采用电阻阻错结的无序二维约瑟夫森结阵列模型,数值研究超导薄膜中垂直磁场引起的涡旋运动.通过分析磁场激发产生的涡旋度Ne及低频电压噪声S0的变化特性,得到如下结论:在无序超导体中固定温度不变,随着磁场的减弱涡旋液态经过准有序的布拉格相,涡旋玻璃相重新进入到低磁场下的钉扎稀磁液相. 由于在涡旋玻璃相中,电流驱动下的噪声值表现出一个峰,表明系统处于无序与有序相互竞争的亚稳态,并且临界电流应有峰值效应. 计算得到噪声值的变化与Okuma等得到的无序超导MoxSi1-x膜实验现象一致,并能解释磁场降低引起的重新进入钉扎的稀磁液相行为. 关键词: 约瑟夫森结阵列 磁通玻璃 重新进入 峰值效应  相似文献

采用电阻分路(RSJ)模型,运用数值计算方法研究二维约瑟夫森结阵列的涡旋度,涡旋密度涨落随温度的变化,表明了超导阵列中存在KTB型相变.还研究了相变点附近的涡旋噪声频谱随温度、驱动电流变化的特性.计算结果与最近实验报导定性一致,并能用涡旋的运动图像来解释噪声频谱的变化规律. 关键词: 高温超导 噪声频谱 约瑟夫森结阵列 KTB相变  相似文献

利用Ginzburg-Landau理论模拟在外磁场作用下超导圆环的涡旋演化,讨论了外磁场、材料参数以及圆环内外径对涡旋进入超导圆环体以及涡旋达到稳定分布的影响.研究结果表明:外磁场越大,材料参数κ越大,圆环环身越宽,则超导圆环体内容纳的涡旋就越多.当磁场较小时,涡旋只由内边界进入超导体,当磁场足够大时,涡旋则先由外边界,然后再从内边界进入超导体.  相似文献

玻色-爱因斯坦凝聚中由于非线性相互作用引起的涡旋激发态一直是超冷原子研究的热点.然而相关研究都集中在具有整数拓扑荷的正则涡旋态.本文研究了具有幂指数、新型幂指数和振荡型三种相位分布的非正则涡旋光与凝聚体相互作用而产生的非正则涡旋态凝聚体的动力学性质.研究表明非正则涡旋具有动力学不稳定性,其密度分布显著依赖于光场相位结构参数.不同非正则涡旋衰变形成具有不同分布的正则涡旋簇,展现出丰富的动力学激发斑图.特别是新型幂指数非正则涡旋态衰变后会在凝聚体内形成稳定的正多边形正则涡旋簇结构.由于非正则涡旋光的相位结构破坏了凝聚体的旋转对称性,凝聚体的角动量不再是量子化的,且其随光场方位角幂次或振荡频率的变化与相应的非正则涡旋光场自身演化具有明显差别.在动力学演化过程中,具有新型幂指数相位的非正则涡旋态凝聚体质心保持不变,而对于具有幂指数和振荡型相位的非正则涡旋态凝聚体,两者的质心轨迹是一个中心为坐标原点的非标准椭圆.  相似文献

本从二维Josephson弱连接网络模型出发,讨论了单个磁通涡旋的势能分布,并利用数值分析,得出势能分布表达式,其分布呈余弦曲线,在此基础上,进一步研究了外磁场下的磁通涡旋势能分布,从分布图可以看出,在磁场作用下,势能增加,并随着最小网格单元内的磁通量子数f的不同,能量变化也不一样,但也呈现周期性。  相似文献

利用矢量菲涅尔衍射积分公式, 以高斯涡旋光束为例, 推导出傍轴高斯涡旋光束在自由空间传输过程中电场分量和磁场分量的解析表达式, 详细研究了自由空间中电场和磁场的偏振奇点变化规律. 结果表明, 高斯涡旋光束在自由空间传输中, 存在二维和三维电场和磁场的偏振奇点, 其位置一般不重合. 改变光束束腰宽度比、 振幅比以及传输距离, 偏振奇点出现移动. 在二维电场和磁场中, 当满足一定条件时, 会有V点产生.  相似文献

