electron-releasing biphenyl group and the htt-bipyridinium electron-withdrawing subsystems. EPs display room-temperature photoemission quantum yields ranging from 10% to 50%, with the exception of 1B, and branched luminophores are characterized by larger Stokes shifts (8000-10?000 cm(-1)) than fused ones. Lastly, a method to predict the efficiency of photobiscyclization of branched EPs into fused ones, based on the analysis of computed difference maps in total electron density for singlet excited states, is proposed.  相似文献

The geometrical and vibrational characteristics of isolated H-bonded anionic complexes [FHFDF](-), [FHFTF](-), and [FDFTF](-) are calculated quantum-mechanically. The four-dimensional anharmonic vibrational problems are solved by the variational method using the potential energy and dipole moment surfaces calculated in the MP2/6-311++G(3df,3pd) approximation with the basis set superposition error taken into account. Changes in the bond lengths of molecular fragments LF (L = H, D, T) and in the distances between the F(-) anion and the centers of mass of LF are used as the vibrational coordinates. For each isotopologue, the vibrational energy levels, the transition frequencies and absolute intensities for the H-bond and L-F stretching vibrations are determined. To study the isotope effects on the geometrical parameters, the values of internuclear separations and the asymmetry parameter of the F(-)···L-F bridges, averaged over the ground state and several excited vibrational states, are calculated, as well as their standard deviations. The calculations revealed an extremely strong influence of anharmonic coupling between different vibrations on the absorption intensities and a significant mass-dependence of spectroscopic and structural parameters. The geometry and harmonic frequencies of KH(2)F(3), KD(2)F(3), and KHDF(3) are also calculated at a lower ab initio level. The results obtained for [FHFDF](-), [FHFTF](-), and [FDFTF](-) are compared with the available experimental data and the results of earlier calculations of the symmetric complexes [F(HF)(2)](-), [F(DF)(2)](-), and [F(TF)(2)](-) and complexes containing a positive K-meson.  相似文献

Pluronic, F127, amphiphilic block copolymers, are used for several applications, including drug delivery systems. The critical micelle concentration (CMC) of F127 is about 0.26-0.8 wt% so that the utility of F127 in nano-technology based drug delivery system is limited since the nano-sized micelles could dissociate upon dilution. Herein, stearic acid (SA) was simply coupled to F127 between the carboxyl group of SA and the hydroxyl group of F127, which formed a novel copolymer named as SA-coupled F127, with significantly lower CMC. Above the CMC 6.9 × 10(-5)wt%, SA-coupled F127 self-assembled stable nanoparticles with Zeta potential -36 mV. Doxorubicin (DOX)-loaded nanoparticles were made, with drug loading (DL) 5.7 wt% and Zeta potential -36 to -39 mV, and the nanoparticles exhibited distinct shape with the size distribution from 20 to 50 nm. DOX-loaded nanoparticles were relatively stable and exhibited DOX dependant cytotoxicity toward MCF-7 cells in vitro. These results suggest that SA-coupled F127 potentially could be applied as a nano-technology based drug delivery method.  相似文献