本文采用二流体方程组,研究低β(me/mi<<β<<1)载流有界等离子体柱中的非线性剪切阿尔芬波,求得一类新的电磁涡旋解。在这类解中,扰动电场和扰动磁场的局域结构由单极部分和多极部分组成,而扰动密度是多极涡旋结构。这些相干结构以一定的角速度整体地绕等离子体柱轴运行。对于本文所取的参数,平衡电流对扰动电磁场和密度的涡旋结构无影响。  相似文献

在Ginzburg-Landan理论的框架下, 运用有限差分法研究了在圆环电流产生磁场下的介观超导圆环内的涡旋结构, 讨论了超导圆环尺寸和不同空间分布的磁场对涡旋形成的影响, 得到在一般超导圆环体内的基态多是巨涡旋态、而多涡旋态多以激发态形式存在的结论, 说明磁场一般从超导圆环的环孔穿过, 而很难穿过超导圆环体.  相似文献

The c-axis resistivity measurements were performed in the vicinity of the ab-plane in order to investigate the interaction between Josephson vortices and pancake vortices in Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+δ mesoscopic single crystals. It was found that the angular dependence of the c-axis resistivity drastically changes in high magnetic field regime. The vortex lock-in transition becomes considerably broad in high magnetic fields, while the angular dependence of resistance exhibits the sharp lock-in features in low magnetic field region.  相似文献

Nonlinear response of Josephson vortex (JV) flow has been studied for controlling the JV motion. Rectification effect has been observed clearly with a biharmonic ac drive in the current–voltage measurements in the presence of pancake vortices. This method has a large advantage in changing the polarity of the rectified voltage with varying the phase- and the frequency-difference, compared to the spatially asymmetric nano-dots/anti-dots. Using a Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+y single crystal, multiply-stacked Josephson junctions result us in obtaining a large gain. Further application of this method will be promising.  相似文献

We have developed a terahertz time-domain spectroscopy (THz-TDS) system for reflectivity measurement with a temperature-controllable cryostat. For emission and detection of THz radiation, a Ti:Sapphire pulsed laser and photoconductive antennas are used. Two wire-grid polarizers enable us to carry out the polarized reflectivity measurements. Using our THz-TDS system, we measured the c-axis polarized reflectivity spectra for La2−xSrxCuO4 single crystals (x = 0.10 and 0.13) and observed sharp Josephson plasma edges for both samples below Tc. The reflectivity spectra of the x = 0.10 sample were in good agreement with those reported previously, which confirms the validity of the system. For the x = 0.13 sample, we discuss the anomolous features of the optical spectra.  相似文献

由Bogoliubov-de Gennes方程得到铁磁超导共存态(FS)的自洽方程,利用推广的Furusaki-Tsukada的电流公式计算了铁磁超导态/绝缘层/自旋三重态p波超导体(FS/I/p)结的直流Josephson电流随结的温度、相位差以及FS中磁交换能、结界面的势垒散射强度的变化关系.研究表明:FS中磁交换能、结界面的势垒散射均抑制FS/I/p结的直流Josephson电流.当自旋三重态超导体具有px波配对势时,自旋三重态超导体结的直流Josephson电流随结两侧相位差的振荡周期是π. 关键词: 铁磁超导态 自旋三重态超导体 p波超导体 直流Josephson电流  相似文献

On a superconducting bi-layer with thickness much smaller than the penetration depth, λ, a vortex molecule might form. A vortex molecule is composed of two fractional vortices and a soliton wall. The soliton wall can be regarded as a Josephson vortex missing magnetic flux (degenerate Josephson vortex) due to an incomplete shielding. The magnetic energy carried by fractional vortices is less than in the conventional vortex. This energy gain can pay a cost to form a degenerate Josephson vortex. The phase diagram of the vortex molecule is rich because of its rotational freedom.  相似文献

For analyzing the checker-board like modulation of the local density of states (LDOS) around a vortex observed in the slightly overdoped Bi2Sr2CaCu2Ox, we examined the effect of pseudogap state of high-Tc superconductors to the LDOS around the vortex. We first derived the Bogoliubov-de Gennes equation for d-wave superconductivity (d-SC) in the presence of d-spin density wave (d-SDW). Using the Fourier–Bessel expansion, we solved this equation for a single vortex state, numerically. We found that the peak of the bound states around E = 0 becomes small and modulation of the LDOS is observed for larger d-SDW order parameter.  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法制备1.0%mol Mn,Cr,Co掺杂 BaTiO3(BTO)粉体,在1350℃下烧结成多晶陶瓷样品.X射线衍射和差示扫描量热分析表明,室温下掺杂BaTiO3具有四方钙钛矿结构;居里点和相变潜热随Cr,Mn,Co掺杂逐渐降低.将掺杂BaTiO3与Tb1-xDyxFe2-y(TDF)胶合制成双层磁电复合材料,并研究了Cr:BTO-TDF,Mn∶BTO-TDF,Co:BTO-TDF层状复合材料中的磁电效应.实验表明,在340×80 A·m-1偏置磁场下, Cr:BTO-TDF的横向磁电电压系数达到最大值586 mV·cm-1·(80 A·m-1)-1.在400×80 A·m-1偏置磁场下,Mn∶BTO-TDF和Co:BTO-TDF的横向磁电电压系数的最大值分别为480 mV·cm-1·(80 A·m-1)-1和445mV·cm-1·(80 A·m-1)-1.研究表明掺杂BaTiO3-TDF层状复合材料中具有较强的磁电耦合.作为无铅压电材料,掺杂BaTiO3制备的磁电效应器件颇具应用前景. 关键词: 磁电效应 双层复合材料 3')" href="#">掺杂BaTiO3 1-xDyxFe2-y')" href="#">Tb1-xDyxFe2-y  相似文献

The Josephson effects in the ferromagnetic superconductor junctions of the equal spin pairing symmetry are investigated by a Furusaki–Tsukada-like formula. It is shown that the internal phase difference between the two different anisotropic superconductors plays an important role on the Josephson current. The current is predicted to be an oscillation function of the macroscopic phase difference with the period 2π, π, or π/2 depending on the different orbital pairing symmetries of the superconductors of the junction.  相似文献

This paper reports on the striking correlation between nanosize mosaic domain walls in YBCO films and 1D rows of parallel Josephson junctions, determining the J c vs.B curves. From X-ray data analysis, it results that the average “hidden" domain wall, faceted at a nanometric scale, is almost mimicking the Josephson Junction (JJ) 1D array. The assumption that the JJs and the domain-wall arrays are coincident, enables to find out the particular scaling field, making the J c vs.B curves independent of temperature. This scaling field can be interpreted in terms of the Josephson nature of the transport current across these particular patterns in the intermediate temperature range. By means of our model it is also possible to calculate two asymptotic behaviors of the pinning force as a function of field, for low and high fields, respectively. These behaviors are punctually repeated by the experimental results in the same asymptotic limit, so that two corresponding vortex regimes are clearly pointed out. All results can be interpreted by concluding that in the intermediate temperature range, the strong pinning observed in high quality YBCO films is due to the Josephson Junctions average patterns. 现代可编程约瑟夫森电压基准的核心器件是约瑟夫森结阵.目前最具有优势的约瑟夫森结阵是 Nb/NbxSi1-x/Nb材料的结阵. Nb/NbxSi1-x/Nb材料的约瑟夫森结 具有三层薄膜的制作过程简便, Nb和NbxSi1-x刻蚀工艺相同以及NbxSi1-x 势垒层成分可调等优点.中国计量科学研究院设计制作了Nb/NbxSi1-x/Nb约瑟夫森单结. 通过在4.2 K低温下对所做单结进行直流电流-电压特性测量,观测到了清晰的超导隧穿电流和 从零电压态向电压态的跳变,最后就测量结果进行了分析讨论.此项工作属于国内首个开展 Nb/NbxSi1-x/Nb材料约瑟夫森单结研究的工作.  相似文献
